| 5552 | Obtaining higher education is an important stage of human socialization. The aim of universities is to create such an educational environment that will allow all students, regardless of their educational needs and individual capabilities, to successfully solve the tasks of the corresponding stage of socialization. Equal access to education for all students, regardless of their diverse special educational needs and individual capabilities, including students with disabilities and disabilities, is designed to ensure inclusive education. Currently, higher education at Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University is received by persons 17 years and older, among whom there are students with disabilities, gifted students, representatives of different nationalities, cultures, countries and confessions, students from large and small cities of the world, near and remote settlements. All this actualizes the problem of creating an optimal inclusive educational environment at the university. Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University is actively working to create an inclusive educational environment, which is designed to promote the successful socialization of all students studying at the university. Inclusive educational environment is considered by us as a set of resources (means, external and internal conditions) that ensure the realization of the right of every person to education, including training, upbringing and personal development, and is designed on the basis of such principles as safety, saturation, accessibility, etc. The structure of the inclusive educational environment of Tsiolkovskiy Kaluga State University includes spatial-subject, organizational, technological, informational and social components. Each component has its own content. A special place in this structure is assigned to the Center for Inclusive Education. The Center for Inclusive Education, created at the University and designed to provide horizontal links between departments in matters of inclusive education, helps to eliminate inconsistencies in the actions of departments at the same level of hierarchy, which is generated by the strict hierarchy of the university’s Management model. The creation of an inclusive educational environment of the University is carried out in various directions, among which it is possible to highlight the improvement of the local regulatory framework, material and technical equipment, scientific, informational and personnel support for inclusive education, increasing the architectural accessibility of the university infrastructure facilities for students with disabilities, improving the quality of education received by students with disabilities. Modeling of the inclusive educational environment of the university is carried out by all participants of the educational process: administrative staff, teaching staff and students themselves, with the active participation of public organizations. Systematic monitoring of difficulties encountered by students, including students with disabilities in the process of admission and study at the University, allows you to determine the steps to overcome them. Currently, work continues to improve the inclusive educational environment of the university. | 5559 | We propose a new ghost-free model describing massive spin two field1 . This model consists of a kinetic term and interaction terms without derivative. We report on the properties of this model, especially we consider what could happen when this model couples with gravity. Although the model does not generate any ghost on the Minkowski space-time, it is not so clear whether or not this property is preserved even on curved space-time. In fact, Buchbinder et al. have found that the ghost appears even in the Fierz-Pauli theory on curved space-time if we do not include non-minimal coupling terms. We report on the model with interactions on curved space-time and show that we can construct a model without ghost by including non-minimal coupling terms. | 5560 | The article deals with the notion of locativity. There are analyzed nouns, as one of the main lexical means for expressing this category in the Erzya and Finnish languages. The study identifies five groups of nouns with the locative semantics in two related languages: 1) toponymical words, which contain names of surface types, parts of the world, continents, landscape; 2) nouns, which name administrative-territorial division (names of countries, cities, regions, areas, streets, squares); 3) nouns, which denote buildings; 4) subject nouns (names of furniture, tableware); 5) names of receptacles, containers, vehicles. In every group of nouns there are given examples from Erzya and Finnish literature. The collected language data shows, that a noun in both studied languages is one of the most distributed lexical means of expressing locativity. | 5561 | A rich owner of cattle as a social group of the traditional khakass society has ancient history. The antiquity of this class group is evidenced by a special lexicon in the Khakass language, which characterizes them according to social and property characteristics. They were not a new social category associated with commodity-money relations, they existed long before the XIX century. They become new tribal elite, after a significant part of the tribal aristocracy in the early XVIII century went to Dzungaria. In connection with the processes of administrative integration of the khakass people into the Russian Empire, rich owners of cattle occupy the posts of the lower apparatus of state power. They had great power over their people. In the XVIII century, especially in the XIX, there are socio-economic conditions for the broad formation of the social stratum of wealthy cattle owners. During the second half of the eighteenth and nineteenth centuries, the economy of the wealthy owner of cattle was evolving. The conditions that