Lobanov V.V. TOMSK PIONEER HEADQUARTERS (FROM THE HISTORY OF OUT-OF-SCHOOL PEDAGOGY) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 3 (156). P. 248-251

It was a children’s self-governed organization, which was founded in 1969 by a prominent young pioneer leader and teacher Oleg Pirozhkov. The headquarters lasted till 1989 and achieved considerable success in training of young pioneer activists, who were able to overcome excessive formalities of “official” children’s movement. The headquarters also produced a great number of educational structures, which left their mark in the history of Tomsk society. Activist’s headquarters, formed of self-organization that were innovative to the Soviet period, were not aimed at ideological education of young people, now there is the reason why their practices are of great interest to the students, postgraduates, professors, scholars, young pioneer leaders, specialists in youth policy, teachers and the reading public.

Vakhitova G.K. ORGANIZATION OF MENTORING IN THE CONTEXT OF POLYSUBJECT INTERACTION IN PRESCHOOL EDUCATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 140-143

The article considers the specificity of the organization of mentoring activities with students involved in quasiprofessional activities. The peculiarities of polysubjective interaction of a mentor with future teachers at the stage of their entry into professional activity are described. It is noted that polysubjectivity requires orientation toward cooperation, co-creation in joint pedagogical activity at a qualitatively high level of a mentor’s professionalism. Mentoring is understood as a permanent dialogue and interpersonal communication that is aimed at professional adaptation of a young specialist. This provision serves as the basis for detailing different types of relations between an experienced university teacher and young specialists. It is concluded that the given vector of relationships in the context of polysubject interaction in preschool education will help solve the problems of successful professionalization of future teachers already on the student bench. The author proves that the cooperation based on the polysubject approach is more effective in organizing the mentor’s activities. This approach provides the development of professional competencies for future teachers and educators and their motivation for communication with children, parents and colleagues. The author suggests that the organization of mentoring activities at pedagogical university is actual for all profiles of future teacher training and not only in preschool education.

Gubaydullina A.N. ONTOLOGICAL MOTIFS IN THE KRASNOYARSK ANTHOLOGY OF LITERATURE FOR CHILDREN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 1 (198). P. 67-73

Introduction. The article describes the prerequisites for addressing the Krasnoyarsk anthology, which is the phenomenon of two-address literature (for schoolchildren and adults). Aim and objectives. The purpose of the survey was to examine the key motifs of poetic and prose works included in the “Anthology for children” of Krasnoyarsk Territory (2017). Materials and research methods. The author uses the method of motive and thematic analysis. The author analyzes the key motifs of the poetic and prose works, included in the “Anthology of literature for children” of the Krasnoyarsk Territory (2017). The anthology includes poems and prose of 58 authors. The compilers of the anthology included texts of various genres: prose (for example, M. Koryakin), fairy tales (V. Nesterenko, L. Rychkova), prose miniature (E. Zharikova), lyrical poetry (A. Dudin, N. Iva), excerpts from the poem (M. Tarkovsky, O. Aksenova), poetic alphabet (N. Anishina), puzzles (K. Eremin, M. Radkevich). The texts were written during the second half of the twentieth century and at the beginning of the XXI century. At present, regional studies have a high scientific value. The author turns to the anthology, published in 2017. The study reveals an auto-reference of Siberia in poetry and prose of both the Soviet and the post-Soviet period. Results and discussion. Writers of the mid-twentieth century reproduce in their works an ontological model of the world. In different texts, one can see the mythological model of the world as a repeating cycle. The main motives organizing this model of the world are such as the model of an anthropomorphic, creative taiga and the motive of an ideal, free childhood. Conclusion. The key conflict in the texts of the middle of XX century is the conflict between nature and urban civilization. However, in the texts of the early 21st century, the ontological picture of the world gives way to the game perception of the world.

