The article focuses on the discussion of the teacher`s position in joint activity which is one of the main conditions of developping the dialogue. In particular, the ability of the subject basis development of participants in the educational process and the willingness of the teacher to the open pedagogical action and ambivalent pattern behavior are considered. In this work we discuss the transformation of educational space and examine the impact of federal state educational standard for professional self-determination of the teacher. The state and private initiatives directed to the increase of financial literacy of citizens are being solved in different ways in many countries. For Russia an appeal to the international experience in improving financial literacy is very topical. The greatest interest represents foreign experience of those countries in which programs on financial literacy have proved the efficiency. The information-educational products directed to the increase of financial literacy of the population, are considered on an example of the USA and Poland, having interesting approaches and methodical materials. In the USA the projects and programs directed to increase of level of financial literacy of the population, are financed basically by a private sector with support of the state and public initiatives. Financial education in the USA is based on partnership of the organisations of all patterns of ownership and all levels of the power. In Poland state financing of such programs prevails. And the Central bank of the country is their initiator. Educational programs are constructed on the private-state partnership with consolidated financing of events for financial literacy. World experience is useful to Russia from the point of view of the organizational aspects, use of various techniques and educational resources.

This paper deals with innovative approaches to practical phonetics teaching. Articulatory phonetics: different structures of the vocal tract, called the articulators (tongue, lips, jaw, palate, teeth etc.) have been studied. Auditory phonetics: methods of sound production and reception – the ear to the brain and those processes have been analyzed. Acoustic phonetics: acoustic aspects of speech sounds like the mean squared amplitude of a waveform, its duration, its fundamental frequency, and other properties of its frequency spectrum, have been investigated. Neuro-linguistic programming has been described as one of the innovative approaches in the study of phonetics.

Fitopopulacja optimum Bupleurum scorzonerifolium Wiild. is in motley-grass meadow steppes. The maximum abundance was recorded in the communities with the projective covering of grass 40–59 %, while increasing and decreasing of this factor is the weight of the collected raw materials decreases (r = 0,39, Rxy = 0,20). The highest yield was recorded in the interval of hydrothermic coefficient for steppe areas of 1,5–1,6, forest-steppe – 2,2–2,3, forest – 2,5–2,6, where the ratio of heat and precipitation was close to a multiyear average. The absolute value of the maximum productivity changes by years slightly. Possible annual for the Eastern Transbaikal region harvesting volume is estimsated in 781,2 tons.

This work develops the statements of works [1–3]. Author’s experience of teaching disciplines for the students studying in the direction of training «Applied informatics» is generalized. Some questions of techniques of teaching discipline «Document science and documentary ensuring management» are considered. The main directions of further research are considered. They consist in highlighting the activation of interdisciplinary links between disciplines aimed at forming the professional competencies of students. It is planned to continue modernization of the developed materials of the electronic courses intended for support of independent work of students in the study of disciplines. It is important to develop tasks for independent work which would promote increase in interest of students in studying of materials of the discipline. In addition, we are developing the funds of evaluation tools in the form of test questions, questions for credit. It is concluded that the use of e-course materials contributes to the formation of professional competence of future graduates. Further goals on educational system development are also discussed. We are going to continue developing electronic educational materials, reference books and seminars. These materials will be used for the formation of professional competence of students who are training in the direction of «Applied Informatics». The article presents the results of using the developed methodological materials. Besides, the results of testing of students in the section «Document and System of Documentation» are analized.

The article considers the problem of interrelation of parent-child relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. Shows the dependence of successful development of the child in a foster family on the level of personal maturity of the adoptive parents and the type of parent-child relationship. Presents the results of diagnostics of childparent relationship and personal maturity of the adoptive parents. It is revealed that empathy, reflexivity and creativity of personal maturity of the parents determines the line and the type of their relationship with children. It is established that the disadvantages of the reflexivity of parents impede the development needs of self-actualization, and emotional responsiveness to the experiences of children, manifestations of creativity. At the same time, the ability of personally mature adoptive parents to analyze the strengths and weaknesses of personal development ensures their need for selfactualization, the choice of effective ways of interacting with children, humane treatment. It is believed that the level of development of personal maturity of parents ensures harmonious interpersonal relationship in foster family, creation of a favorable psychological climate. The authors come to the conclusion that the development of personal maturity of the adoptive parents is one of the factors for improving parent-child relationship in foster care, to avoid secondary orphanhood.

Clinical and biochemical monitoring of degree from endotoksikose during chronicle cholecystitis – should include parameters of antioxidant and oxidant system, catabolism of protein. In the article studying the zooplankton of the pool of the river of Chulym are summed up and it is underlined that for the first time for this region there are 129 kinds and 29 subspecies from which 52 kinds and 10 subspecies are specified for the first time for Western Siberia and 4 kinds – for Russia. Zooplanktonic complexes of sites of the pool bottom, average both headwaters and distribution of characteristic kinds of a zooplankton on these sites are considered.
