The results of studying the training system on the basis of methods and technologies providing a high level of the educational process, research and development, which are one of the main tasks facing the new standards of GEF 3+ are presented. It is quite obvious that for successful management, in addition to traditional methodological approaches, it is advisable to develop solutions for knowledge management of students. A detailed description of the process of creating new knowledge as the main management of an intellectual resource that determines the competitive advantage of an individual is given. The structure of information resources providing scientific and cognitive activity is considered. To create new knowledge, a process is needed that makes hard-to-reach knowledge understandable and accessible to perception. To start such a process, convert explicit, hidden knowledge into explanatory information. Information resources are an important component of the development of information and knowledge capacity. Therefore, the methodology for selecting information data can be used as knowledge management tools. The ways of selection of information resources based on the complex approach on selection of the most important periodicals with the purpose of updating information and knowledge potential are described. The proposed methodology allows to solve an innovative task: from the acquisition of own funds and the formation of its list of priority publications to the accumulation of its own knowledge potential. | 4467 | The article deals with the problem of «concept» and «anticoncept» relations by the example of concepts TRADITION and FASHION in the English world picture. Concept and anticoncept are interrelated and interconnected. The relations between them and a metaconcept domain are similar to those of hyponyms and a hyperonym but not absolutely identical. Therefore, concept and anticoncept relations shouldn’t be described in terms of antonymy, because these two mental representations are not simply contrasted to each other. They have integrative and distinctive features that can be restored by different means, including association experiment. A study of association links can help in modeling the structure of the concept. The resulting verbal associations reflect the conceptual signs of the concepts TRADITION and FASHION, indicate a deep rootedness in the consciousness of the English cultural stereotypes which are a figurative representation of what is traditional and what is fashionable. The full spectrum of obtained associations allows to speak about the specifics of the conceptual connections in the consciousness of English-speakers. On the basis of the association experiment data analysis, it is proposed to treat concepts TRADITION and FASHION as concept and anticoncept correspondingly and to determine them as interrelated and interconnected oppositions included in the same metaconcept domain VALUES and forming its poles. Keywords: concept, anticoncept, metaconcept, moral values, association experiment | 1885 | |||||
| 4468 | Introduction. The article describes the semantic model of auditory perception of “irreality”, represented in the text of the novel by Victor Pelevin. Modeling of perception processes is one of the parameters of the artistic text considered in the analysis of its communicative and semantic structure. Images based on sensory sensations are a key component of the artistic picture of the author’s world. Material and methods. The study of the semantics of perceptivity on the material of postmodern texts is directly connected with the problem of “reality/irreality” of the described events, objects, phenomena in the artistic space of the text, which makes the research topic relevant, and includes the research in the scientific context. Results and discussion. The description of irreal events presupposes a change (deformation) of the invariant perception model, primarily related to the “strengthening” of the role of the object of perception. Particular attention is paid to the “mismatch” of the perceptual and mental modes. “Uncertainty”, “blurring”, “strangeness” of objects of perception, caused by the impossibility of visual activity and the altered state of the character’s consciousness, are actualized. Description of the unusual perceptual experience of characters indicates that in the situation of unavailability (absence) of the visual channel of perception, auditory perception allows to model a “picture” that exists only in the altered consciousness of one or another character of the narrative. Linguistic analysis of the fragments of the text showed that “irreality” becomes one of the objects of comprehension and creative reflection of the author of the novel. To represent the situation of unusual auditory perception, a wide range of language means is used (indefinite pronouns, comparative constructions, indefinitepersonal and impersonal one-member sentences, complex sentences with complement clauses and correspondences, etc.). In some cases, the subject of perception realizes that the events observed are of an irreal nature and tries to find their analogue in the familiar world (relying on their auditory sensations). This leads to the emergence of various analogies and comparisons in the text of the novel. The conclusion emphasizes that due to transpositional transfers (vision – hearing), the perceptual component is “strengthened” and the artistic space of the work is “expanded”. | 4469 | Introduction. The concept “student” is common to different linguistic cultures of a civilized society and relates to the academic sphere of human activity. This work is devoted to the study of actualized and hidden features – structurally-meaningful components – of the concept “student”. Material and methods. The object of the study is the fragments of Russian National Corpus (RNC). In this paper, we study minimal contexts, usually equal to the sentence and detailed contexts, usually coinciding with the paragraph, as well as the headings of texts reflecting 1900–1917. The relevance of this work is determined by the social significance of the student’s figure in developed human communities and the lack of knowledge on RNC material of the concept related to it. The study examines the most typical uses of the word in multi-style (literary and non-literary) and multi-genre texts of RNC. The methods of the descriptive method (observation, classification, interpretation, generalization, arithmetic calculations) and the methods of linguo-conceptual analysis (contextual and semantic analysis, the analysis of the concept name, correlation of the concept name with historical and cultural data, modeling the structure of the concept, corpus linguistics techniques) are used in the work. Results and discussion. The categorical (qualitative, event-time, spatial) and non-categorical (biological, anthropomorphic) signs of the name of concept “student” are revealed. The taxonomic and nuclear-peripheral models of the studied concept are proposed. During the construction of the first model, the connection between concept “student” and super-concepts “human”, “education/to study” (“to learn”), “higher educational institution is determined”. In the nuclear-peripheral model of this concept, being