Slepukhin A.V., Semenova I.N., Shcherbina I.A. FEATURES OF STUDENTS’ INDEPENDENT WORK ORGANIZATION USING CLOUD TECHNOLOGIES WITHIN COMPETENCE APPROACH // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 3 (200). P. 86-95

Introduction. Based on the substantiation of the relevance of the search for ne w tools and technologies for the organization of independent activities of students, the problem of building a modern methodology for its organization in the system of professional training is highlighted. Aim and objectives. Building a methodology for organizing independent activities of students in the modern educational paradigm for the vocational training system. Material and methods. A clarification of the conceptual apparatus has been proposed: independent work is understood as a set of independent target activities, each o f which is composed of a system (base) of actions. At the same time, the ability of independent work in the process of learning is understood as the ability of the learner to perform (rep roduce) the construction of a system of independent activities and to carry out the actions included in these activities for the reliable achie vement of the set educational goal. The characteristic features of independent work in the vocational education system are highlighted on the basis of analysis and comparison of the totality of the used independent actions and the structure of the system of independent activity when performing independent work. Results and discussion. The characteristic features of independent work in the modern educational paradigm are: 1) individualization, which will manifest itself and be recorded in the set of available actions used by the student, constituting independent activity, and feature s of the structure of independent work as a system of independent activities, 2) the need to ensure corporate professional communication. It is proposed to use the interaction of cloud personal educational environment of a teacher and personal learning environments of students as the main means of forming the skills of independent work and the formation of the information field of independent activities. Taking into account the formulated provisions, a structural-functional model of the organization of students’ independent work using cloud technologies has been developed. Conclusion. From the standpoint of the proposed methodology in the implementation of the competence approach for building a methodology for independent work, the levels of ability for independent work are proposed to be determined as follows: the level of knowledge of actions; the level of ability to perform actions; the level of knowledge of activities with the actions that make up the independent work; the level of implementa tion of activities with actions constituting the independent work (including the design and modeling of the system of activities).

Krayeva I.A. SPECIFIC FEATURES OF THE ENGLISH GRADABLE ADJECTIVES’ LEXICOGRAPHIC REPRESENTATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 4 (201). P. 85-94

The article is devoted to the investigation of ways of representing in English one of the basic universal conceptual categories – the category of graduality. The main aim is to determine specific features of lexicographic description of lexical units that express graduality implicitly in English dictionaries. Modern paradigm of linguistic knowledge – cognitive linguistics – gave an opportunity to look at a number of problems from a new angle, in particular at the formation of the category of graduality and its linguistic representation. Within the framework of cognitive linguistics graduality is rightly viewed as a concept expressed in the language by a category of graduality that includes in the first place quality adjectives because only they can denote some feature that can manifest itself in a higher or lower degr ee and as a result have gradable meanings. The article gives a short survey of present-day opinions on lexical units that express features of objects and new ways of their structural presentation, in particular opinions of leading Russian and foreign linguists – E. S. Kubryakova, N. N. Boldyrev, E. G. Beliaevskaya, L. Talmy. The investigation was carried out on the material of 533 adjectives selected from several authoritative dictionaries of the English language. The author describes the procedure of the conceptual analysis of some frequently used English quality adjectives that have an indication of graduality in their meanings. In the course of the analysis the author makes some conclusions concerning the conceptual structure of English quality adjectives representing graduality implicitly, singles out concepts that serve as a basis for the semantics of the adjectives under analysis and dwells on the peculiarities of their lexicographic description and that of relative adjectives used in their quality meanings. The study shows that the conceptual structure underlying the semantics of English adjectives representing graduality implicitly includes two concepts – “feature” and “feature degree”. The first one has a different semantic representation depending on the meaning of the adjective while the other one expresses the same feature degree in all the meanings (very high, high, low). The research is interesting for further analysis as not only the issue of lexicographic presentation of graduality is of great interest today but also the issue of new approaches and methods of studying graduality, the status of units functioning as means of expressing graduality and some others. All these issues need further investigation on the material of different languages.

