The article reveals categorical opposition of logic and a language. The language and logic appear as two different Interacting moments which organize the text. Its imply principles of expression and understanding. The language is directly phenomenal and it is a source of expression as such. Logic lets us understand the sense of the language and return that naive expression to that inner sense. Mind is mainly logical order and it leads spontaneity of the language to the conceptual and categorical unity. Art is mainly lingual phenomenon and replaces clear and unity of logic by a play of expressive lingual relations. Speech is a sphere of logic dialectical synthesis of logic and the language principles. A settled language is energically melted by speech whereas speech is penetrated with logic so that logical connections of the language are created there. This living language creation in its logic points is a specific feature of art. Art is improvising thinking related directly to internal phenomenality of sense.

The averaging method in the restricted three-body problem based on Lie transformations in Pfaff’s space is proposed. The author of the article tries to determine the place of the so-called verbal synlexes (morphologically composite, stable nominative units of language; functional-semantic analogues of the separate verbs) in the nominative structure of the Russian language. There are four types of correlations between the verbal synlexes and the verbs. The author is especially interested in the case when the verbal synlexes correlate with the verbs that have the same root and enumerates the ways permitting to avoid doubling of the synlex and the verb.

The article defines the reading type that lies in the foundation of teaching senior secondary school students to read original German texts containing linguocultural, sociocultural, cultural and linguistic information. Special attention is given to reviewing the types of reading. This issue is one of the most theoretically developed, but not yet terminologically stable. The characteristics of “mature” and “immature” reading in the native and foreign languages are identified and described. As a result, on the basis of the conducted research, the type of reading most suitable for teaching to read the original texts is proposed, its characterization is given.

The article presents research of individual media discourse of the author and presenter of the information and analytical program “News of the Week” Dmitry Kiselev. The specificity of the format of information and analytical program in general and the author’s program the “News of the Week” in particular is characterized. The article deals with the process of teaching reading of English-language legal texts in educational establishments of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia, which consists in targeting the professional needs of future employees of law enforcement agencies. Applying of the author to this topic is due to the fact that the process of teaching foreign language is associated with the formation of the ability to generate and interpret information in a foreign language in the process of professional activity, the need to read special literature and documents, to communicate with foreign colleagues on professional topics. The author pays close attention to the issues of taking into account the peculiarities of the legal text. The author defines the basic methods of removing difficulties when dealing with English-language legal literature, for example, by creating a bank of textual material and brief comments on individual terms and concepts. The text should serve to further develop skills of professionally-oriented reading in the specialty, as well as filling the vocabulary. The Anglo-Saxon system of law is a unique system that is based on completely different principles than the common law system. Acquaintance with its specifics within the framework of legal courses in the native language is practically absent and does not provide some acceptable extralinguistic basis for effective reading of English-language legal literature. Thus, in the process of reading, cadets should have a clear understanding of what exactly is being discussed, what place the problems discussed are in the system of law, law enforcement activities of foreign countries, etc., that is, it is oriented generally in the problems addressed in specific text that he reads.

Pragmalinguistics is a core discipline within the modern linguistics. It is the study of human communication. This article deals with the choices speaker makes to express his intended meaning and the kinds of inferences that hearers draw from an utterance in the context of its use. The article surveys pragmalinguistics from different perspectives, presenting the main theories in pragmatic research, incorporating conscious verbal act as well as unconscious one. In the fast-developing field of implicit pragmalinguistics, our investigation fills the gap in the wide scope of today’s research revealing the actualization of the hidden grammatical meanings depending on the specific pragmatic situation of human communication. This article analyzes the verbal habits of New-Zealand politician John Key according to emotive and conative-oriented strategies. It also identifies the fragment of John’s verbal image based on automatized and unconscious choice of the speech signals, represented in the hidden verbal strategies. They are focused on the hidden conviction of the interlocutor and the formation of his mental state. The recipient takes them on an unconscious level simultaneously with lexical, semantic, grammatical forms and meanings. Speech signals of hidden intentions, as the contents of the hidden intentions are considered as the novelty of the work. The given verbal image allows us to reveal his automatized verbal experience, so therefore his individuality and uniqueness. The difficulty lies in the interpretation of these hidden intentions as well as their existence in speech and their perceptions by the recipients.

