Joint action of active groups of gibberellins (GA) and brassinolide (BL) on growth and development of plants Arabidopsis thaliana ecotype Landsberg erecta has been studied. It has been, that the presowing treatment of seeds the 10-9М BL reduced duration of phases of an ontogenesis of plants, accelerated growth vegetative and reproductive organs and increased seed production at plants of wild-type Ler and of mutant ga4-1. Exogenous BL in part compensated a lack endogenic GA1/4 at a mutant, enlarging the common length of shoots and restoring seed production of a mutant up to a level of wild-type. This effect might be connected with on account of augmentation of quantity of side shoots, quantities of pods, lengths of pods and quantities of seeds in pods

Filonov N.G., Boboyev N.M. ANALYSIS OF THE STRUCTURE OF THE CUMULATIVE EXPENSES IN FORMING THE CASH FLOW OF THE COMMERCIAL BANK // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 141-146

An important instrument of the increase of bank activity efficiency is its logistization. In the article we suggest the logistic model, where a bank is considered as a micro-logistic system and bank activity is considered as a set of different flows of useful resources (a material flow (vec_M); a financial flow (vec_F); an informational flow (vec_I); an energetic flow (vec_E); a flow of transport vehicles (vec_T); a manpower flow (vec_W); a service flow (vec_U); a flow of innovations (vec_N)), which interact, influence each other, depend upon the present market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the changes of inner and outer conditions. In the article, we do the research of these flows’ structure, using the logistical approach. In the research we represent a flow as a certain function, having two components: the scalar one (P0 – a concrete kind of useful resources) and the vector one (vec_P0 (t, z) – the orientation of the flow in space and time). Thus, a flow is: vec_P = P0*vec_P0 (t, z) v r . A special attention is paid to the financial flow, its structure and process of forming. We represent, that the necessary condition of forming any kind of a flow is presence of other flows. Then, in order to provide a normal functioning of the cash flow in a bank we need the following vector components, which could assure its forming and circulation: financial, informational, energetic, manpower (personnel), innovational and service components. The mathematical expressions are worked out to describe this process and to give us the opportunity to define the source of costs and to optimize the cumulative expenses in order to minimize them.

Yermolenkina L.I. THE INTERPRETATION OF THE POLYCODE TEXT AT THE LINGUISTIC SEMINARS: METHODOLOGICAL BASIS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 9 (162). P. 76-80

The focus of the article is on the methodological question of the modelling of the discursive picture of the world. The students of Philology Department are studying this problem at the seminar “The Russian linguistic and discursive pictures of the world”. This problem is complicated, because in the modern linguistics there are no specific methods of interpretation. The modern text space is polycode (in this function) and dynamic (in the interaction of the author and the addressee) system, which is conditioned by the discourse. These factors determine the problem of the complex interpretation of the senses of the text, which demand the synthetic multi-disciplinary method. The examples are the works of the students, which use the traditional linguistic methods and new – sociometric and psycho-semantic – methods.

Malinovskaya Y.N. TUTORING AS AN EDUCATIONAL PRACTICE OF INDIVIDUALIZED SOCIETY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 37-41

The article describes the educational practice of tutoring in the context of challenges of individualized society. The problems faced by people in individualized society include growing uncertainty of life and the lack of clear guidelines. This uncertainty complicates planning life, setting long-term goals. A person feels helpless, he is disoriented and unable to control the events, his life loses its integrity, becomes fragmented. In the article the skills allowing a person to live in instable society, such as the ability to identify his values, to find the resources to achieve his goals, to organize his activity and to implement its reflection are named. Different approaches to understanding the concept of ‘individualization of education’ are considered, the concepts of ‘individual approach’ and ‘individualization’ are differentiated. Individual approach involves considering the individual characteristics of students, while individualization of education is a broad concept, implying the subjective position of a student, appeal to his interests and needs, development of student’s self-control, self-reflection, and self-planning. The essence of tutoring practice as an effective practice of individualization is revealed. An open, humane position of a tutor, expanding educational space of a tutee and promoting his self-development, is opposed to a directive, authoritarian position of a teacher, limiting the educational space of a student and blocking his independence. The role of a dialogic position of a teacher in implementing tutoring practice is marked. Since the practice of tutoring allows a person to reflect on his life and forms the set of skills necessary for a decent life in the situation of instability, it should be used in education to meet the challenges of individualized society.

Keywords: individualized society, individualization of education, tutoring, tutor, dialogic position, tutor position of a teacher

The author analyzes the concepts of «condition» and «pedagogical conditions», identifies and justifies the pedagogical conditions for the education of civil qualities of adolescents by means of the GFSK GTO, taking into account the selected components of civil qualities of adolescents. Aim and objectives: to identify the pedagogical conditions for the education of civil qualities of adolescents by means of the GTO complex. Material and methods. The research material is theoretical and empirical research on civic education and pedagogical conditions of education. The analysis of the research helped to clarify a number of pedagogical terms and theoretically justify the identified pedagogical conditions. Results and discussion. The term «condition» is a General scientific term, but depending on the branch of scientific knowledge it is considered from different positions (philosophical, psychological, pedagogical). In this regard, «pedagogical conditions» are interpreted by scientists in different ways, but the function of pedagogical conditions remains unchanged-the influence on the development, training and upbringing of the individual. Taking into account the fact that pedagogical conditions are specially created, we will consider them from the point of view of increasing the effectiveness of the process of personal development, education and training. Pedagogical conditions aimed at improving the effectiveness of the process of educating civil qualities of adolescents by means of the GTO complex, we divide into three groups, taking into account the selected components of educating civil qualities of adolescents: the first group is pedagogical conditions that reflect the characteristics of the axiological component of educating civil qualities of adolescents by means of the GTO complex; the second group of pedagogical conditions, reflecting the characteristics of the cognitive component of the education of civil qualities of adolescents by means of the GTO, the third group – pedagogical conditions, which reflect the characteristics of the action component of the education of civil qualities of adolescents by means of the GTO. Conclusion. The analysis of scientific and methodological literature on the problem of restoring civic qualities of adolescents has shown that to increase the effectiveness of achieving the set pedagogical goal, a mandatory factor is the creation of specific pedagogical conditions that allow to fully implement the model of educating civic qualities of adolescents by means of the complex GTO.

