The analysis is based upon the archive of the folklore data collected by a linguist A. I. Kuzmina in the 1960s. The database includes 17 texts, which present the folklore stories of Itya widespread among the Selkups. The majority of these narratives with participation of this hero recorded by A. I. Kuzmina are previously unpublished. Their publication will dramatically extend the empirical base for the folklore and ethnohistorical studies. The plot of the stories is common to all Selkup groups. The data of A. I. Kuzmina supplement the folklore plots of the Middle Ob dialectal area (Ivankino, Tibinak, Konerovo).

The article discusses social entrepreneurship as a new phenomenon in the field of studies of educational activities. Theoretical appeal to the capabilities of the network approach to the development of socio-entrepreneurial competence as an educational outcome is urgent. The author proves the point of view that the forms of educational support of young people during the process of entering social and entrepreneurial activities become forms that accompany formation of the community in the social network. These forms provide both preparation of a person for this type of activity and formation of social entrepreneurship as a special value that unites and determines forms of the community members’ life. The article considers possibilities of the project approach and anthropological content of the network model of education for establishing subjects of social entrepreneurship, and youth communities as subjects of development of social and entrepreneurial activity of the region. Discusses the possibility of the project approach and the anthropological content of the network model of education for the development of the subjects of social entrepreneurship, youth communities as subjects of development of socio-entrepreneurial activities in the region. The practical value of the research is in identification of the stages of development of socio-entrepreneurial competences of young people as well as in the study of social networks as a unique condition for formation and existence of a community network of young people, which solves the tasks aimed to implement local social and business communities. This article concerns the question of determining levels of language competence in foreign language teaching to students of technical specialties. The paper includes the results and analysis of testing aiming at identifying relevance to one or another knowledge level of a foreign language. The knowledge of vocabulary, grammar, understanding of foreign speech based on reading is checked with the help of placement test. The assessment of basic knowledge by means of input testing reveals the correspondence of knowledge, habits and skills of students to one or another level of knowledge of a foreign language. In its turn, the subsequent language competence in the university, which orients future specialists to self-development and intercultural communication, depends on the results of testing. The main goal of the level approach in foreign language teaching is the striving to provide conditions that allow students to make progress at the level identified by the results of placement test. The experience shows that applying this approach to students in teaching allows to develop habits and skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing at the appropriate level in order to achieve the next level of mastering a foreign language successfully. According to the results of the entrance testing, the groups are formed, i.e. students are distributed to groups (subgroups) taking into account their language knowledge by means of applying the technology of level training.

Significant frequency of magneto- and meteosensitivity (48 %) and their different syndromes - cerebral (40 %), joint (26,6 %), kidney's (13,4 %) and mixed (20 %) has been set. Meteosensitivity was burdenned by large frequency of diseases. Magnetosensitivity in the hypotensive (52 %) and hypertensive (32 %) forms has been detected for 84 % of students. The influence of the light correcting films of various compositions on vital activity of sprouts of cabbage was researched. For this purpose the technique of comparative trials was completed. The technique consists in cultivation of sprouts of cabbage in hothouses by a size 1x1x0,6 m, covered by different films with a control of plant's metrics. Is shown, that usage of films with various physical properties renders considerable influence on metrics index under them of cabbage's sprouts. The composition of the light correcting Alms permitting of cabbage's sprouts in a closed ground in locale of Western Siberia without padding heating and lighting and to reduce period of cultivation on 10-15 of days is defined.

It is established, that the influence of moderate low temperatures on using a cold method of calves cultivation stimulates haematopoiesis of young cows that is shown in rising the level of erythrocytes and hemoglobin, and also in increase in phosphorus in whey of blood for strengthening power processes and thermoregulation process. The increase of the level of cortisol in blood by the 15-th day of the research specifies the development processes of adaptation, as a result the exchange processes directed to the maintenance of organism are mobilized and this fast is proved by the lowered level of triiodyronine.

In the article the stress in the central and southern dialects of the Selkup language is described. The research is based on the material collected during field work with last speakers of these dialects, processings of the material of the A. P. Dulzon archive and the analysis of the language of the first Selkup books. In the course of research it is revealed that in all southern and central dialects of the Selkup language there were systems paradigmatic accents, which can be described in terms “dominant” and “recessive” morphemes. The basic differences in various dialects consist in stress position, basically in marks of suffixes.

Methodological questions of thermokarst lakes landscape dynamics in West Siberian permafrost territory based on remote sensing data and GIS-tools are considered. The data about relative change of thermokarst lake total area are given for 35-year period in different landscape zones and subzones. Possible factors of thermokarst lake areas change are discussed.

We consider role of video technology in the physical education of the joint activities of students on the basis of projects. Video demonstrations of physical phenomena take place in lectures, laboratory work, to solve problems in practical classes and colloquia, in approval laboratory work. Method has been developed for a survey of students at lectures and other types of employment at a technical university. Students predicted the result of a physical phenomenon to its presentation and after a certain period of time.

The potential of parceling as a method of the psychologism in fiction is considered and the main functions of this method are brought out. The features created by representatives of “lieutenants’ prose” due to the use of complex techniques of psychology. The main types used expressive syntax. Functioning of parceling constructions in the narrative of Grigory Baklanov “Pyad’ zemli” (Piece of land) is analysed. Are functions of parcelling. Parcelling helps to solve the main author’s goal which is to convey the soldier’s perception of the world and to express the war perception of the direct participants, convey the tense atmosphere of wartime.

The article studies the relevance of forming foreign language communicative professional competence in students of information and communication training programs. The article states the definition of competence, studies the process of teaching students a foreign language for specific purposes and the techniques of educational process organization. The foreign communicative professional competence is defined by the authors as multicomponent, that combines foreign, communicative, educational, intercultural and professional competences. The authors present the foreign communicative professional competence as the ability and readiness of students to account the main linguistic features of the foreign language in the communication. The students develop professional skills with the help of material in a foreign language by the analysis, comparison and the determination of prospective changes in the professional field and the discussion of obtained results for the solution of main tasks in a professional activity. The authors share their experience of using the educational methodology course Infotech English for Computer Users for the formation of foreign language communicative professional competence of students of information and communication training programs. Different sections of the textbook are aimed at the formation of every component of foreign language communicative professional competence. The key advantage of the course is the ability to develop all types of speech activity. The arrangement of educational material in the course allows the teachers to manage the educational process in accordance with the students’ level of foreign language and the necessary results. The article gives a detailed description of all sections of this course. The course promotes the formation and development of each component of the foreign language communicative professional competence.

Prediction of market price of goods is one of the most important goals of interprise. Ar a rule, there are investigated models of «demand-supply» without stochastic component. Combination of two autoregressive models of the first order is studied and estimated of their parameters. Such models can be used for short-tirm forecasting of behaviour of marcet prices.

In the article on the basis of the analysis of Russian scientific literature on aspects competence the approach in education, the author suggests definitions in detail-specialized competence which formation will allow increasing quality of education of university graduates. It is offered to inspect in detail-specialized competence on the basis of the qualifying characteristics generated by the labour market. The independent activity of students is analyzed during training and its influence on formation in detail-specialized competence. Flight research of independent activity of students of the correspondence form of training with the help of the developed questionnaire is carried out. It is revealed, that independent activity of students during training is characterized by non-uniform distribution, with its gradual increase by the end of term of training. The received data are analyzed and it will be applied for the further research.
