Khriplovich I.B. BIG BOUNCE AND INFLATION FROM GRAVITATIONAL FOUR-FERMION INTERACTION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 81-84

If the torsion exists (i.e. if the Christoffel symbols are not symmetric), it induces the four-fermion gravitational interaction. This interaction is dominating below the Planck scale. Its regular, axial-axial part by itself does not stop the gravitational compression. However, the anomalous, vector-vector interaction results in a natural way both in big bounce and in ination.

Tukhliyev K. ON SOME EXTREMAL PROBLEMS OF THE BEST APPROXIMATION BY ENTIRE FUNCTIONS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 2 (155). P. 213-220

In this paper a number of extremal problems of approximation theory of square summable functions on the whole line R : = (–∞,+∞) by entire functions of exponential type. In the space L2(R) of the exact constants of Jackson-Stechkin type inequalities were calculated. Found There was found the upper bounds approximation of classes of functions L2(R), defined with the help of the average modulus of continuity of m-th order, where instead of the shift operator ( , ): ( ) h T f x = f x + h is used Steklov’s operator Sh ( f ). Similar smoothness characteristics for solving the extremal problems of approximation theory for periodic functions in L2[0,2π] were previously considered in the works by V. A. Abilov, F. I. Abilova, S. B. Vakarchuk, M. Sh. Shabozov and others. It is proved that the obtained results in this paper are ultimate does not approving.

Fedotova V.A. AXIOLOGICAL ASPECT OF THE ANALYSIS OF ATTITUDE TOWARDS INNOVATION OF DIFFERENT GENERATIONS OF RUSSIANS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 11 (164). P. 115-122

The article demonstrates the results of a study which is aimed to identify the relationship between individual values and innovative attitudes. 380 Russian people acted as respondents in this research – representatives of young generation (till 25 years) and the adults (45 years are more senior). As the main research method was used a survey method, consisting in filling of specially prepared questionnaires in which the technique of measurement of individual values – PVQ-R and a technique “Self-assessment of the personality’s innovative qualities” were used. The study confirmed the hypothesis that the value of the personal safety hinders the adoption of innovations among adult respondents, and public safety, by contrast, stimulate the adoption of innovations. The younger generation values “Independence of thought”, “Stimulation”, “Achievement”, “Power: the dominance “ stimulate the adoption of innovations.

Kozlov A.V., Nemchenko E.A. ON THE SEMI-CLASSICAL ORIGIN OF THE ELECTRON ANOMALOUS MAGNETIC MOMENT // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 89-92

For modern theoretical physics there is tendency to review methods of describing quantum-mechanical systems in terms of relationship with classical analogues. We attempted to calculate the anomalous magnetic moment from a semiclassical view (with consideration for Zitterbewegung) on the basis of electromagnetic elds generated by the electron in the immediate vicinity of the charge point. Derived value of anomalous magnetic moment is in full agreement with the Schwinger's calculations.

We consider the eld of spin 3 on the de Sitter background in two dimensions and calculate the the divergent part of the one-loop effective action in a nonminimal gauge. For this purpose we construct a simple formula for the b2 coecient of an arbitrary second order differential operator with small nonminimal terms. Using this formula we nd that the divergent part of one-loop effective action for the considered theory is gauge independent.

Aksenova A.V., Achkasov V.V. HISTORY OF PHYSICAL CULTURE IN THE SYSTEM OF GENERAL AND PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 9 (186). P. 78-82

Training programs on physical culture have provided studying of questions of history by school students. Therefore, the purpose of classes in history of physical culture with future teachers in the organizations of higher education and colleges is not only acquisition of knowledge, but also training in technique of teaching historical aspects, formation of interest in a profession. The article presents the results of the analysis of educational programs on physical culture for students of general education schools regarding existence of aspects of history of physical culture in them. The questions of the Olympic movement, the role of Pierre de Coubertin in its development and education, the origin of physical exercises and games are presented in programs for schoolchildren. There are no relevant issues in the programs on the history of the Paralympic Movement, the Deaflympic Movement, Special Olympics. Authors have determined possibilities of history of physical culture in formation of professional competences of future teachers of physical culture. Lessons of history of physical culture promote formation of important professional competences of future teachers and train them for organization of pedagogical, design, cultural and educational activity. The authors have defined the attitude of future teachers to the “History of Physical Culture” and the most expedient methodical receptions for use in classrooms. Most future teachers consider the history of physical culture an important topic, but they do not understand the practical significance of the subject. Among the most appropriate methods of teaching, students give priority to active methods. The authors have proved that students need special preparation for the use of methods of training in the professional activity.

