| 2101 | The article represents the morphosyntactic analysis of somonims of the Selkup language. The undertaken research corresponds to the relevant problems of modern linguistics consisting in the need of documentation and description of the languages which are under the threat of disappearance. In spite of the fact that the Selkup language has been an object of researches for many years and it has been studied in different aspects, the morphosyntactic structure of somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language has not been exposed to the system analysis yet. Somatic vocabulary of the Selkup language is represented by several types of morphosyntactic structures: simple words; compound words with coordinative and subordinative types of linking of stems; phrases. Simple somonims are frequently used in possessive form of the third person singular. It is attached possession. Simple somonims can rarely add other suffixes. In somatic vocabulary only one case of shifting of the simple somonim to another part of speech has been revealed. The components of compound words and phrases are mostly nouns and adjectives. The subordination is expressed either by the possessive form of the third person singular or by the genitive case. The second component can be represented by any other part of speech. | 2102 | This work is devoted to the study of the semantics of the colour terms with the meaning of “black” in the Taz dialect of the Selkup language. The study of the prosaic folklore texts and lexicographical works showed that the main term for the black color is the lexeme sǟqy (sǟ). It can characterize the color of such objects from the sphere of animate and inanimate nature as: human skin (swarthy, sunburned and color of the bruise), human hair (brunette), plumage of a tomtit, colour of the silver fox, colour of the dense forests, peat, kings of spades or clubs in playing cards, colour of the water in the river (presumably the river of Angara) and the colour of clothing. There are examples of the male personal names, which include the color term with the meaning “black”. This study proposes the construction of the tables that include both objects characterized by the colour term in the Taz dialect and attribute constructions with the terms of colour. The table is accompanied by the comments and allows, on the one hand, to compare colour characteristics within one object, and, on the other hand, to study the semantics of the colour terms for “black” inherented for different objects. Thus, the present study based on the material of the Taz dialect of the Selkup language can serve as a basis for the further comparative studies and be of interest in the typological perspective, which can allow to fix the differences in the structure of the of the given semantic zone in the Selkup dialects. The issue of formation of humanitarian students’ cultural and leisure activities in the situation of integration and globalization of culture, transformation of public institutions, development of leisure industry, emergence of new forms of cultural and leisure self-organization is actualized. Material and methods. The results of interdisciplinary studies of the problem of open education are presented. The structural-functional model of open humanitarian education is characterized. The methods of modeling, pedagogical design, focus groups, interviewing, questionnaires, conversations and various diagnostic methods (Career Anchors, Value Orientations, Meaningful Life Orientations) were used. Results and discussion. The concept of cultural and leisure competence is interpreted as an integrative quality of an individual, manifested in its positive motivational value attitude to cultural and leisure activities, in the communicative and design skills of organizing cultural and leisure practices. The structure of the working concept is presented in the form of three components: value motivational, communicative and design. The content of the three stages of cultural and leisure competence formation is described: analytical (stage of immersion and meeting with cultural and leisure reality), technological-mastering various technologies of cultural and leisure activities with a predominance of communication samples in the framework of current actions and events; transformative stage is focused on gaining experience in transforming urban cultural and leisure reality. Conclusion. The final test to identify the dynamics in the levels of formation of cultural and leisure competence of humanitarian students showed that the greatest positive changes occurred in the communicative and design components. | 2104 | Introduction. The article considers the image of St. Petersburg in the lyrics of Ivan Elagin, one of the prominent representatives of the second wave of emigration. The objectives of the study are: to trace the development of the image in its evolution, to fix the “common places” of St. Petersburg poetics, at the same time to note the author’s personal contribution to the development of the theme in conditions of emigration. Material and methods. The research methodology involves the interpretation of poetic texts based on theoretical and literary concepts (acmeism, literary tradition, poetry of the diaspora and the metropolis, etc.). Results and discussion. The image of St. Petersburg in the literature of the Russian abroad has repeatedly become the subject of scientific research, but the lyrics of Ivan Elagin have not yet