The article is devoted to slang units as a component of one of the sub-strata, which are present in every national language and comprehended by linguists at the level of the language system, and from the point of view of the functioning within certain areas of interpersonal and social communication. The subject of the study is the jargon, manifesting the specifics of the speech activity of the Chinese youth. The linguocultural angle of attention allows to explore the extra-literary lexicon of this category with the reference to manifestations of national culture. Substantiates the definition of jargon as linguocultural units that represent the specificity of a particular linguistic culture primarily in the context of intercultural interaction. It is noted that the study of certain strata of vocabulary as linguistic markers of national culture is relevant today in the context of the observed expansion of international relations and multicultural space communications, as well as the entry of humanity in the era of globalization and widespread information. The system of Chinese youth slang is traditionally exposed to the sublanguage differing stylistic markedness in relation to the literary norm. The use of slang words and expressions in China is characterized by centuries-old tradition, which in the light of their study in the aspect linguocultural mainstream is defined as one of the most important tasks of linguists.

This article is devoted to the analysis of interactive methods of training and their opportunities in the context of students’ professional competences development. The author characterizes and describes the functions of the main interactive teaching methods, substantiates the need for their implementation in the university, as well as analyzed methods of carrying out interactive lectures, case technologies, business games, brainstorming and also the possibility of using the educational technology “Portfolio”. Using these methods the author proposes to solve such problems as motivation for learning, optimal mastering of educational material, teaching to teamwork, to tolerance to others‘ point of view. According to the author, they allow students to move from passive learning to mastering competencies in situations of professional activity, which undoubtedly improves the quality of student preparation. The article examines the influence of the specified methods and technologies on future professional activity of students. The aim of the article is to consider the methodological and organizational features of interactive training methods implementation in educational process of future teachers and influence of the specified methods and technologies on future professional activity of students. The basis of the research is formed by personal and activity and competence-based approaches to training. The analysis of interactive teaching methods, their interpretation and processing for use in the educational process of vocational education institutions was carried out.

The author investigates philosophical poetics as the model of the tradition of hermeneutics and phenomenology. The article shows that the conception of mythos in the poetics of Aristoteles includs the ethical (katharsis) and existential (tragedy) aspects of the poetical understanding. The author notices the similar structure in the understanding of existential phenomenology. However the event of understanding includs as well the being to the death here. According to the author it is the base of the philosophical poetics. In this way the author interprets the whole philosophy of hermeneutics, phenomenology and existentialism.

Their semantic relationships are also heterogeneous.

The article studied the influence of luminiscent radiation of photoluminescent films on augmentation of productivity of plants in a greenhouses, and also the reflected, absorbed and dissipated solar light photoluminophore particles in films. It is experimentally erected, that the basic contribution to augmentation of productivity of plants to a greenhouses under photoluminescent films imports the luminescent radiance generated by films. Productivity also is spotted by a relation getting on a plant direct and a diffused light.

The article actualizes the problem of speech development of children at the stage of preschool education. It is noted that the standard of preschool education focuses on the new content of the educational field – speech development and outlines the tasks associated primarily with the need to form the desire of the child to communicate with peers and adults, the formation of communication skills. The author examines the reasons for reducing the overall level of language development of preschool children, which creates difficulties not only for the formation of coherent, grammatically correct speech, but also for their successful communication and socialization in the society of peers and adults. For full development, it is important to include every child in a confiding informal communication. It is noted that the methods for activation and development of preschoolers’ speech should be circumspect and carefully selected only those that are based on the children’s game. Only in this case they may be of interest, and most importantly not to cause harm to physical or mental health of the children. It is concluded that the construction of the educational process in preschool education should be based on age-appropriate methods and forms of work with children, focusing not only on the selection of appropriate techniques for the speech development of the child, but also on creation of comfortable environment for the child not be afraid to commit errors.

The article is devoted to comparative social and psychological analyses of portrait features of first-year students studying at Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev. The most important factor determining the success of professional training is students’ motivation, their interest to teacher’s profession. The main result of the experiment is orientation of first-year students to become a qualified professional of high level, that will provide them with great success at the beginning of their working way. Entering Krasnoyarsk State Pedagogical University named after V. P. Astafyev is a way for first-year students to realize their vital aims and plans. The students are eager to get education, which will help them to become specialists in the changing conditions of professional activity, to admit these reforms. Students’ achievements and results are reflected in their personal portfolio. First-year students formulate an order for personal growth trainings, which help to develop the competence to change quickly and adapt to new working conditions. Forming of such competences will simplify students’ acceptance of the new social conditions. Also they hope that their achievements and activity in different spheres of students’ life will be appreciated. The article is dedicated to the relation of the two plot lines in Bulgakov's play “The Crimson Island”. The primary thread is focused on the themes of theatrical “production” and repertoire problems, the relationship between theater administration and the aspiring author, the state, impersonated by the all-powerful bureaucrat, and the rehearsal, which, given the extreme circumstances with the possibility of the theater closing, is already being run as the final, general rehearsal. The secondary thread, the history of a remote island, lies at the foundation of the aforementioned play. The researchers outline this as a self-contained text within a text. Analysis of the event poetics allows the authors to claim that the expressiveness of “The Crimson Island” as such a text is characterized by the constant breaking through borders of two interweaving plotlines.