The issues of legal culture and legal ideas of the peasantry population of Russia in the process of agra¬rian colonization of the regions behind the Urals are analyzed in the article. M.K. Churkin, generally ac¬cepting the thesis of the predominant role of the re¬gular legal grounds in the mentality of peasants, still believes that the measures taken in the post-refor¬mation period couldn't help influencing legal mentali¬ty of the peasants of European Russia. New ideas of law predominance in the social and economical life (mainly in agriculture) were transferred by the Rus¬sian settlers in 70* - 90th of the 19th century and at the beginning of 20th century to the colonized regions of Siberia. At the same time the legal ideas of the peasants - settlers and native residents of Siberia (whose mentality was formed in the condition of state remoteness and land expanse) often differed greatly which caused the land conflicts.

Pronina A.N., Emelyanova I.D. THE INTERRELATION OF FOSTER PARENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AND THE SOCIALIZATION OF PRESCHOOL AGED CHILDREN ENROLLED IN A FAMILY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 162-168

There is a speculation on the relationship of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children in substitute (foster) families. Comparative analysis of indicators of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children of preschool age allowed to determine their direct relationship. Identified in foster family high level of communication in different spheres (life, cognition, social world, inner world of a child) corresponds to the high level of socialization of preschool children enrolled in a family. The results of diagnosis of foster parents, demonstrating the restriction of communication on the topics of social orientation or the lack of it on any of the scales correspond to the results of characterizing the low level of formation of the structural components of socialization of children. Foster parents who have restricted the content of communication on the topics of social orientation, will not be able to give children complete, specific knowledge and skills of social orientation. The conducted diagnostic study confirms the crucial importance for the socialization of children in foster family communicative competence of parents. It is also an important condition for the correction of existing shortcomings of the communicative activities of children in a foster family. The obtained results of the diagnostic study suggest the need for correction of the behaviour of many parents in relation to their foster children.

Makarenko E.K. GENRE SPECIFICITY OF BIOGRAPHICAL SKETCHES ABOUT RUSSIAN MOVEMENTS BY E. POSELYANIN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 1 (213). P. 95-103

Introduction. Evgeny Poselyanin, a well-known publicist and spiritual writer in pre-revolutionary Russia, having traveled the path of doubts in faith and received a spiritual revival in Optina Pustyn, became a participant in the discussion between the intelligentsia and representatives of the Russian Orthodox Church at the beginning of the 20th century. The ecclesiastical nature of E. Poselyanin’s aesthetic consciousness determined the main task of all his work, which was to reproduce and transmit the spiritual world of Russian Orthodoxy. Aim and objectives. The work of the famous spiritual writer and publicist of the late 19th – early 20th centuries. Evgeny Nikolaevich Poselyanin, completely forgotten for several decades of the Soviet era, requires «rehabilitation» and serious scientific research. Material and methods. The article examines the collection of biographies of E. Poselyanin «Russian ascetics of the 19th century» (1900 edition). The research is written in the mainstream of historical poetics. Results and discussion. Poselyanin’s literary activity reflected the most important spiritual and cultural searches of his contemporaries and artistic and aesthetic tendencies of the late 19th – early 20th centuries. Religious revival of the early 20th century led to a shift in boundaries within Russian culture, during which there was a convergence and mutual influence of theology, philosophy, science with fiction, which was reflected in the transformation of traditional artistic and aesthetic forms. In the work of E. Poselyanin, one can trace how church themes and Orthodox content are clothed in literary forms characteristic of secular literature and departing from strict genre canons, which are becoming more plastic genre formations open for the expression and transmission of the experience of spiritual life by modern man. Conclusion. The book by E. Poselyanin «Russian ascetics of the 19th century» is a document of Russian spiritual life in the 18th – 19th centuries. In this collection of biographical sketches, the traditionalism of the life of the saint is eroded by genre innovations: the inclusion of structural elements from other artistic and journalistic church genres (paterics, sermons, church history) and fictionalized, memoir and biographical prose popular in secular literature.

