The article is devoted to the theoretical justification of the process of development of students’ value orientations in learning activities. Clarifies the concepts of “law” and “principle” in pedagogy, grounds the connection of the principles of training and education. Formulates the following the laws and the derived from them principles of the value orientations development of the schoolchild in educational activity: the development of value orientations of the schoolchildren in educational activity will be the more effective, the more the student will be the subject of training and education (the principle of consciousness and activity, the principle of activation of self-realization and selfexpression), the deeper and the better will be opened the axiological potential of the school subject (the principle of reliance on the content of a subject in education, the principle of communication training with life and the principle of scientific training), the better will be considered the individual characteristics, interests and needs of students (personification principle and the principle of emotional learning).

Ulyanova U.A. FUNCTIONAL SEMANTIC ANALYSIS OF COLLOCATION IN NEW TYPES OF USER’S MANUALS (THE STUDY OF MANUALS “FOR DUMMIES”) // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 2 (208). P. 14-20

Introduction. The article deals with identification and analysis of collocations in new type of user’s manual – For Dummies. The relevance of the study is explained by the increasing interest of linguists to the investigation of functional aspect in general аnd absence of specialized research of collocations in new type of user’s manuals. The aim of the article is to identify the types of collocations, their semantics and functions in the texts of new types of user’s manuals (by the example of For Dummies). Methods and material. The method of the research is functional-semantic analysis. The material of the study was the texts of new user’s manual “for dummies” Results and novelty of the research. The analysis has shown that new types of user’s manuals differ from traditional manuals in use of expressive and occasional collocations. The presence of usual and terminological collocations brings together new instructions with traditional ones. Special attention is given to the identification of the type of lexical semantic violation. Occasional collocations made on the basis of epithet, metaphor and oxymoron have been found in For Dummies. It was concluded that expressive and occasional collocations perform attractive, evaluative and expressive functions which help to realize the communicative aim of influencing the reader. The research novelty is to investigate the role of collocations in terms of communicative aim of text. Conclusion. The author’s contribution in investigation of collocations in new types of user’s manuals is noted in conclusion of the article. The use of special type of lexical units that have expressive potential allows to consider For Dummies as a new type of user’s manual.

The paper deals with some common problems we face when teaching adult language learners, in particular learners who have considerable experience of studying but still seem to be stuck at the lower levels of elementary and pre-intermediate due to their low self-esteem, high level of anxiety, and fear of making mistakes. Adult learners face difficulties when listening to the target language. Nevertheless, the types and the extent of difficulty differ and much listening comprehension research has been conducted to investigate these differences. The results of this body of research show that listener difficulties may be influenced by a number of factors.

Bolotnov A.V. TYPES OF POLITICAL ESSAYS WRITERS AS INFORMATIONAL AND MEDIA LANGUAGE PERSONALITIES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 9 (206). P. 111-120

Introduction. Researching of different informational and media language personalities is of great interest in connection with intensive role of new information technologies and their influence on thinking, world picture and speech behavior of up-to-date person. The relevance of this study is connected with it. The research points to detection of different types of modern political essays writers. The aim of the article – determination of typical and individual peculiarities of up-to-date political essays writers as informational and media language personalities subject to different models of their speech behavior and reaction to topical informational reasons. Material and methods of research are based on discursive, semantic and stylistic, comparative analysis usage supported by regulative theory as one of communicative stylistic of text trend. Results and discussion. Peculiarities of modern political essays writers as a syncretic information and media language personality with critical thinking, a desire and the ability to prove and argue his opinion, polemic approach in understanding various informational issues relevant for society, strongly pronounced rhetorical competence, a lively media image and a special idiostyle, mainly oriented to nonconformism. The types of modern political essays writers on basis of their speech behavior and aims are revealed. They are the following: 1) hyperrealist (distinguishing capacity of this type is naturalism, factuality, demonstrativity); 2) political essays writer-enlightener (he can be an expert or moral authority, be engaged in educational or enlightening activity); 3) political essays writer-enlightenerromantic (passionate about his own picture of the world, his principles, harmonious, has his own rich experience, positive attitude); 4) political essays writer-enlightener-ideologist (a fanatic-propagandist, faithful to a definite ideology, which he passionately upholds and imposes, builds a dichotomy or antinomy, is paradoxical). Common and individual regulative means, structures and ways of regulativity, which are typical for media discourse of modern political essays writers and for individual discursive practices of media personalities are revealed. Individual peculiarities of political essays writers are the following: difference in intensions, scale of informational reasons for controversy; choice of means and ways of influence on mass audience, availability of author’s regulative means and structures, logical and/or rhetorical argumentation in media discourse. Conclusion. The proposed approach to studying a modern political essays writers’ media discourse from the point of view of typical and individual manifestations of these information and media language personalities revealed that detected types of language personalities which show themselves in speech behavior are different in their aim, means and effect of influence, which is due not only to objective factors, but individual copyright features of these individuals, but individual and author’s peculiarities of these personalities. These findings are of interest for media linguistics, linguistic personology, theory of speech influence, speech conflict study, communicative stylistics of text.

