| 4155 | In recent years the spread of information warfare has encouraged increasing interest to influencing and manipulative capacity of media. In this regard it appears to be relevant to analyse how this capacity is realized in different publicistic texts. The article aims to illuminate the function specific of a political essay. A political essay combines features of publicistic and newspaper styles. Newspaper style determines realization of informative function while publicistic style – influence function. Those functions are realized through objective and subjective modality respectively. The author uses influence function to impose on readers his ideas and positions, which he does openly and directly. Usually these ideas are stated in the title of the essay and the essay itself is devoted to it. The analysis implies that the influence function is most commonly represented by metaphors, emotionally loaded words and epithets. A political essay is also influenced by the political discourse, which is highly manipulative by its nature. So political discourse makes influence function evolve into manipulation one. The author manipulates when he does not want to reveal his position and tries to indistinguishably force it on readers. That is why the author uses manipulation function to communicate ideas, which are not openly stated and usually are not mentioned in the title or subtitle of the essay. | 4156 | Introduction. The paper analyzes the characteristics of the compositional structure of the speech genre of cinema announcement functioning on the Internet. The structure of movie announcements of different types is compared; the specificity of the composition of movie announcements for Indian films is revealed based on the data obtained. Aim and objectives. Description of the composition of the speech genre of the cinema announcement, functioning on the Internet. Material and methods. The study is based on the linguistic-stylistic analysis method, which includes observation, comparison, interpretation, discursive analysis. The material taken for research is 250 cinema-announcements for Indian films written in Russian and posted on the website Indiankino.net. The volume of the studied texts is 6–8 sentences (from 60–100 words). These are movie announcements for films of different genres: melodramas, dramas, thrillers, comedies, action films, etc. Results and discussion. The studied texts have a similar theme, a relatively stable composition and a repeating set of means of linguistic embodiment, which allows us to consider the movie announcement as a separate speech genre. To describe it, a model has been developed that includes the following parameters: communicative goal, image of the author, image of the addressee, image of the past, image of the future, type of dictum content, features of the language embodiment, composition, verbal and non-verbal means. The composition of the movie announcement is one of the most important genre-forming features. It was determined that the composition of cinema announcements for Indian films operating in the Internet environment includes such elements as the title, image (mostly posters), additional information about the film (the name of the characters and directors of the film, year of release of the film, film genres, original name of the film, language in which the film is available), Internet tools (film rating, social media buttons for exchanging film information with other people), description of the film: exposition, main part, ending. Conclusion. The compositional structure and elements of different types of movie announcements (for example, printed movie announcements, movie announcements written in other languages, movie announcements of films from other countries) differ from each other, which depends on the time of their writing, the scope of functioning, and the author’s style. Each of the structural elements of the speech genre of cinema announcement has pragmatic potential and serves to fulfill the main functions of the studied speech genre – to provide information about the film and to influence the addressee and draw his attention to the film. | 4166 | The article reveals the specifics of the genesis of money and monetary relations in primitive culture from the perspective of facts stated in anthropology, which sufficiently suggested that money existed in primitive culture. Directly to economic exchange (barter), they were not required, but the money worked in non-functioning forms of exchange and initiated rational disposal of surplus. | 4168 | Discusses the ways of term formation in Old English and Old Russian based on the data of Anglo-Saxon and Old Russian charters which deal with legal transactions of landed property. As follows from the analysis the most productive way of term formation in Anglo-Saxon and Old Russian charters was semantic derivation, the change of the meaning of words already existing in the language. | 4169 | The article deals with the semantic features of onomatopoeic words in German and Tatar languages in comparative terms. The aim of the research was to identify the similarities, differences and features in the words under analysis. In each language there are certain features in the perception of sounds. In both languages there are not only onomatopoeia but also the onomatopoeic nouns, verbs, adjectives and adverbs, which are an onomatopoetic vocabulary of each language. It is a universal vocabulary that has much in common even in unrelated languages. Separately is analyzed a group of onomatopoeic nouns, which represent the names of insects, birds and animals in both languages and the principles of their nomination in the Tatar language. In German, these words are non-productive while in Tatar it is the result of word-formation processes. The classification of verbs of sound according to their denotative content takes into account the peculiarities of both languages. Many