The article deals with the problem of teaching foreign students of Russian scientific speech as the most important means of educational and professional communication in a Russian university. It points to the specifics of the training of foreign students of Russian scientific speech at the Pedagogical University. Attention is drawn to the problem of teaching Russian scientific speech of foreign students at the stage of pre-university training. The use of the adaptive potential of the method of teaching the scientific style of speech is suggested, the concept of «scientific speech of subject areas of pedagogy and subject methodology» is actualized. It is understood that the creation and use of an educational complex for teaching scientific speech in classes with foreign students of a pedagogical university helps to increase the effectiveness of the educational process. It is proposed to design a textbook on teaching of scientific speech for foreign students of a pedagogical university, the theoretical and practical educational material of which is set out in a modular format, supplemented with a set of workbooks. It is recommended to include the description of the lexical, morphological, syntactic, phonetic, structural and compositional features of modern Russian scientific speech in the educational material of the educational complex, adding practical tasks that fix the theoretical basis of the educational material and imply work in pairs and small groups. The recommended for design training complex for teaching of Russian scientific speech should contain guidance for teachers, basic guide to scientific speech, a set of workbooks, a collection of tests, dictionaries, reference materials, that must meet the current requirements of the educational literature. This training complex provides methodical and motivational support for the learning process and can contribute to improving the effectiveness of teaching. Ondar E.M. TO THE PROBLEM ABOUT THE PECULIARITIES OF THE TUVAN PEOPLE’S REPUBLIC POLITICAL DEVELOPMENT IN THE 1920–1930. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 12 (177). P. 158-164

The article discusses the features of the political development of the Tuvan People’s Republic in the 1920s–1930s, associated with both lack of experience of the independent existence of the state in previous periods of its development and great influence of the USSR on all aspects of life of the Tuvan society. The last circumstance led to the adoption of a one-party political system headed by the Tuvan people’s revolutionary party, formed almost simultaneously with TPR in 1922. The young Republic at the same time gained experience in both state and party organization. Considering the total illiteracy in the 1920s, the former ruling elite continued to take the leading positions in the state. Active intervention of the Soviet Russia in the internal political situation of the TPR in the late 1920’s led to the coming to power of the “lefts”, that began a radical socialist transformation, and proclaimed a non-capitalist way of the development of the country. A political system, similar to the USSR, is gradually being approved in Tuva. The scientific importance of the study is determined by the fact that its results and the conclusion deepen and widen the existing information in the national historiography on the historical experience of the state-organization in the years of the TPR, moreover, they reveal the features of its political development both in the time under consideration and in the present time.

Zhidova L.A., Zyrianova O.V., Kholmukhammad F. DIFFERENTIAL EQUATIONS IN THE PROFESSIONAL TRAINING OF MATHEMATICS TEACHER. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 1 (178). P. 75-78

The paper presents the results of research on the study of the course of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations in the context of the competency approach to training future math teachers. As is known, models of real processes can be described in the language of mathematics, including by means of ordinary differential equations and partial differential equations. Ability to create such mathematical models and work with them is an integral part of the human culture. Thereby it is necessary to search for new approaches to the training of maths teachers, aimed at the formation of ideas about the role of models and modeling. In this connection the course of differential equations is essential means in attracting students to research work and for the formation of professional competence of the future teacher of mathematics. The course of differential equations plays a fundamental role in the professional training of mathematics teacher in terms of understanding the gist of the application and the practical orientation of teaching mathematics, mastery of the method of mathematical modeling. The course of differential equations and its methods give another tool for knowledge of the world, which allows to create a scientific understanding of the real physical space. The results presented in the paper allow us to conclude, that the involvement of students in research work in the framework of the course of differential equations not only promotes the overall development and professional training of the future teacher of mathematics, but also getting completely new results are important in the modern theory of differential equations and theoretical physics.

Stepanov E.S. DEONYMIC DERIVATION FROM PRECEDENT NAMES IN GERMAN. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 6 (183). P. 80-84

The present article dwells on the possibilities of the extension of the precedent phenomena vocabulary by means of the use of word formation resources. The article presents four ways of word formation on the base of precedent names: deonymic stem composition, deonymic conversion, deonymic overlapping and deonymic derivation. A particular attention is paid to the phenomenon of deonymic derivation – a way of formation of the appellatives on the base of precedent names by means of affixation. The result of deonymic derivation is a formation of new lexical items, which possess the precedent status. Among them several word classes can be distinguished specifically nouns, adjectives and verbs. Each of these classes retains the set of qualities and peculiarities rooted in precedent names. Typical suffixes used in the formation of new nouns are e.g. (er)ei, isierung and ung. In the sphere of adjectives following suffixes can be used: ig, isch, weise. New verbs can be formed with the suffixes en, eln, (is)ieren and so on. Deonymic derivation is a very creative word formation method. The new precedent deonymic constructs are as a rule resources of the expressive language and therefore they are often used in media discourse and in the speech of politicians. They keep the shades of meaning and semes rooted in the original precedent names and subsequently form a new group of precedent phenomena.

