In recent years this approach has become increasingly popular in the context of discussions on the formation of public policies in the field of education. Based on the analysis of methodological literature, the concept, structure, principles and advantages of this approach in teaching a professional foreign language are defined. | 4314 | Introduction. The specificity of the somatic code of culture as one of the most ancient is described. The research interest in its verbal representation is substantiated. Aim and objectives. The purpose of the article is to reveal the discursive-genre specificity of realization of the code function of somatism in the Russian folk lyrical song. Material and methods. The analysis is based on the material of 317 texts of of the genre under study, selected from folklore collections. The research methods are determined by the specificity of folk discourse, the peculiarities of ditties and lyrical songs as folklore genres with a pronounced lyrical principle, and the genre specificity of lyrical songs. As a methodological substantiation of the research, a comparison of lyrical songs and ditties are given in the aspect of identifying features important for identifying the specifics of the implementation of the code function of somatism. Results and discussion. Quantitative analysis of somatisms in the lyrical song showed that their composition corresponds to the composition of similar units in the ditty, which is justified by the structure of the general cultural somatic code and the proximity of the compared genres. The list of high-frequency units in the lyrical song is wider, which indicates the genre specificity that distinguishes the lyrical song from the ditty in the aspect of the repertoire of broadcast emotions and feelings. The specificity of the principles of organization and content of the somatic code in the lyrical song in comparison with the ditty is illustrated by the analysis of the use of somatism hand. The assumption of a genre-conditioned orientation of the lyrical song for a more detailed than in a ditty, prescription of somatic reactions and sensations, feelings reflecting the installation to the direct description of emotions and feelings, is confirmed. Conclusion. The analysis showed that the content and principles of the somatic code organization in the lyrical song, firstly, are based on its appeal to the national values, symbolically represented in the nominations of human body parts, which is typical for the folklore discourse as a whole. Secondly, in the lyrical song, the examined code acquires genre specificity, which is most pronounced when it is compared with the ditty. As a result of their comparison, it was found that somatisms participate in the transmission of emotions and feelings, which are transmitted through the description of the somatic reactions and sensations of the characters, both in the ditty and in the lyric song. Unlike ditty, in lyrical song repertoire of emotions and feelings realized by means of somatism is wider. IMoreover, these emotions appear as more generalized - on the one hand, but described in more detail - on the other. The emphasis is laid on the specific features of epistolary electronic-media texts tby means of which can be solved the problem of full / partial blocking by the addressers the risks associated with violation of the current legislation and the existing moral and ethical standards. Drawing on available sources on the topic of research gthe author presents a list of tactics that contribute to managing risks in public communication: the manifestation of subjectivity, “blackout” of the referent, torn predication, deauthorisation, autor rehabilitation. Implementation of tactics of risk avoiding is seen as an example of open letters’ texts, online-petitions and appeals of citizens to the City Administration’s website. | 4331 | Despite the disposition of the theater of the absurd for linguistic minimalism, the plays of the British theater of the absurd possess a great phonographic potential due to the generic features of the dramatic text. The article explains the paradoxical ability of the dramatic text to transfer performer’s phonostylistic means through the author’s remarks, special syntactic constructions and graphic tools. The identified phonostylistic and graphic means in the absurdist plays by Samuel Beckett, Harold Pinter and Tom Stoppard do not only help to convey the authors’ ideas, but also conform to the philosophy of the absurd. The most represented means is the instrumentation based on different sound repetitions (alliteration, consonance, rhyme) with the use of sound symbolism. The phonographic analysis of the texts also revealed some cases of onomatopoeia and paronomasia. Rhythm has a special stylistic meaning in the drama. It is inherent in both theatrical actions and speech, which is reflected in the dramatic text. The article considers the ways of creating a specific slow, monotonous rhythm peculiar to the theater of the absurd with its idea of cyclical existence. The described examples confirm the stylistic markedness of the plays of the theater of the absurd which can be an object of further research in linguistics and stylistics. Aim and objectives. Purpose of the study is to describe and explain the process of vocational education and training using digital didactic tools. Material and methods. The following theoretical research methods were used: study and analysis of normative-pedagogical, scientific-methodical literature and Internet resources on the research problem; study of technical