Neradovskaya O.R. Development of the leadership potential of future managerial personnel in the Master's degree program of the Pedagogical University // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 5 (235). P. 99-107

One of the priority strategic tasks of the Russian state is to strengthen the country's sovereignty in order to achieve leadership and ensure human mental security. As a result, the key line of development of the higher education system is the renewal of existing master's degree training practices, including for the manifestation and development of human leadership potential. The analysis of the scientific literature in this area of research revealed the problem of insufficient knowledge of the issues of developing the leadership potential of future managerial personnel through the implementation of master's degree programs at a pedagogical university. The purpose of this work is to rethink the essence and possibilities of developing leadership potential in the process of professional training of future managerial personnel in the master's degree program of the Pedagogical University. The following methods are used in the study: phenomenological description, included observation, survey (questionnaire, interview). Based on the analysis, systematization and generalization of the results of scientific research on the topic of the work, the interpretation of the concept of “leadership potential” is clarified in accordance with modern ideas in the field of pedagogical knowledge. It is based on the acmeological principles of human-centricity, open cooperation, interconnection and continuous self-improvement. The basic skills of the leader of an educational organization that are relevant for executives are shown. The main factors preventing the manifestation and development of the leadership potential of the head are given, namely: the lack of minimum uniform indicators for the quality of the head's work, the reluctance of managers to leave the comfort zone, misunderstanding of the purpose, mission in the profession, cultural code, lack of awareness of their identity. The key indicators demonstrating the development of the leadership potential of a modern head of an educational organization, which are taken into account when mastering academic disciplines at a university, are substantiated: high motivational potential of work, willingness to take responsibility for oneself, perform tasks inaccessible to others, a high level of independence of activity, etc. At the same time, the ways of updating the master's degree programs for future management personnel for the development of their leadership potential are proposed, based on the experience of Tomsk State Pedagogical University.

Chakurin V.A., Domansky V.A. MULTIFUNCTIONAL CONTROL IN ASSESSING THE FORMATION OF MILITARY PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCIES OF MILITARY CADETS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 2 (220). P. 107-115

Introduction. The training of a new generation of highly educated personnel capable of acquiring and reproducing knowledge requires fundamental changes in the assessment of cadet learning outcomes. Knowledge control involves assessing the knowledge, skills and abilities acquired by cadets, while quality control aims at determining the level and enhancing the professional skills of teachers. These areas of control are used to assess the extent to which the learning objectives have been achieved; to identify problems that cadets encounter in the learning process; to stimulate cadets’ independent work; to determine the professionalism of the teacher; to obtain information necessary for the improvement of teaching, research and methodological work. As there are no specific unified models for implementing the assessment of cadet learning achievements, the methods and means of assessment are determined by the internal regulations of the military higher education institution. In this regard, there is a need to substantiate the theoretical basis and practical experience of training methodology for controlling the learning activities of military school teachers as a factor in improving the quality of evaluating the learning achievements of cadets of the Military Institute of the National Guard Troops. This problem can be solved by using a multifunctional control of the professional training of a competence-oriented specialist. The aim is to develop and implement in educational practice a multifunctional control in assessing the development of military-professional competences of cadets, aimed at improving the quality of their theoretical training and competences. Material and methods. Source analysis, testing of cadets and teachers, pedagogical experiment, mathematical method of evaluating the achievements of cadets’ learning success. Results and discussion. The essence of different approaches to evaluating the learning outcomes of cadets in military higher education institutions is revealed. The main types of evaluation of the results of their educational activities are revealed: diagnostic, current, periodic (thematic), and final evaluation, and their corresponding functions – diagnostic, controlling, managerial, educational, analytical-informational, motivational, and educational – are identified. The necessity of development and implementation in educational practice of multifunctional control in evaluating the development of military-professional competences of cadets, aimed at improving the quality of their theoretical and professional training, was substantiated. The study has shown that the set of control functions in the educational process is a system of multifunctional control of professional training of a competent specialist, which is characterised by the integrated use of various forms and methods of control on the basis of complementarity. The didactic multifunctionality of control is ensured by the realisation of its main functions, the level of provision of which in the educational process has an impact on the growth of cadet learning efficiency. The multifunctional quality control of cadet knowledge is a holistic management tool that includes diagnosis, investigation, control and evaluation. Conclusion. This study has shown that one of the promising ways to assess the quality of training is to develop and implement in educational practice a multifunctional control in assessing the development of military-professional competences of cadets, aimed at improving the quality of their theoretical training and practical skills. It is based on adequate psychological and pedagogical approaches, the use of pedagogical modelling and the selection of the most effective organisational and pedagogical conditions that will ensure the effectiveness of multifunctional control of future officers’ professional training.

