| 5759 | The author studies the issue of complex word generation based on an integrative speech-thinking model of word production. The model reveals processes of words production on onomasiological, cognitive and word-forming level. The paper presents the results of studying complex words on the material of Novosibirsk city ergonyms with attributive semantics. Ergonyms, being the most actively enriched category of onyms for the recent decades, reflect general trends occurring in the language: use of different structure components in the composition of a complex word; various possibilities of language game: lexical, stylistic and graphic features of neologisms formation. The most significant trend of modern word derivation is agglutinative or analytical nature of compounding process. Special analytical components of a compound word are clipped stems, root affixes, nouns, adjectives, numerals, graphical signs or abbreviations; which can be grouped in different sequences in the compound word. The position of the component expressing the attributive semantics can be initial or final, with the predominance of the initial, that expresses the semantic model “defining component-determined component”. The integrative speech-thinking model of word-production as the basic research method of word production assumes the description of representation structures of different types of knowledge at several levels (onomasiological, cognitive, nominative and derivation) and the choice of corresponding speech forms. When generating a new word the choice of the most essential information occurs at the stage of signifying the predicative form and is realized in the equivalent conventional or non-conventional models of word-production. | 5761 | The article discusses the causes and regularities of the personality spiritual crisis development. The problem is extremely important for modern psychology. The paper analyses the structure of a personality in which, from the point of view of the author, it is possible to single out three levels: the material «Ego», the social «Ego», and the spiritual «Ego». The author considers the spiritual «Ego» to be the most integrated part of a personality, which at the age of maturity regulates the entire activity of a personality on a global scale. The formation of this personal structure occurs in the process of overcoming spiritual crises that force the personality to rethink the contents of the meaning of life constantly and reconsider the answer to question «Why do I live?». The author examines the main trends in the spiritual «Ego» - the effusive, transformational and conservative ones, which in most cases define the direction of the development of a spiritual crisis. However, it is the level of vitality that is considered as the base of a personality's spiritual growth. It depends little on a personality and is more likely of a biological origin. In the second part of the article different factors, which can promote or prevent personal spiritual crises, are considered. The classification of these factors is linked by the author with the three main trends presented in the spiritual «Ego» of a personality and with the level of vitality. | 1739 | |||||

| 5769 | The article presents the data obtained during studying of features of attention of employees, the providing the state protection (PSP). By means of Hardware and Software Psychodiagnostic Complex (HSPC) “Multipsikhometr” we studied the features of stability of attention of employees of PSP and Department of Internal Affairs. Stability of attention was investigated with the help of technique of readiness for the emergency action (REA). We analysed the following indicators: efficiency, latency of reaction, accuracy, stability. In the study it was found that latency of reaction and indicators of the volume of physical activity have no statistically significant intergroup distinctions while in experimental group (PSP) indicators “efficiency” and “stability” are statistically more significant than the results of the control group. It is possible to assume that the processes of attention of PSP employees (readiness for the emergency action) proceed more effectively than those of the ordinary staff of Department of Internal Affairs. Most likely, the formation of the identity of employees of PSP are influenced by some factors: professional activity in the conditions of extreme situations which create difficulties in the solution of professional tasks, affect success of actions and demand high professional stability from employees, special psychological readiness, ability to work harmoniously in special conditions. | 5770 | The article presents one of the marginal genres of engineering discourse, the Missing Manual, in the aspect of its metaphorical organization. The results of the analysis have shown that a set of metaphors can be identified in the Missing Manual, namely: the anthropomorphic metaphors that are connected with the anthropocentric paradigm; time and space metaphors that are identified on the basis of semantic features as the humans and everything that surrounds them cannot exist outside of temporal and spatial coordinates; conceptual metaphors that are considered as theoretical constructs that differ in degree of abstraction. The special attention in the article is devoted to the anthropomorphic metaphors which represent various devices as possessing physical and mental abilities, personal attributes, parts of the body, etc. By the example of the Missing Manual it has been demonstrated that the necessity and importance of metaphors in the given text-type depend on two factors: pragmatic goal and functional stylistic status of the Missing Manual. The authors conclude that metaphors in the discussed genre perform two core functions, i.e. the function of gaining consumers’ affection and the function of exerting control over the formation of consumers’ notion of some devices which can have