The density of energy flux of electromagnetic field generated by precessing magnetic dipole at arbitrary distance from the dipole is analyzed. It is shown that in the far field approximation only radial component of the Poynting vector exists, and it represents the intensity of radiation. In the near zone the Poynting vector has not only radial but also sufficient azimuth component. The pattern of field energy flux distribution is constructed. The obtained results can be used at research of dynamics of atmosphere of magnetized celestial bodies.

The theory of nomination still has many open questions to be thoroughly studied and gaps to be filled. Contextual synonymy is one of those fields that need closer look at the processes and mechanisms of creating new naming units or adding new meanings to the existing ones. This article represents the results of the research on the phenomenon of contextual synonymy in its semantic, stylistic and functional aspects. Contextual synonyms are viewed as examples of alternate nomination. The distinction is made between language synonyms and contextual ones. Their comparative occurrence within football subdiscourse is studied. As follows from the results of the analysis of more than 200 articles and running commentaries there is a variety of regularly used clichés which are based on specific recurrent semantic schemes. Typical patterns for creating contextual synonyms as examples of secondary nomination of football teams and players are derived from above mentioned semantic schemes. To prove their existence the author provides a considerable amount of examples. Alongside with the cliché variants there are many occasional cases of creating contextual synonyms that are unique in their nature. It is observed which part of speech is exposed to stronger contextual multiplication, particularly noun or verb groups. Further on the author analyses specific aspects of using contextual synonyms and determines their functions in the text.

Сareful study of the rich experience of the Russian and Soviet higher schools is required in modern conditions of reforming the Russian educational system. Such a study will allow to take into account the mistakes of the past and to find the roots of modern problems, and also to formulate the most optimal ways of the current modernization. The need to study the dynamics of the development of the Soviet higher school is due to the scientific and historical relevance of the topic. Analysis of statistical data, archival records management showed that the development of higher education in the USSR in the 1970s and 1980s was ambiguous and contradictory. On the one hand, during this period there is an increase in the quantitative indicators of the output of specialists, the number of higher education institutions is increasing and the number of specialties is expanding. On the other hand, the system of higher education was subordinated to the needs and opportunities of the state planned economy. The state purposefully expanded the training of personnel for the extensive development of production. The growth in the number of specialists with higher education was achieved due to an increase in admission to correspondence and evening departments. Decrease in the financing of education by the end of the 1980s. gradually led to the obsolescence of the material and technical base of universities, to a decrease in prestige, both university professors and graduates who did not find a decent job in their specialty. All this deformed the system of higher education and adversely affected the development of the Soviet state and society.

The results of airpollution monitoring in towns of Republik of Khakasia demonstrate that the average annual concentration of benzapilene increased by 14,6 % in Abakan, 51% in Sayanogorsk and 24 % in Chernogorsk in 2002. 47,7 % of emissions fall to mototransport’s lot. The analysis of snow and soil by the method of gas chromatography and chromatography – mass spectrometry in the zones of blowout dispersion by the heat and power plant of «Khakasenergo» proved that the content of benzapilene in the blanket of snow is 4·10-5 mg /dm3, in the soil is 0,0010 mg /kg. The usage of different methods of atmospheric emission purification and technology of complete combustion of fuel contribute to the solution of enviromental problems. Productivity of Lactuca sativa, variety Moskovsky parnikovy growing in protected cultivation under fluorescent film luminescent with maximum of 615 nanometers is studied in dynamics. Change of conditions of plant cultivation by fluorescent film promotes accelerated growth, development and productivity improvement of Lactuca sativa relative to plants growing under unmodified film. Increase in productivity of Lactuca sativa in 1.5 times under fluorescent films is determined by increase in ratio IAA/ABA and decrease in content of АA in plants, and also conjugated with change of enzymatic activity of aboriginal soil microflora.

The article shows that Russia is embodied both general and specific features and regularities of the world historical process. Russian objective was to ensure that society as a whole, there were conditions for the establishment of uniformity of social time as a powerful catalyzer in accelerating the processes of social and political relations. Russia has developed largely civilizationally, geographically, socio-culturally and politically as a separate territory, which formed a kind of content and composition of stable mechanisms for the reproduction of economic, cultural and political processes. Two motives of the bear festival are considered: spraying with water and fumigation. They were described by various authors in ob-ugric peoples (the Khanty and the Mansi) and are mentioned in their bear’s song. Both rites are cleansing ceremonies which are used with respect to a bear and participants of the bear’s festival. These rites of purification are more ancient than Christianity.

The article reviews method and technique of research used by Yu.I. Ozheredov who applies integrated approach to study genesis of indigenous peoples of Western Siberia. Linguistic analysis of the river name Kionga has many flaws and defects that materially disprove the conclusions. Such a linguistic analysis is to be based upon presence or absence of sound alternations between the indigenous languages and not upon single cases of resemblance between assimilated forms in Russian.

The author suggests studying English in primary school with the use of the textbook «English Intensive Course For Children and Their Parents by A.A. Vostrikov. E.N. Dudina, and I.A. Itsenko. The main ideas of this technology are: - exposing of the didactic difficulties; - organization of training exercises for development of special abilities (such as communicative abilities, imagination, different types of memory, etc. ); - organization of transitional exercises from development of special abilities to realization of studying activity in intensive conditions; - using of training exercises during the whole course; - using productive methods of teaching. Some tables presenting students' results of the tests taken are included n the article. They illustrate the improvement of the students' results. This technology can be used in teaching German as well as other school subjects.
