This article shows that groups who profess an original model of resistance, consciously trying to adjust the setting on the primacy of the Modernist ideological constructions of culture and restore the status of culture in politics. The logics of the existence of “global citizens” and “original resistance” is mutually exclusive, so their coexistence is unlikely to be peaceful. In this sense, socio-cultural process today, as always, determines the political development, and identity remains a major factor in changing the political development.

The article deals with the creation of the image of the Russian epistolary on the material of the letters of linguistic personalities of elitist type of speech culture (M. V. Nesterov, F. I. Modeling of the genre image as part of the speech of native speakers of consciousness is carried out in the axialogical with the help of metagenre comments of the listed addressees  the best representatives of the Russian creative intelligentsia of the ХХХХ™ centuries. It is concluded that in the minds of the speech of this type epistolary occupies a definite place, has a high degree of significance, recognizability, differentiation with respect to other genres, is an active reflection carriers. Contribute to this genre such properties as poly-and full-featured, polidiskursivity, multy-code, reproducibility, Plate Making build, and syncretism of different kinds of characteristics: content-themed polyphony, a variety of illocutionary author’s installations, multiple categories of epistolary addressee in complex epistolary dialogism, diverse palette of language means representation of author’s intent, varies stylistic markedness texts. The idea of creation the model of training future mathematics’ teacher for the formation of the students’ universal educational actions in the context of reflexive approach technology is revealed. A detailed analysis of different approaches to the design of the pedagogical models is done. The expediency of a choice of synergetic paradigm and its principles as a methodological basis of creating a model of training the future teachers of mathematics for the formation of the students’ universal educational actions in the context of reflexive approach technology is proved. The importance of the process of self-governing development in modern education, a system-forming factor and mechanism of which is the reflection is emphasized. It is suggested that as a structural unit of the process of training of future teachers of mathematics the reflection macrocycle should be used. The process of preparation of future teachers of mathematics is considered as the progress of the macrocycles. Structural unit of the macro cycle of reflection is a microcycle of reflection, which allows to describe the organization of educational process in a pedagogical University at a particular lesson, taking into account the principles of synergetic. Model creation proves the expediency of use of the methodological principles of synergetics. The article defines a structural unit of the process of training of future mathematics’ teachers as the reflection macrocycle, and the educational process of training of future mathematics’ teachers as the reflection microcycle.

The article is an attempt to contribute to the research of extremely important constituent of evacuation problem – transportation of population from frontline area to the West Siberian rear area. It performs the analysis of the railroad transport condition just before the war time, which can be characterized by the transport’s insufficient mobilization readiness, the lack of the common and consistent operational transportation plan for the cases of military actions what was the reason of additional difficulties in its work in the tragic conditions of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. The article describes the actions taken for railroad transport reorganization which were connected with the beginning of the military operations on the Siberian main railway lines, the hardships of the work performed, the enemy’s forces striving to paralyze the evacuees transportations, mistakes, violation of the rules set for the reception and dispatch of trains with the evacuees, the cases of incoordinate actions of the railroad work services and evacuation points. The author considers the emergency actions which were taken by the State Defense Committee, The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party Bolsheviks, the The Council of People's Commissars of The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Evacuation Council and local authorities for the overcoming the disadvantages and errors, for the expediting advance of echelons with the evacuees and their results. The authors came to a conclusion that railway transport and its staff accepted the main burden of the evacuees transportation to the region. West Siberia received more than a million of the evacuees and saved them from the fascist enslavement and death.

This article analyses the russian emigre poet Nicolay Otsup’s poems. In his emigre works death becomes the main motif. The 1930th Otsup’s works reflect the spiritual crisis of emigration, the hard search for God and His essence. Otsup borrows a lot from G. Ivanov and G. Adamovich, and at the same time his poems are deeply individual. Poet’s existential sufferings have religious connotations and thus lack the last feeling of despair. The 1930th works contain incipiency to religious notion, that is characteristic of his 1940th–50th years’ works. The poets’s route from “the philosophy of tragedy” to “philosophy of hope” explains his postwar fate and Otsup’s creative works, poet explains the sufferings, on the verge of the disaster he finds love of life.

