| 4356 | It has been found that occupancy of and ^-opioid receptors (ORs) by DPDPE and U-50488, respectively, prevents irreversible cardiac cell damage during global ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (30 min) of the isolated perfused rat heart by the Langendorff technique. Activation of Kj-ORs decreased cAMP levels in the myocardium during reperfusion but stimulation of 8J-ORs had no effect on the cAMP levels. The occupancy of both types of receptors did not alter the cGMP levels before and after ischemia. Cardioprotective effect of DPDPE was completely abolished by pretreatment with cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Authors proposed that cardioprotective effect of U-50488 is mediated via a decrease in cAMP levels in the heart but cardioprotective effect of DPDPE is depended on the activity of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. The relevance of the study is determined by the situation in the education system, when the active participation of members of the professional pedagogical community into the discussion of documents in the field of education on special Internet portals has become a bright positive trend in recent years. The aim of the study was to examine the motives of Internet users participating in such discussions. Material and methods. The edu.crowdexpert.ru web portal contains 17 government documents, in which 99,027 people participated. The motivation for participation, as well as other characteristics of the sample, were studied using a specially designed questionnaire, which was answered by 362 respondents. Results and discussion. It turned out that not only for teachers and administrations of educational organizations, but also for other school employees and simply active and interested in issues of education of Russian citizens, a desire to take an active part in the discussion of documents regulating the educational activities of the country is characteristic. As a result of the study, it was found that the main motives for participation in the public discussion of documents in the field of education were (in descending order of importance): personal interest to the discussed problem, the desire for professional growth and development, the desire to gain useful experience in discussing socially significant problems, the desire to improve professional status, the desire to get intellectual pleasure and the possibility of communicating with colleagues. With a high level of motivation to participate in the discussion of documents regulating the activities of the education system, the degree of the impact about many of the respondents is estimated low enough. The human body dipped into soil becomes nutritious environment and obtains the qualities of a seed, from which a new world, the heaven on earth, is to grow. For both poets, it is typical to refer to such images as “Mother Earth” and the human plant; they also focus on subduing the human being by the chthonian powers. | 4374 | The present article is devoted to the problem of the category of doubt as representative of interference and convergence of late Lermontov’s and early Dostoevsky’s artistic worlds. The category of doubt is central on epoch’s boundary as it reveals the transitivity of the world in 1830–1840s. and a state of total criticism. Firstly, this category is considered a central epoch’s philosophical problem and secondly, a problem of narrative methods. As a philosophical problem, category of doubt gave birth to a new type of hero and new methods of psychologisation, which caused different changes and transitions from doubt through uncertainty to the condition of hopelessness and hero’s self-recognition of powerlessness towards actions and choices. As a result, the doubting intellectual is replaced by the sick consciousness of a “small man” (“malen’kiy chelovek”), who loses his trust being in doubts and lives under the condition of fear and anxiety. The narrative aspect of the category of doubt determines the combinatorics of plots’ lines, the overlay of psychological conditions, the retardation of narration. All this produces the parts’ montage in some texts which comes along with rhetorical questions which intensify the doubt. Keywords: Lermontov, early Dostoevsky, problem of hero, category of doubt | 1851 | |||||
| 4375 | Introduction. The practice of segmentation of vocabulary is traditionally based either on a certain (situational) set of criteria for this procedure, or on a larger methodological basis for example the apparatus of a separate linguistic discipline, which often defaults to lexicology as a science about the lexical structure of the language. Being limited to the object of observation, lexicology is hardly capable of independently solving the question posed for the entire linguistic science or, at least, for such a macroscopic discipline as stylistics that urgently needs a reliable criteria base, despite their various functional specialization: stylistics studies the expressive, whereas lexicology the nominative function of language. The aim of the paper is to propose segmentation of the vocabulary fund of the German literary language through the prism of the environmental approach. Material and methods. The implementation of the epistemological (rational-empirical) framework of the environmental approach, which far exceeds not only the limits of the science of language, but also humanitarian knowledge in general, is determined by the specifics of being and development of the language itself as an anthropological phenomenon (loquens), erroneously attributed by poststructuralists exclusively to man. The basis of the environmental approach is the thesis about the environmental origin of the human language and the impossibility of its existence outside the Herder environment. Language exists in the “nutrient solution” of culture and acts as a connecting element of the social interaction of all individuals inhabiting this artificial world. The environmental approach is a capacious epistemological platform that is used to account for the various functional varieties of the language that serve as the basis for its vocabulary segmentation. Results and discussion. The