In the chronic experiment on rats was showed a toxic effect of ultradispersive powder (UDP) for piezoceramics on pulmonary tissue. The complex of structural changes of pulmonary tissue that include appearances of productive inflammation with outlet to sclerosis and collection of compensatory-adaptive reactions has been found. On the whole it is confirm a presence protracted toxic exogenerative nature effect. The toxic effect is consequent of significant increase levels of Pb, Cr and in a less degree Ti (in 19, 3,7 and 3,3 once appropriately) in pulmonary tissue of rats after 4 month experiment

Dyrin V.A. ACTIVITY OF CATALASE IN PEAT OF VIRGIN AND RECLAMATED SITES OF LOWLAND BOG ECOSYSTEM. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2009. Issue 6 (84). P. 121-125

In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil.

The article discusses the establishment and development of saving banks in the Yenisei province, their organization and activities in pre-revolutionary time. Historiography of savings business in Russia is quite extensive, but there are no summarizing research on the history of the savings system at the level of a particular region (including the Yenisei province). It characterizes of the Yenisei province from the position of socioeconomic development and justification of the importance of savings and credit partnerships for the region. It describes the role of the Yenisei Treasury Chamber as the primary state institution in the formation of the financial affairs of the region in the pre-revolutionary period. This period characterizes savings banks as a self-help facility for people, so that there was a process of increasing it’s network. Represents the influence of the State Bank on the socioeconomic status of the region and its role in the financial and credit system of the country. It reveals a special way of development of savings banks in the Yenisei province and changing the attitude of Siberians towards these types of institutions. Analyzes the evolution of the number of savings banks both on Russian and regional level, as a result it makes it possible to talk about the assessment of their development prospects.

The article analyzes the little studied component of the national culture – the religious artistic discourse of the first third of the XX century: lyrical texts, created mainly, in the conditions of exile and camps of 1920–30. Tatyana Nikolaevna Grimblit’s literary heritage, extracted from archival sources, is compiled into scientific circulation. She composes several dozen poems, which can be regarded as a kind of an auto-commentary on her life. The poetic texts of T. Grimblit are lined up in a certain plot, revealing the main landmarks of the heroine’s spiritual path and reflecting the appearance of the epoch. The religious-ethical picture of the world of T. Grimblit is investigated, based on the Christian doctrine and defining the specifics of the chronotopic system of lyric poetry. Specifics of the spatial poetics of lyrical texts T. Grimblit are determined: the principle of dichotomy, which includes an image of an obese socium, on the one hand, and sacred reality on the other. To the spiritual sphere is not only the world of the soul of the lyrical heroine, but the images of natural being, incl. Siberian chronotope. The ways of modeling the movement of Siberia in the lyrics of T. Grimblit are analyzed: retrospective, implicit, natural philosophical. The chronotope of Siberia is recreated in a retrospective aspect and with an implicit position, which determines its positive characteristics in the text: as a native space for the heroine, performing the functions of protection and being the source of inspiration. The Siberian chronotope is comprehended by the author in the natural-philosophical aspect: as a sign of the divine presence in the earthly world. The natural-philosophical interpretation of the image of Siberia in T. Grimblit’s lyrics is supplemented by an indication of specific toponyms, as well as an appeal to universal formulas that go back to the folklore tradition.

A brief description of the supersymmetric and duality covariant approach to supergravity is presented. The formalism is based on exceptional geometric structures and turns the hidden U-duality group into a manifest gauge symmetry. Tensor hierachy of gauged supergravity appears naturally here as a consequence of covariance of the construction. Finally, the full supersymmetric Lagrangian is explicitly constructed. In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated.

The scientific revolution of the end 19th – beginning 20th century had a great importance on the formation of Platonov’s world-view. The paper focuses on certain aspects of using the technology of problem-based learning of English for engineering students in the context of solving interdisciplinary problems. Teaching English by doing project work encourages the development of intercultural communication skills in modern engineers, who will be able to work in teams and solve engineering problems with the help of project management tools.

The article deals with the category of inclusive/exclusive in Altaic languages: special sets of pronouns and nominal and verbal forms in Manchu-Tungusic and Mongolic, forms of augmented and minimal inclusive in Turkic imperative paradigms. A special attention is paid to the structural patterns of building inclusive. All-Turkic multi-plural personal pronouns having more than one affi x of plurality in their morphological structure as well as collective-dual pronouns in Yakut are characterized according to their ability to express inclusive/exclusive semantics.

The article presents a theoretical study of the problem of deviant behavior in relation to the style of child-parent relations. The article is a continuation of the long-term study of the problems of aggression in the teenage environment, the role of the family and family education in the formation of the personality, of the pedagogical and psychological support of the developing personality. The social and vital necessity of people to join and maintain a close relationship is discussed. Proceeding from the statement of J.D. Meyers that: «Social addiction in childhood contributes to the strengthening of our human connections», «linking with inseverable ties of children and their caregivers, social attachment acts as a powerful impetus to survival» discusses the attachment types: safe, avoiding, anxious-ambivalent. It is concluded that it is difficult to overestimate the importance of child-parent relations for the adaptation of the child in society and his ability to establish contacts with other people. At the same time, one should not draw conclusions about the formation of adaptive and communicative skills of the child, when assessing the type of attachment based only on the maternal style. However, avoiding attachment leads to the formation of aggressive, shy, and rejected children, which contributes to the development of various deviations.

Kostina I.A. THE INNER FORM OF IDIOMS WITH VERBS OF PHYSICAL PERCEPTION IN RUSSIAN AND ENGLISH. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 5 (194). P. 47-50

In present article there are the results of inner form analysis of idioms with the verbs of physical perception in the Russian and English languages. The purpose is to find isomorphic and allomorphic features. There are several types of phraselogical units but idioms are the most interesting for such analysis because they have the inner form based upon some kind of image. The inner form of idioms reflects the associative bonds between conceptual category of physical perception and other categories. The article demonstrates the analysis of inner form done by means of identifying associative models of phraseological inner form. The majority of the associative models are in visual perception that represents the importance of visual perception for native speakers and for the process of idioms creation in both languages. The article presents associative bonds of physical perception category with other categories and the similarities and differences in inner forms of idioms in comparable languages. Phraseological equivalents and coincident models of phraseological inner form represent the similarities of these languages. The connection of physical perception sphere and sphere of understanding, sphere of emotions, personal relations and others became evident. The fact that all associative models in English coincide with those in the Russian language may indicate the identical perceptual and cognitive apparatus.

Bakhnov V.K. The soil formation – one of the famous mechanisms in biosphere. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2008. Issue 4 (78). P. 11-14

Hydrosphere is the most ancient part of biosphere the further development of which is directed to the settling of aerial surroundings and lithosphere cover by organisms. This main track was assumed as a basis of partition of development history into three periods such as hydrozemic, atmozemic and lithozemic ones. Each period is accompanied by respective trend of soil formation, for example hydrozemic period corresponds with underwater soil formation and atmozemic and lithozemic ones to swamp and land respectively. Soil formation influenced on the development of biota by double means, in other words through the change of outer conditions which happened as a result of soil formation, and indirectly through the soil as a habitat
