The methodological basis of our work was a cultural approach that allows us to consider the legal development of children of preschool age as an integral part of human culture and the dialectical method of cognition, involving a comprehensive analysis of the objects studied in their relationship, the definition of cause-effect relationships of the analyzed phenomena; general scientific: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy and special methods of scientific knowledge: children’s poll “Children’s Rights”, individual conversation “What to do?” (G. Uruntaeva, Y. Afonkina), survey of educators, Pearson correlation coefficient. Results and discussion. The results of the experimental work showed that the majority of children under the age of five are at the middle and low levels of legal development. Children of senior preschool age do not fully possess the knowledge of rights and obligations that are not sufficiently complete and specific. Preschool children find it difficult to define the concepts of law, right, etc. The children of senior preschool age found it difficult to properly assess their actions and the actions of other people, sought help from an adult, followed the rules of behavior subject to adult control. As the results of the analysis of the experimental work showed, the majority of children of 5 years old are at an average (47 %) and low (45 %) levels of legal development and only 8 % of older preschool children have high rates. Statistically, this thesis was confirmed by a high value of the Pearson criterion correlation coefficient between the signs (criteria of legal development levels) (rs = 0,6). This was reflected in perceptions, behaviors, experiences, feelings of children, which in aggregate determine the formation of legal development. Сonclusion. | 4695 | The article deals with the ways of metaphorical interpretation of images of thermal processing of food in the Russian language. The semantics, pragmatics, textual functioning of figurative words and expressions, metaphorically motivated by the verbs “boil”, “fry” and “bake”, which are used to name various objects, qualities, processes and notions based on the analogy with cooking are analyzed. The cognitive metaphorical models and their lexical-phraseological and text representations, typical for this fragment of the figurative language system and the world view are described. Metaphorical projections are based on three initial situations. 1. Temperature exposure, which is projected on a) exposure of sunlight, hot surfaces on objects, a person, sensation of pain in the human body (zharit’, pech); b) physiological discomfort due to being in a hot, stuffy room (varit’, zharit’, pech); c) anguish of mind , anxiety, a sense of longing, deep sorrow (zharit’, pech); d) negative social and psychological effects from other people or social circumstances (zharit’, pech). 2. Transformation of the product is symbolically associated with a) the change of the shape, color of the object, body parts, human skin (varit’, zharit’, pech); b) change in character, moral qualities of a person (pech, varit’); с) with the formation of social stereotypes, habits, principles of thinking fixed in mind (varit’). 3. The nature of the figurative base of metaphorical assimilation may be due to a certain method of heat treatment. Thus, when the products are boiled in water during cooking, the liquid boils, the ingredients are intensively mixed, and these processes are metaphorically projected on a) co-operative vigorous activity , teamwork and implementation of social and political projects; b) active intellectual activity; c) the unification of dissimilar phenomena within the framework of one phenomenon (varevo). While frying the product, one can hear a distinctive sound the frying pan (the dish hisses, sizzles), the oil can splash, the product browns quickly, which is the basis of a) a model idea of the intensity and/or productivity of the action, process; b) projections on a scandalous, tense socio-political situation. When baking, the product is placed inside the oven heated to a high temperature, which causes analogies with a) being in a hazardous situation (peklo); b) deprivation of liberty (upech), c) with pain feelings within the body. | 4696 | The issue of teaching the technique of hopping simulation during the snowless period of skiers-racers on the training stage is considered. The value of hopping simulation as one of the means of training skiers for races in the preparatory (summer-autumn) period is presented. The urgency of the question is determined. The errors encountered in the practice of hopping simulation at the beginning and at the end of a pedagogical experiment are considered. At the beginning of the pedagogical experiment, the groups did not have statistically significant differences in the possession of the technique of hopping simulation, i.e. were considered homogeneous in composition. Errors are systematized by gradation (gross, significant, small). The experimental substantiation of the peculiarities of the training technique of hopping simulation is presented. Peculiarities of training methodology are compiled taking into account the stages of learning the motor activity, the schedule, the system of particular tasks, the means (exercises) and the principles of training. Each stage of training contains a list of particular tasks, tools, methodical techniques. The principles of teaching are explained taking into account the peculiarities of their application. A scheme for correcting errors in the technique of hopping simulation is proposed. At the end of the pedagogical experiment, a comparison is made between the results of mastering the technique of the motor action being studied between the control and experimental groups. The data are presented on the basis of the method of expert evaluations (fixing of errors admitted for each subject) and the method of mathematical statistics. The average scores for the technique of exercise in the control and experimental