The paper presents a comparative analysis of the components of adaptive pedagogy and inclusive education. The authors draw attention to the fact that the proven model of adaptive pedagogy in municipal education system as implementing the principle of accessibility for children with special educational needs is not universal. The implementation of the adaptive model of pedagogy in practice, as well as an analysis of its components shows that inclusive education is a broader concept and phenomenon. On the basis of the pseudopotential method and the phenomenological model of coupling intervalley transitions in the conduction band of superlattices (GaAs)m(AlAs)n(001), caused by interface and trapped in the layers of the optical vibrations of the atoms were investigated. The analysis of quantum size effects in the electron and phonon states was done, dependence of the deformation potentials of the composition and thickness of the layer superlattices was defined. It is shown that the intervalley Г-M scattering is most intensive when the wave functions of electrons and the polarization vector of the phonons are localized in the same layers of superlattice. Interface oscillations occur in superlattices with a sufficiently thick layers and cause a relatively weak intensity of T-Ј transitions of electrons from the central valley to the upper conduction bands.

The article is about one of the ways of modernization of education based on competences, namely: using interactive forms of teaching. Creative task, group work, role play, mini-lecture, project work, warm-up, training, block modular organization of the lesson, Position-Substantiation-Example-Result formula are considered to be the common base of interactive technologies. Each of them is aimed at formation and improvement of definite competences. Learning the theoretical conceptions and practical recommendations of psychologists and teachers shows that using interactive means of teaching allows to make Russian lessons not only effective and interesting but promotes activation of the students’ cognitive activity that is a key moment of teaching. The actuality of the stated problem is caused by sharp reducing of the students’ cognitive interest and motivation to the problems of language culture. A lot of complex problems of lexicology causing some students’ difficulties are used as lingua-didactic material to comprehend this task.

The article substantiates the need for a project competence in teacher’s personal resource. It is noted that fixed in the federal state educational standard of higher education requirements for students’ project competencies involve the selection of adequate to the content of these requirements methods of pedagogical work on their formation. The paper reconstructs the experience of developing the project competence of philology students in the process of organizing educational events in the practice of collaboration between tertiary and secondary educational institutions. An empirical model of such interaction, the joint production of innovative developments, has been revealed using humanitarian research methods. Educational precedent gives grounds to say that the position exhibiting the project competence of students, can be formed in the active development of their content through educational events; means of formation of competence – participation in the trial-search activities of different content: educational-project in the framework of the lesson laboratory; design and research within the presentation at the conference.

The article studies the peculiarities of V. I. Semevsky’s work as an editor of the journal “Golos Minuvshego”. Particular attention is paid to the characteristics of his mutual relations with S. P. The article analyzes an attempt of creation and functioning of the “nonpartisan” edition aiming at consolidating various strata of the democratic public. It examines the structure and quality of the published materials, the problems of coverage by the journal of history of Russian social thought, an attitude toward political tasks of Russian historical journalism and involvement of young talented scholars. The article is devoted to the research of the problem of studying of spiritual imperatives of art and publicistic works of F. M. Dostoyevsky at the lessons of literature considering priority tasks of national educational policy in the field of spiritual and moral education and education, setting for creation of students’ motivation for conscious moral behavior through acquaintance with classical works of the Russian literature of the 19th century. The study of the spiritual imperatives of creative work of Dostoyevsky can become the base of spiritual and moral education, forming of valuable structure of the personality in the situation of the accrescent challenges, loss of capability of cultural and world outlook self-identification. Acquaintance of students with the work of the writer shall begin in the advanced teenage age when the request for a conversation on values and meanings is personally staticized. The optimum form of the organization of the effective work on studying of spiritual imperatives of the art and publicistic works of Dostoyevsky is a dialogue, a discussion, the search by the teacher and the student of joint decisions, the aspiration for self-determination and self-analysis. In the work with personal value orientation of the teacher on creation of the serious substantial base of studying of the writer’s works the following aspects are important: knowledge of biographical context of Dostoyevsky’s life, idea of formation stages of valuable and world outlook features of the person, studying of conceptual contents of the writer’s works, knowledge of specifics of the Russian literature formation.

