Ryskina L.L. BRST-BFV APPROACH TO CONSTRUCTION OF LAGRANGIAN FOR MASSIVE BOSONIC ANTISYMMERIC FIELDS IN CURVED SPACE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 8 (110). P. 36-37

We apply the BRST-BFV approach to Lagrangian formulation of bosonic totally antisymmetric tensor fields in arbitrary d-dimensional curved space. The obtained theories are reducible gauge models and the order of reducibility grows with the value of the rank of the antisymmetric field.

Sarkisova A.Y. INTERFERENCE DIFFICULTIES OF MASTERING OF RUSSIAN PHONETICS BY NATIVE SPEAKERS OF THE MONGOLIAN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 7 (172). P. 39-44

The article analyses the most typical pronunciation errors of the Mongols in the mastery of the Russian language. Characteristic phonetic differences are determined by different phonetic systems of two languages (lokalisasi and consonant), the difference of articulatory bases, the laws of the positional distribution of phonemes and phonetic oppositions, and peculiar to each language characteristics in suprasegmental level. The most serious errors that lead to misunderstanding are related to the violation of the structure of the Russian word. It is expressed in the reduction of vowels in all syllables except the first, the frequency of prosthetic and epistatically vowels appearance. Reduction of vowels at the end of the Russian word leads to the lack of expression of grammatical values. Interference difficulties in mastering the Russian accent are determined by the constant (fixed) accent in the Mongolian language and articulatory differences in the accentuation of the main syllable in two languages. The law of vowel harmony in Mongolian language is the cause of most mistakes in the Russian words concerning positional distribution of phonemes. Carried out in a comparative aspect the systematization of the main phonetic difficulties can be used in the methodological development and practical training of the Mongols Russian as a foreign language.

Kurbonova G.N., Kondratova N.N. DEVELOPMENT OF THEORETICAL THINKING OF STUDENTS IN PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF PERFORMING MUSICIANS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 3 (192). P. 126-130

In the professional training of a musician-performer a wide range of problems is investigated. The question of the development of theoretical thinking of the artist has always been at the center of scientific interests, since the effectiveness of the subsequent musical, performing and pedagogical activity of the graduate depends on his decision. The specificity of the theoretical thinking of the musician-performer is considered. On the one hand, it is closely related to the content and logic inherent in music by its author. On the other hand, it deciphers the author‘s intention, in order to intone it in sounds for listeners. Consequently, the theoretical thinking of the performer from the philosophical standpoint is revealed in the dialectic of artistic time and intonation. Further, the content of conceptprocesses is revealed: artistic time, intonation. The creation of artistic time and its intonation are two interrelated and at the same time independent types of artistic activity. From this unity and struggle, the energy of self-movement and self-expression of the performer is born, an artistic interpretation of the author‘s design is created. An algorithm for the theoretical thinking of the performer is considered. This is the process of the afterlife of the formation of the musical form as a whole formation, where the form is derived from the content as a concrete from the universal. Describes the practical experience of the analysis of the play by Claude Debussy „Snow Dances“ from the cycle “Children‘s Corner” in the class “Piano”. Taking into account the fact that one of the main criteria of the Impressionists was the “living” attitude to the world around: the view, the moment, the impression, the predominance of colors, it is important to disclose in the work on the product the specific ways of the author‘s embodiment of content. All formative elements of the play are considered inextricably linked with the image.

Listvina E.G. BASES OF THE SCIENCE AND CULTURE INTERCONNECTION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 7 (148). P. 116-121

In the article the science is considered a sociocultural system and a social institution, the directions of reciprocal influences of science and culture are set. The science is represented as a complex system, which exists as a cultural field. For this reason the author gives definition of culture, it implies an over-natural system and mixes material and moral artifacts. The science and scientific knowledge focus on understanding, research, explanation and modification of outward things. The author analyzes the sociocultural factors, which determine the formation of scientific knowledge, such as values, traditions, rules and regulations established by society; considers the change of outlook with the change of historical periods; gives examples of some scientific activity modifications. In the last decades the science becomes more than only the scope. It is also the ideology, the way of knowledge systematization. This process increases the level of mutual influence of science and culture. Consequently the science is a unique social institution, which sets trends to develop the main component of culture.

