Smirnova N.M. THE CONCEPT OF COMPLEXITY IN COGNITIVE ANALYSIS OF COMMUNICATIVE AND MEANINGFUL ASPECTS OF SOCIAL REALITY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 1 (129). P. 169-175

Heuristic power and cognitive limits of the concept of complexity is viewed in this paper. It is shown, that the use of the concept of complexity helps us not only to recognize to what extent social thinking could accept basic ideas of synergetics, but also to deepen methodological reflection of the natural and social sciences’ integration process. It is also shown, that the study of temporality semiotics as an instrument of complexity reduction appears to be one of the most important aspects in methodological recognition of the above-mentioned process in social thinking and activity.

Khilo E.S. INTERMEDIALITY AND TRANSLATION: YESENIN’S GERMAN AUDIO EDITIONS OF 2000TH.. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 4 (145). P. 119-125

The article first describes the precedents of intermediate representation of the foreign-language author reception of translation on the example of the analysis of two German audio editions of S. Yesenin’s poetry of 2002 and 2003, in which selected poems are presented in the author’s reading, while their German equivalents are performed by translators and poets such as P. Celan (1920–1970) and A. Nitzberg (born in 1969). The first collection acquaints the listener with the image of S. Yesenin in direct adjunction to the individual style of P. Celan. In the second edition Yesenin acts as one of the representatives of Russian poetry, expressing the general literary tradition of the XX century. The authentic sound reproduction and the perception of originals and translations in audio collections allow us to speak about their high importance in a universal context of the reception of Yesenin’s heritage.

Israfilov N.R. LEXICO-SEMANTIC INTERACTION OF RUSSIAN AND AGHUL LANGUAGES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 6 (171). P. 58-60

The article considers some lexical issues of the Aghul language. Shows the meanings of the synonyms, variants of their usage in the speech. Give some examples of synonyms’ and antonyms’ usage in the language. Research of synonyms and antonyms in Aghul is of great importnace and significance, which is seen through the comparison with paradigms and system of some Slavonic manuscript sources. At the present stage of Bible translation in Aghul we have an opportunity to analyze the homogeneous ancient writing. Discussion of the problems in syntactical synonymity of Aghul and Russian leads to findings of their typological similarities. Stylistic analysis conducted in the paper defines forms and variants of writing in synonymic diversity of Aghul. Richness of language units variants in Russian and Aghul makes possible further development of semantic equivalents in terms of communication and cognition in speech process and exposes their insufficient study.

Persidskaya A.S. SOMATIC VOCABLARY AS A REFLECTION OF SPACE PERCEPTION OF THE SELKUPS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 110-115

Anthropocentric approach is currently very relevant in studying of language and culture. According to this approach the person appears to be the central reference point in measurement and description of objects of the surrounding reality. The question of spatial orientation is not quite studied at the moment in the Selkup culture which owing to its originality is of special interest for consideration. The article is devoted to studying of the above-stated question through the “prism” of a human body. Having carried out the linguistic analysis of names of parts of a human body it has been revealed that a human being is considered to be a focal point in view of the Selkups both in plane (horizontal) division of space and in vertical. Somonims are used by representatives of the Selkup ethnos to describe positions of parts of objects in space. Thus, somatic vocabulary is revealed to denote upper, lower, front, back, side and inner parts of objects. Moreover, some of them changed their grammatical category into postpositions and are currently used to describe the movements against parts of objects having certain position in space, i.e. the movements against the upper, lower, front, back and side parts of objects and the movement oriented inside.

Keywords: the Selkup language, space, perception of space, somatic vocabulary, somonim, names of parts of body

Stepovaya V.I. ENGLISH-LANGUAGE RECEPTION OF N. V. GOGOL’S COMEDY “THE GOVERNMENT INSPECTOR” IN THE TRANSLATION INTERPRETATION BY K. GARNETT. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 5 (211). P. 192-205