documentation for software for digital educational technologies, a comparative analysis of the capabilities of digital didactics tools in comparison with the information and communication structure of an educational institution; study and generalization of Russian and foreign experience in the use of digital didactics tools in professional education. The empirical aspect of the research is presented in the form of reflection on the pedagogical activity of the author of the article. Results and discussion. The prerequisites for the formation of a digital educational environment, the need for mutual adaptation of digital and pedagogical technologies, research into the possibilities of using the potential of digital technologies to achieve the set educational goals are revealed. The main groups of means of digital didactics are highlighted – personalized educational process, digital pedagogical technologies, metadigital educational complexes, their substantive characteristics are given. The article reveals the features of the main digital technologies of artificial intelligence and the Internet of things, virtual and augmented reality V / R and A / R technologies, blockchain technologies in the context of their adaptation and use in the educational process in order to increase the visibility and effectiveness of education. The perspective directions of pedagogical didactics are considered, studied and characterized, ensuring the disclosure of the individual potential of students and the collective potential of the pedagogical community using digital technologies. | 4340 | On the basis of the pseudopotential method and the phenomenological model of coupling intervalley transitions in the conduction band of superlattices (GaAs)m(AlAs)n(001), caused by interface and trapped in the layers of the optical vibrations of the atoms were investigated. The analysis of quantum size effects in the electron and phonon states was done, dependence of the deformation potentials of the composition and thickness of the layer superlattices was defined. It is shown that the intervalley Г-M scattering is most intensive when the wave functions of electrons and the polarization vector of the phonons are localized in the same layers of superlattice. Interface oscillations occur in superlattices with a sufficiently thick layers and cause a relatively weak intensity of T-Ј transitions of electrons from the central valley to the upper conduction bands. Speech behavior of language personality, comments and questions of Internet users and radio “Echo of Moscow” listeners are analyzed in the article. Dynamics in character of rating and comments in programmes of 2011–2015 with participation of M. A. Zakharov is revealed. The problem of public language personality’s influence in media communication is examined in view on mass addressee (with a glance to responses of radio listeners and Internet users) and individual addressee (anchor). A special attention is payed to regulative strategies in media discourse of public language personality. | 4348 | The second half of the XIX century is the heyday of the provincial statistics. The reason for this was the conversion in the early sixties the provincial statistical committee, which until that time was held with the governor’s office. Since that time, the statistics committee became an independent institution, which attracted intellectuals to work in the province, as every more or less educated person was invited as a member of this committee. Ufa Provincial Statistical Committee was created in May 1865 on the basis of Orenburg Provincial Statistical Committee. As mentioned above, in the organization of the Committee actively participated along with government officials a number of local historians: R. G. Ignatiev, V.S. and M. V. Lossievskiye, G. S. Rybakov, V. L. Olszewski, V. A. Novikov, P. I. Dobrotvorsky, A. A. Packer, A. B. Ivanitskii and many others. The biggest contribution was made to the organization of its activities by the member of the secretary N. A. Gurvich. Under his leadership, was held a lot of work, which contributed to the development of statistical work in Ufa province. This article considers organization of the activities of Provincial Statistical Committee of Ufa Province during the second half of the 19th century, which has made a definite contribution to the account of the population, real and personal property, which in turn influenced the strengthening of the economy of the region and definition of strategy for government social and economic development of the region. | 4349 | The article examines the share of various social strata and ethnic groups in criminal activities in the Enisei region in the second half of XIX – early XX centuries. This question has not previously been the subject of a special scientific study. During the second half of the XIX century the role of criminal deportation in the criminalization of the Enisei region significantly reduces: every year a growing number of crimes were committed by not criminal exiles, but by representatives of law-abiding segments of the population. At the beginning of XX century Eastern Siberia faced the problem of organized criminality. In particular the activity of ethnic gangs. However, in the Enisei region this type of criminality was less distributed than in neighboring regions. The most widespread form of organized criminality should be recognized horse stealing. Communities of horse thieves in Minusinsk district were polyethnical. Horsestealing’s gang in Kansk district was formed with several factors: ethnic, social, religious.