Introduction. The right and rational choice of the future profession is the determining factor in the life of any person. Most applicants at the time of admission to a university often have no idea of the type of activity, cannot analyze all the positive and negative aspects of the work, which therefore prevents them from choosing a suitable specialty due to lack of interests and propensity for this type of occupation. The solution to the problem here can be career guidance work. Aim and objectives. The purpose of the article is to justify the expediency of conducting vocational guidance work by universities to assist applicants in choosing future professional activities on the example of Saint Petersburg University of State Fire Service of Emercom of Russia. Result and discussion. A number of experiments were carried out to assess the importance of vocational guidance at the Saint Petersburg University of State Fire Service of Emercom of Russia. The subject of the study was a contingent of bachelors, masters and the teaching staff of the faculty. The purpose of the experiments is to determine the appearance of a highly qualified graduate by means of a questionnaire. The statistics obtained were calculated using a special computer program. The article analyses vocational guidance work in the university: its relevance, importance, necessity for students. The analysis of studies carried out in three groups: bachelor, master and faculty to determine the appearance of the future specialist is given. An approach to its implementation in the final grades of schools, during the «Open Day» in classrooms, in the training center is shown. Vocational guidance work will allow to attract to Saint Petersburg University of State Fire Service of Emercom of Russia much more applicants in the specialty «Fire safety» and the direction of preparation «Technospheric safety», thus to raise the rating of the university, and applicants to make the right choice in determining the future profession. Conclusion. Authors consider that career guidance has to be one of the main tools allowing entrants to understand, comprehend, estimate the desires, opportunities, to compare them with requirements imposed to this specialty in higher education institution.

In this paper the author analyses the cases of complete etymological explanation of Proto-Uralic, Proto-Finno-Ugric, Proto-Finno-Permic, Proto-Finno-Volgaic and Proto-Ugric words (morphological derivatives and compounds), grammatical and lexical doubleting, complicated doubleting, analogical grammatical derivation with etymological alternation of suffixes, as well as the cases of analogical semantic compoundes and morphological derivatives. The author established some regular correlations on the level of parallel protolanguage phonology. The author also makes some considerations about ancient Yenissei-Uralic protolanguage alliances.

Khilo E.S. INTERMEDIALITY AND TRANSLATION: YESENIN’S GERMAN AUDIO EDITIONS OF 2000TH. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 4 (145). P. 119-125

The article first describes the precedents of intermediate representation of the foreign-language author reception of translation on the example of the analysis of two German audio editions of S. Yesenin’s poetry of 2002 and 2003, in which selected poems are presented in the author’s reading, while their German equivalents are performed by translators and poets such as P. Celan (1920–1970) and A. Nitzberg (born in 1969). The first collection acquaints the listener with the image of S. Yesenin in direct adjunction to the individual style of P. Celan. In the second edition Yesenin acts as one of the representatives of Russian poetry, expressing the general literary tradition of the XX century. The authentic sound reproduction and the perception of originals and translations in audio collections allow us to speak about their high importance in a universal context of the reception of Yesenin’s heritage.

The article presents the results of the aothors’ research on the impact of orthostatic sustainability on the physical development of the two age groups (11–15 years and 17–21 years), involved in sports with heavy lifting. Discovers the presence of hypertensive variant of orthostatic reactions in the younger group and the practical absence of it in the senior group. Also reveals the influence of orthostatic response of the cardiovascular system on the performance of physical fitness of the involved. Makes the conclusion about the need to integrate the data on the orthostatic testing at the initial stages of training athletes when working with heavy weights.

