In this article we would like to analyze the proper names (artionyms) on the example of the names of French impressionists’ paintings. The purpose of this article is to compare a group of French and Russian artionyms and to find language and cultural tendencies appeared during their translation from one language into another. Artionym is a complex of different categories of proper names which have the denotation in mental, ideological and artistic sphere of human activity. Artionym is a complex of linguistic and cultural factors. The linguistic secularities connected with the fact that during the nomination of an art work the author uses special constructions (lexical, grammar) characteristic for a special language. The legal discourse reflects the political, economic, ethno-linguistic, moral and ethical factors of the organization of the state and society. The article deals with the French legal discourse in the field of architecture and urbanism and its subtypes: legislative and administrative, relating to the written type of discourse, because the issue and publication of laws, regulations and legal documents are carried out exclusively in the written form. In its turn, the legislative and administrative discourse is divided into two sub-discourses: law-making and lawapplying. In final part of the article the algorithm of an explanation of the Russian verbs conjugation based on inductive approach and directed to simplification of digestion of complicated grammar is described. | 4466 | For the first time the attention is paid to the little-known review (obozrenie) “Odyssey” (1928) by Nikolay Erdman and his co-author Vladimir Mass. This text is travesting performance of the adventures of Odysseus, the main hero of Homer’s epic poem of the same name. The review includes three monologues of the assistant director (pomoshnikrezhissera). These monologues are not directly related to the plot of modern Odysseus’s adventures. Based on the works by Y. M. Lotman the article examines these monologues as a particular case of text within a text / theater within a theater. The article reveals peculiarity of comicality in the speeches of the assistant director, nature and functions of this character which unite him not only with chorus of Ancient Greek drama, but also with performers of Russian farce (balagan). | 4468 | Study of traditional consciousness and peculiarities of popular culture bearers’ worldview on the material of textual dialect speech corpora is an urgent task of linguistic culturology and cognitive linguistics. Representative textual collections of everyday dialect speech only recently became a source of reconstruction of traditional worldview. The purpose of this work is a study of religious knowledge and ideas role and content in the worldview of dialect speakers. The analysis of religious subjects discourse fragments, picked out of a general speech flow, has shown that the religious component is a significant part of a general world picture and of popular culture bearers’ linguistic consciousness. Reflections on God, Christian saints, orthodox holidays and memorable dates of Church calendar, church services and rituals, religious writings, religious figures, trends and heterodox people, plots of Christian mythology occupy an important place in dialect speakers’ narratives. The notions of religious sphere often become the objects of dialect speakers’ reflection in their conversations with dialectologists. The religious subjects discourse fragments often contain such means expressing reflection as explanatory constructions, repetitions, periphrasis, generalizing (often evaluative) remarks, addresses to interlocutors with the purpose of checking up the degree of speech understanding, rhetoric questions. The communicative peculiarities of religious thematic fragments – increased metalinguistic reflection against a background of a feeble, in general, speech awareness of popular speech culture bearers – show that the elements of religious worldview are an important constituent part of dialect speakers’ cultural identity, occupying a central place in the popular tradition bearers’ value system. It is devoted to the problem of mutual understanding of loving people, their readiness to build relationship in a family and accept a compromise. The motive “learner-teacher” plays an essential role in the logic of the play. This motive is developing during the act of the play and is linking plotlines of different characters. This motive is shown on several levels: verbal, situational and on the level of the system of characters. The author of the article has tried to analyse the semantic spectrum of the motive. In the post-war time the loss of kin relations is filled up with family creation that is with clan creation. It distinguishes the work of E. L. Shvarts from the Soviet literature representing a family as the state. An important psychological, social and ontological role is played in this case by “teachers” who are keepers and propagators of life values. The followers are represented by people of young generation who have already created families or who are on the way toward it. Destiny is thought of as contradictory, ambivalent beginning. It is able to help or hinder. Carriers of the Polish language are ambivalent in their relation to the destiny. Presence of the destiny may either be approved or denied. Poles have different views on the nature of destiny. On the one hand, destiny is presented as unchangeable and predefined from above. On the other, there is a view that it is created during the life (existence), and, for example, a person can have a significant influence on it. In the article we offer a logistic model, where an educational institution is considered as a micro-logistic system, and educational activity – as a set of various flows of useful resources, which interact, influence each other, depend upon the current market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the change of inner and outer conditions. Using the logistic approach, we bring out the research of structure of the basic element of the system – the flow of human resources. The flow is represented as a certain function, having two components: scalar W0– the concrete appearance of useful resources and vector 0 W (t,z) – the orientation of the flow in space (z) and time (t). Thus, the flow is W =W0 ⋅W0(t,z). The special attention is paid to the process of forming the human resources flow and to its providing components. We show that in an educational establishment the educational activity results the conversion of the input flow of human resources (claimers for getting some educational services) into the output flow (specialists of various levels). Besides, for stable functioning of the conversion process the educational establishment requires the following vector components: material, financial, informational, of power (energetic), of manpower (personnel) and of service. We work out the mathematical expressions, describing this process. They give us the opportunity to define the sources of expenses and to optimize the total costs in order to minimize them. As the methodological basis serves the concept of advancing (keeping ahead), which was developed in various sciences, including Russian pedagogy and psychology and then spread all over the world. The study of the best world experience of the international movement Worldskills and regulatory, strategic documents referred to the development of vocational education, as well as the awareness of the employers’ needs, contributes to systematization and generalization of knowledge in the field of digitalization of secondary vocational education. Results and discussion. The implementation of theoretical objectives and conceptual provisions of the advanced vocational training system, including the authors’ contribution; the experience of the Siberian Polytechnic School reflected in its training, retraining and advanced training programs used for training students, graduates of secondary vocational education institutions, and the unemployed people who lost their jobs due to aggravated socio-economic situation. These are the main drives for designing a new digital platform able to ensure the transformation of the regional economy and social sphere. The article describes the approaches used by the staff of the advanced vocational training center of the Siberian Polytechnic College to solve the priority tasks concerning a digital platform modeling and application of the competence constructor that are employed as a prerequisite for providing the listener with an individual educational trajectory within their training and further professional development. Conclusion. Thus, the article presents the initial outcomes of the performance and activities of the advanced vocational training center aimed at creating a digital platform. The design and development of this platform is considered as practical significance for the heads and top managers of professional educational organizations who are interested in training highly qualified specialists being the most popular on the regional labor market.
