This paper analyzes the information on resettlement of eushtinian tatars in XVII–XVIII centuries. The main sources are public documents. Available data describe the resettlement area of eushtinians on Tomsk Ob region in this period. Eushtinians are first mentioned in the book of Herberstein in 1526 under the name “Grustintzi”. According to sources, the main inhabitation area of eushtinians in XVII – XVIII centuries was the area adjacent to Tom river from Tomsk to the mouth of Shegarka river. Territory of eushtinian landholding reached the Ob river. Eushtinian tatar can be divided into different groups, each of which occupies its territory, differs from others in antropological type, employment and social status. It identified archaeological sites of the late medieval which created by eushtinians.

The relevance of the implementation of various programmes for social and psychological support in cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students is considered in this article. The author has developed a programm of social and psychological support, described its goals and objectives, logical structure, conceptual foundation, methodological principles, conditions of implementation, methods and forms of work. The portrait of a Russian high school student is offered, its social and psychological peculiarities are presented as structural components. Three main directions of psychological support for international students are chosen and described: the development of social and household skills of foreign students; the development of social and psychological characteristics of foreign students and overcoming negative phenomena; the formation and development of intercultural competence of foreign students.

Frik Tatyana Borisovna EPISTOLARY FORMS IN N. M. KARAMZIN’S MAGAZINES: “THE MOSCOW MAGAZINE” AND “BULLETIN OF EUROPE” // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 3 (168). P. 102-108

The epistolary forms which entered a context of “The Moscow magazine” and “The Bulletin of Europe” are considered as an embodiment of the concept of N. M. Karamzin – the publisher, as a reprezentant of his creative method. N. M. Karamzin actively develops poetics of the private, friendly letter in the journalistic and publishing practice, thus the poetics of epistolary publications in Karamzin magazines is conformable to poetics of his private letters. In magazines, also as well as in private letters, estimates and judgments of the publisher, his image itself organize reader’s perception, play a sample role, immerse in the Karamzin sphere of spiritual and intellectual aspirations. The letter as a plot forming element of Karamzin magazines allowed their publisher to come into direct contact with the reader, and “someone else’s” letters became remarks in the dialogue organized by the publisher, a reason for publishing reflections. The letter becomes an ideal form of creation of the addressee – the reader of the magazine as in it the behavioural standard is formed. Certain dynamics of epistolary poetics from “The Moscow magazine” to “the Bulletin of Europe” is noted. The conclusion is that the epistolary is the major esthetic category, it in many respects causes deep internal unity of editions of N. M. Karamzin.

This article deals with the analysis of the discourse in the light of philosophy, sociology, sociolinguistics, culturology, semiotics, text linguistics. The discourse analysis has been depicted from the point of text and context aspects. The levels of analysis of language material for discourse characterization have been distinguished. Frames (concept systems) have been considered as the mental units; their contents are being seen as the discourse. The brief review of linguistic processors MathLab, Gate and WordNet data-base has been done; they are defined as the most effective and automated means of discourse analysis of natural languages. The environment Gate includes the elements of corpus and concept analyses and machine learning. These programmes help to define the slot position of markers in their cognitive model. MathLab automates the algorithm in the analysis of the core concepts.

The paper reviews the projects on studies of the Ob-Yenissei language area in Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The problem of the research project “Typology of Simple Sentence in the Languages of the Ob-Yenisei area: Information and Argument Structure” sponsored by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) has been described in detail: a review of literature on structural and communicative syntax has been made, also the degree of the project topic study in the languages under investigation has been analyzed. The languages of the project do not give a detailed description of the subject-matter. The Praat linguistic program, which allows to divide the sound stream, will be used to the results of the study. The result is to form an understanding of the typological picture of the Ob-Yenisei language area with respect to the word order and communicative structure of the sentence. The article is finished with a brief review of prospective directions of the researches which are to be fulfilled on the materials of underdescribed and highly endangered languages. The indigenous population of Siberia has faced difficulties in describing the language picture of the world on the material and spiritual culture of ethnic minorities. The Ob-Yenisei language area has not been described on individual grammatical categories in the functional and typological perspective, and the problem with the lexical typology, and syntax, does not contain an investigation in the areal aspect. The article deals with the dynamics of the image of the profession substantial characteristics at different stages of professional education involving certain types of crises. Based on the data of the image of the profession in the context of a crisis of professional formation, the existence of obligatory and facultative features in its structure is assumed. The authors suggest the existence of “ideal” image of the profession among students and the unemployed. The structure and nature of the interaction between the obligatory and facultative descriptors of image of profession in each group is analyzed in the article. The assumption about the existence of a unmatched structure of the image profession among students, graduates working in the specialty, and the unemployed is proposed.

In terms of short-term mode of administration used nootropics general trends identified changes in the activity peptidyl-dipeptidazy A: the highest activity was observed in the pituitary gland at 72 hours after injection рhenotropil and the striatum 4 hours after injection of piracetam and noopept. Marker-tion measurable activity of the enzyme studied in rats after a single dose pre-nootropic preparations in the dynamics of observation can serve as one of the key biochemical characterized-tics possible neurochemical mechanism of action.

The obtained results of investigations showed that presented methodic of training with the using of fitness aerobics and the elements of callithenics give positing results not only in keeping body from gifting into the state of lowered resistance of girls 10-11 years but makes a great contribution to the correction of heir psychioemotional sentiment and morpohofunctional condition and all-round development psychological process and motor fitness.

The article is devoted to the first in the literature and publicism of the beginning of the XIX century Siberia research edition – «The Siberian bulletin» by G.I. Spassky. Special attention is paid to the principles of selection of the material, ways of its submission which as it is represented, are caused by specificity of recognition of Siberia in culture of the beginning of the century. East Russia is comprehended in «The Siberian bulletin «as exotic territory; receptions of its description go back to utopian performances about «the far grounds». Spassky’s magazine played a determining role during formation of the ambivalent image of Siberia – on the one hand, the parts of Russia adjoining with it territorially and «other» ground regularly studied, on the other hand, the remote, novel, occupied the people conducting essentially other lifestyle, than to what the intellectual of «the Education Age» got used to.