Introduction. The choice of approach to the analysis of literary translation in this article is explained by the fact that interpretation in translation involves co-creation of the translator and the author of the original work, so that a new understanding of it can arise. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to identify the differences between the author’s interpretation of the comedy “The Government Inspector” and its translation interpretation by K. Garnett. It will allow us to see the semantic transformations of the work as it penetrates into the English-speaking culture. Material and methods. The material of the research is the comedy “The Government Inspector” by N. V. Gogol and its translation into English, made by the British translator K. Garnett in 1926. The methodology of this research is based on a comparative method, as well as a method for studying translation through the concept of “translation interpretation”. Results and discussion. The translator does not put the name “Silent scene” in a separate title and writes it in small italics merged with the previous text. This reduces its significance for English readers. In addition, K. Garnett in the translation of the play removes the division into scenes, which supports the classical symmetry and correctness of architectonics, while demonstrating the subordination of being to the divine plan. This suggests that in the understanding of the translator there were no initially harmonious laws of human existence. As for anthroponomy, all the names and surnames of the characters are conveyed by K. Garnett using transliteration. This means that for the English-speaking reader, their “speaking” meaning is lost. At the same time, this method of translation may also have a deeper meaning. In the original work, the characters are united by their involvement in vice, the symbolic embodiment of which they are. They are also connected by a common expectation of punishment for their actions and, undoubtedly, by belonging to the same people, since this issue was important for Gogol. It embodies the influence of the romanticism traditions on him. In comedy, the unity of the people demonstrates, in particular, the common national character of the dramatic personae. The presence and nature of the vice in each individual case is expressed, among other things, by the name of the character. But since this semantics is lost due to transliteration in translation, the connecting thread becomes less obvious to English-speaking reader. The loss of the original semantics of belonging of heroes to a common nation is facilitated by the translation of phraseological phrases, proverbs and sayings found in the original text. In the translation by K. Garnett, the idiomatic speech of the characters, indicating their folk character, was largely reduced. A similar feature is the frequent replacement of colloquial expressions of heroes with lexemes of the literary language. Therefore, the characters’ speech becomes more neutral and loses its expressiveness. Due to the prevailing number of such transformations, the characters of the dramatic personae in the translation of the comedy can hardly be called folk. Regarding the translation of Russian realities, it should be noted that K. Garnett replaced many of them with English ones. And although we cannot say that this applies to all realities, but they are the absolute majority, which cannot but affect readers reception. Among other things, K. Garnett adds a Gendarme to the list of actors, which does not correspond to Gogol’s conception. The Gendarme in the comedy acts as a “herald of the Last judgment” and his figure shows “transpersonal power”, which is why he is not on the stage of the theater. However, the appearance of the Gendarme in the list of actors in the translation text completely deprives him of the opportunity to embody the hand of God. Together with the “Silent scene” leveling this deprives comedy its significance and true meaning, which Gogol sought to express. Conclusion. The emergence of such a version of the comedy translation can be attributed to the fact that K. Garnett worked at the beginning of the modernist era, “the root characteristic of the literature of which is, in particular, the belief in the isolation, alienation and ultimate absurdity of each individual existence and the entire macrocosm of reality”. This largely contributes to the formalistic approach to poetics, which in this case is chosen by the translator. This is expressed in the fact that K. Garnett reproduces the text without taking into account the influence of the author’s biography and views. It cannot also be said that the cultural and historical context of the original and Gogol’s reception of literary traditions were sufficiently taken into account. Transformations in translation have led to the fact that characters are perceived as part of a faceless crowd, each member of which is not connected by anything, and not as people drawing inspiration from their unity. The characters are still together waiting for the Government Inspector, but the meaning of his appearance loses its sacred meaning of God’s punishment. In this interpretation, the existence of comedy characters appears absurd and even tragic to some extent, since there is no positive or negative dynamics. Thus, although the original author’s meaning was not recreated by K. Garnett in the translation of “The Government Inspector” into English, it can be stated that a new one that conveys a sense of hopelessness at the turn of the XIX−XX centuries has emerged.

Szajdak L., Maryganova V. QUANTITIES OF INDOLE-3-ACETIC ACID IN SECONDARY TRANSFORMD PEAT-MOORSH SOILS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2008. Issue 4 (78). P. 34-38

The investigations of indole-3-acetic acid (IAA) were performed for three different peat-moorsh soils - Czarna Wies, Otoczne and Kwatera 17 located in the Biebrza River Valley in Poland. Each considered soils were utilized as meadow. Soil samples were taken from two depths: 5-10 cm and 50-80 cm. IAA, total organic carbon (TOC), dissolved organic carbon (DOC) in peat moorsh soils from these samples were analysed. The significant differences in the concentrations of IAA, TOC, and DOC between two investigated depths of among peat moorsh samples were observed. The measured concentrations of total organic carbon in the considered soils ranged from 37.2 to 45.6 %. Generally, the decrease of IAA, total organic carbon, however, increase of DOC concentration with depth of profiles was observed. The contents of dissolved organic carbon in the soils ranged from 5.3 to 19.4%. The quantities of IAA decreased simultaneously with TOC values and with the increasing depth of the soil profiles. The highest contents of IAA was determined in high layers of moorshes and ranged from 110,1 to 128,7 µg kg-1 dry mass. However the concentrations of IAA in deeper layers were lower and ranged from 69,3 to 87,1 µg kg-1 dry mass.