contributed to the development of the economy rich owner of cattle are analyzed. | 5562 | Introduction. The revival of religious drama in the modern Russian children and youth literature, that began in the 2000–2010s, is being investigated. The specific genre features of the hagiological plays, which were peculiar to school drama in Russia of the17–18th centuries, are being examined. Material and methods. Hagiological plays for children and youth God is Wonderful in His Saints and White Angel of Moscow, written by R. V. Koshurnikova are used as material for the research. Comparative-historical and comparative-typological methods are used for the study of artwork. Results and discussion. In the 17th century, in the period of the emergence and functioning of such a variety of clerical genres as drama about the saints, the formation of its steady dramatic and epic structure took place. The specifics of hagiographic plots, their narrative, associated with historical and biographical content, including a wide range of chronologically developing events of the saint’s life from birth to death, which are often presented against the background of important historical events of the described epoch, led to the strong association of hagiographic plots with epic genres – hagiography. The hagiographic plot, taken from living narratives, retained its epic genre-forming potential and, when it was falling into a different genre system of drama it washed away the dramatic nature of the plays. In the modern dramas about the saints the genre memory of hagiographic drama formed in the 17th century is preserved. Conclusion. Hagiological plays of the modern children’s writer R. V. Koshurnikova reveal the same specific genre features as in the period of formation and functioning of religious drama in Russian literature of the 17th century. The increase in the volume and role of extra-textual elements (remarks), fragments of an extensive narrative text, designed as monologues of characters expands the epic layer in the dramatic text and leads to the diffusion of the genre nature in the plays of the Siberian writer. | 5575 | The prosecutor’s office in the Tuva National Republic (TNR) has been formed in 1935. Formation of bodies of prosecutor’s office took place during the difficult historical period: very low educational level of the population and total absence of legal personnel. The legislation only arose and was imperfect. The work of prosecutor’s office was provided by only four persons. “To guard legality” was not only difficult, but also life-threatening. So, the first prosecutor Kara-Sal Pirinley has been shot for refusal to approve arrest of a number of heads of the Tuva state due to the lack of the sufficient bases. Voluntarily TNR was a part of the USSR in 1944 as the autonomous region. Bodies of prosecutor’s office should not just construct the work according to new Soviet laws, and to provide their uniform application in all its territory and by that to promote its economic development. Tuva was agrarian area. In this regard activity of prosecutor’s office has been directed generally to check of a state and storage conditions of agricultural stock in state farms and collective farms, in machine and tractor stations and the tozhzemakh (associations on joint processings of the earth). At detection of cases of the thriftless relation to their storage, damage and plunder, measures were taken: disciplinary character on the party line and criminal prosecution. Quality of work of prosecutors and investigators were checked by «audits» during which were studied the conditions of work, «political qualities» of the worker, the positive and negative sides of work of employees, thier mistakes came to light. The prosecutor of the region personally checked the compromising materials for workers, implementation of separate orders, carried out complex inspections of regional prosecutor’s offices. As archival documents testify, there was severe criticism, but in prosecutor’s office, and in the public the management tried to keep authority of both the institute of prosecutor’s office, and his workers. The mission of prosecutor’s office owing to features of the Tuva statehood has initially been connected with a number of the problems connected with a social and economic development of the region, insufficient financing and providing material resources of bodies of prosecutor’s office, shortage of qualified personnel, poor quality of work of employees, the rights caused by weak knowledge of branches. However historical experience of Tuva shows that the need for such government body as prosecutor’s office, with inherent only to it tasks, functions and powers, was especially sharp and was applied as the effective tool of the adoption of development of the public relations, as an indispensable development tool of the Tuva statehood. | 5576 | Introduction. The article examines the problems of the formation of Soviet children’s literature of the 1920s-1940s using the example of the satirical works of S. Marshak of the war years. The relevance of the research is determined by the development of the problem of «beastness» as a key metaphor for the ideological impact on a person. The content of the article is an analysis of the poetic means of creating the image of hero, the study of its genesis and the specifics of expressive means. The aim is to study the techniques of satirical depiction of a fascist child in the works of Marshak during the Great Patriotic War. Material and methods. The research material is a complex of texts by Marshak about «Young Fritz». The mentioned texts and the question of the genesis of their poetics have not attracted special attention of literary critics until now. Analytical-descriptive, cultural-historical, hermeneutic methods are used. Comparison of texts with video sequences of cartoons and films is based on the methodology of intermedia analysis. Results and