The method of substrate-induced respiration studied the dynamics of the rate of basal respiration, microbial biomass and metabolic quotient peat deposits oligotrophic bog (north-eastern part of the Vasyugan bog). It was determined that on average during the season microbial biomass values vary slightly with the depth and basal respiration of aerobic layers.

The article deals with the methodological approach to the distinction between syntactic incompleteness and communicative innuendo in the dialogic texts of business correspondence as the way to text ambiguity resolution in forensic linguistics. Syntactic incompleteness is a reflection of some cognitive processes underlying the fragmentation of interaction discourse. Innuendo is here understood as the special type of speech act where important components of the meaning are skipped by the speaker. Special attention is paid to the time reference, the correlation between syntactic incompleteness and semantic completeness of the sentence in a situation, the information content of Question-Answer communication, the contextual meanings of communicative and syntactic text organization.

Introduction. The problem of professional choice in a situation of uncertainty raises the importance of scientific understanding and finding practical solutions to support school graduates in the process of professional self-determination. This is particularly an issue for rural school graduates. The problem was addressed in domestic and foreign Pedagogy and Psychology at different times in history. The attitude towards the problem of professional choice is changing. Whereas it was more often considered in the context of professional self-determination, it is now the subject of independent research. The purpose of the article is to reveal the features of the professional choice by rural school students in the changing ideas about the essence of professional choice as a psychological and pedagogical problem. Material and methods. The empirical base of the study is represented by 15–18 years old school students and the middle-aged population of rural settlements in the north and south of the Tyumen region. The survey was attended by 200 people. The content of the questions is aimed at evaluation of the confidence and validity of the professional choice and general awareness in various aspects of the attractiveness of traditional and modern occupations. Basic methods: analysis, synthesis, generalization, questioning. Results and discussion. The authors examine professional choices in different contexts. The first context reflects the needs of society and the state in the professional development of an individual in a knowledge economy. The second context shows the need for a theoretical and methodological justification of the development of the content and scope of the concept of “professional choice”, its factors and mechanisms. The third context characterizes the peculiarities and problems of choosing a profession by rural school students. Conclusion. The results showed that, in general, there is a lack of maturity among school students in choosing a profession and understanding its importance in life values realization. The position of the parents is aimed at supporting children in their independent choice. The professional choice depends on the regional specificities, demand for occupations in a given territory, personal preferences, and the occupational prestige. The use of the case-technologies in the study of discipline “Methods of teaching chemistry” has been studied in a competence-based approach in higher school. Definition of case-situations on methods of teaching chemistry, distinctive features of training and control cases have been proposed. Differences between these cases to the destination and purpose of use in the learning process, the nature of the questions and answers to them, the estimation, the use of additional information about your answers have been identified. Educational cases are designed to develop skills of students to solve the problems unconventionally, the answers to them require a search for additional information, these cases do not have a rigid system of evaluation. The control case studies provide unequivocal answers, different approaches to evaluation. When answering the questions to cases, the student uses only existing knowledge. The examples of case-situations on how to conduct laboratory work at school and the answers to them were given.

In the article we discovered peculiarities of individual style (idiostyle) of the singer, poetess and composer I. A. Bogushevskaya. Material for the analysis were the texts of the posts written by I. A. Bogushevskaya in “LiveJournal”, which had been kept in her Internet diary from March 2005 till November 2014. Peculiarity of I. A. Bogushevskaya's individual style is a high concentration of different expressive units: conversational, non-upper class and jargonical words, units of Olbanian language, occasional units (lexical, morphological, semantic types), tropes (similes, metaphors, epithets etc.) and figures of speech (anaphora, antithesis, gradation, polysyndeton, parceling, anadiplosis, repetition). Other peculiarities of I. A. Bogushevskaya's blog are word-play and use of precedential texts, terms (musical or not), lexis of the thematic group “Music”.

The paper presents four formalization levels for logical structure of mathematical material of secondary school. Didactic conditions of transition to each level are considered. The author proceeds from the criteria of methodical expediency and disengagement. The work is aimed at arrangement of conditions for more deliberate and in-depth study of the subject content. Besides, general logical skills of students are formed by means of educational area «Mathematics», and, thus, general- cultural potential of this educational area is realized more completely and effectively.

This article presents the methods of teaching technology of the development of translators from high-level programming languages. The proposed methods contributes to the development of algorithmic thinking skills. The peculiarity of the considered methods is a consistent study of the main stages of building a compiler such as lexical analysis, syntactic analysis, semantic analysis, reverse polish notation interpreter. The study is based on the example of a specialized educational programming language that contains the minimum set of basic algorithmic structures. The interpreter from this language with the use of algorithms based on finite state machine, recursive descent parser and reverse polish notation was developed.

In modern conditions of development of our state, the social role and value of a healthy lifestyle is growing. One of the priority tasks of educational practice is the transformation of understanding the specifics of health as the life value of a future generation of citizens. This topic is of particular interest in relation to representatives of extreme professions, in particular to employees of the internal affairs bodies of the Russian Federation, whose professional suitability has always been given special attention. Of course, the activities of law enforcement agencies are often associated with stressful conditions and the resulting health risks. In light of this, close attention should be paid to the issues of the formation of a value attitude, value orientations and value orientations towards a healthy lifestyle as part of the professional training of cadets of educational organizations of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia. The purpose of the work is to consider and analyze such a value orientation as health among cadets of universities of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, in the framework of the formation of their ability to organize their lives in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle (OK-9). Material and methods. The methodology “Value Orientations” by M. Rokich, based on direct ranking of the list of terminal and instrumental values, acted as a diagnostic toolkit. In addition, pedagogical observation, questionnaires and testing were used as research methods. Results and discussion. 175 cadets of the Federal State Budget Educational Institution of Higher Education “East Siberian Institute of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia” were exposed to diagnostics: 87 first-year cadets and 88 fifth-year cadets. As a result, a statistically significant difference was revealed between the diagnosed groups and a positive dynamics was noted in the formation and development of a value orientation towards a healthy lifestyle among cadets of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs in the framework of their professional training. Conclusion. In the framework of educational and extracurricular activities, it seems possible to form value orientations and value orientations of cadets of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, including a healthy lifestyle as an integral attribute of their future professional activity. The main task of educational organizations of the system of higher education institutions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia is to create the necessary legal, infrastructural, organizational, including psychological and pedagogical conditions, to form the ability of cadets to organize their life in accordance with socially significant ideas about a healthy lifestyle by creating a health-saving and health-forming educational environment.

The article considers mental dialogue as a methodological basis for engineering applied designees The author makes a supposition of an invariant structure of the dialogue thinking and suggests the conditions under which the dialogue takes place. The conclusion of the article is as following: a traditional linear scheme of design stages (technical task - technical offer - draft design - technical specifications and test samples) should be considered in terms of hermeneutic circle. In other words it is necessary to include certain returns to early stages of the design process into the course of the dialogue.
