On the basis of analysis of archival materials, historical and pedagogical studies characterized the unique experience of foster care in Siberia during the formation of the Soviet government. There is also an analysis of public documents governing the foster care in the 20th of the XX c., and the conditions of transferring children from orphanages to foster care families; benefits that children receive at the device in a new family. The authors show that the patronage system in 20-s of the twentieth century did not bring the expected results, which have been associated with many formalities. The article may be of interest to practitioners and social workers at the organization of foster care with regard to the historical and regional peculiarities of Siberia.

The first step of the problem solving process is problem identification and problem statement. Existing problem analysis models are overspecialized. The article substantiates the approach to building a universal analysis model of a wide range of problem situations, regardless of context and subject fields. The main approaches to the problem analyzing process are mapped; key factors related to the efficiency of the problem to task transformation are identified. It is shown that the model developed on the basis of cognitive approach meets the requirements for the design of a universal problem analysis model. The hypothesis of the research is that the use of this model will allow to develop a complete orientational basis of action of problem to task transformation, regardless of context of the original problem.

Formation of primary schoolchildren’s citizenship allows to build common spiritual and moral values, primary value orientations and civil ideology. Civil education is considered as the direction of the educational activities associated with the formation of the social role of personality, its public face. Creation of the student’s experience of the social group and individual behavior of the civil nature goes through a joint analysis, solution of the group social problems, joint social action in the framework of non-recurrent separate social actions as well as long-term projects. Concept and methods of implementing social actions and projects arise and are discussed in the student community and implemented with the support and supervision of parents, class teacher, and public organizations. Preparatory work for inclusion in social planning is done with students by means of educational and extracurricular activities, educational work with parents – through thematic parent-teacher meetings, collective creative works. The results are stability of citizenship, including cognitive, emotional and behavioral components of the evaluation, the constancy of socially approved behavior patterns with a strong civil position of primary school children, the positive experience of their civil action.

Chaykovskaya S.V. TRANSFORMING POTENTIAL OF THE VERBATIVE SYNLEXES OF MODERN RUSSIAN LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2020. Issue 4 (210). P. 136-143

Introduction. The article analyzes transformative potential of the verbative synlexes – stable composite units of language, functional analogues of verbs. Material and methods. Material of research is the verbative synlexes with different grammatical components (“vesti”, “delat’/sdelat’”, “okazyvat’/okazat’”, “sovershat’/sovershit’” etc.). The source of this material is the dictionary by V.M. Deribas “Stable verb-and-noun collocations of Russian language” (1979). The author of this article detects and describes transforming potential of the verbative synlexes with the support of the texts of different styles and genres of XX–XXI centuries from Internet resource “National Corpus of the Russian language” (http://www.ruscorpora.ru) and uses descriptive method and method of contextual analysis. Results and discussion. The article detects and describes following types of transformations of the verbative synlexes: structural, semantic, syntactical and derivational. Structural transformations include ellipsis, contamination and enlargement of composition of synlex. Ellipsis and contamination are unusual phenomena which create comic effect and show. Enlargement of composition of synlex is the most common type of verbative synlexes’ transformation. There are the following determinative components: adjective, noun in a form of oblique case, combinations of words, numeral, infinitive. It’s necessary to use an adverb or comparison in structure of some synlexes. The author classifies adjectives as structural components of verbative synlexes based on the following criteria: 1) obligatory/optional; 2) unit/multiple; 3) commonly used/occasional; 4) thematic group affiliation; 5) function (concretizing, expressive and estimating, transforming). Semantic transformation is the development of figurative meanings for some synlexes genetically connected with professional sphere. Inversion is a syntactical transformation which brings to the forefront a substantive component of synlex – its notional center. Derivational type of transformation is a connection an expressive suffix to substantive component of synlex which make expressive the whole combination. Conclusion. Being originally neutral units verbative synlexes as a result of different transformations get expressive and estimating potential and characterize a process more accurately and in greater detail than verb.

