Makarova Z.V. Psycho-physiological Problem in Contemporary Western Philosophy. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2007. Issue 11 (74). P. 72-78

The psycho-physiological problem is still the point at issue in the works on psychology and physiology of Western researchers, scientists and philosophers. During last three decades it has been discussing from different approaches, and such philosophers as Paul M. Churchland, W.Quine and others suggested their alternative solutions of the problem. T.Nigel's conception, disposed towards a materialist approach to the psycho-physiological problem, seems to be the most reasonable theory on the evidence. However more constructive solutions of the psycho-physiological problem have been claimed in philosophical science of this country (D.I.Dubrovskiy's information conception, V.V.Orlov's conception of the physiological nature of mental states and processes, B.I.Bespalov's function-and-structure approach)

The article examines main strategies of negation of pronouns and adverbs in central dialects of Selkup, on the basis of Narym, Vasjugan and Tym dialects. The negative pronouns and adverbs are formed by a marker of negation |naj| and occur in sentences with a negative predicate which manifests obligatory double negation. There can be two types of negative predicates: 1) those is formed by negative particles – |aśa| ‘NEG’, |i̬kә| ‘Neg.Imp/ Neg.Opt’ preceding the verbal predicate; 2) inherent negative predicates |ćāŋku-| ‘be absent’ |nʲetu-| ‘be absent’, |nʲetu| ‘there is no’, |čedalbɨ-| ‘not be able’. So, in this case, negative concord takes place. According to the proposed thesis, in the dialects under study, negative pronouns and adverbs were formed, with the help of the particle |naj| with emphatic semantics‘even, too’, and obtained negative sense through the Jespersen Cycle, as a case of grammaticalization process.

And one of the global tasks of the Russian state at the present stage is the protection of the rights of the child. The family and educational organizations have a big role in crime prevention. The purpose of the article is to identify the characteristic features of the legal development of children of senior preschool age. Material and methods. The methodological basis of our work was a cultural approach that allows us to consider the legal development of children of preschool age as an integral part of human culture and the dialectical method of cognition, involving a comprehensive analysis of the objects studied in their relationship, the definition of cause-effect relationships of the analyzed phenomena; general scientific: analysis, synthesis, induction, deduction, analogy and special methods of scientific knowledge: children’s poll “Children’s Rights”, individual conversation “What to do?” (G. Uruntaeva, Y. Afonkina), survey of educators, Pearson correlation coefficient. Results and discussion. The results of the experimental work showed that the majority of children under the age of five are at the middle and low levels of legal development. Children of senior preschool age do not fully possess the knowledge of rights and obligations that are not sufficiently complete and specific. Preschool children find it difficult to define the concepts of law, right, etc. The children of senior preschool age found it difficult to properly assess their actions and the actions of other people, sought help from an adult, followed the rules of behavior subject to adult control. As the results of the analysis of the experimental work showed, the majority of children of 5 years old are at an average (47 %) and low (45 %) levels of legal development and only 8 % of older preschool children have high rates. Statistically, this thesis was confirmed by a high value of the Pearson criterion correlation coefficient between the signs (criteria of legal development levels) (rs = 0,6). This was reflected in perceptions, behaviors, experiences, feelings of children, which in aggregate determine the formation of legal development. Сonclusion. Filonov N.G., Deremeshko V.A. LOGISTIZATUON OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 5 (158). P. 27-34

An important instrument of the increase of educational activity is its logistization. In the article we offer a logistic model, where an educational institution is considered as a micro-logistic system, and educational activity – as a set of various flows of useful resources, which interact, influence each other, depend upon the current market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the change of inner and outer conditions. Using the logistic approach, we bring out the research of structure of the basic element of the system – the flow of human resources. The flow is represented as a certain function, having two components: scalar W0– the concrete appearance of useful resources and vector 0 W (t,z) – the orientation of the flow in space (z) and time (t). Thus, the flow is W =W0 ⋅W0(t,z). The special attention is paid to the process of forming the human resources flow and to its providing components. We show that in an educational establishment the educational activity results the conversion of the input flow of human resources (claimers for getting some educational services) into the output flow (specialists of various levels). Besides, for stable functioning of the conversion process the educational establishment requires the following vector components: material, financial, informational, of power (energetic), of manpower (personnel) and of service. We work out the mathematical expressions, describing this process. They give us the opportunity to define the sources of expenses and to optimize the total costs in order to minimize them.

Kirillova E.N. QUANTUM EQUIVALENCE OF MASSIVE AND MASSLESS P-FORM MODELS IN CURVED D-DIMENSIONAL SPACE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 85-88

We consider massive and massless p-forms in arbitrary D-dimensional curved space-time. Quantization of these models and evaluation of effective actions have been performed. Results are presented in terms of d'Alembertians acting on p-forms. The massive theories of p-forms do not possess gauge invariance, in contrary of massless theories. The gauge invariance is restored with help of multi-step Stuckelberg procedure. Comparising effective actions of classically equivalent theories (massless quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (D-p-2)-forms, massive quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (Dp-1)-forms), we demonstrate a quantum equivalence of corresponding models. A zeta-function excluding zero modes has been used.

The ways of formation and organization of the inner world of a man may be observed at the level of spiritual contents of a man where a dialectic unity of soul and consciousness is revealed. The ways of formation and organization of the inner world of a man of a social level is actualized in a «system world». Here different forms of spirituality and non-spirituality are revealed. The historical experience shows that the carnation people is possible not only in gene engineering, but also by the social reorganization, by the souliessness of people in the capitalist society of general consumption. This very problem caused the environmental disaster of the planet. It was settled that the spirit of a man is a form of synthesis, it binds together the highest senses of the spiritual life and the consciousness of a man. It was found that one-sided development of one of the poles of the spirit leads to the formation of soulless highbrows on the one hand and senseless crowds of people living by instincts, archetypes of individual collective unconsciousness (the experience of fascism and stalinism) on the other. A man’s soul in predominant of the spiritual life of a man, being the main to determine the consciousness of a man. This constitutes the freshness of the work. The constructive role of a civil society is in its capacity for balancing the cooperation of the system world and «vital world».
