The relevance of the study is determined by the situation in the education system, when the active participation of members of the professional pedagogical community into the discussion of documents in the field of education on special Internet portals has become a bright positive trend in recent years. The aim of the study was to examine the motives of Internet users participating in such discussions. Material and methods. The edu.crowdexpert.ru web portal contains 17 government documents, in which 99,027 people participated. The motivation for participation, as well as other characteristics of the sample, were studied using a specially designed questionnaire, which was answered by 362 respondents. Results and discussion. It turned out that not only for teachers and administrations of educational organizations, but also for other school employees and simply active and interested in issues of education of Russian citizens, a desire to take an active part in the discussion of documents regulating the educational activities of the country is characteristic. As a result of the study, it was found that the main motives for participation in the public discussion of documents in the field of education were (in descending order of importance): personal interest to the discussed problem, the desire for professional growth and development, the desire to gain useful experience in discussing socially significant problems, the desire to improve professional status, the desire to get intellectual pleasure and the possibility of communicating with colleagues. With a high level of motivation to participate in the discussion of documents regulating the activities of the education system, the degree of the impact about many of the respondents is estimated low enough. Conclusion. The further direction of research can be the study of prospects and points of growth of Internet resources, which are organized to discuss important documents in the field of education within social and professional expertise because it gives an opportunity of real influence of professional community on the state meeting of education challenges, public legitimization of these decisions, creation of mechanisms of formation of public opinion and determination of ways of development of Russian system of education. Material and methods. The article is based on a complex approach including biographical, cultural-historical, comparative-typological, historical-literary, historical-functional methods. Results and discussion. The main points of the reports were briefly presented, the topical aspects of Erdmann’s work were pointed out, the range of works of literature and theater discussed in the context of his work was outlined, and an idea of translations and productions of Erdmann’s plays in European countries was formed. Conclusion. The material from the review of the conference reports can be used in scientific research, educational and cultural-educational activities in order to broaden the idea of Erdman’s personality and creativity, the scope of his talent, his contribution to Russian and world playwrights. In this article we would like to analyze the proper names (artionyms) on the example of the names of French impressionists’ paintings. The purpose of this article is to compare a group of French and Russian artionyms and to find language and cultural tendencies appeared during their translation from one language into another. Artionym is a complex of different categories of proper names which have the denotation in mental, ideological and artistic sphere of human activity. Artionym is a complex of linguistic and cultural factors. The linguistic secularities connected with the fact that during the nomination of an art work the author uses special constructions (lexical, grammar) characteristic for a special language. The cultural aspect of an artionym is that the nomination, in our case of a painting, happens according to cultural and time peculiarities of a certain epoch. The subject of the study is the structure of phraseological units, their semantic features acquired due to traditions, customs, and general cultural and national symbols of animal images. The aim of the research is the description of the structural-semantic features of phraseological units with component “horse”. Material and methods. The material for the study is phraseological dictionaries of the German language and electronic lexicographic sources. The aim of the research is to study the internal form of phraseological units, identified on the basis of interpretations of the meanings of the units in accordance with German monolingual dictionaries. The paper uses the method of component analysis, statistical method and descriptive method. Results and discussion. To determine the origin of the components under study, etymological dictionaries data were used. On the basis of the obtained data, thematic groups that reflect the connotative component of the meaning of phraseological units were formed. As a result of the description of the studied thematic groups’ composition, the productive structures and characteristic semantic features of the units were identified. The semantics of phraseological units was determined on the basis of data from monolingual phraseological dictionaries. The structural composition of phraseological units is considered: phraseological unities, phraseological expressions. Data from history, linguoculturology, semiotics, folklore, etc. were used in order to obtain reliable conclusions. The graphical results of the study are shown in the figures. Conclusion. The results of the research can be used in practical classes of the lexicology of the German language. | 4450 | It has been found that occupancy of and ^-opioid receptors (ORs) by DPDPE and U-50488, respectively, prevents irreversible cardiac cell damage during global ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (30 min) of the isolated perfused rat heart by the Langendorff technique. Activation of Kj-ORs decreased cAMP levels in the myocardium during reperfusion but stimulation of 8J-ORs had no effect on the cAMP levels. The occupancy of both types of receptors did not alter the cGMP levels before and after ischemia. Cardioprotective effect of DPDPE was completely abolished by pretreatment with cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Authors proposed that cardioprotective effect of U-50488 is mediated via a decrease in cAMP levels in the heart but cardioprotective effect of DPDPE is depended on the activity of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum.