In this paper, we present the theoretical basis of the calculation of proper elements for the irregular satellites of the giant planets. We use the averaging method for solving the restricted three-body problem. This method is based on applying transformations Lie in the space of Pfaff. Expressions for the short-period perturbations are obtained in the form of series in powers of the small parameter (the ratio of the mean motions of the Sun and satellite) and in a closed form relative eccentricities and inclinations. This is important, as the specific application objects have orbits with large values of these parameters.

Stepanjuk A.V., Bak V.F. THE REFLECTION OF THE TREND OF INTEGRATION OF SCIENCE AND ETHICS IN THE CONTENT OF SCHOOL SUBJECT “BIOLOGY” // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 7 (160). P. 38-44

The article examines the experience of learning biology by high school students through the integration of natural sciences and ethics knowledge. Affirms the idea that modern discoveries in the field of natural science is drastically changing the methodology of knowledge. This promotes the formation of a new holistic worldview based on a systematic approach. The System approach in science reflects modern ideas of an interconnected world, and in pedagogy argues humanistic attitude. The model of integration of natural-science and ethical knowledge of school students is developed. At the implementation of this model for integrating the natural sciences and ethical knowledge, biological knowledge is taught on the basis of the unity of the universal laws of nature and morality, which contributes to development of students’ ethical respect for all living things. As a result of realization of model of integration the school subject “Biology” acquires the features of the training course, which aims to create worldview. Integration model provides specific teaching methods based on the “emotional experience” of educational material that may subject a deep interest in the student-teacher communication and collaboration. Within the school course “Biology” the law of analogies following from the main principle of creation of Genesis, known from antiquity as the law of unity macro – and a microcosm is used. The integrated facultative course for 11 classes “Biology Philosophy” and a methodical grant “Biology by Heart language” are developed. The conducted research confirms that the content of biological education has to be based on new scientific knowledge and philosophical ideas, which include the person and his inner world in a cognizable picture of the world.

Babushkina M.A. METACOMMUNICATIVE SPEECH ACTS WIHT SPECIFYING SEMANTICS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 11 (188). P. 25-30

The article deals with the metacommunicative components, metacommunicative statements and metacommunicative situations on the whole with specifying semantics, in other words, the object of analysis is metacommunicative speech acts of the speaker, which represent a verbal explanation of the specific speech situation, specification, concretization of the speech act of the participant of the communication process. The article explains the practical significance of the use of such speech acts. The specification allows us to focus on the speech behavior of the interlocutor, regulate the process of communication and request additional information which is necessary for a complete and correct interpretation of a speech act. Metacommunicative speech acts can be expressed as particles (то есть – that is, да – yes, вроде – like), adverbs (точно – exactly, правильно – right, верно – correct, etc. ), and metacommunicative statements of the phraseological character (иметь в виду – to bear in mind, пойми меня правильно – understand me correctly), interrogative metacommunicative statements (Что ты хочешь этим сказать? – What do you mean by that? Слышишь? – Do you hear? etc.), metacommunicative statements (Я ничего не понял, объясните и др. – I did not understand anything, will you explain, etc.) and whole metacommunicative speech situations containing the action tendency to explain what was said. Lipovka V.O. The specifics of the artistic interpretation of the theme of war in the stories of Yu. Yakovlev’s “Where the battery stood” and “Ivan-Willis” // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 4 (234). P. 128-135

