Sungatullina D.D. CONSTITUTIVE CHARACTERISTICS OF THE EXAMINATION DISCOURSE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 3 (168). P. 68-72

The article discusses examination discourse within the framework of sociolinguistic approach. Being an integral part of any society at a certain period of its development, examination or final testing procedure can be regarded as a separate unit of any status-oriented discourse where the key role belongs to the participants of communication. Taking into consideration pragmatic features of examination discourse the following constitutive characteristics were outlined and analyzed: goals and objectives of communication, time and place of communication, communication environment, participants of communication, their status and role in the process of communication, means and strategies of their interaction within examination procedure. In the framework of current research it was found that examination discourse encourages the candidate to demonstrate knowledge and skills he/she possesses in certain subject and at the same time it acts as an instrument of candidate’s knowledge and skills control.

At the present time an urgent task is to develop innovative means of knowledge control. These means of control would allow to evaluate the subject results (knowledge, skills, attainments) as well as the metasubject results (maturity of universal educational actions). The developing character of control means is of particular importance. The paper deals with the modern methods of knowledge diagnostics which offer the approach to the creation of developmental math tests allowing to evaluate the maturity of universal educational actions. It is expected that according to this technique the software package will be developed. The requirements for this package will be reflected in its specification.

Garattini R. Casimir energy and the cosmologicai constant. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2004. Issue 7 (44). P. 72-80

We regard the Wheeier-De Witt equation as a Sturm-Liouville problem with the cosmologicai constant considered as the associated eigenvalue. The used method to study such a problem is a variational approach with Gaussian trial wave functionate. We approximate the equation to one loop in a Schwarzschild background. A zeta function reguiarization is involved to handle with divergences. The reguiarization is closely related to the subtraction procedure appearing in the computation of Casimir energy in a curved background. A renormallzation procedure is introduced to remove the infinities together with a renormalization group equation.

Lasukova T.V., Maslov L.N., Gorbunov A.S. OPIOID RECEPTORS AGONISTS MIMIC PRECONDITIONING OF THE HEART: THE ROLE OF CYCLIC NUCLEOTIDES AND CA2+-ATP-ASE OF SARCOPLASMIC RETICULUM. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2010. Issue 3 (93). P. 64-69

It has been found that occupancy of and ^-opioid receptors (ORs) by DPDPE and U-50488, respectively, prevents irreversible cardiac cell damage during global ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (30 min) of the isolated perfused rat heart by the Langendorff technique. Activation of Kj-ORs decreased cAMP levels in the myocardium during reperfusion but stimulation of 8J-ORs had no effect on the cAMP levels. The occupancy of both types of receptors did not alter the cGMP levels before and after ischemia. Cardioprotective effect of DPDPE was completely abolished by pretreatment with cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Authors proposed that cardioprotective effect of U-50488 is mediated via a decrease in cAMP levels in the heart but cardioprotective effect of DPDPE is depended on the activity of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum.
