Sarangaeva Z.N. THE ALLEGORICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF HOSPITALITY IN KALMYK, RUSSIAN AND BRITISH PAROEMIA. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 10 (175). P. 98-102

Discusses the allegorical expression of the communicative event ‘hospitality’ in Kalmyk, Russian and British paroemia. Hospitality is devoted to the basic values in the compared lingvocultures and has different symbols in Kalmyk, Russian and British evaluative worldview. The understanding of the allegorical characteristics of the communicative situation “hospitality” stresses out its general and specific features, its norms and regulations in the communicative consciousness. Hospitality is known as the act of generously providing care and kindness to whoever is in need. The analysis of Kalmyk and Russian paroemia points out that the phenomenon of hospitality in both languages is more associated with etiquette and entertainment. In British the concept of hospitality is valued in terms of protection. A host who granted a person's request for refuge was expected not only to provide food and shelter to his or her guest, but to make sure they did not come to harm while under their care.

The incorporative effects of luminescent red radiation of low intensity, generated by correcting light polyethylene films and redundant ultraviolet-A radiation on morphogenesis of Arabidopsis thaliana (L.) Henh. of wild-type Ler and two light mutants hy3 and hy4 deficient in synthesis phytochrome B and cryptochrome 1 accordingly were investigated. Wild-type plants, cultivated under these correcting light films have no any changes in its development, while hy4 mutant exhibits increased development process and growth. Lethal effect of UV-A radiation was noted in the process of growing hy3 mutant, especially in the initial stage of true leaves development. Results from studies indicate regulatory interaction of low intensity red luminescent radiation and redundant ultraviolet-A radiation on stimulation and inhibition of plants growth and productivity

Novitskaya I.V., Fedorinova Z.V., Vorob’eva V.V. OCCASIONAL WORD-FORMATION TYPES OF ABSTRACT NOUNS IN OLD NORSE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 4 (222). P. 15-25

Introduction. This article focuses on studying the functioning of the word-formation system and its components in Old Norse, one of the ancient Germanic languages, on studying the derivational potential of the Old Germanic languages for the production of abstract nouns. The purpose of the article is to describe a fragment of the field of the word-formation category, represented by occasional word-formation types of suffixed abstract nouns in Old Norse. Material and methods. The study draws on an analysis of Old Norse nouns with abstract meanings, marked by derivational suffixes -átta-, -andi-, -erni-, -eskja-, -osta-, -gi- and derived from nominal or verbal stems. The language data resulted from continuous sampling from etymological dictionaries of Old Norse. The analysis of the linguistic material involved using the methods of scientific description, generalization, and interpretation of results, the method of analyzing dictionary definitions, and the method of quantitative calculation. Results and discussion. The group of nouns marked by the Old Norse suffixes -átta-, -andi-, -erni-, -eskja-, -osta-, -gi- represents derivational types from the periphery of the derivational field of abstract nouns and refers to the declension types of feminine nouns in -ōn (derivatives with the suffixes -osta-, -átta-, -eskja-), of feminine nouns in -īn (derivatives with the suffixes -andi-, -gi-), of masculine nouns in -an (derivatives with the suffix -andi-), of neuter nouns in -ia (derivatives with the suffix -erni-). The proportion of lexemes with the analyzed suffixes, which are attested in Old Norse alone, is 2.4 % of the total number of abstract nouns corpus. These suffixes were formed on the basis of the Indo-European suffix morphemes, they were phonetically distinguishable in Old Norse and tended to join adjective or verbal stems to form abstract nouns. The limited number of Old Norse derivatives with these suffixes does not allow us to reveal the thematic profile of each suffix, however, the etymological links of the word-forming morphemes allow us to reveal some motivational features that might have contributed to the formation of the derivational types for the production of nouns with these formants. Conclusion. An analysis of the etymological connections of the Old Norse suffixes of abstract derivatives -átta-, -andi-, -erni-, -eskja-, -osta-, -gi- suggests that the word-formation types with them were included in the process of developing the word-formation category of abstract nouns and reflected results of their approbation.