onomatopoeic verbs are multivalued and can be assigned to several groups at once. Functional possibilities of onomatopoetic lexicon of both languages are considered as well – children’s language, proverbs and set phrases – characteristic of all languages and most vividly reflecting the national identity of the language. Knowledge of these functions is necessary to exclude communicative failures. Currently, in the context of the progression of globalization and informatization trends, one-off and terminative education does not always meet the requirements of society and the state for the quality of teaching staff. As part of the popularization of the educational ideology “lifelong learning”, integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers has become one of the leading goals of education reform in many countries. For a long time, the traditional separation in the system of chinese teacher education and the process of professional development of teachers did not allow improving the quality of the teaching staff. In this regard, in China at the end of the XX century research began on the problems of integration in this education and development. Since that time, considerable experience has been accumulated here in the integration of teacher education, both at a theoretical and practical level. The aim of the study is to determine the essence, characterize the key components and identify existing problems based on the analysis of integration in modern teacher education and professional development of teachers in China. Material and methods. The material of this research was the scientific and pedagogical works of Chinese researchers on the research problem. As methods in this work, we used a theoretical analysis of scientific and pedagogical literature on the problem of research, the experience of implementing integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers; generalization and concretization. Results and discussion. Integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to rationally design the goals and content of teaching at different stages of professional development of teachers, change the division in this process, optimize the use of educational resources, and promote the quality of teaching staff. The government, higher education institutions, professional retraining organizations for teachers and schools, as important participants in integration, in their own way contribute to its implementation in teacher education and teacher development. This integration is mainly reflected in the integration of learning objectives, curricula, educational institutions involved in teacher training, teacher qualifications and educational resources. Promoting effective professional communication and interaction at all stages of professional development of teachers and between various participants in teacher education, strengthening the continuity of the goals and content of education, improving the quality of teaching staff in the system of professional retraining of teachers remain important tasks of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in the future. Conclusion. The essence of integration in teacher education and professional development of teachers in China is to change the divisions in teacher training and to promote the continuous professional development of teachers. Through the integration of goals, curricula, educational institutions, attestation of teacher qualifications and educational resources, the quality of teacher training is indeed improved. However, further development and improvement of integration in teacher education is subject to further deep research in theory and practice in this area, and also requires solving existing problems. One of the main objectives of foreign language learning is communicative skills training and development. The article describes communicative difficulties as barriers that destroy effective and comfortable socialization and interaction between interlocutors in foreign language. It indicates the groups of communicative problems and characterizes physiological and psychological reasons of communicative obstacles. The research shows, that children with disabilities are under constant stress. The article presents recommendations on how to overcome the given problems. Therefore, the authors emphasize the necessity of lessening the influence of psychophysical disorders, the significance of motivational aspect, and demonstrate possible activities, tasks that encourage pupils in studying a foreign language. The purpose of this article is to reveal the principles of creative writing teaching method based on the concept of flexible action. Material and research methods. The research materials presented are essays and mind maps produced by 5–7 grade students. Research methods are as follows: organization of learning (mind mapping and setting creative tasks), text analysis (compositional and semantic) and theoretical reasoning (mental modeling and extrapolation). Results and discussion. Implementation terms and conditions of new method have been revealed, the scope for understanding features of attention switching as a flexible action has been worked out. The difference between shifting and switching attention has been introduced and characterized. Stages of learning (activity) have been distinguished, as well as the core (know how), which is essential for the method strategic development in junior and secondary school and is seen as enhancement of mind map as intellectual tool. Basic starting points and mind map complexity levels have been defined in terms of usage in the 5th grade learning process. Students’ writings are provided to show the options of text analysis with the help of markers. Quality criterion (diversity) has been distinguished to reflect the flexible action efficiency. Principles and postulates of flexible and spontaneous action have been articulated. Conclusion.
