This paper analyzes the information on resettlement of eushtinian tatars in XVII–XVIII centuries. The main sources are public documents. Available data describe the resettlement area of eushtinians on Tomsk Ob region in this period. Eushtinians are first mentioned in the book of Herberstein in 1526 under the name “Grustintzi”. According to sources, the main inhabitation area of eushtinians in XVII – XVIII centuries was the area adjacent to Tom river from Tomsk to the mouth of Shegarka river. Territory of eushtinian landholding reached the Ob river. Eushtinian tatar can be divided into different groups, each of which occupies its territory, differs from others in antropological type, employment and social status. It identified archaeological sites of the late medieval which created by eushtinians.

The relevance of the implementation of various programmes for social and psychological support in cross-cultural adaptation of foreign students is considered in this article. The author has developed a programm of social and psychological support, described its goals and objectives, logical structure, conceptual foundation, methodological principles, conditions of implementation, methods and forms of work. The portrait of a Russian high school student is offered, its social and psychological peculiarities are presented as structural components. Three main directions of psychological support for international students are chosen and described: the development of social and household skills of foreign students; the development of social and psychological characteristics of foreign students and overcoming negative phenomena; the formation and development of intercultural competence of foreign students.

The epistolary forms which entered a context of “The Moscow magazine” and “The Bulletin of Europe” are considered as an embodiment of the concept of N. M. Karamzin – the publisher, as a reprezentant of his creative method. N. M. Karamzin actively develops poetics of the private, friendly letter in the journalistic and publishing practice, thus the poetics of epistolary publications in Karamzin magazines is conformable to poetics of his private letters. In magazines, also as well as in private letters, estimates and judgments of the publisher, his image itself organize reader’s perception, play a sample role, immerse in the Karamzin sphere of spiritual and intellectual aspirations. The letter as a plot forming element of Karamzin magazines allowed their publisher to come into direct contact with the reader, and “someone else’s” letters became remarks in the dialogue organized by the publisher, a reason for publishing reflections. The letter becomes an ideal form of creation of the addressee – the reader of the magazine as in it the behavioural standard is formed. Certain dynamics of epistolary poetics from “The Moscow magazine” to “the Bulletin of Europe” is noted. The conclusion is that the epistolary is the major esthetic category, it in many respects causes deep internal unity of editions of N. M. Karamzin.

The paper reviews the projects on studies of the Ob-Yenissei language area in Tomsk State Pedagogical University. The problem of the research project “Typology of Simple Sentence in the Languages of the Ob-Yenisei area: Information and Argument Structure” sponsored by the Russian Foundation for Basic Research (RFBR) has been described in detail: a review of literature on structural and communicative syntax has been made, also the degree of the project topic study in the languages under investigation has been analyzed. The languages of the project do not give a detailed description of the subject-matter. The Praat linguistic program, which allows to divide the sound stream, will be used to the results of the study. The result is to form an understanding of the typological picture of the Ob-Yenisei language area with respect to the word order and communicative structure of the sentence. The article is finished with a brief review of prospective directions of the researches which are to be fulfilled on the materials of underdescribed and highly endangered languages. The indigenous population of Siberia has faced difficulties in describing the language picture of the world on the material and spiritual culture of ethnic minorities. The Ob-Yenisei language area has not been described on individual grammatical categories in the functional and typological perspective, and the problem with the lexical typology, and syntax, does not contain an investigation in the areal aspect. Thus, it is necessary to elaborate studies on small languages

The article presents an attempt to identify the aspects of development of mathematical abilities of schoolchildren in the process of formation of concepts representing the design in the form of three-dimensional model projected in (substantive, functional and conditional) planes. The model is based on the identified logical characteristics (volume, content, classification), types and stages of formation of the levels of formation of a concept, identified criteria adequate to the four levels of schoolchildern’s MA (discrete, fragmented, structured and holistic). For the first time developed a criterion for assessing the development of schoolchildren’s MА in the formation of concepts, according to which the four levels are marked. The genre specificity and poetics of George Sand’s monumental autobiography has never been in the focus of Russian scholarly attention. This paper focuses on the history of creation and publication of the work (1847–1855). The author describes the poetics of the French writer’s narrative, employing oratory techniques and amplification, which greatly contributes to its perception. A particular attention is paid to the specificity of female memoirs, which consistently describes the development of the main character in childhood, adolescence, youth and maturity. The paper analyses the original composition of the narrative, in which almost a quarter is devoted to ancestors and parents, with whom George Sand’s character is genetically connected. On the one hand, the heroine of the memoirs is a representative of her generation, with whom she is connected by ties of solidarity. On the other hand, she is a child of the revolutionary era, when a marriage between an aristocrat and a commoner could take place. The author studies the history of the inner life, the “life of the soul” of the main character, which consists in the process of looking for the truth in all spheres of life: true friendship, love, religious and political ideas, moral and aesthetic values, and the meaning of life in general. Finally, the heroine finds her “self” in her literary work.

The paper regards school texts on the history of mathematics as an instrument for mental education of basic school pupils. There was worked out a system of the texts directed at the development of some components of cognitive experience: texts, favoring verbal-symbolic, visual, sensual-emotional ways of information coding; texts, directed at enriching pupils’ emotional-evaluative experience and so on. The importance of each type of the text on the history of mathematics is shown.