Future loss for heroes of the tragedy – a consequence of their crimes in front of Colchis, requital for shed blood. Understanding of the power by Razumovskaya's heroes are realized through opposition of social functions of the hero and the tsar in which the first is unconditionally disinterested, resolute, selfsacrificing while the second can be the strategist acting in interests of the city, or the liar. Medea's love, conducting it to crimes, also is treated differently. In questions of a ratio corporal and spiritual in love authors act as successors of various cultural traditions: German modernism and Russian of “ascetic materialism”. Also in article features of a genre of texts of Mьller and Razumovskaya under whose feather the tragedy receives modern sounding are considered.

Khrabrova A.V. THE PROBLEM OF CORRELATION OF CREATIVE SYSTEMS BY LERMONTOV AND EARLY DOSTOEVSKY: THE CATEGORY OF DOUBT AS A REPRESENTATIVE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 3 (168). P. 121-124

The present article is devoted to the problem of the category of doubt as representative of interference and convergence of late Lermontov’s and early Dostoevsky’s artistic worlds. The category of doubt is central on epoch’s boundary as it reveals the transitivity of the world in 1830–1840s. and a state of total criticism. Firstly, this category is considered a central epoch’s philosophical problem and secondly, a problem of narrative methods. As a philosophical problem, category of doubt gave birth to a new type of hero and new methods of psychologisation, which caused different changes and transitions from doubt through uncertainty to the condition of hopelessness and hero’s self-recognition of powerlessness towards actions and choices. As a result, the doubting intellectual is replaced by the sick consciousness of a “small man” (“malen’kiy chelovek”), who loses his trust being in doubts and lives under the condition of fear and anxiety. The narrative aspect of the category of doubt determines the combinatorics of plots’ lines, the overlay of psychological conditions, the retardation of narration. All this produces the parts’ montage in some texts which comes along with rhetorical questions which intensify the doubt.

Sevryukova A.A., Il’yasov D.F., Kostenko O.A. DEVELOPMENT OF READINESS OF THE TUTORS IN A GENERAL EDUCATION ORGANIZATION TO SUPPORT STUDENTS’ PROFESSIONAL SELF-DETERMINATION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 102-109

Modern Russian education is characterized by the adoption of tutors into general education organizations. It is established that these specialists rarely turn to the practice of supporting a professional identity of schoolchildren, are not ready to carry out this process. The concept of the tutor’s readiness to support the professional identity of schoolchildren is defined. This is a complex personal and professional description of a tutor which includes the awareness of importance of the supporting professional identity of schoolchildren, an interested mood in the creative use of the theory of tutoring in the practice of career guidance work with students, the presence of reflexive abilities that allow timely making adequate decisions in the process of constructing and implementing an individual way of choosing the future profession by tutors. A criterial evaluation system has been developed. It offers a level characterization of the components of the readiness of tutors (motivational, activity, analytical) to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. Based on the analysis of the literature, the expediency of using the powerful resources of intracorporate training for the development of this quality is justified. The system of intracorporate training is simulated, the program of which three meaningful lines are proposed: the legal framework for tutoring; psychological foundations of professional identity of schoolchildren as an object of tutoring; effective technologies of tutoring support of professional identity of schoolchildren. The description of the activity methods of work to improve the professionalism of tutors within the framework of intracorporate training is given. The findings of the authoritative study are presented, demonstrating the need for the development of readiness of tutors to support the professional identity of schoolchildren. The results of the control experiment are interpreted that allow one to assess the impact of internal training on positive changes in all components of tutors’ readiness to support schoolchildren in choosing their future profession.

Ulyanova U.A. STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF ELECTRONIC MILITARY INFORMATION TEXTS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 5 (211). P. 88-95

Introduction. The structural features of electronic military information texts have been analyzed. The necessity to describe the electronic texts is caused by the transition of communication to the electronic mode, which has had a significant impact on the composition of military information texts. The aim is to describe the compositional features of electronic military information texts. Material and methods. The research methods include compositional analysis, descriptive-analytical and comparative method. The material of the research is military information texts extracted by the random sampling method from the websites military.com (30 texts) and nationalinterest.com (35 texts). Results and discussion. Distinctive features of the electronic military information texts include multimedia, hypertext, intersemioticity and interactivity. The classification of electronic military-information texts on the basis of the means of communication has been presented. Online and offline electronic texts are distinguished in accordance with this parameter. Several types of hypertext links are used in military information texts: intratextual links containing reference to the materials published on other sites; non-textual auto hypertext links with contact information of the author of the article; non-textual hypertext links which lead to the article on similar subjects. The main types of hypertext links are also defined in terms of their language representation. The dual nature of interactivity as one of the elements of the composition of the electronic military information text was established. On the one hand, it provides the direct interaction between the addresser and the addressee. On the other hand, interactivity is realized through intersemiotic elements (cross-posting), which allow spreading and sharing information on different Internet sites (social networks, forums, e-mail). Hypertext, intersemioticity, interactivity are considered as obligatory characteristics of the electronic military information texts. Multimedia is regarded as an optional characteristic of the electronic military information text, because video fragments as one of the communication blocks of the text are not present in all texts, although a creolized component in the form of a photo is an obligatory part of text composition. A comparative analysis of the communication blocks in electronic texts has been carried out. Electronic military information texts with strict and free composition have been singled out. Conclusion. It has been proved that the obligatory compositional features of the electronic military information text are intertextuality, interactivity and intersemioticity. The results of the peculiarities of compositional analysis show the promising nature of the investigation of pragmastylistic features of electronic military information texts.