Speshilova E.I. HOMO LUDENS: THE EXISTENTIAL PROJECT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 177-181

In the article a play as existential strategy is researched. The correlation of the concepts of “play” and “person” in the anthropological tradition of existential and personalistic philosophy is analyzed. It is noted, that postmodern man exists in the absence of clear existential orientations without having the “right” model of behavior. The main and, perhaps, the only way of orientation in existence for such a person is situational, gaming response to reality. The author argues the thesis that the adoption of the game for the ontological principle of orientation in reality is contrary to the notion of personal existence in the strict sense.

Zhiginas N.V., Sukhacheva N.I. SELF-MONITORING OF THE EDUCATIONAL IDENTITY AS A COMPONENT OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT A PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 8 (185). P. 46-50

The article analyzes the problem of qualitative preparation and professional self-determination of graduates - future teachers in the context of self-monitoring of educational identity. Most higher educational organizations take into account, to varying degrees, new innovative educational technologies. The humanistic approach in education is relevant to the subject-subject paradigm, the transition to which is possible through the development and formation of subject positions of students, transferring them from passive consumers of information to actively and consciously acting participants in the educational process, subjects of educational activity. «Quality» is a fundamental parameter of any kind of activity and is now considered as one of the most important categories of philosophy and a term actively used in the modern economy. This process in the pedagogical system has specific features. Thus, the expert evaluation of the management of the quality of the pedagogical process, referring to the administrative language, refers to the internal audit of the content of education in a pedagogical university. Improving the quality of education also involves solving important methodological problems in the management of the quality of teacher education, which include the solution of the psychological and pedagogical problem of professional self-determination and educational identity. According to the authors, the self-monitoring procedure can complement the practice of developing subject-subject relations in the modern educational process, in the management of the quality of pedagogical education through the development of professional self-determination of graduate students.

Keywords: education, management, teaching profession, self-monitoring, identity, quality of education

Domansky V.A., Kafanova O.B. TURGENEV ANNIVERSARY CONFERENCES 2018: REVIEW AND REFLECTION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 3 (209). P. 132-153

Introduction. The review provides coverage and understanding of the International scientific conferences and cultural events held in 2018, dedicated to the I.S. Turgenev’s 200th anniversary. The large-scale celebration of the anniversary testifies to the increasing attention of literary critics and the general public to the personality and creative heritage of the great Russian writer, who until now has not been honored in the world literature with the place that he deserves at par with other Russian classical writers – Tolstoy, Dostoevsky and Chekhov. Purpose of the study. This review allows you to see the scale of scientific and cultural events in the Turgenev jubilee year, to feel the atmosphere and the “pulse” of these events, to introduce specialists to their organization, participants, the content of the most thorough and memorable speeches, to think about the complex personality of the writer, his constant evolution, his creative searches. Material and methods. The authors use an integrated approach to the analysis of the scientific and cultural events of the Turgenev anniversary year. It is provided by a system of methods: descriptive-analytical, cultural-historical, comparative-typological, biographical, historical-literary, historical-functional, sociological. Results and discussions. The topics and problems of scientific conferences are examined, a brief analysis of the most informative and memorable speeches is given, special attention is paid to the reports of leading Turgenev’s works and literal specialists. Scientific events in the leading scientific centers of Russia (IRLI RAS and IMLI RAS, Moscow State University, St. Petersburg State University, Russian State Humanitarian University), as well as foreign forums in Thessaloniki, Brussels, Rouen, Paris/Bougival, are thoroughly analyzed. The analysis of scientific reports allows us to see the main directions in modern Turgenev works and creativity science. The analysis presents convincingly the historical and cultural context of the work of the Russian writer and his multifaceted personality. Conclusion. The material of the scientific review of the Turgenev anniversary conferences can be used in the scientific and educational activities of scientists (philologists, cultural scientists, historians), graduate students, school teachers. It will expand the understanding of Turgenev’s work, the scale of his personality, his contribution to Russian and world culture.