Ivankina L.I. Axiological Changes in Education. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2002. Issue 4 (32). P. 21-26

Today the necessity of changes in the field education is recognized. They include, first of all. changes in the value system and objectives of education, the content of which is being oriented from the sphere of subject knowledge towards the sphere of ways, forms, methods, values and goals of its formation. This paper presents the analysis of valuable changes which occur in public conscience. The theoretical material is supplemented with the analysis of sociological inquiries of the students studying at Tomsk Polytechnic University. The problem of contemporary situation in higher education is pointed out which is characterized by internal conflict. Orientation on educational services leads to more professionalzed education. Higher education faces difficult choice of finding out optimal ways of its further development: to teach students to learn or to provide them with full information on knowledge, facts or theories. Theoretically, this problem is decided, the practical decision is being still awaited, and teacher will play here the most important part.

Tseytlin A.A. IMPLICATIONS OF DUALITY SYMMETRY IN PERTURBATIVE QUANTUM FIELD THEORY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 159-164

Non-compact symmetries of extended 4d supergravities involve duality rotations of vectors and thus are not manifest off-shell invariances in standard "second-order" formulation. To study how such symmetries are realised in the quantum theory we consider examples in 2 dimensions where vector-vector duality is replaced by scalar-scalar one. Using a "doubled" formulation, where elds and their momenta are treated on an equal footing and the duality becomes a manifest symmetry of the action (at the expense of Lorentz symmetry), we argue that the corresponding on-shell quantum effective action or S-matrix are duality symmetric as well as Lorentz invariant. This contribution is based on [1].

Konysheva A.V., Kachalov N.A. TO THE QUESTION OF THE LANGUAGE AND CULTURE INTERRELATION IN THE FOREIGN LANGUAGE TRAINING AT A TECHNICAL COLLEGE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 8 (149). P. 56-61

Expansion of professional communication, business talks with foreign partners, work with the technical documentation in a foreign language, the importance of the traineeships abroad require more use of foreign language in the training of future engineers. Therefore, the subject “Foreign Language” has a special place, because it should provide not only the language itself, but the country’s culture and language, and by comparison it may overshadow the peculiarities of national culture and acquaint with universal values. In other words, foreign language should contribute to the education of students enrolled in non-language majors, in the context of intercultural dialogue. This, in its turn requires knowledge of norms and traditions of communication of people-native speakers, that is all that is meant by communication behavior as part of the national culture. Knowledge of the rules and traditions of communication allows the participants of the speech act, belonging to different national cultures, adequately perceive and understand each other, which contributes to intercultural communication.

Boronenko T.S. ANALYTICAL PROPER ELEMENTS FOR THE SATELLITE SYSTEMS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 22-24

In this paper, we present the theoretical basis of the calculation of proper elements for the irregular satellites of the giant planets. We use the averaging method for solving the restricted three-body problem. This method is based on applying transformations Lie in the space of Pfaff. Expressions for the short-period perturbations are obtained in the form of series in powers of the small parameter (the ratio of the mean motions of the Sun and satellite) and in a closed form relative eccentricities and inclinations. This is important, as the specific application objects have orbits with large values of these parameters.

Korytova G.S., Petrova J.V. THE PSYCHOLOGICAL COMPONENT OF PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY OF JUDICIAL PSYCHOLOGIST-EXPERT. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 11 (164). P. 93-99

The article outlines the theoretical and methodological bases of production of forensic psychological examinations. Gives the analysis of characteristics of mental activity of court psychologists-experts, the results of which are relevant for establishing the truth in criminal cases. It is concluded that an essential and necessary condition for the effectiveness of the professional activities of a psychologist-expert is the psychological component of professional activity. Shows on the example of forensic psychological assessment that diversity of expert process imposes strict requirements on the synthetic side of cognitive activity of the specialist, determines the maximum strain on its operational and longterm memory, voluntaryattention and perception, imagination and thought.

