| 4654 | The article considers individual aspect of time perception. Firstly, a brief theoretical review of problem studies goes. Depending on mood and activity, personal time proceeds either quickly or slowly and it can be either pleasant or not. Positive emotions bring a deceptive impression of a fast flow of time. Negative emotions, on the contrary, subjectively lengthen the time intervals. The practical part examines around 30 modern English set expressions denoting time as perceived by a person. The conclusion says that the perception of time as short/long or pleasant/unpleasant is expressed in speech through fixed collocations used by authors of modern fiction. Short time is described in dictionary English set expressions as “fun” and “it flies”. Long time “hangs heavily on one’s hands.” Unpleasant time is “bad, hard, dark, evil, rough, thin, lean and it is not one’s own. Pleasant time is “good, easy, the best of one’s life, the time of one’s life, high and there’s a lot of it”. Pleasant time “has its moments, it is one’s finest hour and it makes one’s day”. Fiction authors’ creative thinking depicts bad time as “poor, awful, dreadful, horrible, terrible, very uncomfortable, devil of a time and hell of a bloody time”. Pleasant time is “nice, lovely, great, excellent, delightful, smashing, terrific, fantastic, marvelous, riotous, and dead good”. | 4656 | Introduction. The relevance of the article is due to a significant exacerbation of the problem of protecting the rights of children, due to the increase in cases of homelessness, violence, drug addiction, both in the family and in society as a whole. And one of the global tasks of the Russian state at the present stage is the protection of the rights of the child. The family and educational organizations have a big role in crime prevention. The purpose of the article is to identify the characteristic features of the legal development of children of senior preschool age. Material and methods. The methodological basis of our work was a cultural approach that allows us to consider the legal development of children of preschool age as an integral part of human culture and the dialectical method of cognition, involving a comprehensive analysis of the objects studied in their relationship, the definition of cause-effect relationships of the analyzed phenomena; general scientific: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy and special methods of scientific knowledge: children’s poll “Children’s Rights”, individual conversation “What to do?” (G. Uruntaeva, Y. Afonkina), survey of educators, Pearson correlation coefficient. Results and discussion. The results of the experimental work showed that the majority of children under the age of five are at the middle and low levels of legal development. Children of senior preschool age do not fully possess the knowledge of rights and obligations that are not sufficiently complete and specific. Preschool children find it difficult to define the concepts of law, right, etc. The children of senior preschool age found it difficult to properly assess their actions and the actions of other people, sought help from an adult, followed the rules of behavior subject to adult control. As the results of the analysis of the experimental work showed, the majority of children of 5 years old are at an average (47 %) and low (45 %) levels of legal development and only 8 % of older preschool children have high rates. Statistically, this thesis was confirmed by a high value of the Pearson criterion correlation coefficient between the signs (criteria of legal development levels) (rs = 0,6). This was reflected in perceptions, behaviors, experiences, feelings of children, which in aggregate determine the formation of legal development. Сonclusion. The value of hopping simulation as one of the means of training skiers for races in the preparatory (summer-autumn) period is presented. The urgency of the question is determined. The errors encountered in the practice of hopping simulation at the beginning and at the end of a pedagogical experiment are considered. At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, the groups did not have statistically significant differences in the possession of the technique of hopping simulation, i.e. were considered homogeneous in composition. Errors are systematized by gradation (gross, significant, small). The experimental substantiation of the peculiarities of the training technique of hopping simulation is presented. Peculiarities of training methodology are compiled taking into account the stages of learning the motor activity, the schedule, the system of particular tasks, the means (exercises) and the principles of training. Each stage of training contains a list of particular tasks, tools, methodical techniques. The principles of teaching are explained taking into account the peculiarities of their application. A scheme for correcting errors in the technique of hopping simulation is proposed. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, a comparison is made between the results of mastering the technique of the motor action being studied between the control and experimental groups. The data are presented on the basis of the method of expert evaluations (fixing of errors admitted for each subject) and the method of mathematical statistics. | 4674 | On the basis of the works of domestic philosophers, sociologists, teachers, culturologists, the concept of «ethnocultural identity» is considered and the relevance of the study is substantiated. Experimental work on the formation of the ethno-cultural identity of students was carried out on the material of the South Russian folk costume. Due to its brightness, symbolism, constructive simplicity, the South Russian folk costume is accessible and understandable for younger schoolchildren and can be used in the practice of a modern school, since the skill of creating and decorating a costume was transferred from older younger members of the family in the process of direct contact in the form of joint activity. The conducted ascertaining experiment showed that if students have a certain civic position and moral feelings, their ethno-cultural identity, as a quality of personality, is at an insufficiently high level of formation. At the formative stage of the study, the experimental group conducted classes that were aimed at the formation of ethno-cultural identity among students of primary school age under the program of extracurricular activities “I live in Russia”. In the control group, educational and extracurricular activities were carried out in accordance with the curriculum and the plan of educational work. The implementation of the program of extracurricular activities “I live in Russia” is based on a system-activity approach, which involves social and pedagogical support for the process of formation and development of a highly moral, responsible, creative, initiative, competent citizen of Russia; transition to a strategy of social design and construction based on the development of the content and technologies of education that determine the ways and means of achieving the socially desired level of personal and cognitive development of students, taking into account their age, psychological and physiological characteristics. An important function of traditional art is that it is a unique way of conveying the universal and individual human experience. The South Russian folk costume gives students a unique opportunity to join the experience of previous generations, analyze, participate in the creation of a material result, come to an understanding of the beauty and originality of the costumes of different peoples living in Russia. As a result of the successful use of the material of the South Russian folk costume, interest is developing in the study of the history of the country, region, native city; the amount of work in the classroom gradually increases as a result of increased attention and good performance; the desire to learn new things increases, children are waiting for creative tasks, they themselves take the initiative in their search, help each other by creating collective projects in the classroom. As a result of the study, the indicators of the formation of ethnocultural identity in the experimental group increased in comparison with the results of the ascertaining stage of the study. This was facilitated by conducting classes with students on the extracurricular activity course “I live in Russia” introduced into the educational process of elementary school, built on the material of the South Russian folk costume.