Martynenko I.A. HISPANIC PLACE NAMES OF ARGENTINA: LINGUOHISTORICAL ASPECT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 6 (218). P. 71-82

Introduction. As the world’s largest Spanish-speaking country by area, Argentina has always played an important role in the historical, economic and cultural development of the South American continent. Over the centuries, the toponymic corpus of Argentina consists of European (mainly Hispanic) and autochthonous strata. The Hispanic components in the toponymy of this South American state are a kind of cartographic form of the existence of the Spanish language, a semiotic marker of the presence of Spanish culture in this corner of the world. However, at present, there is no possibility to talk about a detailed study of the Argentine geographic nomenclature. The purpose of the article is to attempt a comprehensive linguistic description of the Hispanic toponymy of Argentina. Material and methods. The conclusions are based on the results of the linguopragmatic analysis carried out by traditional means and modern electronic systems: maps of the country, electronic systems GoogleMaps and GeoNames were used as materials and tools. Results and discussion. The author groups place names of Spanish origin, giving multiple examples, explaining their etymology and identifying metonymic chains. Along with the description of Hispanic anthropotoponyms, religious allusions, zoo- and phytotoponyms, emotionally colored topo-units and geographical names containing numerals, a separate place is given to military toponymy, shift names and doublet toponyms. In addition to Hispanic place names, the share of bilingual and indigenous place names in the total number of place names in the region is determined. The heterogeneity of the forms of geographical names here indicates the clash of civilizations, the heterogeneity of linguistic contacts and the richness of the lexical resources of the local toponymic system. It was found that Hispanic toponyms make up the largest percentage in comparison with autochthonous toponyms and bilingual toponyms of the country. As a result of the study, the Hispanic toponymic layer was divided into groups, the most numerous of which are anthropotoponyms. Conclusion. The resulting structured and described research data contribute to the advancement of digital technologies in onomastic research, and also allow the use of the demonstrated results in the framework of courses in language theory, toponymy, theory of language contacts, migrantology, linguistic studies, lexicology, dialectology, theory of normativity, as well as in teaching Spanish.

Go C. ANALYSIS OF THE DIALOGUE IN THE PLAY OF PINTER “LAST TO GO” IN THE ASPECT OF TEXT LINGUISTICS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 1 (219). P. 93-101

Introduction. The relevance of the study is determined by the need for further development of the issues of structuring a conversational speech work from the standpoint of text linguistics, the problems of which are concentrated around the study of the rules of cohesion (connectivity) of components in the structural organization of texts. The novelty of the research lies in the substantiation of the selection of such a unit of coherent dialogical text (we are talking about the artistic sphere of communication) as a “fragment of dialogue”. Material and methods. The material of the study is the play by G. Pinter “Last to Go” – a sample of a small dramatic form. Dialogue is analyzed in the aspect of the segment of the dialog fragments in accordance with the selected criteria. The methodological base is a set of research methods: a scientific description, textual, contextual analysis. Results and discussion. It is proved that a fragment of a dialogue as a unit of coherent dialogical speech is suprasegment in relation to the previously identified traditional dialogical units (utterance, dialogic unity). As criteria for its identification, structural-semantic and communicative-functional grounds are formulated, which allow the author’s meta-comments (author’s remarks), meaningfully correlated with the topic of speech, to be included in the boundaries of the selected dialogical unit. An utterance, a dialogical unity and a fragment of a dialogue constitute a three-level system of dialogical discourse from subsegment (utterance), segment (dialogical unity) to supra-segment (dialogue fragment). The utterance, the dialogic unity and the dialog fragment are both a construction and communicative unit of discourse. In the latter case, certain structural components can be distinguished in a fragment of the dialogue. Based on the features of the dialogue in literary works, the fragments of the dialogue in literary works include the preface, a structural combination of speeches of characters in the literary discourse and remark, commenting on the characteristics of the characters’ speech activity, and the end of communicative actions. Conclusion. Putting forward the concept of “fragment of dialogue” expands the scope of research of dialogical text and forms a theoretical basis for defining units of dialogue discourse from a communicative perspective.

