The French architectural institutional discourse refers to the object, thematic discourses born at the intersection of the architectural (project-constructive) discourse proper and others discourses, such as scientific, academic, legal (legislative-administrative), newspaper-publicistic. This discourse is an example of polydiscursiveness, communicative intersection of discourses, so the legal discourse (legislative and administrative) is an integral part of the architectural discourse. The legal discourse is one of the most actual discourses of our time. it is oriented at all levels of the society, regulates the legal relationship between the individual and the society, whose interests are enshrined in laws and other regulatory documents of state power. The legal discourse reflects the political, economic, ethno-linguistic, moral and ethical factors of the organization of the state and society. The French legal discourse fully meets these destinations. The article deals with the French legal discourse in the field of architecture and urbanism and its subtypes: legislative and administrative, relating to the written type of discourse, because the issue and publication of laws, regulations and legal documents are carried out exclusively in the written form. In its turn, the legislative and administrative discourse is divided into two sub-discourses: law-making and lawapplying. The language of the legal discourse is one of the most peculiar codes, it is the first element and the building material of law. | 4484 | The article is dealing with the description of specific of the Russian verbs conjugation in the linguodidactical aspect, which demands the accounting of the principles of availability, presentation, consciousness and activity in teaching Russian as a foreign language. In this regard the transformed for educational purposes academic model of this category is considered, the scientific description, educational and methodical providing of this theme in reference and guide books for Russian as a foreign language are analyzed. It is established that in these normative documents and training materials the importance and difficulty of this subject isn't considered, there is no clear and simple explanation of this theme, it isn't enough exercises focused on fixing and control of its digestion. The complexity of the verbal category of conjugation doesn’t promote learning by students complete and consistent idea of conjugation system of the Russian verbs therefore authors of the article unite methods of reproductive and productive approach to studying of a subject and suggest foreign students to remember the facilitated model of system of conjugation in classes and groups with obligatory memorization of some difficult verbs. In final part of the article the algorithm of an explanation of the Russian verbs conjugation based on inductive approach and directed to simplification of digestion of complicated grammar is described. | 4485 | The paper deals with the specific features of using “pastiche” technique in Stefano Benni’s works such as “Achille pie’ veloce” and “Baol” novels and collected stories “Il bar sotto il mare”, “Bar-sport”. Stefano Benni is one of the most famous Italian contemporary writers, mostly known for his language play: due to a great amount of neologisms it has been called “bennilingua” (the language of Benni). Pastiche is an essential part of language play and linguistic experiment, which illustrates stylistic possibilities and the potential of the language and enlarges its limits. | 4486 | The article contains the analysis of the images of toys in the works of Siberian writers of the beginning of the XXI: the story-tale “Princess Agashka in the Land of Unknown Animals” by S. K. Danilov, “Pegasus” by V. V. Shkalikov, “The Year of the Princess Bukashka” by Yu. S. Burkin. A toy, which has the oldest origin and combined ritual sacral, playful, psychological functions, is one of the classic images of children’s literature. All these properties are reflected in different ways in the works of the Siberian authors. In the story-tale by S. K. Danilov the old toys serve as assistants, guides, custodians of knowledge, as a mirror image of the inner world of Agashka, and also personify the state of abandonment and desolation, thereby contributing to the formation of important personal qualities of the main character. Old dolls, personifying true values (kindness, friendship, charity) are contrasted with Cindy dolls, symbolizing the values of the era of consumption. Overcoming the temptations associated with the problem of choosing life ideals, Agashka leaves the Playground of the Land of Unknown Beasts and goes to the real world with a personality. In the “Pegasus” by V. V. Shkalikov in the image of a wooden saltcellar are found the oldest solar images-symbols (winged horse, bird), which have important cultural and historical significance. The act of creating a toy made of natural material leads to the awakening and, in a literal sense, the revitalization of inanimate material, becomes the impetus for inducing heroes to search for the meaning of existence. In the cycle of stories by Yu. S. Burkin “The Year of the Princess Bukashka” the toys perform an important function of the amulet. In addition, references to classical children’s literature-works by L. Carroll, S. K. Lewis, A. N. Tolstoy, Sasha Tcherny, A. Barto, etc. are found in the works of Siberian authors. Keywords: S. K.