Statistics of cases of the child abuse proves that the domestic violence has become as common as the street violence. Hundreds of children are injured by their own parents. Specialists in rehabilitation centers and school psychologists in their work with children, affected by domestic violence in the family, use all possible methods and forms of behavior correction and rehabilitation of such children. Collective creative activity is one of the forms of correctional and rehabilitation work with children affected by domestic violence in the family. At venue of MAI (Municipial Autonomous Institution) PCSA (Prevention Centre and Social Adaptation) “Family” (Tomsk) a group of children from among the victims of the domestic violence was formed. Parents and children, entering “the group of risk”, were proposed to unite with the creative team of children with disabilities, at the result of which the creative inclusive group “Kolosok” was formed. The tasks of the group are to create conditions for reducing aggression and anxiety in children/a child; to teach children/a child to build and maintain relationships in the family, to show feelings and emotions for the purpose intended, to develop empathy through the close communication in society. The results of the diagnostic test showed that anxiety and aggressiveness decreased; composition and staging tales contributed to the development and expansion of the vocabulary, and the manufacture of handicrafts from the improvised and natural materials developed the outlook; the relationship between mothers and children became warmer because joint activities allowed them to spend time together as often as possible, to be in the same business, to get to know each other better.

The article considers the formation of “professional competence” term. Corresponding psychological and pedagogical literature was reviewed, correlative terms were analyzed. On the basis of information received the correlation between terms “professionalism”, “professional readiness” and “professional competency” was revealed and presented. Also, scheme presenting correlation of above mentioned terms was introduced. Specific features of professional competency of teachers working with disabled children were considered and analyzed. The structure of professional competency of such teachers was determined and presented in tabular form. Major components of professional competency revealing through three aspects: cognitive, practical and personal were identified and presented. Relation of these components formation ensures professional readiness of a teacher who works with disabled children.

The article explores the artistic symbolization in the F. M. Dostoevsky's novel “Crime and Punishment”. The short analysis of the historical background, consideration of historical and cultural types of symbolism, differentiation of symbolism “natural” and symbolism “spiritual” forms theoretical base of research. Spiritual symbolism as a basis of art thinking of the writer for the first time appears in the novel “Crime and punishment”. An example of representation of spiritual symbolism in the novel is Pulсheriya Alexandrovna Raskolnikova's image polemic pointed by the writer in relation to anthropological ideas of Fr. Schiller. In the conclusion the article says about the typological connection between the characters of the novel in the context of spiritual symbolism.

The article deals with the questions of the modern adaptation to changing conditions of teacher professional learning. Highlights some of the problems of teaching-learning processes, describes the requirements for the development of teaching methods and procedures. Orientation to the practical aspects of the process of teaching students require the use of more sophisticated technologies, methods, and techniques. In accordance with strictly outlined requirements of the modern national economy, the educational system must prepare a graduate capable of future continuous self-improvement. The market accepts only capble of self-education personalities. The greatest difficulties are encountered precisely when overcoming contradictions between technology (techniques) training at various levels of the current educational system. Modernity acknowledges some threshold contact of University and educational institutions, preparing future entrants. In these circumstances, there are special requirements for preparation of future teachers of technology. Identifying the market path to combat hidden content, they implement comprehensive learning objectives. The preparation of a competitive specialist in Russia includes the professional competence of teachers, which is associated with the changing priorities of the learning process of the components of knowledge and methods of reproductive education, characteristic of an authoritarian educational model, a personaloriented, developing, cognitive-focal focus based on the principles of humanization and democratization. Such approach allows to introduce the elements of individual training, successfully building the routes for student-centered learning. Further improvement of the educational process involves qualitative development of practice-oriented aspects of the pedagogical technologies.

The article considers the specificity of the organization of mentoring activities with students involved in quasiprofessional activities. The peculiarities of polysubjective interaction of a mentor with future teachers at the stage of their entry into professional activity are described. It is noted that polysubjectivity requires orientation toward cooperation, co-creation in joint pedagogical activity at a qualitatively high level of a mentor’s professionalism. Mentoring is understood as a permanent dialogue and interpersonal communication that is aimed at professional adaptation of a young specialist. This provision serves as the basis for detailing different types of relations between an experienced university teacher and young specialists. It is concluded that the given vector of relationships in the context of polysubject interaction in preschool education will help solve the problems of successful professionalization of future teachers already on the student bench. The author proves that the cooperation based on the polysubject approach is more effective in organizing the mentor’s activities. This approach provides the development of professional competencies for future teachers and educators and their motivation for communication with children, parents and colleagues. The author suggests that the organization of mentoring activities at pedagogical university is actual for all profiles of future teacher training and not only in preschool education.