Bykov-Kulikovsky D.N. SEMANTIC APPROACH IN MUSIC AND ART EDUCATION. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2021. Issue 2 (214). P. 101-111

The article considers the possibility of using historical intonation semantic stereotypes for the development of creative activity of students, motivation of cognitive learning activities. Specific options are being considered for the use of «migratory intonation complexes» for improvisation, composition, ensemble music in the musical-theoretical disciplines of CMS / CSA, in music classes of general education school and various institutions of additional education, including pre-school. It is motivation that contributes to the achievement of the most important goal in education - the greening of the educational process. This means to maximally incorporate educational activities into the life needs of students. Positively experienced emotions in the process of music classes contribute to the solution of many problems. To «pass» music through oneself, «to live in it» while playing music means to love, to understand. Academician B. V. Asafiev saw the solution to very complex issues of musical pedagogy in the use of the semantic approach, which opens up both the prospect of future research of scientists, and the prospect of developing the methods and methodology of the semantic approach in musical and artistic education and training. Based on the semantic approach of analysis the article explores the brightest cultural codes of the «golden fund of standards» of world music. Some methodical approaches-recommendations and proposals for their practical use in music pedagogy are presented. In the effective and final sections of the article, the relevant conclusions are drawn on the topic of the study. On the basis of semantic approach-analysis it is possible to reveal the phenomenon of musical text, its meaning «not only from the position of phonetics, grammar and syntax», but also «from the point of view of poetics, semantics, style». Using a semantic approach in the process of learning you need to acquire «the skills of oral musical speech» – improvisation, which was once obligatory in the training of a musician. It is necessary to create an «organic intersubject communication» between theoretical disciplines and «music-making practice» because theoretical disciplines can and should be musical. The question is the methods of teaching, the methodology of «immersion» in music. Musical pedagogy has yet to be adopted and mastered, taking into account the level of modern psychology of perception, to develop the methods and methodology of the educational process to interest, captivate, to make students fall in love with music heard and performed.

Mekhrizi M.A., Avval A.M. ADAPTIVE COMPARISON OF THE CONCEPT OF GOVERNANCE IN RUSSIAN AND PERSIAN LANGUAGES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 1 (219). P. 141-148

Introduction. By the method of comparative research, the concepts of governance in the Russian and Persian languages are considered and compared. At the same time, an emphasis is placed on the common Indo-European root of these two languages. The purpose of this study is a better understanding of governance in the Russian language and the identification of the presence of governance in the Persian language, which, in addition to its definition in Persian, tries to consider its aspects based on the Russian language, such as strong and weak, direct and indirect, and functions that perform dependent words. The materials of this article are grammar guides in both languages and specialized books on the topic of governance, especially in Russian. Consideration of governance in Russian. Fonova E.G., Shitts O.A. On translator' and interpreter’s professional competences in the era of artificial intelligence. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2025. Issue 1 (237). P. 148-156

The subject of modern professional competencies of translators and interpreters and relevancy of them adjustment in the era of the progress in machine translation and artificial intelligence are discussed. The problem of correlation of translation and MT-editing is defined; the question of changing the status of the translator and the authorship of the products is also raised. The point of the requirement to notice that translation/ interpreting was made by artificial intelligence is debatable. The ethical and confidential considerations of translation when using artificial intelligence technology are the important aspects considered in the article. Under present conditions of increased competition in the market of higher education, when words about the disappearance of the translators are becoming more insistent and a post-editor of ma chine translation, who will only need to learn how to use machine translation tools in simple professional training or additional education courses, is the most likely successor, the problem of translators’/ interpreters’ studies is strongly focused. Thus situated the key criteria for measuring of effectiveness of performance is the competence of a MT-post-editor to evaluate how accurate an AI-assisted translation is. Particularly notes that there are a number of areas in which artificial intelligence does not outperform human intelligence, therefore not be able in the near future to replace a human translator: for example, literary translation, namely translation of poetry, translation from ancient languages (Latin, ancient Greek) and medieval literature translation. In the case of literary translation, weak productivity of artificial intelligence relates to the problem of transfer of the pragmatic component, and in the context of ancient texts – the lack of database for teaching artificial intelligence. Thus, the importance of union of classical training in translation and acquisition of modern translation technologies for the successful integration of graduates into the professional sphere is emphasized.