The research material is two short stories by the classic of Soviet literature for children Y. Ya. Yakovlev, united by the theme of the Great Patriotic War: “Where the Battery Stood” (1967) and “Ivan-Willis” (1982). The analysis revealed the artistic features of understanding this topic. The writer combines two plans in space-time poetics (the post-war and the military world being restored in memories), the presence of two generations in the character system is significant – veterans and schoolchildren who were born already in peacetime. Yu. Yakovlev uses various techniques to show the process of starting the work of the memory of the war. In the story “Where the battery stood” these are symbolic images connecting war and peace (poplars destroyed by the Nazis and a school bell resembling the sound of a siren); in “Ivan-Willis” – a car that was perceived by the owner, and then by a teenager as a comrade, colleague, songs and even the weather, evoking memories of military events. In the poetics of short stories, the techniques of psychologism are significant (the use of various syntactic constructions to convey the inner state of a character, portrait characteristics and behavior showing emotions, feelings, thoughts and their dynamics). The stories have a weakly expressed plot level, the emphasis is on the inner life of the characters, on changing their consciousness, on the formation of values. At the center of the ideological content of the stories is the familiarization of post–war generations of schoolchildren with the memory of past events, the formation of post-memory (in M. Hirsch’s terminology) and the joint experience of different generations through dialogue, friendship, and common cause. Yuri Yakovlev defends the importance of the idea of the continuity of time, that modern peaceful life has been achieved at the cost of the efforts of the front-line generation. Therefore, it is important for new generations to realize their responsibility to contemporaries and descendants for preserving historical memory. In the texts of Yu. Yakovlev on the Great Patriotic War comprehends the way of formation of the child’s personality and the formation of his worldview through familiarization with the memory of the tragic past of the Motherland and the people.

The results of investigation of the fullerene C60 ground state electron structure obtained with the use of model spherical-symmetric potentials of electron-nuclear interaction are presented. The following models: the rectangular potential well, the potential of the uniformly charged sphere, and the potential “in a chosen direction” are used in the calculations. The new potential “in a chosen direction” has been used for the first time, so that the corresponding results are of the most interest. We suppose this potential takes into account, to a certain extend, the real geometry of the molecule C60 and the screening of the nuclei Coulomb field by the inner-shell electrons. The single-electron energies are calculated in both Hartree and Hartree-Fock approximations for the averaged term configuration of 60 outermost valence electrons. The inner-shell electrons are included effectively into the molecular ionic core. The parameters of the potential are chosen to provide the best correspondence of single-electron energies and the experimental ionization thresholds IP1=7.58 eV , IP2=11.50 eV. The calculation showed a good agreement between the calculated results and experimental data. Tseytlin A.A. IMPLICATIONS OF DUALITY SYMMETRY IN PERTURBATIVE QUANTUM FIELD THEORY // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 159-164

Non-compact symmetries of extended 4d supergravities involve duality rotations of vectors and thus are not manifest off-shell invariances in standard "second-order" formulation. To study how such symmetries are realised in the quantum theory we consider examples in 2 dimensions where vector-vector duality is replaced by scalar-scalar one. Using a "doubled" formulation, where elds and their momenta are treated on an equal footing and the duality becomes a manifest symmetry of the action (at the expense of Lorentz symmetry), we argue that the corresponding on-shell quantum effective action or S-matrix are duality symmetric as well as Lorentz invariant. This contribution is based on [1].

Yermolenkina L.I. THE POTENCIAL OF FORMING THE WORLD MODEL IN DISCURSIVE PRACTICE OF THE RADIO IN ASPECT OF ETHICAL PROBLEMATIC // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 94-97

The focus of the article is on the question of the axiological stratum of the discourse picture of the world of entertaining radio. The paper considers axiological content of radio communication in the context of ethical problematics. Problematics of modeling of the world potential of mass media discourse is considered in view of the terms «discursive person» and «discursive cognition». Ethical issues are considered in the context of the model of speech behavior, which is characteristic of a discourse of radio. The article shows that the axiological content of the discourse (the discursive picture of the world) is the level of interaction between the author and the addressee. Entertaining genres of the radio «create» their addressee in the process of interactive communication, in which the system of rules of emancipation functions (maximum democratization of speech, violation of secrecy, violation of public morality). Addressee takes communication media for his own entertainment medium, that leads to reduced sense of orientation in the world. Interactive model of the cooperation of the author (presenter) and the addressee is typical for entertaining discourse, analytic discourse and information discourse of the radio. The interactivity is communicative and axiology is dominante idea of the radio broadcast and method of modeling of the «own» listener.