The history of volunteer practices in prerevolutionary Russia is among the major problems that attract increasing attention of researchers. The need to study them is caused not only by scientific, but also by the practical need for a deeper consideration of volunteer activity in the system of charitable institutions and public organizations. The statutes and reports of these organizations are valuable sources, significantly broadening and refining our understanding of the history of volunteerism in Russia in the second half of the 19th century. Reflecting the nature of society itself, they contain information about their composition (quantitative and personal), organizational structure, subordinate organizations and activities, as well as practices of public volunteers. Thanks to the availability of such a document as the charter, members of the society first got an idea of the procedure for using the rights granted to them and the sphere of application of volunteer efforts and free labor. It has been found that occupancy of and ^-opioid receptors (ORs) by DPDPE and U-50488, respectively, prevents irreversible cardiac cell damage during global ischemia (45 min) and reperfusion (30 min) of the isolated perfused rat heart by the Langendorff technique. Activation of Kj-ORs decreased cAMP levels in the myocardium during reperfusion but stimulation of 8J-ORs had no effect on the cAMP levels. The occupancy of both types of receptors did not alter the cGMP levels before and after ischemia. Cardioprotective effect of DPDPE was completely abolished by pretreatment with cyclopiazonic acid, an inhibitor of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum. Authors proposed that cardioprotective effect of U-50488 is mediated via a decrease in cAMP levels in the heart but cardioprotective effect of DPDPE is depended on the activity of Ca2+-ATPase of sarcoplasmic reticulum.

Religion as the world outlook and the church as its main institute arose before all the institutes existing and functioning in the society now. The church and catholicism have greatly influenced French culture, 65 % of the population being catholics, 90 % of the cathedrals in France belonging to the Roman-catholic confession, the majority of the French holidays being religious. The article deals with the French religious discourse as one of the kinds of the institutional discourse, which is a complexly organized, multicomponent formation. The analysis of the Christian written language (religious Texts) from the view point of the modern theories of discourse and speech genres presented in the article has revealed a variety of the genre forms of the religious discourse.

The article describes significance of parents’ life position in relation to physical culture as a basis for the upbringing of a healthy child. According to the results of a sociological survey of parents of school-aged children living in the Russian Far East was determined their relation to physical culture and sports activity, healthy lifestyle and the process of pupils’ training. Determines the factors motivating parents to physical culture and sport, forms of training and recreational activity, means used for health maintenance as well as parents’ role in physical education of their children. Establishes passive relation of most parents to physical activity and physical education of their children. The results of the survey allowed to make the conclusions and to plan the ways of solving problems.

Introduction. The study of discourse typology is one of the advanced research lines in communicative linguistics. Engineering communication is becoming a subject of increased focus for linguists due to its rapid development driven by dynamic changes in technology, society and industry, which is resulted in continuous exchange of information between the members of the engineering society. Despite the significant number of discourse studies in different social institutions, engineering discourse remains an understudied area as Russian researchers traditionally consider it as a part of the scientific or scientific and technical discourse. In view of the fact that discourse is translated into certain genres, and genres, in turn, are always included into a certain discourse field, authors propose the idea that the engineering discourse provides a series of particular core genres which reflect the values, strategy and information of engineering communication and make it distinct from the scientific discourse. The paper addresses the distinguishing characteristics in lexical organization of the technical standard to reveal the fact that the genre of standard meets the goals of engineering communication. Material and methods. As the empiric material of the research 184 pages of running Russian standards for the engineering technology and equipment were used. The texts of the standards were exploited as the subject matter for discourse analysis. Content analysis as a general research technique provided the identification of the quantitative aspect in the lexical structure of technical standards. The efficiency of this technique was proven by international schools of discourse analysis and by national researchers as well. Results and discussion. The analysis of the lexical structure of standards revealed the key discursive aspects of the studied genre, which identified the standard as a core genre of engineering discourse. Conclusion. As to performed analysis, the technical standard genre meets the primary goal of professional communication in the engineering field. The peculiar characteristics of the genre studied are determined by the demands of discourse and communicative situation as well.

In this aspect education is presented as space producing conditions for self-actualization, self-activation of a person, and working-out by a learner his or her «ego» The main and essential in this process is under-standing of coevolution of a person and nature, that is combined coexistence. In connection with it, from our point of view, the development of ecological education taking ecological culture into consideration is necessary.