Starodubtsev V.A., Igna O.N., Belskaya E.J. UNIVERSITY CURATORS AND UNIVERSITY TUTORS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 5 (223). P. 148-156

Introduction. One of the goals of youth policy in the Russian Federation is the formation of a system of moral and semantic guidelines that can allow us to resist the ideology of extremism, nationalism, manifestations of xenophobia, discrimination and other negative social phenomena. Under the FSES university graduates are required to be able to navigate the socio-political environment, to have their own worldview, ideals and humanistic values, to have the ability to self-develop. Therefore, the active phase of youth education should be continued today beyond school education – in higher education. This requires the reanimation of the educational potential of universities. The main task of educating students at the university falls on the shoulders of curators of academic groups and tutors. The aim of the article is to compare the educational roles of curators and tutors in higher education. Material and methods. The material of the study was dissertations and articles in pedagogical periodicals devoted to the study of the activities of curators and tutors of universities, as well as the results of the practical organization of the work of a team of curators in a technical university. The study used the method of contextual analysis of publications and the setting of a pedagogical experiment to identify the effectiveness of the educational work of curators of student groups. Results and discussion. This article compares the educational roles of curators and tutors in higher education. It is noted that unlike tutors, the professionogram of curators of academic groups is not legally defined, their official duties are regulated by local acts established by universities independently. Comparing the functional responsibilities of tutors and curators shows the commonality of their educational roles, both categories are mentors of young people, implementing informal transfer of knowledge and social experience, providing assistance in personal and professional development. It is determined that the curator of the academic group is an employee of the educational organization from the teaching staff, who provides tutor support and academic guidance to the student group, organizes the educational and extracurricular activities of students with the aim of adaptation, harmonious development, personal and professional development of each student. It is concluded that the full implementation of the activities of academic groups’ curators requires the creation of an appropriate system of organizational and methodological support for this activity, including psychological and pedagogical training of academic groups’ curators. Conclusion. It is concluded that for the full implementation of the activities of curators of academic groups at a technical university, it is necessary to create an appropriate system of organizational and methodological support for this activity, including the psychological and pedagogical training of curators.

Stepanjuk A.V., Bak V.F. THE REFLECTION OF THE TREND OF INTEGRATION OF SCIENCE AND ETHICS IN THE CONTENT OF SCHOOL SUBJECT “BIOLOGY”. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 7 (160). P. 38-44

The article examines the experience of learning biology by high school students through the integration of natural sciences and ethics knowledge. Affirms the idea that modern discoveries in the field of natural science is drastically changing the methodology of knowledge. This promotes the formation of a new holistic worldview based on a systematic approach. The System approach in science reflects modern ideas of an interconnected world, and in pedagogy argues humanistic attitude. The model of integration of natural-science and ethical knowledge of school students is developed. At the implementation of this model for integrating the natural sciences and ethical knowledge, biological knowledge is taught on the basis of the unity of the universal laws of nature and morality, which contributes to development of students’ ethical respect for all living things. As a result of realization of model of integration the school subject “Biology” acquires the features of the training course, which aims to create worldview. Integration model provides specific teaching methods based on the “emotional experience” of educational material that may subject a deep interest in the student-teacher communication and collaboration. Within the school course “Biology” the law of analogies following from the main principle of creation of Genesis, known from antiquity as the law of unity macro – and a microcosm is used. The integrated facultative course for 11 classes “Biology Philosophy” and a methodical grant “Biology by Heart language” are developed. The conducted research confirms that the content of biological education has to be based on new scientific knowledge and philosophical ideas, which include the person and his inner world in a cognizable picture of the world.

Guo M. STUDY OF THE NATURE OF SYMBOLS AND M. M. BAKHTIN’S THEORY OF DIALOGUE IN THE RECEPTION OF CHINESE PHILOLOGISTS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2022. Issue 4 (222). P. 85-95