The article features the findings of the study dedicated to the implementation of the agricultural metaphor in the 1910s in the adamistic verse of Vladimir Narbut and Mikhail Zenkevich. In this period, the sowing and harvest-related images appeared to be particularly topical for the poets referred to the literary school of Adamism. The image of death – sowing – became highly significant. The human body dipped into soil becomes nutritious environment and obtains the qualities of a seed, from which a new world, the heaven on earth, is to grow. For both poets, it is typical to refer to such images as “Mother Earth” and the human plant; they also focus on subduing the human being by the chthonian powers.

The peat formation is the permanent process of mire phytomass transformation to a peat. This transformation has some stages. In an initial stage new phytomass is produced, the next phase is the dying off of the living phytomass, the third stage is the dead phytomass transformation into a mire litter and the last one is a peat formation from a litter. The quantitative elemental composition of the organic matter at the different stages of this process is distinctive. We compared the elemental composition of living and dead phytomass, the litter and the peat for two mires and three Sphagnum species. The goal of this article is to reveal language formulas in the Khanty folklore on the basis of text analysis, to investigate the theory of formulas’ classification and to apply it to the described Khanty language formulas. The formulas may be considered a speech unit which is repeated in the same text or several different texts. In comparison with the fabulous formulas, the language formulas don’t depend on the folklore genre and can be found in different folklore texts. The investigation of these formulas allows obtaining the view of the language picture of the world and the archaic features of the Khanty mythology and religion preserved to the present.

The article considers the process of formation and development of schools of reading and writing according to the “Regulations on parochial schools” of 1884 and the “Rules of Literacy Schools” of 1891 on the territory of the Kurgan district (1898 – county), province of Tobolsk. Explains the reasons for this geographical localization. Presents the problems on search of school premises and means of subsistence, on the sizes and terms of payment for teachers, influence of natural factors (crop failure of 1891–1892) on functioning of schools of reading and writing. The quantitative dynamics of literacy schools is shown and the reason for its fluctuation is explained, as well as the reasons for the gradual transformation of literacy schools into parish schools in 1909. The article provides the formal and informal conditions to the candidates for teaching positions, the terms of the complications of the requirements for the selection of mentors and the specifics of their training through a 3-year secondary and two-year parish school, as well as using special test Rule 1889. Describes the characteristics of the educational process (training time, program, curriculum) and its outcome, the role of rural communities in the opening and maintaining of certificates, the role of priests as the heads of the schools of literacy, the role of the Tobolsk diocesan school Board as the management body. The subjects of educational monitoring and inspections of civil and ecclesiastical offices are listed, their evaluation and issuance of school certificates are conducted. Particular attention is paid to the tendency of increasing state expenditures on them due to the position of the chief Prosecutor of the Sv. Synod K. P. Pobedonostsev and minister of finance S. Witte.

Aim and objectives. The aim of this work is disclosure of the symbolic content of the motif and image complex of childishness in P. V. Krusanov’s novel “American hole” (2005). The objectives of the work are studying the role of the Child archetype (“Infant-Orphan”, “Divine Infant”) and the myth-folklore motifs associated with this archetype (“children in the forest”, “initiation”). Materials and research methods. The author of the article used the structural-semiotic method, the method of myth-restoration and the method of complex analysis based on the synthesis of literary theoretic, linguistic and philosophical-cultural approaches to the artistic text. Results and discussion. To express the essence of the subject of modern transition epoch, the aesthetic complex of the childishness is very relevant, because the child’s specific image means not only naturalness and imagination, but also infantilism and primitivism. In the novel “The American Hole” by P. Krusanov, the deep symbolism of the child’s image is created by play upon the Jung’s Child archetype (“Infant-Orphan”, “Divine Infant”) and the associated myth and folk motifs (“children in the forest”, “initiation”). Despite the prevailing in the text elements of the carnival, subjecting all its ideology and axiology to inversion, the mythological analysis of the plot allows us to reveal the serious meanings that constitute the author’s “message” to the reader. The plot of the transformation of reality in the game, organized by the extremely free artist Sergey Kuryokhin and the eternal boy Evgraf, cancels the idea of the inevitable elimination of childhood and childish in adult life. Conclusion. The author of the article comes to the following conclusions. Firstly, the game inversion creates in the novel by P. Krusanov axiologically ambivalent images of the modern transitional era. Secondly, the inconsistency of the image of the child becomes a means of identifying a modern person with his infantilism, on the one hand, and the cult of creativity, on the other. Thirdly, the child for the modern man continues to be a symbol of hope and spiritual enlightenment.