In the article the connection of names of Selkup kins with names of mythical ancestors is presented. It is found out that a name of a mythical ancestor becomes a centre of a semantic group of words to the extent of which semantic derivations occur. The connection of a kin with its mythical ancestor is kept; by means of the name of a kin it is given to a representative of a flora or fauna and continues its existence as a totem.

In the present article nature of perception of Russian phraseological units foreign in a literal translation into Chinese is investigated by means of the psycholinguistic experiment. The results of the experiment carried out by the author allowed to reveal the whole complex of structural and semantic signs of phraseological units influencing perception and identification of the meaning of phraseological unit.

Korsukova Olesya Olegovna ESTABLISHMENT OF THE STATE UNIVERSAL TRADE SYSTEM IN TYUMEN (1920–1930’S) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 5 (170). P. 117-125

Universal commerce that appeared in Russia in XIX century reached its fullest flower in Soviet period both in cities and countries. In 1920’s GUM (State Department Store, from Russian Gosudarstvenniy Universalniy Magazin) became a symbol of NEP. After a bright period of activities in 1920’s Tyumen branch of GUM reappeared in 1930’s in the form of state and cooperative trading organizations. By the end of 1930’s state department stores that started their activity as one of the forms of trading organizations became the best form of Soviet trading. The article describes the main periods of this evolution, draws reader’s attention to the managerial decisions in trading sphere, the analysis of the activity of the Tyumen branch of GUM and the reasons of its liquidation. Much attention is given to the difficulties of the development of the state trading in the provincial Tyumen in 1930’s, the author defines forms and methods of state universal commerce and analyses the role of advertisement in this process. The results of the research show that by the end of 1930’s state commerce already had leading position in the city in context of command and administration system establishment. This period was essential in shaping the principles of Soviet universal commerce.

The article demonstrates the positive dynamics of mutual influence of Russian-Tajik bilateral relations. One of the main elements is multilateral interference in the sphere of education. Educational, scientific and human relations have their deep origin, they are based on our nations’ customs and experience. The historical preconditions for the development of partnerships in the sphere of education in Russia and Tajikistan are considered, as well as the main content of the reforms in the educational sphere throughout 1867-1917. As a result the partner relations between nations are formed. Taking into account as an objective of the education the preparation of the person to the social life, it can be assumed that it will give us a new impulse in further implementation of other aspects of cooperation (economic, political, military, etc. Considers the question of the transition of the education system from purely religious in the middle of the 19th century (which was mainly represented by such educational institutions as mektebas - primary schools, madrasahs - secondary and higher educational institutions, which were supported by public donations) to schools various in content, forms and methods of instruction (Russian, Russian native, new method’s, etc.), gymnasiums, various vocational schools and other educational institutions after the entry of Central Asia into the Russian Empire. Determines the role of the Russian language on the territory of Turkestan. The Ministry of national education suggested joining the nations as a result of spreading the Russian language. Demonstrates the interaction and interpenetration of the Russian and Tajik languages, as a result of joint work and residence.

The article deals with the issue of changing the type of educational communication in modern education. The modern communicational landscape of education has been defined: the aspect of communication is regarded as one of the factors of education development. The communicative aspect defines the way learners deal with knowledge, acquire their individual educational experience, shape their culture of thinking. The authors emphasize the issue of searching for new approaches towards organizing educational communication by a teacher according to the objectives defined by the modern landscape of education. The article presents the results of an educational experiment that light upon the issue of defining and designing new communicative scenario for a teacher in class. The analysis of the experiment draws upon the phenomenological description of the case of communication organized in a university class. On the basis of the analysis of the experiment case and the experiment transcript, the authors define three possible communicative scenarios for a teacher: the didactic scenario (the traditional one: a teacher is the source and the regulator of communication in class), the ‘teacher is out’ scenario (a teacher leaves the front stage of a class through rejecting his / her traditional communicational functions), and the blended scenario (a teacher as a co-participant of communication).
