Matviyenko O.V., Ushakov V.M. The computational investigation of the impurity dispersal in the atmosphere. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2002. Issue 2 (30). P. 17-20

A combined model where the vertical impurity dis¬persal was calculated by means of a set of differential equations, such as equations of motion, turbulent dif¬fusion and heat conduction, while the horizontal dis¬persal was computed by a Gaussian model was used. The proposed model is complemented with as¬signed semi-empirical dependences for altitude varia¬tions of wind velocity, turbulent exchange coefficient, atmospheric temperature and turbulence statistics. The calculations done allowed us to estimate the pollution level for different meteorological conditions and pollu¬tion sources and provide recommendations as to how to reduce its disastrous effect on the environment.

This very problem caused the environmental disaster of the planet. It was settled that the spirit of a man is a form of synthesis, it binds together the highest senses of the spiritual life and the consciousness of a man. It was found that one-sided development of one of the poles of the spirit leads to the formation of soulless highbrows on the one hand and senseless crowds of people living by instincts, archetypes of individual collective unconsciousness (the experience of fascism and stalinism) on the other. A man’s soul in predominant of the spiritual life of a man, being the main to determine the consciousness of a man. This constitutes the freshness of the work. In such a context it is a matter of introducing a psychological component to the educational process to be aimed at optimization of foreign training at any stage of continuous education system as well as the improvement of communication teaching level. Application of up-to-date psychotechnologies in the process of foreign training seems to be within the capacity of the foreign lan¬guage teacher, as it does not require special psychothera-peutic knowledge. The present paper appears to be an ef¬fort to observe the opportunities of using neurolinguistics programming (NLP) strategics in practice of teaching the foreign languages at a non-linguistic higher educational in¬stitution which allow the teacher to reveal the students' style and apply the methods to be the most suitable for the present student or the given group. In this interpretation the NLP approach should be consid¬ered as one of the innovatory forms of educational and out-of-lecture teacher's activities within the bounds of possible spending of time, as a stimulus to the creative potential devel¬opment of students and, first of all, not as a principal method of teaching the foreign languages but as an additional technology to improve the foreign language educational process and make it more effective, easy and pleasurable for mastering.

Azuma T., Morita T., Takeuchi S. NEW STATES OF GAUGE THEORIES ON A CIRCLE. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2012. Issue 13 (128). P. 13-18

We study a one-dimensional large-N U(N) gauge theory on a circle as a toy model of higher dimensional Yang-Mills theories. We nd a new class of saddle point solutions in this theory. These solutions are characterized by the expectation values of the Polyakov loop operators, which wind the circle different times. We nd two evidences that these solutions appear as intermediate states in certain dynamical processes. One is from a numerical calculation and another is from the dual gravity. The similar solutions exist in a wide class of SU(N) and U(N) gauge theories on S1 including QCD and pure Yang-Mills theories in various dimensions if N >= 3.

Yermolenkina L.I. SPEECH REALIZATION OF THE DISCOURSE IDEOLOGY OF A NEWS RADIO STATION (THE CASE OF “ECHO OF MOSCOW”). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 10 (151). P. 145-152

The focus of the article is on the question of the discourse picture of the world of modern radio (radio station “Echo of Moscow”). The paper considers the ideological level of its axiological modeling, which is understood as a system of communicative norms, genre and theme making, and axiological attitudes within the boundaries of discourse. Meta-logical units reflected in the system of meta-linguistic and meta-discursive speech acts of journalists (hosts of analytical programs) are described as an implicit form of discourse ideology. The analysis revealed distinguishing features of the discursive communicative model of analytical segment of the radio: the synchronization of the author’s and the addressee`s positions is achieved through the communicative attitude of personal presentation of information (social issues). The discourse picture of the world is created at the intersection of external ideology of mass media discourse and internal, axiological positions of discourse agents – journalists, radio presenters. As a result, the picture of the world is reflected in a unique communicative and speech model of discourse manifested in the effects of both institutional and personal impact on the recipient.