Glebskaya T.F., Ivanova N.E. MORPHOLOGICAL-SYNTACTIC AND FUNCTIONAL PECULIARITIES OF SIMILE IN WORKS OF YURI POLYAKOV. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 36-40

The ways of expressing comparison in the works of Yuri Polyakov are considered. The authors define the morphological and syntactic features of similes and their functions in an artistic text. Similes, accomplished with the help of conjunctions as, like, as if, as well as the other means of connection are allocated. Among them are the special forms of nouns (genitive and instrumental case), other parts of speech (prepositions, adjectives, participles, adverbs). The most frequent in the works of Y. Polyakov are comparative constructions with such lexical means as a preposition as, an adverb like, an adjective similar to, a participle resembling, having likeness. The author’s favorite form of expression of comparison, as our observations show, is predicative units, representing different types of subordinate compound sentences. In the novel of Y. Polyakov, there are constructions with a comparison in the predicative center with a predicative-noun, which is the rarest in fictional texts. A specific way of expressing the phenomenon under consideration in the work of Y. Polyakov is a description of situations based on comparison. In content the vast majority of Yuri Polyakov’s comparisons have a distinct individual character, they are unusual, original and thus picturesquely presented an individual author’s picture of the writer’s mindset, involve the reader in the world of the artist of the word.

Introduction. The article discusses the peculiarities of studying phraseological units of the Russian language by Kyrgyz students. The methodological and linguodidactic foundations of studying Russian phraseology by Kyrgyz schoolchildren in the context of a Russian literary work are investigated. The purpose of the study is to analyze the phraseological units of a work of art and develop methods and techniques for mastering them in the Kyrgyz audience. Material and methods. The text of the play by A. N. Ostrovsky’s “The Storm”, in which special attention was paid to phraseological units and their functions performed in the context of this literary work. The work was carried out by means of an exploratory and research method, a method of comparison and classification of phraseological units, a method of interpretive and linguocultural analysis. Results and discussion. In this study, on the basis of a literary text, the features of the contextual functions of phraseological units in the speech of characters are revealed. An algorithm for working with phraseological units in the process of reading a literary work is being built. Methods and techniques are determined, thanks to which the work is interpreted, and, as a result, interest in Russian literature and culture of Kyrgyz schoolchildren is formed. The result of our research is a number of techniques that can be applied in practice in the process of reading a Russian literary text and studying phraseological units by Kyrgyz students. Conclusion. Understanding the semantics of words, their functional meaning in the context of a work can ensure the correct reading and successful interpretation of the literary text of Russian literature by Kyrgyz students. In this regard, in the lessons of the Russian language and literature, work with ethnocultural vocabulary (in our case, with phraseological units) should be carefully organized.

Grenobl L.A. AREAL TYPOLOGY AND SYNTACTIC CHANGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 1 (116). P. 101-105

In the present study I make specifi c claims about the borrowing of structural categories and the impact of such borrowings on structural typology. I argue that certain linguistic strategies for clause combining are readily borrowed and that massive borrowing of these categories can result in structural change so extensive/signifi cant that the result is typological shift. Eurasia has long been identifi ed as a particular type of language typology. Early typological studies [1] identifi ed correlations between verb-fi nal word order, postpositions, relative clause before the noun, and, signifi cantly for the present study, subordinate clause before the main verb. Subsequent studies have shown that these correlations are statistically signifi cant only in Eurasia, suggesting that Eurasia is itself a zone for areal typology [2]. Siberia is an important part of that zone, and the indigenous languages of Siberia, are OV (namely the Mongolic, Tungusic and Turkic languages, Chukchi, Itelmen, Nivkh, and Yukaghir, as well as the Eskaleut languages). In the present paper I argue that the Siberian languages are undergoing typological shift as a result of contact with Russian, a change which began prior to language attrition which is now well underway for many if not all of the indigenous languages with small numbers of speakers.

The author suggests that euphemism is a strategic communicative device varying within and under the influence of the historic, socio and cultural linguistic context. The major emphasis of the article is the concept of “American football” as a means of understanding American cultural mind set and source of equivocal euphemistic vocabulary. The paper explores some American cultural traits and values (related to sports traditions and rules) that are deeply impressed in mind and influence language choice: individualism, high risks, strategic planning, obsession with technology, competitiveness, religious affiliation, nationalist beliefs and aggressive business behaviour. The article highlights the popularity of American football and sports in the USA that results in the corresponding euphemistic vocabulary generation. Some sports terms borrowed from American football get in general use and are widely employed in political rhetoric and everyday speech. Therefore, American euphemisms are believed to be a class of their own, principally because they involve American realia and appeal to basic American values, thus becoming challenging to decipher for outsiders and at the same time sounding familiar and picturesque to American English speakers.