groups (on a five-point scale) were determined. The quantitative composition of the recorded errors in engineering in both groups is presented. Positive effects of the developed features of the teaching methodology have been noted. | 4697 | Introduction. The concept “student” is common to different linguistic cultures of a civilized society and relates to the academic sphere of human activity. This work is devoted to the study of actualized and hidden features – structurally-meaningful components – of the concept “student”. Material and methods. The object of the study is the fragments of Russian National Corpus (RNC). In this paper, we study minimal contexts, usually equal to the sentence and detailed contexts, usually coinciding with the paragraph, as well as the headings of texts reflecting 1900–1917. The relevance of this work is determined by the social significance of the student’s figure in developed human communities and the lack of knowledge on RNC material of the concept related to it. The study examines the most typical uses of the word in multi-style (literary and non-literary) and multi-genre texts of RNC. The methods of the descriptive method (observation, classification, interpretation, generalization, arithmetic calculations) and the methods of linguo-conceptual analysis (contextual and semantic analysis, the analysis of the concept name, correlation of the concept name with historical and cultural data, modeling the structure of the concept, corpus linguistics techniques) are used in the work. Results and discussion. The categorical (qualitative, event-time, spatial) and non-categorical (biological, anthropomorphic) signs of the name of concept “student” are revealed. The taxonomic and nuclear-peripheral models of the studied concept are proposed. During the construction of the first model, the connection between concept “student” and super-concepts “human”, “education/to study” (“to learn”), “higher educational institution is determined”. In the nuclear-peripheral model of this concept, being characterized for the beginning of the last century, the main complex (compound) semes are ‘young man’, ‘studying for a certain time at a university or institute’, ‘engaged mainly in educational activities to obtain one or another profession’. The socio-political and individual characteristics are presumably found in the interpretational field of the considered concept. It was also established that there is no connotation in the lexical semantics of the name of concept “student”. All self-evaluative features of this word are contextually determined. Conclusion. This work is intended for researchers in the field of lexical semantics, linguo-culturology and for students of linguistic conceptual analysis techniques. | 4698 | On the basis of the works of domestic philosophers, sociologists, teachers, culturologists, the concept of «ethnocultural identity» is considered and the relevance of the study is substantiated. Experimental work on the formation of the ethno-cultural identity of students was carried out on the material of the South Russian folk costume. Due to its brightness, symbolism, constructive simplicity, the South Russian folk costume is accessible and understandable for younger schoolchildren and can be used in the practice of a modern school, since the skill of creating and decorating a costume was transferred from older younger members of the family in the process of direct contact in the form of joint activity. The conducted ascertaining experiment showed that if students have a certain civic position and moral feelings, their ethno-cultural identity, as a quality of personality, is at an insufficiently high level of formation. At the formative stage of the study, the experimental group conducted classes that were aimed at the formation of ethno-cultural identity among students of primary school age under the program of extracurricular activities “I live in Russia”. In the control group, educational and extracurricular activities were carried out in accordance with the curriculum and the plan of educational work. The implementation of the program of extracurricular activities “I live in Russia” is based on a system-activity approach, which involves social and pedagogical support for the process of formation and development of a highly moral, responsible, creative, initiative, competent citizen of Russia; transition to a strategy of social design and construction based on the development of the content and technologies of education that determine the ways and means of achieving the socially desired level of personal and cognitive development of students, taking into account their age, psychological and physiological characteristics. An important function of traditional art is that it is a unique way of conveying the universal and individual human experience. The South Russian folk costume gives students a unique opportunity to join the experience of previous generations, analyze, participate in the creation of a material result, come to an understanding of the beauty and originality of the costumes of different peoples living in Russia. As a result of the successful use of the material of the South Russian folk costume, interest is developing in the study of the history of the country, region, native city; the amount of work in the classroom gradually increases as a result of increased attention and good performance; the desire to learn new things increases, children are waiting for creative tasks, they themselves take the initiative in their search, help each other by creating collective projects in the classroom. As a result of the study, the indicators of the formation of ethnocultural identity in the experimental group increased in comparison with the results of the ascertaining stage of the study. This was facilitated by conducting classes with students on the extracurricular activity course “I live in Russia” introduced into the educational process of elementary school, built on the material of the South Russian folk costume.
