| 6151 | The solution to the current extending Universe problem, and the description of all stages of evolution compels scientists to consider various cosmological models. We combine two different approaches to the description of dark energy: modified gravity theory and introduction of the additional fields. We investigate the accelerating and decelerating cosmological models with non-linear spinor fields and non-minimal interaction of gravity with a scalar field. Scalar - tensor models are rather simple and also allow us to clearly define the separate stages of evolution. We explained the role of scalar and spinor potentials for emergence of accelerating or decelerating cosmology. | 6154 | The article examines the influence of the city newspaper’s discourse on the system of the evaluative means having the specificity determined by the memorial and local historical function of the regional edition. Semantic and stylistic analysis of the materials of the newspaper “Kuznetskiy rabochiy” (Novokuznetsk) linked to the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” shows that the meliorative contexts prevail. Due to the semantic and stylistic analysis of the evaluative contexts participating in the representation of the examined local historical dominant, it is possible to identify two connected components of the value content: the Kuznetsk events in the writer’s life as the cultural heritage of the city and F. M. Dostoevsky’s contribution to the culture. The first component is more concretized, while the second component, which is the base of the first one from the logical point of view, is presented by the repeated periphrases and appendices characterizing F. M. Dostoevsky as an artist in the general meliorative (normative) aspect. The materials not linked to the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” present the great writer’s contribution to the Russian and world culture in a more multidimensional way. The memorial and local historical function of the regional edition determines, primarily, the ethical evaluation actualization; however, it interacts with other types of the evaluation as well – teleological, normative, and aesthetic ones. During the realization of such topics as the importance of F. M. Dostoevsky’s stay for Kuznetsk, the preservation of the memory of this stay, the value of the contact with the spiritual space of the memory, the emotional and expressive means are constantly used in the evaluative contexts. The emotional and expressive intensity of the contexts increases together with the role of the ethical evaluation. In the examined newspaper materials, the topic of the preservation of cultural memory is the central one among the topics representing the hyper-topic of Dostoevsky’s stay in Kuznetsk as the cultural heritage of the city. Particularly, it is presented not only by the meliorative pole but also by the pejorative one actualizing the topic of cultural oblivion. Pejorative contexts are not isolated; they are used in correlation with the meliorative ones, which, due to such means as contrast, increases the pragmatic effect. Prevailing of the meliorative contexts in the representation of the local historical dominant “F. M. Dostoevsky in Kuznetsk” confirms the sustainable ideals of the regional community and the stable range of the materially embodied values discussed in the city newspaper. | 6156 | It was shown that the charge state of the 73Ge antistructural defect arising in the anion sublattice of PbS and PbSe after radioactive decay of 73As does not depend on the Fermi level position. In contrast, the 73Ge center in the cation sublattice of PbS and PbSe acts like an electrically active substitutional impurity: in n-type samples the Mossbauer spectrum corresponds to the neutral state of a donor center (Ge2+), while in p-type samples it corresponds to the twice ionized state of this center (Ge4+). In the case of partially compensated samples of PbSe the fast electron exchange between neutral and ionized donor centers is revealed. | 6159 | The focus of the article is on the question of the axiological stratum of the discourse picture of the world of entertaining radio. The paper considers axiological content of radio communication in the context of ethical problematics. Problematics of modeling of the world potential of mass media discourse is considered in view of the terms «discursive person» and «discursive cognition». Ethical issues are considered in the context of the model of speech behavior, which is characteristic of a discourse of radio. The article shows that the axiological content of the discourse (the discursive picture of the world) is the level of interaction between the author and the addressee. Entertaining genres of the radio «create» their addressee in the process of interactive communication, in which the system of rules of emancipation functions (maximum democratization of speech, violation of secrecy, violation of public morality). Addressee takes communication media for his own entertainment medium, that leads to reduced sense of orientation in the world. | 6175 | There is a speculation on the relationship of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children in substitute (foster) families. Comparative analysis of indicators of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children of preschool age allowed to determine their direct relationship. Identified in foster family high level of communication in different spheres (life, cognition, social world, inner world of a child) corresponds to the high level of socialization of preschool children enrolled in a family. The results of diagnosis of foster parents, demonstrating the restriction of communication on the topics of social orientation or the lack of it on any of the scales correspond to the results of characterizing the low level of formation of the structural components of socialization of children. Foster parents who have restricted the content of communication on the topics of social orientation, will not be able to give children complete, specific knowledge and skills of social orientation. The conducted diagnostic study confirms the crucial importance for the socialization of children in foster family communicative competence of parents. | 6180 | Introduction. This article examines cultural isolation as a form of poetic behavior by Georgy Shengeli, one of the representatives of “Moscow Acmeism” of the first half of the 20th century, consciously chosen by the poet as a reaction to the ideological pressure of the Soviet state in the field of literary policy. The purpose is to trace the formation of this author’s strategy, its causes and reflection in the poet’s lyrics. Material and methods. The methodology of research assumes a literary interpretation of lyrical texts based on the aesthetics and poetics of Acmeism, using the method of intertextual analysis and comparative method of analysis of the poetic text, involving historical commentary. Results and discussion. Georgy Shengeli’s lyrics have rarely attracted the attention of literary critics for the analysis of their poetics; our study is designed to consider the influence of Acmeism on the poetic fabric of texts from different periods of the author’s work, to discover the similarity of the aesthetic and outlook of the poet to the emigrant lyrics, the main theme of which was nostalgia, caused by the forced cultural isolation. Conclusion. Georgy Shengeli’s lyrics fully reflect the strategy of cultural isolation chosen by the poet as the only possible option for creative existence at a time of active promotion of official Soviet art. The poet regarded his “departure” into the world of Culture as a mission for its preservation, voluntarily undertaken as an heir to the Silver Age of Russian poetry. Shengeli, who knew the first