Modern competence-based approach involves practical, professional orientation of mathematics education. In the acute shortage of teaching time it requires a special approach to the selection of the content of the discipline, methodology and technology of education. A methodical system of professionally-oriented tasks serves as a means of implementation of the relevant approach to teaching mathematics and the formation of readiness of future managers to professional activity. Discusses the purposes and principles of the system, the characteristics of the selected tasks. To illustrate the system was used a compliance matrix the elements of which are the task and the individual steps of their solution corresponding to the content of the sections of the discipline and form competencies. The article gives the examples of professionally-oriented tasks of the system, recommendations for their use in various forms of training. Consideration is given to develop the professional competencies of the bachelors through the informal interaction on the basis of a public organization with a professional focus. In particular the subject to study was “The club of public firefighters, rescue workers and volunteers” which currently includes 78 students and 5 teachers. The practice activity of a student club, organized in 2012 year by the Yurga Institute of Technology (Tomsk Polytechnic University Affiliate), shows the stages of its formation and relations with University and with a municipality, detects the conditions of the student’s developing competencies and the student’s socialization. Here the integration is achieved by institutional and non-formal education, to create a field activity of students to improve their competencies and practices when developing future profession. Thus the informal activity of students enriches the academic learning. In addition, for teaching staff the club has become a testing ground for educational innovations.

In the context of the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, attention is being paid to the Cadet system of education, which has a special potential in the development of patriotism among children, respect for the history and culture of the native country, spirituality and morality, honor and dignity, duty and readiness for service to the Fatherland. The article focuses on the development of social experience in students, which is regarded as one of the goals and results of the educational process. The specificity of the Cadet schools is conditioned by the fact that the rules of life and the daily routine of the pupils are based on the All- Military Charters, are strictly regulated and are constantly monitored by the teachers and the administration of the institution. At the same time, the need to create conditions for the development of pupils as free personalities capable of self-development, to make decisions, to realize their own abilities, plans and projects is emphasized. The developed model of the education of students in the cadet school is oriented towards the formation of such social experience among the cadets. The model will ensure the formation of cadets’ experience of self-determination in choice situations, development of leadership qualities, an active creative position, readiness for self-realization in social practice. Examples of the educational activities of the Cadet School, the structural subdivision of the State Security Service of the School No. 1770 («Moscow Cadet Music Corps (Girls)» and «Moscow Cadet Music Corps (boys)»), indicate ways for the Cadets to prepare for self-actualization in creative activity; components of the educational process in the cadet school, the traditions of the general educational institution with musical cadet classes, the important role of the family in the organization of the educational process in the cadet school.

The paper refers to the sphere of German studies, which is devoted to the language and culture of Russian Germans. The paper deals with anthroponymics – an understudied part of lexicon of the popular-spoken language of this ethnic community. The relevance of research topic is dictated by 1) urgent tasks of fixing, preserving and studying language and culture of Russian Germans as minority entities; 2) need to understand the linguo-cultural problems related to ethnoses and ethnic groups, with the use of still unused empirical materials, as well as testimony of metalanguage consciousness; 3) need for a detailed study of the nominal system of Russian Germans. The work was written due to the results of a fulltime audience survey of Russian Germans now living in Tomsk. It analyzes the names and demonstrations of metalanguage consciousness of representatives of this diasporic group. The names and demonstrations are represented in relation to proper names, which have German “color”. The aim of the paper is to determine whether Russian Germans’ proper names preserve the ethno-cultural connotation. The work results have both linguistic and historical-cultural significance. The combination of different ways of studying proper nouns of Russian Germans – revealing the procedural linguistic knowledge of subjects and referring to their declarative knowledge of German language allows to recreate links of anthroponymic system of this ethnic community. New lexical units,which clarify the notion of peculiarities of marks of Russian Germans are introduced into scientific usage. They can be used to compile anthroponymic dictionaries, a database of dying cultures.