The article deals with the method of “total immersion” of a foreigner as a secondary language personality in speech and wider – communicative – media environment. In modern linguistics, the method is defined as one of the most efficient, allowing a carrier to master a second language and effectively form lingvocultural competence. The key thesis is the one on the necessity of combining classroom training aimed at developing understanding of the language system, and study of the functioning of the language elements in a spontaneous conversational communication. Proves the expediency of development of alien non-literary (for example, slang) units of modern language, actively functioning in the speech of the Russian people. It is noted that in view of the principles of appropriateness and ethical permissibility of the use of jargon in the speech of secondary language person achieved the result, optimizing the overall intercultural communication. Jargon, becoming the the subject of exploration of alien units has linguocultural properties since, including their means of familiarizing media carried a foreign language to the Russian linguistic culture. Introducing an alien not only to literature, but also to the resources of the modern Russian colloquial language extends the communication possibilities of the language person in the space of multicultural interaction, has a strong educational value for the formation of a tolerant and respectful attitude towards representatives of other cultures and mentalities, learns to be responsible for the spoken word, to assess each situation in terms of the interaction of ethical and national communication standards.

Islamzadeh K.F. TRADITIONAL BEHAVIOUR PATTERNS IN THE PLOTS OF ANIMAL TALES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 9 (206). P. 157-163

Introduction. The basis of the article is determination of the specific features of the plots of animal tales in AzeIntroduction. The basis of the article is determination of the specific features of the plots of animal tales in Azerbaijani folklore and their comparative research. Material and methods. The material of the research are the samples written by the research workers of the Folklore Chair of Baku State University and Institute of Folklore of National Academy of Sciences. Their variants in the Russian oral literature are also the basis of the research. The main purpose of the article is to determine the differences between the group of animal tales and other groups, to reveal the typological peculiarities on the basis of the comparison of the similar plots with their analogues in the other peoples’ tales. Results and discussion. The article states that one of the peculiarities that distinguishes animal tales from other groups of tales are animal characters that act as the object and subject of the plot. Animals’ conversation isn’t considered to be a sign of a miracle in such samples. In contrast, animals’ speech is considered to be common. This is considered to be ancient people’s primitive notions that didn’t separate themselves from nature. It is also emphasized in the article that characters’ activity is expressed in dialogues. A character isn’t a principle in such tales, activity is. The article enumerates fundamental distinctions traced between European and Azerbaijani animal tales. The relation of these tales to mythic thinking, totemism and ancient people’s occupation of hunting is revealed from the etymological standpoint. The article contains the comparison of the different peoples’ tales with the same plots; stereotyping of the characters’ behaviour in the same situation is considered to be a phenomenon that takes place regardless of the nationality and is caused by the persons’ physiological identity and psychological factors. Conclusion. The specific additions to the famous Azerbaijani people’s plots are determined on the basis of the comparative research of the concrete tales in the article; their connection with the world outlook, mentality, folklore traditions is proved. It is ascertained that the main peculiarity of the animal tales is the characters’ action expressed by dialogues not by narrative. It is revealed that nomination of the characters gains functionality in the text.

Balakina A.A. ON THE PROBLEM OF THE FUNCTIONAL-GRAMMATICAL SPECIFICITY OF GERMAN VERBS WITH MODAL SEMANTICS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 10 (151). P. 7-15

The research describes the role of premodal lexical semantics in grammaticalisation and in forming of the functional-semantic specificity of verbs with modal meaning, their cognitive and historical-cultural determination. German modal verbs are sollen, mьssen, wollen, mцgen, kцnnen, dьrfen. These verbs are preterite-present, which means that their present tense has the form of the strong preterite. Modal verbs are the prototypical linguistic means of modality expression, at the same time there are many other verbs with modal semantics in the periphery of the modal field, which have similar functional-semantic features. The so-called modalized verbs can also express possibility, necessity, desirability, habitual actions and various estimates. In contrast to modal verbs, German modalized verbs are used with particle zu (except the verb lassen). It is very interesting to look at the involvement of verbs with modal semantics in grammaticalisation. There are many studies in the field of grammaticalisation (Lehmann, 1982; Heine, 1984; Bybee, 1994; V. A. Plungian, 1997; Maisak, 2005, and others). These works focussed on many important problems of grammaticalisation, and specifically on the possible lexical sources of grammatical items. In the study we regard grammaticalisation as a semantic process (Heine, 1984). We intend to determine the influence of pre-grammatical semantics on the functional-grammatical forming of the verbs with modal meaning. So on the one hand we define grammaticalisation as the process, in which a lexical word or a word cluster loses some or all of its lexical meaning and starts to fulfil a more grammatical function, on the other hand we try to determine the pre-grammatical specificity of form and content. The historical changes in the premodal semantics of the verbs with modal meaning (lassen, brauchen, haben/seinzu, wissen, pflegen) cause their modern functional-grammatical specificity. These verbs express one type of modality and demonstrate the functional monosemanticity.

