| 2105 | In the article the authors present psychological and pedagogical features of the separate education in single-gender classes. In particular the psychophysiological differences of schoolchildren are highlighted. Separate education is justified as the most optimal form of the educational process, which makes it possible to create more comfortable educational environment and to achieve the highest results of the schoolchildren’s education. The main psychophysiological, neuropsychological differences between boys and girls are identified, which must be taken into account when organizing the educational process in single-gender classes. Some researchers note that boys and girls develop differently: physiologically and psychologically girls develop two or three years earlier then boys, this is certainly connected with the hormonal development of children. Boys and girls study program material completely differently. Girls are characterized by perseverance and versatility in solving problems. As a rule, in primary school, boys usually learn worse. As for girls, their academic performance is much higher; they are often praised by teachers. Such laudatory comments can contribute to demotivation of boys in an effort to learn well. Therefore, because of these girls’ features, the success of boys look, to put it mildly, insignificant: boys have false feelings of inferiority and girls – superiority. Some results of the project “Separate education of girls and boys on the basis of a gender approach” are presented. The realization of the project takes place in Tomsk School No. 2. | 2108 | Introduction. Achieving qualitatively new results in the system of general education requires introducing more effective approaches to the management of the entire educational process and the specific educational organization. As a tool for the development of an educational institution, this paper considers the methodology of project management which allows, in a vertically built management system of an educational organization, expansion of its horizontal branches to achieve more active involvement of teachers in co-management. Aim and objectives. The aim of the article is to describe a model for project methodology integration into the school administration system based on the technology of management of ethnocultural projects in an educational organization. Materials and methods. The authors rely on scientific works in the field of project management and project management in education and several regulatory documents relevant to this area. The synthesis of data obtained by the documentary analysis of scientific literature and the experience of the educational organization enabled the authors to show the specifics of including project management in the project management system in the educational sphere and reveal its potential for the development of educational systems in general. Results and discussion. A comparative analysis of system models for managing an educational organization has shown the significant advantage of flexible management systems due to their “adaptability” to changes in the external environment and more efficient management of the internal environment. The optimal management has a matrix structure. It is focused on the development of interaction between different services. Pronounced horizontal lines in the management model, while maintaining vertical integration, allow timely and organic regulation of processes at various levels. In this study, the experience of inclusion of project management in the linear-functional model of school management is analyzed, using as an example, ethnocultural projects of the MBEI (municipal budget educational institution) pre-gymnasium “Kristina” in the city of Tomsk. Conclusion. The proposed model of project management in an educational organization can be applied in any educational organization. The reliability of scientific results and the validity of the conclusions of this study are informed by modern achievements of research knowledge, as well as positive practical experience of introducing the elements of a flexible management system into the activities of the specific educational organization. | 2142 | The study of the transformation of the mythologeme of the Hero seems to be actual, since, having arisen in the space of a myth, it continues to exist in culture throughout the history of mankind, including modernity. At the same time, the image of the Hero undergoes changes due to the peculiarities of a particular historical epoch in other forms of culture different from myth. Such a transformation occurs with the Hero mythologeme in the ancient Greek tragedy of the classical era. In the transition from myth to tragedy, the Hero mythologeme undergoes significant changes: the hero of tragedy perceives fate as an external force that affects his life. He does not reconcile himself to Fate, and tries to change his destiny with all his might, and even realizing that this is impossible, he makes independent decisions demonstrating that he does not bow before circumstances and is capable of performing heroic deeds. Also, the hero of the tragedy refuses to take for granted the will of the gods and tries to force them to be guided in their actions by categories of morality. The problem of transformation of the Hero mythologeme in the ancient Greek tragedy, considered in this study, will allow us to better understand the changes taking place in the ancient Greek culture of the classical epoch. The conclusions obtained by the author can be used in preparing courses on the history and culture of ancient Greece. Keywords: Ancient Greece, Greek tragedy, mythologeme, Hero | 2054 | |||||

| 2149 | In author’s opinion on the ancient history of the Northwestern and central Northern Caucasus was closely linked with Indo-European migrations from Central Europe in the second half of the 3rd – beginning of the 2nd centuries B.C. The first migrants to this region consisted of the mixed groups of Indo-Europeans and non-Indo-Europeans that can be corresponded to the Tocharians (Afanasievo culture) and formed pre-Maikop cultural horizon with the horse-head scepters. The second stream of the European population that reached the Caucasus included the “Ancient Europeans” (AE – ancestors of the Slavs, the Germans, the Balts, the Celts, the Italics), and the Anatolians as well. The dolmens under the barrows in the Northwestern Caucasus were left by them. The archaeological equivalents of AE groups settled in the central part of the Northern Caucasus are the kurgan burials of the Kuban-Terek culture that dated from 3rd -2nd centuries BC.