Grosheva Galina Vasilyevna EUROPEAN CITIZENSHIP AND EUROPEAN IDENTITY OF GERMAN YOUTH (BASED ON THE DATA OF EUROBAROMETER STATISTICS 2016–2017) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 87-94

One of the priority directions of the European Commission and the Council of Europe activity is considered: the policy on establishing the supra-national European identity of young people and development of the “European citizenship” concept. The available information on the problem in Russian social and humanitarian scientific discourse is defined; methodological grounds and a source base are described. The basic conceptual framework of the European Commission youth policy is revealed. The involvement of Germany into the formation processes, institutional structures and mechanisms of youth policy implementation in EU is demonstrated. The processes of establishing European self-consciousness of German youth are considered compared with the similar processes at the level of the European Union on the whole and the separate states-members of the EU. The key subjects for analysis are “European citizenship (citizenship of the European Union) and European identity”, “European Union and its perception”, “the future of the united Europe and perspectives of the young people”. Based on the statistical reports of “Eurobarometer” – public opinion research service of the European Union (2016–2017) the degree of establishing the European identity of German young people is analyzed and its substantive aspects are described. The correlation of various levels of identity of German youth is described: national and supra-national, European; as well as the affiliation to the European Union (the citizenship of EU), peculiarities of presenting European identity (studying the meanings and interpretations of the concept of general Europe), and the assessment of the future of united Europe by German and European youth is shown. The youth policy of the European Union and Germany on the establishing the supranational European identity is defined as effective. The conclusion on the high level of European civil consciousness and European identity of German youth is made (Germany takes the second place in the European Union after Ireland regarding the mentioned indicators); prevalence of positive perception of the European Union among the young people of Germany and relative trust to its institutes; and confidence of the young generation of Germany in perspectives of their staying and their country being in European Union.

The relevance of the article is determined by the need to develop environmental education and coordinate its various directions through creating the regional systems of continuous environmental education. Nowadays, despite a large number of works of such authors as A. N. Zakhlebny, E. N. Dzyatkovskaya, S. V. Alekseev, N. M. Mamedov and others devoted to the subject under study, an integral system of continuous environmental education has not yet been developed. The aim of our work is to specify this problem within the framework of environmental and chemical education and to single out its goals and objectives for various educational levels (school – institutions of additional education – technical college – advanced training courses). Certain elements of the continuous regional system of environmental and chemical education were first realized in the Republic of Bashkortostan. In particular, the ecological character of the school course of Chemistry within the regional component of education was obtained, the continuity of the Bachelor and Master degree programs in the technical university was achieved, the students’ project activities on various levels of environmental and chemical education were effectively integrated. It is shown that the interaction of higher educational institutions, schools and institutions of additional education for children, all in all make the objective results of schoolchildren better and contribute to their early professional orientation. The directions of the activities for school teachers’ refresher courses in the sphere of ecological and chemical education were determined; the functions of the scientific and educational ecological center that coordinates the environmental education in the Republic of Bashkortostan, were defined.

The possible ways to form the theoretical basis and the necessary institutional conditions for everyday educational activities of the pupils (students, working professionals, retirees) are determined. Offered a possible model of the open pedagogic environment related to social, technological and ecological environment. Highlighted the link between educational space, educational environment and personal educational spheres in global education space. Introduction. The study of the literature for children is a topical direction of modern humanitarian thought, requiring an interdisciplinary approach, joint efforts of philologists, methodologists, librarians and teachers. Aim and objectives. The aim of the work is to analyse the methodical and methodological approaches, developed in different regions of Siberia and Ural, to the study the regional literature for children; to reveal problems and prospects in this area. Materials and research methods. Expert evaluation, expert analysis. Results and discussion. The analysis of the expert opinion on the developed practice literary study of local lore in different cities of Siberia and Ural has allowed us to select a number of pressing questions. These questions include: the criteria of regional (birthplace, temporary/constant residing place of the author, specific cultural code in the text specifying one or another region e.g. toponyms), quality evaluation of the artistic level and pedagogical potential of the works of the authors, the problem of the search and the assignment one or another region to the authors). A separate research problem is in the lack of printing editions of the texts of modern regional authors published on the Internet or on the contrary, in the lack of text-through versions of books on the Internet that complicates the research and educational literary regional study work. The consideration of the addressee (children) raises additional questions concerning not only regional but also the children’s literature as a whole (differentiation of the childhood and adolescence, a distinction of the children’s literature and the literature belonging to the children’s reading list). And it directly concerns techniques of studying of the Siberian and Ural literature (the criteria of selection of texts for studying at school, the choice of books for certain age, the development of methodological support and the assignments corresponding to the certain level of literary education of school children etc.). Conclusion. As an example of the positive experience of the solution of these issues, the methodological literature created on the basis of the scientific educational centres of pedagogical higher schools of Barnaul and Tomsk is given.