In the scientific-methodical aspect the methodical comment exists in two basic forms: as a type of information-methodical products and as an expert evaluation. Both forms are significant and necessary for theoreticians and practitioners of the educational process. In this article methodical comment is examined as a means of development and evaluation of the professional competence of the teacher of a foreign language. The most appropriate base (informative material) for methodical comments in the course of teachers’ training is proposed (methodical statements, quotes from scientific and educational literature, a description of the methods, techniques, methods, forms of teaching, educational activity results). Examples of tasks from foreign textbooks, which can be considered analogous to methodological commentary and author’s examples of methodological comments are provided. Such tasks were developed by the author of this publication for National Students’ Olympiads on the methods of foreign language teaching “Foreign language (English) and methods of teaching it” (Tomsk, Tomsk State Pedagogical University, 2016), and their use has fully justified their scientific and methodological value as a form of evaluation of professional competence of foreign language teachers. The criteria of evaluation of the methodical comments are given (pithiness, validity and completeness of the comment, actuality of the comment in terms of matching the realities of modern language education, knowledge of professional terminology, examples as a support to the comment, observance of time limits).

Change of plants productivity of family Solanaceae in the conditions of protected cultivation under fluorescent polyethylene films was studied. A number of general laws of plants productivity change of different varieties of Lycopersincon ecsulentum, Capsicum annuum and Solanum melongena was revealed. It has been found experimentally that increase of their productivity under fluorescent films is connected with intensive reproductive organs development, accompanied by formation of better quality fruits, and increase of plants vegetation at the average by 14 days.

The article presents characteristic plant covering of bogs of the Republic of Mordovia in conjunction with the lithogenic base and position in the landscape. Attention is paid to the disturbed peatlands. For the first time the authors introduce a scheme of division of the territory of Mordovia on the predominant types of wetlands.

Diamant Irina Ivanovna, Legostin Sergej Alfredovich PECULIAR REATURES OF HOLDING COMPETITION IN ATHLETICS AMONG INDIVIDUALS WITH LOCOMOTOR SYSTEM DISEASE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 1 (154). P. 103-107

The article discusses the features of holding the all-Russian athletics competitions and determination of the level of sportsmenship among the persons with locomotor system diseases. Marked insufficient total number of participants, the predominance of men over women, boys against girls, the number of participants of the championship over the participants of the championship of Russia. Many champions and winners of the championship and the primacy of Russia show mediocre results. There is no competition in many athletic disciplines. Only 12 % of the finals was not less than 6 members, which is a necessary requirement for assignment of the sports discharges in case of their implementation. For a significant number of medals there were no contenders. Many potential participants were unable to reach these competitions because of problems with financing. It is especially difficult to reach Cheboksary for the participants from remote regions of the Russian Federation. On the basis of analysis and generalization of the data the authors revealed the necessity of improving the normative-legal base, regulating the participation of persons with persons with locomotor system disease at all-Russian and regional competitions in athletics.

The article considers the importance of design activity at lessons of literary reading at elementary school, proves the relevance of project activity in the light of Federal state educational standards, shows the possibilities of this activity on the example of the project “I. A. Krylov’s Fable”, lists the basic principles of creation of the program for literary reading. The authors allocated the types of projects of individual and group activity: practice-creative focused, role and game, research and creative, information-oriented and requirements for the organization of project activity: existence of a significant problem, importance of estimated results, independence of pupils, project structuring, use of methods of research. Special attention is paid to the stages of implementation of the project. The article also states the content of work, the equipment of the lesson of literary reading, kinds of activity trained and teachers in connection with introduction of Federal state educational standard of primary education.

The article considers and gives the analysis of «loyally» as one of the central concepts arising in interaction cf the man and organization. The concepts «social position» and «attitude» as basic definitions in relation to concept «loyalty» are allocated. The definition cf loyalty as social - psychological state is given. The factors determining loyalty of the man in a society are considered, the conceptual model of loyalty is constructed. The author makes the conclusion, loyalty acts as a multiparametrical multilevel and an integral psychological phenomenon, which can be studied only t trough revealing of interrelation of the sum-total of influencing it factors and indicators of the state describing sufficiently enough its empirical manifestations.

Cultural-historical periodization of the early Iron Age in Surgut Ob’ river basin developed by J.P. Chemyakin is viewed in the article. The author of the article raises an objection against the names of the stages of Kulay culture of the Iron Age of the region. The analysis of the periodizations of the epoch of the yearly Iron Age of Ob-Irtysh basin shows that extracted by the archeologists cultural formations are synchronous just in part. Formation of Kulay culture in Surgut Ob’ river basin is connected with penetration of migrants whereas in Narym Ob’ river basin Kulay culture has autochthonous basis. This peculiarity of the early stage of the region’s epoch should be reflected in its name and the name of the early stage of Kulay culture should stay the same as it is in literature.

It surveys the main principles of third-language teaching and discusses the possible ways of developing speaking skills. The solution of the problem lies in the proper organization of the material, the item of which is a bilingual communicatively-intentional block, built around two texts: German and English.