Sarkisova A.Y. INTERFERENCE DIFFICULTIES OF MASTERING OF RUSSIAN PHONETICS BY NATIVE SPEAKERS OF THE MONGOLIAN LANGUAGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 7 (172). P. 39-44

The article analyses the most typical pronunciation errors of the Mongols in the mastery of the Russian language. Characteristic phonetic differences are determined by different phonetic systems of two languages (lokalisasi and consonant), the difference of articulatory bases, the laws of the positional distribution of phonemes and phonetic oppositions, and peculiar to each language characteristics in suprasegmental level. The most serious errors that lead to misunderstanding are related to the violation of the structure of the Russian word. It is expressed in the reduction of vowels in all syllables except the first, the frequency of prosthetic and epistatically vowels appearance. Reduction of vowels at the end of the Russian word leads to the lack of expression of grammatical values. Interference difficulties in mastering the Russian accent are determined by the constant (fixed) accent in the Mongolian language and articulatory differences in the accentuation of the main syllable in two languages. The law of vowel harmony in Mongolian language is the cause of most mistakes in the Russian words concerning positional distribution of phonemes. Carried out in a comparative aspect the systematization of the main phonetic difficulties can be used in the methodological development and practical training of the Mongols Russian as a foreign language.

There are different classifications based on diverse approaches: 1) unipatrides, expatriants, apatrides; 2) religious persons (St. Andrew), historical persons (Robert I the Bruce, 1274-1329), Sir William Wallace, c. 1270-1305), Robert Burns, 1759-1796)), dwellers of Scotland’s regions (Highlanders) / the USA regions, family and home personages (husband, wife, parents, grandparents, children, grandchildren, friends), natural actuals of Scotland/the USA (Grampian Hills, Wood of Clova, Noran Water). The contrastive analysis of the personage system of Scotland’s poets (who didn’t emigrate) with the personage system of the USA’s Scottish emigrational poets is made. In the poetry of Scotland’s poets such additional personages are found: Fergus I (ab. 434 – 501), Kenneth MacAlpin (810-858), Duncan I (1001-1040), Malcolm IV (1141-1165), John Knox (1513-1572), Mary, Queen of Scots (1542-1587), James Melville (1556-1614). Introduction. The relevance of the study lies in the fact that today, in the period of the accelerating process of development and implementation of e-learning and distance learning technologies, the creation of a promising educational system, it is necessary to anticipate and forestall the emerging very contradictory problems. One of them is the demand for scientific and pedagogical workers who possess the necessary skills to carry out work in the electronic information and educational environment of the institute, and their insufficient training for the successful application of these technologies in professional activities. The goal is to identify the level of professional competence of scientific and pedagogical workers in order to organize activities in the digital educational environment. Material and methods. The methodological basis of the study was the psychological concept of the subject-activity approach, the essence of which lies in the idea of the person as an active subject, self-improving, self-actualizing and self-determining. The idea of this approach is based on the connection between the cognitive and activity mechanisms of the subject’s involvement in the external environment and assumes that he has a stable personal position on his own transformation and development. No less important is the second approach – acmeological – increasing the teacher’s professional competencies through informal forms of professional development. Results and discussion. The article presents an analysis of the problem of training scientific and pedagogical workers for the development of additional professional programs developed in the format of digital educational resources in the context of an accelerated change in the social and professional environment due to the expansion of digital technologies. The authors’ attention is focused on diagnosing digital competencies of specialists. The study of the digital competence of the scientific and pedagogical workers of the institute made it possible to determine the influence of the digital educational space on their professional development and to reveal the level of their readiness to participate in didactic communications using digital technologies. Conclusion. Thus, it should be noted that the diagnostics made it possible to fully assess the level of the institute’s employees with the competencies necessary to work in a digital educational environment, including for the development and implementation of additional professional programs in the format of digital educational resources. So, after the proposed number of forms of advanced training for teachers of the institute, in December 2021, a second diagnosis will be carried out, which will show the dynamics of increasing professional competence in terms of work in a digital educational environment.