Potapova A.S., Oglezneva E.A. SPEECH PORTRAIT OF A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE EASTERN BRANCH OF RUSSIAN EMIGRATION IN AUSTRALIA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 4 (201). P. 121-128

Introduction. The paper deals with the speech portrayal of a representative of the eastern branch of Russian emigration in Australia. Australia was one of the countries re-emigrated by Russian emigrants from China, particularly from Harbin, which was the center of Russian eastern emigration in the 1960s. The research was carried out within the framework of linguopersonology, a modern trend in linguistics, which studies the individual speech patterns of a linguistic personality. The purpose of this paper is to analyze both linguistic and sociolinguistic speech characteristics of a representative of the eastern branch of Russian emigration in Australia. Scientific relevance of the research results from the interest of modern anthropocentric linguistics in the linguistic personality phenomenon and in the language of the Russian emigration, which in the twentieth century existed in special linguistic conditions. Materials and research methods. The major method used in the paper is the method of speech portrayal. The research was based on the audio records of the speech of a representative of Russian emigration in Australia. These records are a valuable historical and linguistic source of information about the Russian eastern emigration in the twentieth and early twenty-first centuries. Results and discussion. The speech of a representative of Russian eastern emigration is studied as a set of proper linguistic and sociolinguistic characteristics. His speech patterns are analyzed at different levels of the language system: phonetic, morphological, syntactic and lexical. The speech analysis of the Russian re-emigrant from China to Australia demonstrates a good preservation of the Russian mother tongue at different levels of the language system although throughout his life the linguistic personality existed in a foreign language environment. His speech is not influenced by the Chinese language, which he did not know, though he spent twenty years in China. There is not much interference from the English language except for some borrowings, though he has been living in the English speaking environment for fifty years and is fluent in English. Conclusion. The high level at which the Russian native language is preserved in the speech of Russian re-emigrants from Harbin to Australia is highly dependent on the subjective factors. It is an amazing linguistic phenomenon, demonstrating the preservation of the native Russian language as a means of national and cultural identification and the main attribute of national identity.

Lankin V.G. Interaction of logic and language principles in semantic organization of artistic thinking // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2001. Issue 3 (28). P. 14-22

The article reveals categorical opposition of logic and a language. The language and logic appear as two different Interacting moments which organize the text. Its imply principles of expression and understanding. The language is directly phenomenal and it is a source of expression as such. Logic lets us understand the sense of the language and return that naive expression to that inner sense. Mind is mainly logical order and it leads spontaneity of the language to the conceptual and categorical unity. Art is mainly lingual phenomenon and replaces clear and unity of logic by a play of expressive lingual relations. Speech is a sphere of logic dialectical synthesis of logic and the language principles. A settled language is energically melted by speech whereas speech is penetrated with logic so that logical connections of the language are created there. This living language creation in its logic points is a specific feature of art. Art is improvising thinking related directly to internal phenomenality of sense.

Koshkarova N.N., Dudina Y.A. WORLD WAR II AS VIEWED BY GERMAN MASS-MEDIA // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 9 (206). P. 92-100

Introduction. The paper explores the articles in the German mass-media describing the events of World War II. Material and methods. The articles published in the German newspapers Süddeutsche Zeitung, Die Welt and the Russian translation of these articles from the site ИноСМИ.ru serve as the material for the analysis. The following methods were used: content-analysis as a kind of content and semantic direction, linguistic and stylistic method in two of its variations – lexical and stylistic and lexical and semantic analysis, linguistic and pragmatic and cognitive and discursive methods. Results and discussion. Confabulated character of the articles which aim to revise the history is represented through the concepts DECEPTION and PROPAGANDA. The damaging character of the revisionist materials is intensified through the usage of the negative tactic of accusation which in the intercultural political area may not be explicitly depicted on the lexical level but be rendered from the stylistics and rhetoric of this or that genre. The destructive character of the publications is determined by the conceptual opposition of the political discourse ‘friendfoe’ and is manifested in the discussion of the events not only belonging to the past but inherent to the modern geopolitical situation. In the materials of this kind all features of the fake (deepfake) message are present which let us interpret them as functioning in the framework of the post-truth phenomenon. Conclusion. One of the most powerful weapons of the information and psychological warfare are the attempts to “deconfabulate” the history. The repertoire of information and psychological warfare’s means embraces the past events and the modern geopolitical situation. The media-discourse in general and mass-media particularly is a great instrument of forming a public opinion and transmitting these or those axiological priorities. In the context of modern information confrontation it is important to prevent the situation when the journalism of facts is substituted by the journalism of opinions. In this respect the analysis of the revisionist publications plays a great role in terms of studying the linguistic and extra-linguistic mechanisms of discrediting the past.