Lekhtenfeld O. INSTANTONS AND CHERN-SIMONS FLOWS IN SIX AND SEVEN DIMENSIONS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 103-108

The existence of K-instantons on a cylinder M7 = Rт x K/H over a homogeneous nearly Kahler 6-manifold K/H requires a conformally parallel or a cocalibrated G2-structure on M7. The generalized anti-self-duality onM7 implies a Chern-Simons ow on K/H which runs between instantons on the coset. For K-equivariant connections, the torsionful Yang-Mills equation reduces to a particular quartic dynamics for a Newtonian particle on C. We obtain kink- or bounce-type solutions for generic values of the torsion. When the latter corresponds to the conformally parallel or cocalibrated G2-structure on M7, the dynamics follows from a gradient or hamiltonian ow, respectively, and we encounter Yang-Mills instantons.

Tyutelova L.G. MAIN FUNCTIONS OF CHEKHOV’S PLOT IN RUSSIAN DRAMATURGY OF THE 70TH AND EARLY 80TH OF THE 20TH CENTURY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 11 (152). P. 98-102

The subject of this paper is the problem of the author’s dramatic plot. It is the designation of the appraisal and from – without – vision peculiarities of the story depicted by the author. These peculiarities tell the playwright both from the other authors interpreting the same plot situation and from the hero having his own comprehension of what is going on from within the dramatic situation. Besides Chekhov’s plot is not just the author’s plot. It is plot of special typology. The main function of heroes in it is not the action but the personality’s understanding of his present, past and future. On these grounds the integral world picture only appears on interaction of the position in vision and appraisal of the story by the characters from the reader’s/spectator’s position. As a result, the world model expressing the individual peculiarities of the author’s life conception is recreated on the territory of the reader’s consciousness. The playwrights of the 70th–early 80th of the 20th century typologically created the plots similar to Chekhov’s ones. But it is important that the authors used his elements as well – the situations keeping the author’s vision, heroes, with the help of which Chekhov’s world model appeared in his time. It allows us to speak about the working – out of Chekhov’s plot as “someone else’s”. In the final analysis, Chekhov’s plot has some prognostic functions. It sets the direction of the modern history movement, predicts key events. At the same time the unjustified of plot expectations allows the playwrights to designate, first of all, their own life understanding different from Chekhov’s; secondly, the principal lack of coincidence of their time and Chekhov’s time. Only in the situation of recognizing Chekhov’s heroes and situation become “the codes” allowing to decode the modern dramatic story, to reveal the plurality of its meanings, the individuality of the author’s position. In its turn, new meanings of Chekhov’s plot appear in the new author’s and time context.

Sharifova D.A. COMPUTER GAMES AND MOTIVATION TO FOREIGN LANGUAGE LEARNING OF ENGINEERING LYCEUM STUDENTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 144-149

In educational process every teacher faces either a decline of learning motivation level or even the lack of it. The problem of motivation is very urgent in modern Education and Psychology. Psychology and Pedagogy explore it intensively. Firstly, this term appeared in Psychology at the beginning of XX century to expand knowledge about human and animal behavior. Psychological dictionaries present motivation through the relations between needs – motive – activity. Pedagogy studies mostly the motivation of learning and uses the terms “motive” and “goal” to explain the process itself. Motive is a thing which urges a person to action, and goal is a thing which a person tries to attain as a result of this action. Scientists noticed that there are a lot of factors that form motivation to learning; therefore, a teacher should consider every significant part of student life. Modern standard of education is a cause of new requirements to the educational process, it is necessary to use IT technologies and the Internet. The article deals with the relation between students’ interest in on-line computer games and their motivation to foreign language learning. The research presents that student choice of English-language servers is usually deliberate and helps them to improve their communicative competence of the English language and motivate them to learn more diligently.

The article considers phraseological contexts in detail concerning their semantics. Set expressions are distinguished by the following meaning: repeatability, duration, time interval, time point, time relations, time scale and subjectively estimated time. Within each group there is an additional separation by differential seme and examples of phraseological units with the discussed meaning. Repeatability (constantly, often, sometimes): all the time, for the hundredth time, from time to time. Duration (long): half the time, take one’s time. Time period (waiting or a waste of time): a waste of time, stall for time, bide one’s time. Time point (favorable time): in one’s own time. Temporary relations (simultaneity, sequence, at the time arranged): one thing at a time, at the same time, it’s about time. Timeline (present, past, future): for the time being, at the time, for old times’ sake, in good time. Subjectively estimated (pleasant or unpleasant): have a good time, have a hard time and give smb a rough time. Conclusion. Phraseological contexts are found in normal and occasional forms.
