Participants of the investigations were healthy pupils (boys and girls of about 15-16). The emotional stress which was made by a test improves the dinamics of the brain work and higher the intensivity pupil's attension. The girls of 15 - 16 years are more stable to stress. It is the first time when we discovered that the dinamics of the girls brain work depends on the type of hormonal suppling of reproductional cycle.

The model of processes leading to distribution and competition of different information types is considered. The model takes into account the following processes: 1) competitive interaction; 2) self-competition; 3) self-reproduction; 4) information distribution in phase space due to diffusion. The results of calculations approve qualitative analysis of dynamics of similar systems performed earlier in other works. Also, conditions of domination of one information type on another are obtained in terms of the model. The result was obtained in the framework of the project RFBR no. 11-06-00160.

In the conditions of dynamically developing modern society, the training of specialists who have a set of qualities facilitating their professional socialization is becoming increasingly important. The solution of this problem is promoted by the formation of the innovative educational space of the university with the wide application of active didactic methods. The purposeful using of active technologies in the course of training sessions changes the nature of «subject-subject» relations: the teacher’s authoritarianism is a thing of the past, the student is motivated to develop professional competencies. An analysis of the works of Western European and American academic pedagogues makes it possible to establish that the statement of the competence approach within the humanitarian paradigm of education means in practice the implementation of innovative models of training in higher education. The use of such models in an academic environment provides a transition from teaching in the form of ready-made answers to the teaching of problem-search character. Some interactive techniques for conducting lecture classes are interesting for consideration: classroom response system, «inverted training». The experience on strengthening of interaction of participants of educational process in seminars is instructive. It includes the method of «numbered heads working together» based on the principles of cooperative learning as well as the technology of case study and brainwriting. It was concluded that the introduction of interactive technologies contributes to the intensification of the educational process, the formation of professional skills and the abilities ensuring the success of self-realization of student youth.

Doubt is often cast nowadays on the previously stable triad of the truth, good and beauty, which is destroyed in one way or another. Proceeding from the principles of positivism the Russian scholar-humanitarian D.N. Ovsya¬niko-Kulikovsky (1853-1920) declared beauty a fiction. In the article it is shown that the scholar's stand as «the de¬stroyer of aesthetics» is determined by his general cultur-ological concept. The recognition of polarity in culture (normal/abnormal, pathological; health/illness) was an¬other characteristic feature of this concept. The author of this article believes that it was an outstanding and bold attempt to introduce fundamental opposition of cul¬ture/counterculture into the Russian science of culture. It is also pointed out that in making specific studies the scholar was inconsequent with the methodologically fruitful idea advanced by him.

In this article the author analyses the problem of psychological concept of psychogenic-induced bronchial asthma. With the help of multivariate statistic analysis the discriminative traits (scales of MMPI, Cattell 16PF) of the given bronchial asthma are showed. A hypochondriac anxiety-depressive radical is found to be patients’ specific personal feature. Anxiety as a main feature is transformed through protective mechanisms into a definite somatic state. The idea of bodily pathological phenomena of breath as sign-symbolic function is discussed in the frame of Thostov’s conception.

The author interprets the working and realization of program «Bases of psycho-analysis» as rather difficult education-pedagogical problem. The Indo-European languages at the early period of their development were characterized by the structure and categories which were quite different from what they are having nowadays. The active structure, the predecessor of the nominative one, determined the morphological, syntactical and semantic aspects of the language. Binary opposition of the active and inactive cases developed into a new opposition which at the moment of the formation of the nominative structure consisted of the subject case (genitive) and the object case (accusative and nominative). Old Germanic t-stems and their Indo-European parallels reflect some features which were peculiar for the active stage in the history of the Indo-European languages.

The article deals with informational waves as a new notion of up-to-date informational and media paradigm. We picked out some types of informational waves, such as strong and weak in accordance with degree and force of influence on society; long and short according to duration of social interest to informational occasion, which stimulates informational waves. In accordance with form and character of informational waves’ spreading (peculiarities of their components’ realization in global communicative sphere) we distinguish such types of informational waves as cumulative resonance; cascade; funnel; prism. In the context of the competence modernization of higher professional education, domestic and foreign practices of social education are analyzed. The importance of harmonizing existing and new approaches to practice-oriented training for forming bachelors’ social competence sphere as a practice-oriented construct is emphasized. Researchers’ positions on practice organization, students’ inclusion in systematic volunteer activities, students’ ensuring regular contacts with the professional community are compared. Author’s definition of practice-oriented training as a systemic innovation that integrates all the links in the educational process is given, that is: goals, content, methods and technologies, organizational forms and taking into account environmental factors - the priorities of regional social development and technology of social interaction at the local level. The advantages of a practice-oriented approach for the social education results are noted. Empirical data describing the limitations of the existing training system in achieving the practical preparedness of future social workers are given. Proposals for improving the system of practice-oriented training, taking into account its organizational, managerial, didactic and psychological-pedagogical aspects are formulated. In particular, we are talking about the establishment of a professional development environment in the university; the orientation of all types of inclass and extracurricular students’ activities to produce a specific socially significant product; the implementation of the polyphonic didactic system based on the technologies of contextual, project, product-oriented learning, communicativedialogical and gaming; the inclusion in the curriculum of practice-oriented modules and the representation of content in the form of competence tasks; ensuring proactive social workers’ professional adaptation and expanding teacher’s functional repertoire. The presented material contributes to the improvement of the theory and methodology of vocational education in social work.

The article considers the problem of training chil¬dren with the functionally caused features of organism complicating process of their adaptation in a secon¬dary school. The concept of functionally-weakened chil¬dren (FWC) is put forward. It includes vegetative labil¬ity of an organism, reduced propulsion reactions and general physical capacity for work. The interrelation of the specified parameters is determined on the basis of the system analysis of the complex research results. The conclusion is made about the necessity of differ¬entiated approach to FWC in order to develop the effi¬ciency of their training at school.

As a result of the realized researches from 2006 to 2009 and on the basis of the literary data in the pool Chulym river dwelling of 225 kinds of zooplankton is established. From this structure for the pool of the river Chulym (Tomsk region) 109 kinds is given for the first time, including for fauna of Russia – 7 kinds, and for Western Siberia – 11 kinds. Distribution and generality of specific structure of zooplankton in different types of reservoirs is considered.
