| 3460 | The article discusses the establishment and development of saving banks in the Yenisei province, their organization and activities in pre-revolutionary time. Historiography of savings business in Russia is quite extensive, but there are no summarizing research on the history of the savings system at the level of a particular region (including the Yenisei province). It characterizes of the Yenisei province from the position of socioeconomic development and justification of the importance of savings and credit partnerships for the region. It describes the role of the Yenisei Treasury Chamber as the primary state institution in the formation of the financial affairs of the region in the pre-revolutionary period. This period characterizes savings banks as a self-help facility for people, so that there was a process of increasing it’s network. Represents the influence of the State Bank on the socioeconomic status of the region and its role in the financial and credit system of the country. It reveals a special way of development of savings banks in the Yenisei province and changing the attitude of Siberians towards these types of institutions. Analyzes the evolution of the number of savings banks both on Russian and regional level, as a result it makes it possible to talk about the assessment of their development prospects. | 3469 | In virgin and residual (1 m) peat under permanent cereal grasses of reclamated site of lowland bog ecosystem activity of catalase was defined in 1993, 2002 and 2008 in dynamics. It is shown, that activity of this enzyme is defined by local meteoconditions, peat temperature, level of swamp waters, presence of nutrients (in the form of mineral fertilizers). The reclamation of the developed site (since 1986) has not caused essential increase of fermentative activity in all terms of researches, only in 2008 the tendency to its increase was teethed. The soil of a virgin fallow and soil of experiment site are characterized by comparable sizes of activity of catalase, possibly because residual peat is the lowermost horizon of before not drained virgin soil. Some elements of electronic courses are presented, as far as the system of evaluation of educational achievements is described. Microsoft Project that is studied among existing management systems was chosen to demonstrate some evaluation tests and education material. The Moodle platform served as basis for summing up and testing of created techniques. Further goals on educational system development are also argued. It is planned to continue the development of electronic courses intended for supporting independent student work while studying the disciplines. | 3475 | The article analyzes the little studied component of the national culture – the religious artistic discourse of the first third of the XX century: lyrical texts, created mainly, in the conditions of exile and camps of 1920–30. Tatyana Nikolaevna Grimblit’s literary heritage, extracted from archival sources, is compiled into scientific circulation. She composes several dozen poems, which can be regarded as a kind of an auto-commentary on her life. The poetic texts of T. Grimblit are lined up in a certain plot, revealing the main landmarks of the heroine’s spiritual path and reflecting the appearance of the epoch. The religious-ethical picture of the world of T. Grimblit is investigated, based on the Christian doctrine and defining the specifics of the chronotopic system of lyric poetry. Specifics of the spatial poetics of lyrical texts T. Grimblit are determined: the principle of dichotomy, which includes an image of an obese socium, on the one hand, and sacred reality on the other. To the spiritual sphere is not only the world of the soul of the lyrical heroine, but the images of natural being, incl. Siberian chronotope. The ways of modeling the movement of Siberia in the lyrics of T. Grimblit are analyzed: retrospective, implicit, natural philosophical. The chronotope of Siberia is recreated in a retrospective aspect and with an implicit position, which determines its positive characteristics in the text: as a native space for the heroine, performing the functions of protection and being the source of inspiration. The Siberian chronotope is comprehended by the author in the natural-philosophical aspect: as a sign of the divine presence in the earthly world. The natural-philosophical interpretation of the image of Siberia in T. Grimblit’s lyrics is supplemented by an indication of specific toponyms, as well as an appeal to universal formulas that go back to the folklore tradition. | 3490 | In the article the issues of penitentiary staff training during the first years of the Soviet government are revealed. These issues are of concern for research as one of the underworked topics in native science. The author focuses on the events connected with it, on historical and pedagogical experience, trials and errors of pioneers of Soviet penitentiary staff training system. Chronological boundaries of the article are determined by the major events of Russian history, which were highly influential on the process of professional penitentiary staff training. The lowest boundary begins in October 1917 with inauguration of Bolshevik regime. The highest is connected with the Second Congress of penitentiary affairs officials of the RSFSR held from November to December 1924, after the agreements of which systematic solutions of the issues of Soviet penitentiary staff training became possible since the second half of 1920s. The first agreements of the government during the first years of Bolshevik regime concerning penitentiary personnel policy and shifting penitentiary priorities are revealed. The central place in the article is devoted to the revealing of external and domestic factors undermining the professional penitentiary staff training and having a negative impact on the possibilities of penitentiary personnel policy in that period. The conclusion about the role of the first educational endeavors’ of Soviet government in foundation of the Soviet system of penitentiary staff training is stated. | 3491 | In present article there are the results of inner form analysis of idioms with the verbs of physical perception in the Russian and English languages. The purpose is to find isomorphic and allomorphic features. There are several types of phraselogical units but idioms are the most interesting for such analysis because they have the inner form based upon some kind of image. The inner form of idioms reflects the associative bonds between conceptual category of physical perception and other categories. The article demonstrates the analysis of inner form done by means of identifying associative models of phraseological inner form. The majority of the associative models are in visual perception that represents the importance of visual perception for native speakers and for the process of idioms creation in both languages. The article presents associative bonds of physical perception category with other categories and the similarities and differences in inner forms of idioms in comparable languages. Phraseological equivalents and coincident models of phraseological inner form represent the similarities of these languages. The connection of physical perception sphere and sphere of understanding, sphere of emotions, personal relations and others became evident. The fact that all associative models in English coincide with those in the Russian language may indicate the identical perceptual and cognitive apparatus.