attracted the close attention of literary scholars in interpreting the theme of St. Petersburg from acmeistic positions. We considered a number of his poems as a vivid example of following the precepts of acmeism in conditions of emigration, although the avant-garde element is no less important in the lyrics of Elagin. But in the image of the city on the Neva, the poet deliberately focuses on the poetics of acmeism, as evidenced by numerous allusions and thematic exchanges with senior acmeists – N. Gumilev, A. Akhmatova, O. Mandelstam. Conclusion. The lyrical embodiment of the image of St. Petersburg by Ivan Elagin is dictated by his acmeistic orientation and the desire to write his name in a line of his own poetic acmeist teachers. St. Petersburg of Ivan Elagin actualizes the general settings for the “St. Petersburg text”, but, in addition, demonstrates the emigrant specificity in interpreting the image of Northern Palmyra. The dominant feature of the image is its mortality, striving for “beyond”, the reflection in it of existential longing and nostalgia – the eternal “companions” of the exiled poet. The study of the lyrical plot of the work “For the Jubilee” [Yubileynoye] carried out for the first time helps to understand the work as a poem, finds in its basis the dynamics of overcoming of the hardest sincere condition of the hero in the course of an imaginary night dialogue with Pushkin in front of his monument on Tverskoy boulevard. The purposes of the study are defined by the necessity of finding the internal co-ordinates of self-identification of the hero – the main lines of the lyrical plot, motives defining them, changes of impulses-themes in the monologue, as well as the components and devices of the comical. The methodology of the study is defined by a complex of historical-genetic, historical-functional, and comparativehistorical methods, descriptive poetics, and poetics of non-classical art. Results and discussion. The basic results of the work are connected to the overcoming the tradition of Russian study of Mayakovsky’s works to place “For the Jubilee” among numerous poems-“conversations” of the poet, to distinguish it only in the connection with the certain event – the 125th anniversary of Pushkin’s birthday. New prospects of the research are opened taking into account that “For the Jubilee” was created in the direct time affinity to poems “About That” [Pro eto] and “Vladimir Ilyich Lenin”, with the important topic of metaphorical or real death, the problem of immortality and the lyrical hero overcoming boundaries of real space and time in his mental searches. As other bases of research, the transformations of components of the ancient plot of vision, the connotation of Pushkin’s works and signs of his destiny are examined, which are perceived by Mayakovsky-hero as remarks of the great poetpredecessor in the mental dialogue with him. Conclusion. The analysis of poetics of “For the Jubilee” shows the specific author’s use of a set of speech devices of the comical in self-characteristics. The comical accompanies the expression of the serious, the sharply dramatic in the destiny of the poem’s hero and acts as a function to overcome mental anguish, to return to life in its joyful creative modus. | 2128 | The article considers the key features of communication as a tool of linguistic manipulation in advertising discourse. The aim of this study is to investigate the technologies of creating perlocutionary effect in American advertising communication. At the stage of the interpretation the vast majority of American advertising works consisting of few words are transformed into informative and pragmatic semiotic texts. Nowadays the US advertising shows a big variety of products with different degrees of verbal congestion. As a part of this study we have found a lot of advertising samples which include the minimum amount of verbal text: only the name brand or trade mark and single-phrase slogan. It should be noted that even the most minimum quantity of speech act expressed by the well-known and popular person lead to the greater intensity and immensity of its significance. Having analyzed the fragments of advertising texts we conclude that the informative congestion of communication is fundamental to its ability to persuade with the only proviso that by congestion we mean not the number of language units but the amount of their information content. The findings of the integrated and comprehensive study of the informative congestion of discourse and text can be used in pragmalinguistics, text linguistics, functional linguistics, theory of intercultural communication. Of all the Germanic languages, Yiddish looks least Germanic: it uses a Hebrew alphabet and is read from right to left, and its grammar and lexicon have undergone considerable influence not only from Hebrew and Aramaic, but also from various Slavic languages. Between 1890 and 1920 millions of Jews from Central and Eastern Europe boarded ships for America. They were fleeing the tragic events that shook the Old World. So Yiddish language and culture began its journey on a new continent. Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Philadelphia were among the cities where Yiddish theaters, newspapers, and book publishers thrived. A Yiddish vaudeville sprang up, featuring performers who could switch in the blink of an eye from dances and funny jokes to sentimental songs. The heart of the culture lay in New York, where Second Avenue acquired the nickname “the Yiddish Broadway.” Yiddish words were quick to enrich American English - words like bagel, bupkes, chutzpah, klutz, schlemiel, schlep, schmuck, tchotchke, etc. Many words and phrases from Yiddish you can encounter today in American books, magazines, newspapers; or hear on television or radio, in movies or nightclubs; or may overhear on the street in many cities in the United States. The borrowings from Yiddish include specific ethnic and religious terms, words of conversational speech, pejorative words and terms of Jewish cuisine. | 2140 | The Siberian indigenous languages of the Ob-Yenissey basin (including Ket, Khanty, Selkup, and Chulym Turkic) are highly endangered. They have no written standard, and some have never been taught at school. The phonetic system, inflectional morphology (including verb forms), lexical structure, and methods of nominal word formation of these languages have been the target of some linguistic studies. Nevertheless, numerous other aspects of these languages, like Chulym Turkic verb derivation, have not been the subject of a separate research. According to various linguistic classifications, Chulym Turkic dialects are close to those of Shor and Khakass, thus joining them in the group of South Siberian Turkic. Consequently, it is logical to assume the existence of various similarities in the verb derivation systems of these dialects. The given article views peculiarities of the Chulym Turkic +LA- suffix verb formation in the context of the South Siberian Turkic languages the following conclusion on the semantic components of this suffix is drawn: it signifies human actions (with tools, in an emotional state, with a certain purpose, or at a certain time), and ordinary processes in nature and animals. The purpose of the article is to describe the discursive, communicative, structural features of the official portals of state and public organizations, addressed to the elderly population of the country and region, to identify ways of organizing communication, the nature of communication with the addressee. Material and methods. The general research methodology is based on studies of linguists, psychologists, psycholinguists in the field of speech, psychological, cognitive characteristics of elderly people, as well as cognitivediscursive approaches to communication between official structures and public organizations with different layers of the population in a virtual environment. We used structural (content) analysis of the site, communicative analysis of the individual components of the sites, pragma-style analysis of fragments of texts contained in the content of the site, genre analysis of statements and fragments of texts. Results and discussion. Portals have a different volume of hypertext, multimodal, polycode structural components against the background of typical forms and contents typical for virtual objects. The virtual space of the RF PF portal has the features of a marketing platform that contains sections oriented to feedback from the addressee and their implementation – a citizen’s personal account, counseling center, and pension calculator; The content of the portal of the joint venture of the Russian Federation combines marketing, informative, effective and interactive features. The degree of combination of institutional, official, business, advertising, ritual, everyday discourses is also different, depending on the nature of the subject, function and copyright holder of the virtual object. The largest volume of official and official-business discursive component, the smallest amount of visual means is distinguished by the RF PF portal, the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation equally combines officialbusiness, legal, journalistic and everyday types of discourse, designed also using static and dynamic infographic components; the portal of the regional social center contains components of legal, official-business, educational journalistic types of discourse (the latter is represented by the numbers of the regional periodical). Conclusion. The structure, content of website, type of communication of the portals indicate the presence of incompatible types of recipient. The addressee of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation’s portal is a gender, professional, socially undefined person of retirement, pre-retirement age, interested in conceptually limited information; it’s mobile in a cognitive sense, easily transitioning from an ordinary conceptualization of reality to specialized, able to quickly adapt a large amount of legal information, orientated in a virtual environment, changing style and communicative registers. The addressee of the portal of the Union of Pensioners of the Russian Federation is a gender, socially undefined pensioner, active in relation to public and state life in Russia, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports, and volunteer movement. The addressee of the portal of the Public Institution “Public Center for Social Policy of the Sherbakul Region” is a gender-undefined, socially unprotected (including pensioner), a geographically limited member of society, active in relation to the public life of the Omsk region, having broad interests, involved in physical education and sports not giving up under any circumstances. Common is the command of computer skills, the ability to navigate in a virtual environment or the awareness of the need to learn computer literacy.