discussion. The study of Marshak’s 1941 poem «Young Fritz, or the exam for the “beastness” certificate» shows that the «bad upbringing» clearly demonstrated in the text becomes the main object of the writer’s satire, realized not only in this poem, but also in works of other types of art created on its basis. Traditions of a negative image of a German child in the book of M. Saltykov-Shchedrin “Zarubezhom”, a number of texts by German authors of the second half of the 19th century are noted. Conclusion. The satirical strategy of depicting the enemy chosen by Marshak turns out to be multidirectional: the poet showed how dangerous pedagogical achievements in modeling a person of a certain type are. | 5588 | Introduction. The article presents an analysis of the situation in the field of modern popular science journalism and associated with multiple formats of popularization of scientific knowledge, not all of which correctly represent it. This situation contributes to the formation of so-called scientific myths, which often have a strong influence on the attitude of society towards science and scientists. Aim and objectives. The purpose of this article is to present an analysis of the situation in modern popular science journalism and to identify ways to study the linguocognitive mechanisms of the formation of scientific myth in popular science discourse. Material and methods. The methodological model of the analysis of popular science discourse is proposed to be built on a combination of the procedure for analyzing discourse on the parameters of communicative variables and a cognitive approach. As cognitive models, the following will be considered: a) conceptual frame; b) conceptual metaphor and metonymy; c) idealized cognitive model. The research material of the Russian-language popular science discourse will be texts presented by videos, podcasts and articles on specialized Internet resources. Arrays of comments from popular science videos will be used as a research material for the personality of the consumer of popular science content. Conclusion. Modern scientists are trying to change this situation and active discussions are being held within the popularizing community in order to counteract the formation of proselytizing traits (which are one of the main characteristics of this community, which, however, is not recognized by all popularizers of science). A scientific myth arises as a result of an attempt by a layman to understand a complex concept in the conditions of information saturation and the accelerating pace of life, which requires a reduction in the time needed to comprehend incoming information, a concept that the popularizer, in order to facilitate understanding, consciously simplifies by applying various artistic techniques (in particular, metaphors, rhetorical questions, analogies, hyperbole). The process of translation of scientific knowledge is a complex multicomponent system, which is significantly influenced by both social (type of culture, education, critical thinking and information skills, cognitive errors) and cognitive-discursive (presentation format, linguocognitive mechanisms of information modeling) factors. Due to the above-mentioned reasons, it becomes necessary to identify and study the linguocognitive mechanisms of the formation of a scientific myth. | 5589 | The article is devoted to the description of the speech genre (hereinafter referred to as the SG) of Internet revelation and the identification of its main genre-forming features and features of the language embodiment. The novelty of the study is determined by the fact that for the first time the texts functioning in Internet communication and containing anonymous expressions of their revelations, secrets and emotions are subjected to a systematic description. The relevance of the work is due to the growing popularity of such resources and the lack of representation of linguistic works on their study. The study of the SG of Internet revelation was carried out on the material of texts published on the website “Overheard”, as well as “Overheard from teachers” in the social network “VKontakte”. The work is done in line with communicative linguistics. When analyzing the material, the methods of linguistic description, discursive analysis were used, including the characteristics of extralinguistic factors and reflecting the functioning of the studied SG in the Internet. Pragmatic, media, structural-semantic and stylisticlinguistic parameters are considered in the description of SG Internet-revelation. The categorical features of the Internet Revelation SG are: anonymity, first-person narration, virtual space of communication, focus on a large audience, mediocrity and asynchrony of communication. The texts perform an informational function and are characterized by thematic diversity. The communicative goal of the studied genre is to receive or present information containing the author’s revelation anonymously in front of a huge audience. The means of linguistic embodiment are described, related to phonetic (onomatopoeic literal combination for expressing emotions), graphic (repetition of letters and punctuation marks, use of capital letters and dots, adding emoticons), lexical (colloquial, reduced, colloquial, evaluative vocabulary; figurative words and expressions ) and grammatical level (past tense verbs; adverbs of measure and degree; exclamatory and interrogative sentences, etc.), stylistic features of the texts (first-person narration; colloquial and written style that has the characteristics of Internet discourse, narrative and autobiography) are revealed. It has been proven that Internet revelation is a unique genre formation that has a certain composition, its own style, and a special linguistic embodiment. The proposed methodology for analyzing the speech language of Internet revelation can be used to describe other informative speech genres of Internet communication.