Introduction. The article is devoted to the consideration of ways of implementing language variability, represented at the level of phraseological subsystems of the Russian and Chinese languages. The object of the scientific description is the sphere of linguistic semantics, which receives conceptual understanding in connection with its study in the aspect of intercultural and interlanguage communication. The presence of a semantic invariant in the content of Russian and Chinese phraseological units is determined by the existence of general tendencies of sense formation and the action of universal laws of development of any national language. Semantic variants arise due to the peculiarity of national linguistic cultures as a result of the combined action of a number of extralinguistic and linguistic factors. Aim and objectives. The aim of the study is to study the functional manifestations of the theory of variation at the phraseological level of the Russian and Chinese languages in the aspect of comparative linguocultural interpretation. Material and methods. 54 phraseological units operating in modern Russian and Chinese languages, selected because of a continuous selection from lexicographic sources, were used as units of analysis. The main one is the comparative linguoculturological research method. Results and discussion. The starting point of the study was the thesis that phraseological units have not only linguistic, speech, but also linguocultural and linguocognitive status. In the meaning of most Russian phraseological units there is a pronounced national-cultural component of meaning. Taking this factor into account, general (invariant) and private (variative, characteristic for a particular linguistic culture) semantic components in the semantics of phraseological units that make up correlation semantic pairs (equivalent, non-equivalent, incompletely equivalent) are identified. In equivalent paired phraseological units, the core of semantics is the semantic invariant, nonequivalent ones are dominated by variable semantic attributes, incompletely equivalent are transitional types. Conclusion. Comparative linguistic and cultural studies make a significant contribution to the study of various linguistic concepts, including the theory of language variability, semantic interpretation, translation, on the basis of which it is concluded that they are extremely relevant for the modern scientific paradigm.

Proceeding from the data about the balneopeloidotherapy loading for the patients with joints deseases accompanied by the cardiovascular pathology the influence of the latter on the general adaptation reactions, autonomic nervous and cardiovascular system, the course of main desease at 75 patients has been studied. Special features distinguishing this health resorts have been revealed: positive treatment effect on the patients with the joints deseases with the 11 stage hypertonic disease, rising of the haemoglobin level at its initial low values. Contra - indications for the «Ch-eder» health resort - arterial hypotension - have been achieved.

Surnina L.E. I. A. KURATOV’S POETICS: TO THE QUESTION OF POLYSUBJECTIVITY OF THE POET’S LYRICS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 7 (184). P. 140-143

The article presents the results of I. A. Kuratov’s lyrics analysis through the prism of its subject structure. The analysis found that the lyric poet is multy subject system containing various subjective forms of the author’s consciousness expressions: the actual author, lyrical hero, the author-narrator, the hero «role» of the lyrics. Kuratov’s lyrical system is oriented towards the samples of realistic Russian and world lyricism, which has already mastered polysubject forms by the 19th century. Development by the poet of different forms of expression of author’s consciousness is connected with extension of the thematic contents of poetry. An analysis of poetic material made it possible to reveal the unconditional connection between the choice of the forms of expression of the author’s consciousness and the semantic aspect of Kuratov’s works. However polysubjectivity is characteristic of certain verses by Kuratov, which creates a poetic polyphony, and expand the functions of direct speech. Studying poetic works of Komi poet through the prism of their subjective system makes it possible to reveal not only the immanent features of Kuratov’s lyricism, but also to present the place and role of I. Kuratov in the development of the subject sphere and the poetic system of the lyrics of komi of the 1850s-1870s.