In the Faddeev formulation of gravity, the metric is regarded as composite field, bilinear of d = 10 4-vector fields. We derive the minisuperspace (discrete) Faddeev action by evaluating the Faddeev action on the spacetime composed of the (flat) 4-simplices with constant 4-vector fields. This is an analog of the Regge action obtained by evaluating the Hilbert-Einstein action on the spacetime composed of the flat 4-simplices. One of the new features of this formulation is that the simplices are not required to coincide on their common faces. Also an analog of the Barbero-Immirzi parameter γ can be introduced in this formalism.

The article below attempts to define, organize and structure genre varieties of operating instruction. Technical instruction and user manual have been already described in traditional linguistic research. The current study has revealed that genre varieties of operating instruction include new ones that have appeared recently. These are MissingManual, ForDummies, and TheCompleteIdiot’sGuide. The appearance of new genre varieties is due to the rapid development of technical progress. The current research shows that the new genre varieties of operating instruction fall into subclasses. It has been established that the main differences between Missing Manual, For Dummies and The Complete Idiot’s Guide include the way of presenting information in the text, thematic scope and functional stylistics status of the above mentioned texts. The Complete Idiot’s Guide and For Dummies are characterized by emotiveness, the use of resources of expressiveness such as metaphor, allusion, antonomasia and other stylistics devices. The Missing Manual has a specialized field, while For Dummies and The Complete Idiot’s Guide tend to be multidisciplinary texts. Unlike technical, or operating, instructions belonging to scientific style, Missing Manual, For Dummies and The Complete Idiot’s Guide are hybrid mixed genres that combine elements of scientific, advertising and colloquial styles.

Ulyanova U.A. THE FUNCTIONING OF YIDDISH BORROWINGS IN AMERICAN ENGLISH // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 1 (213). P. 50-56

Introduction. Borrowings from Yiddish language in the American English are considered. This layer of borrowings is of special interest in the English language as the question of systematization of borrowed words from Yiddish and their complex description has not been solved yet. The aim is to describe the structural and functional features of borrowings from the Yiddish language in the American English. Material and methods. The research material is borrowed verbs from the Yiddish language, which belong to the colloquial vocabulary (to kibitz and to schmooze). The research methods are lexicographical and contextual analysis, as well as descriptive and comparative methods. Results and discussion. The borrowed lexemes schmooze and kibitz which are elements of the lexico-semantic field «Verbal communication» have negative connotation in modern English. The analysis of vocabulary definitions and etymology has shown that the meaning of borrowed verbs in English does not coincide with the meaning of the verbs in Yiddish, as in the process of borrowing there was a gradual change in the semantics of borrowed words. The initial meaning of the verbs in Yiddish is connected with information (communication of information). The meanings of the borrowed verbs are based on the common seme «verbal influence» (hidden or obvious). The verb to schmooze has several different meanings: to talk, to manipulate, to influence, to network. The meaning of the verb to kibitz has been divided into several categories: to make ironic comments, to comment, to give intrusive and unrequested advice while watching a game, performance. The shift in the meaning of the verb to schmooze is based on the phonosemantic effect, which is produced by the sound combination schm-. The change in the meaning of the verb to kibitz can be explained by high frequency of use when it appeared in American English. Taking into account the information from academic and slang dictionaries, the exact time of appearance of the lexeme schmooze (1897) and the approximate time for the lexeme kibitz (1910-1927) has been established. Non-conformity with norms of the Yiddish language when the Yiddish borrowings are used by non-Jewish English speakers is the reason of multiple variants of spelling of borrowed words in the English language. Conclusion. The research has focused on the peculiarities of lexicography of borrowed words in academic and slang dictionaries. The results prove that it is necessary to develop an integrated approach to the description of borrowings from the Yiddish language and their description in various dictionaries.