generation of great names of the early 20th century, considered as his duty to continue his work as a younger and one of the last in the cohort of poets who did not leave their homeland in the throes of its tragic trials. His experience of forced “retreat into the literary underground” was akin to the emigrant experience of refugee poets resulting from the separation from their native cultural soil. The obvious affinity is largely explained by the commonality of the “cultural womb” of Acmeism, which nurtured Shengeli and his fellow emigrants. The idea of preserving the traditions of Russian literature in the Word unites the poets who live on different sides of the border, and once again proves the vagueness of these borders for a united great Russian culture. | 6188 | Introduction. The high speed of technological progress requires changes in the traditional model of education towards a model that addresses the challenges of the prologue digital era of the university community transformation. Within the traditional model of education, graduates become labor recruitment outsiders when they enter the labor market due to the existing divide between the real economy and the innovation market. This is largely due to the fact that the existing paradigm of perceiving the educator as a “talking head”, whose main role is to transfer explicit knowledge to students, is becoming flawed in the 21st century. The main added value in the formation of a qualified professional falls on the real economy enterprises. An educator that does not produce new scientific knowledge and is out of touch with the ongoing technological revolution in the real economy becomes a natural barrier to the formation of a qualified professional. The innate digital literacy of Generation Z and their descendants will seamlessly change the educational architecture of the university of the future, transferring the teaching of general Bachelor and Master’s degree courses into the digital educational environment and replacing the traditional teacher with artificial intelligence. Results and discussion. Within the framework of this article, the authors propose a model of the University 4.0 Version 2, focused on shifting the emphasis of interaction between all participants of the educational process towards intra-university formation of a Unique Professional, who is trained by a Researcher – an innovator acting as a frontier of advanced technologies. Within the framework of the declared model, the university becomes the center of the space for introduction of innovations and regional development, a system of new business generation, new markets and high-tech jobs. Conclusion. The departure announced today from the “bachelor–master’s degree” level of education and the “2+2+2”, is of a debatable nature and will undoubtedly be stretched over time. At the same time, the model proposed by the authors can be shifted to a specialty, when a basic specialist is formed in the first three courses, and a unique one is formed in the senior ones. | 6189 | The article is of review-theoretical nature and contains an analysis of the works of linguists and representatives of other branches of humanitarian knowledge, who have contributed to the development of the problems of language and linguistic existence of personality, first – in the new digital space, and second – outside the metropolis in the field of strong influence of other linguocultures. The aim of this paper is to formulate a definition that most relevantly characterizes the current state of such an object of contemporary discursive research as network diaspora discourse. In the section «Network discourse: approaches to research» against the background of related terms and concepts the choice of the term network discourse is justified, its broad and narrow understanding is described. The narrow understanding of the term is characteristic of the discursive approach to the analysis of speech communication with the emphasis on the following characteristics: realization in social networks, informal communication of users united by a common interest, the possibility of free access to it. In the section “Network discourse of diaspora communities” the formation and maintenance of the network collective identity is outlined as one of the priority missions of any Internet community, such phenomenon of modern reality as digital diasporas is defined, and the modern Russian-speaking digital diaspora is presented as a network community united by the Russian language and the collective task of sociocultural adaptation in a new country. Network diaspora discourse is a special kind of texts of network communication of representatives of diaspora communities, immersed in the situation of reception and interpretation of various aspects of foreign reality. Diaspora network discourse always has a specific linguistic embodiment (Russian-speaking, French-speaking, etc.) and can be presented both as a universalia in the form of network speech interaction of the global community of speakers outside the metropolis, and as a set of local variants-uniques in the form of network s peech interaction of diaspora communities of specific countries and regions. | 6193 | The article is devoted to determining the peculiarities of self-identification, i.e. self-understanding, by the standards of the Russian linguoculture. To achieve the goal, the author uses onomasiological, component, conceptual analysis, linguocultural interpretation techniques. A standard is a sign of culture, expressing in verbal form stereotypical ideas about the typical features and qualities of a person. Standards have been proved to be the main means for selfidentification of the subject of culture. They objectify various aspects of a person’s inner world, his/her appearance, social interaction. The article establishes that a standard is an element of people’s identity, the result of the identification process, which is accompanied by the characterization of the subject of culture. These processes are embodied in the internal form of the standard, which is considered as a verbal stereotype reflecting the prototypical representation of the denoted phenomenon. The article reveals that all major cultural codes are involved in the formation of standards. The study identifies productive cultural codes that are used in the identification process. They include anthropomorphic, biomorphic, actional. The standards are represented by the units identifying a person as a kind and on certain aspects of his/her life activity. The formation of standards is carried out on the basis of linguocultural types, archetypal representations or practical human observations of reality phenomena. One verbal stereotype can be the basis of different standards. A standard can fix a deviation from the norm, indicating the norm for good or bad. The majority of standards are characterized by pejorative evaluativeness. The research discovers that the standards of anthropomorphic code of culture serve to objectify ideas about types of people oriented towards the inner world or material values. Anthropomorphic stereotypes pointing to social attributes identify features of a person in the context of social relations. Biomorphic stereotypes are based on archetypal knowledge or practical observations. The majority of units of this group record a deviation from the norm or pattern and include a negative evaluation in their meaning, which is explained by the interpretation of the animal as an ersatz human being. Units with positive evaluation dominate among the standards with the image “Bird”. Verbal stereotypes of plants are unproductive and are used mainly to objectify negative aspects. In fetish standards, value and functional characteristics of the object, as well as feelings from contact with it, become significant.