Introduction. The content of school subjects is the most important factor in the intellectual development of students. Accordingly, the question arises about the requirements for a modern textbook in the framework of the psychodidactic approach. The aim of the article is to develop a typology of developing educational texts aimed at enriching various forms of mental experience of students. Material and methods. The study was based on the analysis of the psychological characteristics of the intellectual education of students in the framework of the psychodidactic approach, based on the psychological and pedagogical substantiation of the polyfunctionality of modern educational mathematics materials. Results and discussion. The concept of developing educational text is introduced. The specificity of developing educational texts lies in the fact that they, being a projection of the structure of scientific mathematical knowledge, at the same time, firstly, ensure the formation of the main components of a student’s mental experience (including cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive and intentional experience) and, secondly, create conditions for the manifestation and formation of individual cognitive styles of students. Such an educational text should be built as some multidimensional semantic space (hypertext), its structure, along with its “core” (certain subject information), includes context and subtext. The typology of developing educational texts (the study of school mathematics) developed on the basis of the ontological theory of intelligence is presented. Examples of educational texts of different types in the course of mathematics of the basic school are given. Conclusion. The implementation of a complex of developing educational texts creates conditions for increasing the level of understanding of educational mathematical material and the growth of intellectual resources of students by enriching the main components of their mental (mental) experience – cognitive, conceptual, metacognitive, intentional (emotional-evaluative).

In the given research a phenomenon "tolerance" is considered in a context of the style approach in interrelation with intellectual styles on typology A. Harrison and R. The author investigates a semiotic function of religious architecture. Sacred building (a temple) is a specific visual semiotic unit, fixing main religious and cultural content. The concept of “sacred place”, shifting from temple to the city, translates local historical meanings and related visual markers on a habitable environment in general. Methods of architectural design of sacral topos in the national culture are investigated on the example of the most important sacred buildings. Three semiotic paradigms of sacred meanings transfer in architecture are identified: the transfer of ideas, the image transfer and the copying.

The priority of the proposed model is for part-time students, it can also be used in full-time education, in particular for organization of students’ home work. Essay works of M. M. Prishvin “In the land of never frightened birds” and “Magic bun” are considered within the framework study of the Northern text of Russian literature. The image of the Northern forest, created by the writer in these works, is capacious and complex, with mythopoetic symbolism. The art space of the forest in the works combines the real space-geographical and mythological spaces. Forest landscapes have deep mythopoetic framework, based on important Prishvin’s idea the one, indissoluble relationship and mutual reversibility between man and natural world surrounding him. The interconversion of man and nature creates perspective of a mythological panorama. In the analyzed description of the works of Mikhail Prishvin are found archetypal motives and mythologems that contribute to the mythopoetic creation of the topos of the forest. The mythmaking by M. Prishvin is a special way of mastering and cognition of the world, intuitive- natural communion with the basis of existance.

The paper analyses figurative expressions with the denomination “bread” in the French and Russian languages. Figurative expressions of a language serve as an important source for getting information about national world perception because they reflect the spiritual and material culture in the language. The choice for figurative expressions with the components representing food is explained by the fact that food is one of the most vivid elements of national culture which is connected with the native speakers’ understanding of their national specificity. Although the French and Russian cuisines have distinctive features, four products are archetypically significant for both cultures: bread, butter, milk and honey. Their denominations in both languages are very widely represented in figurative expressions. The image of bread is the most significant one in the French and Russian cultures; figurative expressions with this component in both languages are based on the archetype of bread as the symbol of life, well-being and wealth. We believe that for assessing the potential of a figurative expression of a language it is necessary to combine the linguoculturological analysis with the analysis of discursive realization of a studied linguistic unit in different types of discourse. Thus the French figural expression “avoir du pain sur la planche” was analyzed both linguoculturologically and discursively in three meanings. The results have shown that this expression is widely used in different types of modern discourse only in one of its meanings. The results prove that discursive realization is the key element for studying figurative expressions and it should become the key component for complex investigation of the figurative layer of a language.