following criteria have been developed for more weighted and general linguistic segmentation of a vocabulary on the example of the German literary language: a) selectivity, b) naturalness, c) reproducibility, d) temporality, e) age. The lexical system of the German language is taken as a model not by chance: the hybrid nature of this language idiom and the high heterogeneity (hybridity) of its resources correlating with it are an advantageous dialectical field of observing the phenomenon of a lexical system functional stratification. The apparatus of the environmental approach is formed by extensive interdisciplinary data that have become commonplace clichés in scientific use and help to obtain interdisciplinary meaningful and objective segmentation of the German literary language vocabulary. The scientific novelty is determined by the implementation of a fundamentally new set of criteria for identifying the components of the vocabulary system of the specified language based on the enlarged epistemological basis of the analysis. Conclusion. The proposed segmentation is intended to expand the boundaries of the lexicology apparatus of the German language, the ideas about the heterogeneity of its lexical system and its evolutionary laws. The data obtained can be used as a material for theoretical courses in lexicology and stylistics when training specialists in the field of German linguistics at all educational levels. | 4376 | Introduction. The study of discourse typology is one of the advanced research lines in communicative linguistics. Engineering communication is becoming a subject of increased focus for linguists due to its rapid development driven by dynamic changes in technology, society and industry, which is resulted in continuous exchange of information between the members of the engineering society. Despite the significant number of discourse studies in different social institutions, engineering discourse remains an understudied area as Russian researchers traditionally consider it as a part of the scientific or scientific and technical discourse. In view of the fact that discourse is translated into certain genres, and genres, in turn, are always included into a certain discourse field, authors propose the idea that the engineering discourse provides a series of particular core genres which reflect the values, strategy and information of engineering communication and make it distinct from the scientific discourse. The paper addresses the distinguishing characteristics in lexical organization of the technical standard to reveal the fact that the genre of standard meets the goals of engineering communication. Material and methods. As the empiric material of the research 184 pages of running Russian standards for the engineering technology and equipment were used. The texts of the standards were exploited as the subject matter for discourse analysis. Content analysis as a general research technique provided the identification of the quantitative aspect in the lexical structure of technical standards. The efficiency of this technique was proven by international schools of discourse analysis and by national researchers as well. Results and discussion. The analysis of the lexical structure of standards revealed the key discursive aspects of the studied genre, which identified the standard as a core genre of engineering discourse. Conclusion. As to performed analysis, the technical standard genre meets the primary goal of professional communication in the engineering field. The peculiar characteristics of the genre studied are determined by the demands of discourse and communicative situation as well. | 4377 | Introduction. The article is devoted to the study of the actual problem of development of the International educational program “Step by Step”. The analysis of sociological, psychological, pedagogical, methodical works of famous domestic and foreign scientists and practitioners allowed to consider the historical and pedagogical aspects of the problem of development of this program, both abroad and in Russia and Kazakhstan. Material and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of use of theoretical and empirical methods, the main of which was the analysis of interaction of participants of educational process and research is based on the lessons of science and math in elementary school. This work was carried out in three stages. The first stage was to determine the main theoretical and methodological provisions for the problem, analyzed the degree of its study, defined the General provisions. The second stage was to identify the features of the application of “Step by Step” in the classroom model of primary school. The third stage was to analyze the effectiveness of children’s education using the technology “Step by Step”. Results and discussion. The comparative analysis allowed to consider the historical and pedagogical aspects of the problem of development of this program abroad, in Russia and Kazakhstan, as well as to justify the validity of the use of the term technology in relation to”Step by Step”. The presented analysis of the concepts “technology”, “educational technology”, “pedagogical technology” proves the possibility of using the term “technology” with respect to “Step by Step”. Much attention is paid to the problem of social competence of the modern primary school student and its development in primary school. Conclusion. Historical and pedagogical analysis of the development of “Step by Step” allows us to understand the essence and main idea of this technology. The goal of the educational process is the development of a child’s personality, its individuality, uniqueness, based on beliefs and faith, with the features of own “internal world model”, the structure of subjective experience, where the subject relations are based on the principles of individualization, cooperation, partnership and freedom of choice activities. The use of technology “Step by Step” increases the value of learning through a fundamentally new democratic approach that meets the standards of today and promotes dynamic cooperation of all parties to the educational process, during which there is an individual improvement.