Introduction. The scientific heritage of the Russian philosopher and culturologist M. M. Bakhtin is a significant and independent object of interpretation in modern humanities. It seems interesting to consider the meanings embedded in the works of the scientist in the aspect of identifying the specifics of their reception on the part of the carriers of a specific national picture of the world. In modern China, there is an expansion of interest in the study of the creative discourse of M. M. Bakhtin, which makes it necessary to try to systematize the accumulated research experience. Aim and objectives. The purpose of the article is to systematize the idea of the key provisions in the interpretation of meanings in the doctrine of symbols and the theory of dialogue by M.M. Bakhtin, contained in the works of Chinese philologists, taking into account the specifics of the national scientific picture of the world and the universal interpretation options that exist in the minds of representatives of the world community. Material and methods. The material of the study was the texts of M.M. Bakhtin as a primary source for the author’s interpretation, as well as scientific sources representing the understanding of the scientific heritage of M. M. Bakhtin in Chinese Humanities. The research methods are textual, comparative analysis, systematization, categorization and generalization of scientific information, introspection. Results and discussion. Generalization of the results of the interpretation of scientific texts by M. M. Bakhtin, available in Chinese humanities today, allows us to identify a certain model of interpretation. It is based on the core of universal meanings that are revealed in the context of the functioning of various and numerous interpretations of Bakhtin’s teachings in modern world science. The category of key universal meanings in the field of interpretation of Bakhtin’s doctrine of signs-symbols includes the interpretation of a sign in relation to the understanding of its meaning in the context of a specific communicative-speech situation. In the theory of dialogue, the majority of world scientists recognize the position of dialogue as a form of deployment of communication of any type, a means of intercultural interaction and the formation of a sense of self-identification. The specifics of understanding the concept of M. M. Bakhtin in Chinese philology consists, first of all, in the desire to combine interpretation options that exist in line with both Western and European science. The core and essence of Bakhtin’s academic thought, according to most researchers from China, is the theory of dialogue, the main goal of which is to emphasize a positive humanistic spirit that upholds individuality and is oriented towards equal participation. Conclusion. The core and essence of Bakhtin’s academic thought, according to most researchers from China, is the theory of dialogue, the main goal of which is to emphasize a positive humanistic spirit that upholds individuality and is oriented towards equal participation. Dialogical thought passes through his linguistic and semiotic thinking. The results of the generalization of the experience of studying the ideas of M. M. Bakhtin by Chinese scientists demonstrate the presence of deep reception in the audience of Chinese philologists in relation to the discourse of the great Russian thinker.

Golubtsova A.A. SHOCK WAVES IN LIFSHITZ-LIKE BACKGROUNDS AND HOLOGRAPHIC DESCRIPTION OF QGP. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 94-99

A holographic duality between gravitation and field theories with a Lifshitz scaling symmetry has recently aroused much attention. We consider Lifshitz-like backgrounds in the context of their applications to the anisotropic quark-gluon plasma created in heavy-ion collisions. We construct shock waves geometries for Lifshitz-like metrics1. For the geometry of two colliding Lifshitz domain walls the areas of trapped surfaces are calculated. According to the holographic approach, the multiplicity of particles produced in heavy-ion collisions can be estimated by the area of the trapped surface. We show that in the 5-dimensional case the dependence of multiplicity on the energy of colliding ions can fit the experimental data observed at RHIC and LHC.

Gholi-zadeh R., Hosseini A. THE ROLE OF PSYCHOLINGUISTICS IN TEACHING RUSSIAN AT IRANIAN UNIVERSITIES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 98-101

The current state of humanitarian science, on the one hand, and the objective conditions of the changed world, on the other hand, inevitably require a new comprehension of problems, both long-known and actual for the new era. And therefore, it is by no means a coincidence that there is a surge of interest in such young scientific fields as psycholinguistics and linguoculturology. The role of psycholinguistics in the study of RFL in the absence of a language environment is considered in the article. It emphasizes the importance of possession, along with the fundamental foundations of the Russian language and the science of it, psychological features and communicative culture of native speakers of the Russian language. Based on a comparative analysis of the facts of the Iranian and Russian linguocultures, examples are given of accounting for psycholinguistic factors in the teaching of the Russian language to Iranian students. Considering the fact that psycholinguistics is a relatively young science, however, it has firmly won the scientific space not only because of its interdisciplinarity, but also the novelty of approaches and, most importantly, the effectiveness of research. Psycholinguistics is the core of the anthropocentric trend in linguistics. While the object of research is a linguistic person – the general discipline of different disciplines that make up anthropological linguistics, each science has its own subject of study. The subject of psycholinguistics is linguistic personality, considered in the individual psychological aspect. Questions that are solved in psycholinguistics, are of pivotal importance for the methodology of teaching foreign languages. Successful mastery of a foreign language is its practical mastery.