The article discusses social entrepreneurship as a new phenomenon in the field of studies of educational activities. Theoretical appeal to the capabilities of the network approach to the development of socio-entrepreneurial competence as an educational outcome is urgent. The author proves the point of view that the forms of educational support of young people during the process of entering social and entrepreneurial activities become forms that accompany formation of the community in the social network. These forms provide both preparation of a person for this type of activity and formation of social entrepreneurship as a special value that unites and determines forms of the community members’ life. The article considers possibilities of the project approach and anthropological content of the network model of education for establishing subjects of social entrepreneurship, and youth communities as subjects of development of social and entrepreneurial activity of the region. Pushkareva Yuliya Evgenyevna RECEPTION AND COMPREHENSION OF ITALIAN NATURE IN THE TRAVELOGUES BY S. P. SHEVYREV // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 175-179

The article examines the issue of reception and comprehension of Italian nature in the journey diaries and letters of S. P. Shevyrev, the author belonging to the group of the Lubomudry. Italy was an important part of Shevyrev’s life and creativity, therefore it became a particular imagological phenomenon in his texts. As a significant component of the image of Italy, nature expresses some features of the country in general and interacts with other aspects of its image: historical, aesthetical (for example, Italian literature and pictorial art), social ones. From the point of view of the Russian traveler, the national character of the Italians (their sincere belief in God, sense of beauty, carelessness) depends on the soft climate and picturesque landscapes. Texts created by Vergil, Petrarch, Tasso, Ariosto reflect Italian nature, and images of these authors are tied with it in Shevyrev’s creativity. Nature was highly important for the intensive development of Italy in the Roman Empire and the Renaissance epochs, which is obvious in Shevyrev’s diaries and letters. Besides, Italian nature (images of the Vesuvius, the island Ischia, the sea, etc.) is associated with ontological senses and remains the ideal of beauty and harmony. In Shevyrev’s diaries and letters, traditional romantic interpretation of Italy as of a cultural myth, an earthly paradise coexists with individual comprehension and philosophical accents. These features correspond to the specificity of the cultural dialogue between Russia and Italy in the creativity of the Lubomudry.

The history of volunteer activity of students in the years of the First World War is presented on the basis of office documents of educational institutions of the Kursk province, concentrated in the State Archives of the Kursk region. The need to study them is caused not only by the scientific, but also by the practical need for a deeper consideration of the volunteer activity of young people in pre-revolutionary Russia. Documentary materials are valuable sources, greatly expanding and refining our understanding of the formation of a volunteer movement of young people in a difficult time for the country. The article reflects the issues related to the examination of the essence, content and types of volunteer activity of the youth in the war years. Presents the data on the history of the formation of the first labor squads of pupils – in 1915–1916 on the territory of the Kursk province to help families of peasants drafted into the army, analyzes the features of the volunteer movement of the youth at the initial stages of formation of voluntary student groups, reveals the difficulties encountered by the organizers of the squads. It was the labor squads that became one of the most widespread forms of organizing amateur volunteer initiative youth associations that cared for distressed citizens, solving the problem of labor shortage in villages throughout the country, which increased after the recruitment of older men. The need to study them is caused not only by scientific, but also by the practical necessity for a deeper consideration of the volunteer movement of the youth in pre-revolutionary Russia.

In this paper there were presented the results of study effect of irradiation on antioxidant activity of humic acids from Vasugan bog’s hight-moor peat by chemiluminescence method. It was showed the antiradical activity of humic acids. The antiradical activity increased after UV-irradiation. The sun irradiation was feebly influenced on antiradical activity of humic acids.
