| 4510 | The focus of the article is on the question of the discourse picture of the world of modern radio (radio station “Echo of Moscow”). The paper considers the ideological level of its axiological modeling, which is understood as a system of communicative norms, genre and theme making, and axiological attitudes within the boundaries of discourse. Meta-logical units reflected in the system of meta-linguistic and meta-discursive speech acts of journalists (hosts of analytical programs) are described as an implicit form of discourse ideology. The analysis revealed distinguishing features of the discursive communicative model of analytical segment of the radio: the synchronization of the author’s and the addressee`s positions is achieved through the communicative attitude of personal presentation of information (social issues). The discourse picture of the world is created at the intersection of external ideology of mass media discourse and internal, axiological positions of discourse agents – journalists, radio presenters. As a result, the picture of the world is reflected in a unique communicative and speech model of discourse manifested in the effects of both institutional and personal impact on the recipient. | 4513 | The paper touches upon the new problems in theory and practice of teaching the foreign languages in conformity with modern vital conditions. In such a context it is a matter of introducing a psychological component to the educational process to be aimed at optimization of foreign training at any stage of continuous education system as well as the improvement of communication teaching level. Application of up-to-date psychotechnologies in the process of foreign training seems to be within the capacity of the foreign lan¬guage teacher, as it does not require special psychothera-peutic knowledge. The present paper appears to be an ef¬fort to observe the opportunities of using neurolinguistics programming (NLP) strategics in practice of teaching the foreign languages at a non-linguistic higher educational in¬stitution which allow the teacher to reveal the students' style and apply the methods to be the most suitable for the present student or the given group. In this interpretation the NLP approach should be consid¬ered as one of the innovatory forms of educational and out-of-lecture teacher's activities within the bounds of possible spending of time, as a stimulus to the creative potential devel¬opment of students and, first of all, not as a principal method of teaching the foreign languages but as an additional technology to improve the foreign language educational process and make it more effective, easy and pleasurable for mastering. | 4523 | The article deals with the problem of «concept» and «anticoncept» relations by the example of concepts TRADITION and FASHION in the English world picture. Concept and anticoncept are interrelated and interconnected. The relations between them and a metaconcept domain are similar to those of hyponyms and a hyperonym but not absolutely identical. Therefore, concept and anticoncept relations shouldn’t be described in terms of antonymy, because these two mental representations are not simply contrasted to each other. They have integrative and distinctive features that can be restored by different means, including association experiment. A study of association links can help in modeling the structure of the concept. The resulting verbal associations reflect the conceptual signs of the concepts TRADITION and FASHION, indicate a deep rootedness in the consciousness of the English cultural stereotypes which are a figurative representation of what is traditional and what is fashionable. The full spectrum of obtained associations allows to speak about the specifics of the conceptual connections in the consciousness of English-speakers. On the basis of the association experiment data analysis, it is proposed to treat concepts TRADITION and FASHION as concept and anticoncept correspondingly and to determine them as interrelated and interconnected oppositions included in the same metaconcept domain VALUES and forming its poles. | 4525 | Introduction. The article describes the semantic model of auditory perception of “irreality”, represented in the text of the novel by Victor Pelevin. Modeling of perception processes is one of the parameters of the artistic text considered in the analysis of its communicative and semantic structure. Images based on sensory sensations are a key component of the artistic picture of the author’s world. Material and methods. The study of the semantics of perceptivity on the material of postmodern texts is directly connected with the problem of “reality/irreality” of the described events, objects, phenomena in the artistic space of the text, which makes the research topic relevant, and includes the research in the scientific context. Results and discussion. The description of irreal events presupposes a change (deformation) of the invariant perception model, primarily related to the “strengthening” of the role of the object of perception. Particular attention is paid to the “mismatch” of the perceptual and mental modes. “Uncertainty”, “blurring”, “strangeness” of objects of perception, caused by the impossibility of visual activity and the altered state of the character’s consciousness, are actualized. Description of the unusual perceptual experience of characters indicates that in the situation of unavailability (absence) of the visual channel of perception, auditory perception allows to model a “picture” that exists only in the altered consciousness of one or another character of the narrative. Linguistic analysis of the fragments of the text showed that “irreality” becomes one of the objects of comprehension and creative reflection of the author of the novel. To represent the situation of unusual auditory perception, a wide range of language means is used (indefinite pronouns, comparative constructions, indefinitepersonal and impersonal one-member sentences, complex sentences with complement clauses and correspondences, etc.). In some cases, the subject of perception realizes that the events observed are of an irreal nature and tries to find their analogue in the familiar world (relying on their auditory sensations). This leads to the emergence of various analogies and comparisons in the text of the novel. The conclusion emphasizes that due to transpositional transfers (vision – hearing), the perceptual component is “strengthened” and the artistic space of the work is “expanded”. | 4537 | An important instrument of the increase of educational activity is its logistization. In the article we offer a logistic model, where an educational institution is considered as a micro-logistic system, and educational activity – as a set of various flows of useful resources, which interact, influence each other, depend upon the current market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the change of inner and outer conditions. Using the logistic approach, we bring out the research of structure of the basic element of the system – the flow of human resources. The flow is represented as a certain function, having two components: scalar W0– the concrete appearance of useful resources and vector 0 W (t,z) – the orientation of the flow in space (z) and time (t). Thus, the flow is W =W0 ⋅W0(t,z). The special attention is paid to the process of forming the human resources flow and to its providing components. We show that in an educational establishment the educational activity results the conversion of the input flow of human resources (claimers for getting some educational services) into the output flow (specialists of various levels). Besides, for stable functioning of the conversion process the educational establishment requires the following vector components: material, financial, informational, of power (energetic), of manpower (personnel) and of service. We work out the mathematical expressions, describing this process. They give us the opportunity to define the sources of expenses and to optimize the total costs in order to minimize them. | 4540 | Introduction. The article presents a communicative and pragmatic analysis of the doctor’s media communication in the social network. Aim and objective. The aim of the article is to identify and describe the ways to implement communication strategies in a media text created on the basis of the news story COVID-19. Material and methods. The material was the doctor’s posts about the coronavirus on Instagram. The analysis is carried out taking into account the compositional and semantic integrity of the levels of strategic verbal communication and polycode components in the media text. The methodology for analyzing strategic planning consists in identifying communicative strategies, determining their hierarchical ordering, describing the nomenclature and methods of linguistic representation of the tactics that implement them. Results and discussion. The media text about COVID-19 allows the doctor to solve several strategic tasks: creating a professional image, educating the mass address, forming the target audience of the blog. The main strategy is selfpresentation, implemented in communicative tactics of appeal to the profession (through the images of «I am a doctor», «I am an expert in the field of medicine», «We are the medical community»), actualization of dedication to the profession, demonstration of overcoming professional difficulties, the transmission of subjective information (through the images «I am a patient» and «I am a person»), as well as non-verbal methods (posting photos of doctors in the fight against COVID-19). The information and educational strategy in the texts about the coronavirus becomes auxiliary and contributes to the implementation of the strategy of self-presentation through the appeal to the tactics of definition, brief information, instructions, appeals to authoritative sources, recommendations, discrediting medical myths. It is found that the communicative success of these tactics is achieved when they are combined with selfpresenting ones, as well as with a certain sequence of their use in one media communication. An auxiliary strategy for engaging and retaining the addressee, performing dialogue and rhetorical functions, is implemented in parallel with self-presentation and informational and educational strategies at the level of media text composition by placing a topic and image referring to COVID-19 in the title; implementation of tactics for announcing a topical topic and appealing to the benefits of reading the text in the introduction of the text; using in the main part of the tactics of communicative rapprochement, linguistic originality and orientation towards linguistic fashion; as well as appeals in the conclusion to etiquette tactics and tactics of invitation to dialogue. Conclusion. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the implementation of the dominant strategies of medical media communication is carried out in parallel at different levels of the media text about the coronavirus, through the use of verbal and non-verbal tactics of persuasive and suggestive influence on the audience. The effectiveness of referring to the information occasion of COVID-19 as a strategic planning tool to achieve the main goal of the doctor’s media communication in the social network – creating a professional brand.