characterized for the beginning of the last century, the main complex (compound) semes are ‘young man’, ‘studying for a certain time at a university or institute’, ‘engaged mainly in educational activities to obtain one or another profession’. The socio-political and individual characteristics are presumably found in the interpretational field of the considered concept. It was also established that there is no connotation in the lexical semantics of the name of concept “student”. All self-evaluative features of this word are contextually determined. Conclusion. This work is intended for researchers in the field of lexical semantics, linguo-culturology and for students of linguistic conceptual analysis techniques. | 4470 | The article is devoted to the study and modeling of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. The study of associative and verbal fields of such world-modeling and axiological concepts is one of the urgent tasks of modern linguistic research, since their analysis allows to identify the most important worldview and moral attitudes of the carriers of Russian linguistic culture. The aim of research is modeling and analysis of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. In the course of the study, received reactions are considered from the formal, morphological and semantic points of view. The study is based on the material of a free associative experiment, in which students of 1-4 courses of four institutes of the Siberian Federal University took part. The survey involved 222 people aged 18 to 22: 142 female students and 80 male students. The response time was limited to 1 minute. As a result of the associative experiments, 433 reactions were obtained. From the point of view of formal-morphological characteristics, the structure of the associative and verbal field consists of single-word reactions (72.3%), as well as phrases and sentences (26.5%). The most frequent types of one-word reactions are adjectives (41.6%), the most frequent types of multi-word reactions are adjectival phrases (11.1%). In the process of modeling the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON, it was shown that its structure includes nuclear, perinuclear and peripheral zones (the latter is divided into near and far periphery). The nuclear zone is represented by the following reactions: kind (77), sympathetic (25), humane (23), respectful (22), kindness (20). The application of the semantic gestalt technique made it possible to identify four semantic zones in the structure of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON: 1) the spiritual world; 2) properties and structure of the personality; 3) social ties and related activities; 4) name. The study made it possible to reveal the structure and content of the associative and verbal field HUMANE PERSON in the linguistic consciousness of Siberian students. The differentiating features of a humane person, in addition to certain moral qualities (kindness, responsiveness, humanity, mercy, compassion, tolerance, justice), also include his socially approved activities and actions (help, care, support, charity). | 4480 | Introduction. The idea of Superman was more relevant than ever at the turn of the last Millennium. Echoes of thoughts about the existence of a “special” omnipotent person of the new era are found in the philosophical concept of transhumanism, aimed at improving the quality and prolonging the life span, as well as at preventing aging and death. The concept of transhumanism is considered not only as a philosophical concept, but also as a world organization. The ideas of transhumanism are embodied in texts dedicated to prolonging the life and preserving the youth of a person, including in Internet texts. With the wide spread of media in all spheres of life, the development of linguistics has reached a new stage – a new branch called media linguistics has been born. The object of the analysis of the new direction is one of the key concepts of media linguistics – an Internet blog, which is an Internet genre, which is a network space of a certain topic and contains relevant information content (texts, images, multimedia). The chosen model of blog analysis as an Internet genre highlights media, pragmatic, structural-semantic, and stylistic-language parameters. As part of the analysis of this work, the stylistic and linguistic features of the English-language blog “SkinTour” are: specific names of articles in the form of rhetorical questions, characteristic lexical units (medical procedures), the vocabulary used for nominating cosmetics themselves; acronyms, antonyms, the degree of comparison of adjectives. Material and methods. The material basis of the research was the author’s research corpus of texts of the Englishlanguage blog “SkinTour”, from which 50 authentic articles were selected. In the theoretical part of the study, the concepts of transhumanism, blogging and Internet genre are described; the analysis of the material base allowed to synthesize the obtained segments of scientific facts and knowledge accumulated by previous generations and contemporaries; the parameters of the analysis were systematized. In the practical part of the work, the lexical and grammatical content of the texts of the English-language transhumanist blog “SkinTour” is analyzed. The methodological basis of the work is a systematic approach, the following General scientific methods are implemented: analysis, synthesis, induction, generalization (methods of logic); quantitative methods, grouping method (methods of statistics); method of component analysis (methods of structural linguistics). Results and discussion. Due to the wide spread of media in a wide variety of areas of human activity, there is an increase in the number of products of the “network space”, one of which is the Internet blog (hereinafter: blog). The vast majority (about 90 %) analyzed English-speaking blogs tagged “Anti-aging” (more than 500) contains in the title the tag “Skin” and focused mainly on the female half of the population that seeks to care for problem skin. The English-language transhumanist blog “SkinTour” is also aimed at a female audience, containing thousands of articles from an expert in the field of medicine. In the process of analysis, media, pragmatic, structural-semantic and stylisticlanguage parameters of a blog as an Internet genre are highlighted. As part of the analysis of stylistic and language parameters, the content of the English-language transhumanist blog “SkinTour” is represented by the following features: lexical features: article titles in the form of rhetorical questions; frequent use of terms denoting medical procedures and cosmetics; acronyms; antonyms; grammatical features: the degree of comparison of adjectives. Conclusion. The English language of blogs is an original reflection of the modern virtual world. Due to the variety of language materials in the Internet space, medialinguistics is a large field for linguistic research. Heterogeneity of texts in the media sphere is the key to the diversity of analysis of transhumanistic blogs. The practice of studying texts of Internet genres should be carried out in order to fix new lexical, grammatical, stylistic and other features of the media repertoire of the English language.