an impact on their decision-making. | 5772 | The paper deals with the issue of the professional communicative competence that is essential for the engineering specialists and academics to participate in the international scientific conferences. This is important, as the inadequate level of the English language, specifically, with regard to the academic writing and academic communication skills is considered one of the factors hindering the transition of Russian universities into the global research and education community. The focus of attention is the rapidly developing field of composite materials and technologies. The author proposes using a multi-level approach to forming the professional English communicative skills in the engineering university, which includes an ESP (English for Specific Purposes) course for academics. The specifics of the approach are illustrated by a case of Russia-UK conferences in the field of advanced materials. The paper presents the analysis of the international scientific collaboration and the excerpts from the survey of the prospective learners at the “Spacerocket composite structures” department at Bauman Moscow State Technological University. The data served as the basis for the needs assessment procedure, which, in turn, was used to formulate the goals and objectives and select the linguistic and functional content for the course. | 5773 | Introduction. The modern level of convergence of sciences and technologies leads to changes in the content of school subjects and their new synthesis in the educational process. In regional school practice, new interdisciplinary connections and integrated courses are emerging, partially provided with methodological materials. The conditions and results of the development of convergent education in the region should be taken into account when preparing future teachers. The opening of pedagogical quantoriums and technoparks on the basis of higher pedagogical education organizations as a condition for the material and technical support of the educational process contributes to the formation of a broad natural science worldview of students-teachers. The analysis of research in the field of convergent education will allow us to form an idea of a new educational paradigm, to determine ways to transform the process of training a school teacher. Aim and objectives. To study the practices of implementing convergent learning in the general education process, as well as requests for training teachers with new qualities that allow the teacher to introduce these technologies into the educational process. Material and methods. The research methods were: a survey containing questions with a choice of one or multiple answers, and with free answers; grouping of answers; clustering of opinions, judgments and assessments; generalization and analysis. Results and discussion. Based on the conducted research, a rating of specialized education and integrated courses was established in 19 schools. The continuity of integration education between primary and high schools, opportunities and deficits for development has been established. Respondents see the best opportunity to implement convergent education in the implementation of project-based learning. Courses and events are equally evaluated. Conclusion. The conclusions obtained on the basis of the analysis of the research results allow us to assert that there are deficits: experimental activities in existing convergent school courses; carriers of interdisciplinary knowledge; integration of such school subjects as Technology – Robotics, Physics – Biology; equipping with teaching materials. At the same time, the positive trend that has emerged in the region in displaying the convergence of natural and exact sciences in school and university education, revealing the relationship of these sciences with technologies on the example of megaprojects, allows us to assert the possibility of solving problems. The results obtained will enrich future teachers with additional knowledge and universal competencies. | 5782 | The article considers forms of M. A. Bulgakov’s dramatical conventionality on the material of his two plays: “The Purple Island” (1926) and “Crazy Jourdain” (1932). Firstly, the writer of a famous meta-novel uses metatext structures in his plays, combining parody on the modern art, social satire with the author’s aesthetic self-determination, comprehension between real life and theatre. Metatextual semantics of the “reception” in “The Purple Island” combines satire of a modern state art with the reflection on creative work, and understanding his place as a writer in the new society. Reviewing the Moliиre’s creative works in his play “Crazy Jourdain” he employs the three-tier structure of “the theatre in the theatre in the theatre” and focuses on author's loss of meaning of the creative work. “The theatre in the theatre”, “the theatre’s rehearsal”, the parallel “literary” plots, cultural and literary reminiscences become the conventional forms in the M.A. Bulgakov’s dramas. | 5785 | Introduction. Evgeny Poselyanin, a well-known publicist and spiritual writer in pre-revolutionary Russia, having traveled the path of doubts in faith and received a spiritual revival in Optina Pustyn, became a participant in the discussion between the intelligentsia and representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church at the beginning of the 20th century. The ecclesiastical nature of E. Poselyanin’s aesthetic consciousness determined the main task of all his work, which was to reproduce and transmit the spiritual world of Russian Orthodoxy. Aim and objectives. The work of the famous spiritual writer and publicist of the late 19th – early 20th centuries. Evgeny Nikolaevich Poselyanin, completely forgotten for several decades of the Soviet era, requires «rehabilitation» and serious scientific research. Material and methods. The article examines the collection of