Shulgina E.M., Savitskaya I.S., Zhitkova E.V. Conditions for building of language environment in higher educational institutions for nonlinguistic students’ intercultural and professional development // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 2 (226). P. 70-76

The purpose of the paper is to consider the key trends of the society transformation into a digital environment and the current conditions that the contemporary reality dictates. The contemporary environment determines the organizational changes within a modern university by searching for new mechanisms and methods for educational process managing when teaching a foreign language to non-linguistic students with an enhanced professional component that can promote forming a new infrastructure and consequently a new language environment via professional interpersonal communication. The research ambition is to explore the conditions for the formation and development of a new infrastructure within a multicultural educational environment; how this educational environment responds to newly emerging challenges and what makes us rethink the paradigm of the existing educational language environment in the university. Therefore, it follows that the concept of creating a new favorable intercultural educational environment is important for modern universities, particularly in a multilingual and multicultural university environment. The main task for finding mechanisms to manage the process of teaching a foreign language in a modern university is their subsequent transformation and, as a result, the formation and development of a new special language environment, which can be formed under specially created conditions in order to increase the efficiency, reliability and quality of professional education. Moreover, the formation of a language environment within the university context in the process of teaching a professional foreign language to non-linguistic students on a new basis allows us to change the logic of learning processes. It makes us to move to new forms of learning, including online learning, based on the introduction of digital technologies, taking into account personal and professional development and interdisciplinary features. In the paper, the authors propose to consider the conditions for the development of a favorable educational environment within the concept of “Big University”, where the key element is the linguodidactic urban environment with active language practice. There is an assumption that the digital transformation, taking place in education as part of a change in the philosophy of foreign language teaching will somehow increase the professional component of students, including their skills and abilities, due to accessibility with the help of the use of professional interpersonal communication within a foreign language urban environment. The paper provides a number of examples of successful projects that encourage attracting both domestic experts, including the current faculty, and foreign professors as well as students of bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate degrees.

This paper focuses on describing the approaches of linguistic nationology and linguistic culturology in the study of geography. The purpose of this study is to reveal some characteristics of linguistic nationology and linguistic culturology in the study of geography. The language country approach allows for an understanding of the linguistic features of a particular country or region, taking into account historical, sociocultural and political factors. The main tasks of national language research include studying the differences of language structure, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation in different regions, studying dialects, national variants of languages and the characteristics of language workshops and exchanges. This approach contributes to a better understanding of the cultural identity, identity and habits of a people and their integration with the language. The linguistic and cultural approach in the study of language countries aims to study the relationship between language and culture and national mentality, which involves analyzing the expression forms of language and culture and the interaction between language and cultural values in language users’ speech and mentality. This approach allows for a better understanding of the lifestyles, values, world views, traditions and customs of different language communities. The combination of linguistic nationology and linguistic culturology enables people to have a comprehensive understanding of the language and culture of a certain region. This method is an important tool for scholars, teachers and all those interested in studying the languages and cultures of different peoples. It promotes better mutual understanding and the development of cross-cultural ability. This paper introduces the basic ways to study regional problems. This paper reviews the basic problems involved in the formation and development of linguistic regionalism as an interdisciplinary subject. It reveals the basic similarities and differences between the concepts of “linguistic geography” and “linguistic geography”. This paper expounds the significance of language nationology and language culturology to the study of regionalism. We have paid attention to the scientific language and language potential of language region research in foreign language teaching, especially Russian as a foreign language. All the conclusions are related to the further study of regional studies in the theory and practice of foreign language teaching (including Russian as a foreign language).