biographies of E. Poselyanin «Russian ascetics of the 19th century» (1900 edition). The research is written in the mainstream of historical poetics. Results and discussion. Poselyanin’s literary activity reflected the most important spiritual and cultural searches of his contemporaries and artistic and aesthetic tendencies of the late 19th – early 20th centuries. Religious revival of the early 20th century led to a shift in boundaries within Russian culture, during which there was a convergence and mutual influence of theology, philosophy, science with fiction, which was reflected in the transformation of traditional artistic and aesthetic forms. In the work of E. Poselyanin, one can trace how church themes and Orthodox content are clothed in literary forms characteristic of secular literature and departing from strict genre canons, which are becoming more plastic genre formations open for the expression and transmission of the experience of spiritual life by modern man. Conclusion. The book by E. Poselyanin «Russian ascetics of the 19th century» is a document of Russian spiritual life in the 18th – 19th centuries. In this collection of biographical sketches, the traditionalism of the life of the saint is eroded by genre innovations: the inclusion of structural elements from other artistic and journalistic church genres (paterics, sermons, church history) and fictionalized, memoir and biographical prose popular in secular literature. | 5795 | The new concept of the humanities emphasizes breaking down barriers between different disciplines, creating a new system of disciplines and a knowledge system, emphasizing the development of students’ thinking abilities through the transfer of knowledge, and re-establishing the link between “teaching” and “learning”. The goal is to analyze the way of reforming the teaching of foreign literature in the context of the “new concept of the humanities”. The material of the study was the documents of the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China on the construction of a “new concept of the humanities”, the relevant research papers of the CNKI of China, as well as examples of the author’s training in teaching “Foreign Literature”. The study uses the literary method of research and the empirical method of research. In this context, the teaching of foreign literature should break down barriers between courses and integrate between courses. Foreign literature in various universities in China is divided into the history of foreign literature, the reading of foreign literature and the theory of foreign literature, but we must combine these courses in teaching. During the teaching of literary history knowledge, we must make students understand the characteristics of the literary language in original literary texts, we must penetrate the literary theory in the study of works, teach students to analyze specific literary texts through literary theory and criticism method, and realize the combination of theory and practice. In teaching foreign literature, we must not only have a global vision, but also have national and family feelings, in order to spread Chinese culture in the international arena and tell Chinese stories well and establish cultural confidence in cultural differences. Russian literature especially contains a deep patriotic spirit, humanitarian spirit, deep cultural heritage and civic consciousness. Through the teaching of this course, we guide students to create patriotism, build the consciousness of citizens and develop a humanitarian spirit. As a result, we will combine knowledge, ability, and a view of value in order to improve the ideological and moral literacy of students. While teaching, we encourage students to actively participate in teaching activities and discussions. Interactive activities between teachers and students can mobilize students’ enthusiasm, stimulate their creativity, provide them with opportunities to use and demonstrate their own abilities, and help them improve their language skills. At the same time, teaching foreign literature can not only impart knowledge, but also cultivate thinking ability and stimulate students’ imagination ability. The use of auxiliary tools such as multimedia, internet, film, boutique course site, can not only expand the scope of the curriculum of literature courses and make the teaching method diversified, but also keep in touch with information technology, digital culture and the network. This teaching method can stimulate students’ enthusiasm for learning and form a virtuous learning cycle. Teachers should introduce their research results, research trends, as well as scientific methods in the classroom, constantly enrich and update teaching content, conduct flexible classes, ensure students learn the latest knowledge and cutting edge concepts, at the same time cultivate students’ interests in scientific research, improve the ability of students in research and stimulate the interests of students in research. At present, assessments of foreign literature studies at various universities in China are in writing. This assessment method does not contribute to the development of creative abilities and the improvement of students’ literary assessment and analysis abilities. Therefore, we are trying to use a combination of written tests and oral tests in the assessment of learning to comprehensively improve students’ language skills and cultural literacy. The “new concept of the humanities” is to throw off the unreasonable barriers set by disciplines, not bound by the boundaries of invisible disciplines. The “new concept of the humanities” are the inevitable result of the humanities and social sciences adapting to social development. An integral task of teaching foreign literature is to cultivate outstanding talents who can serve the needs of the country and take responsibility for national revival against the backdrop of the “new concept of the humanities”.
