| 5464 | Phytonims of Russian, English and Czech are examined in motivological and comparative aspect in order to define specific character of two sides of their semantics. The object of the research is an inside word form of metaphor character. Motivological level of language research is a favourable ground for analysis of national specific of language because the nature of motivated word itself is mainly connected with language conscience of speakers. Names of plants are directly connected with object and cognitive speakers’ activity and also with social and cultural originality of language community’s life and its ethnographic peculiarities. | 5466 | The topic of tourism development in Russian regions is very relevant today, since it is related to regional economy development. Hence, problems and prospects of the tourism industry development more and more attract researchers’ and public attention. The article revealed the problems of mass tourism formation in Western and Eastern Siberia regions through exposing forms and directions of tourism industry development in those regions in 1960s–1970s. The problem of tourism in certain Siberian regions is considered by the researches in their works, some aspects of tourism development in Siberian regions are touched on many conferences, devoted to the problems of tourism development in various Russian regions. This gives the right to claim that the aspect of reconstructing forms and directions of regional tourism development in Siberia is discovered insufficiently. Therefore, the author addresses primary sources, namely, archive documentation. The main base draws up previously unpublished archival sources. Materials of the State Archive Fund of Novosibirsk and Kemerovo oblasts contain information about the volume of transportation showing mass tourism development in the given period. Materials from the Russian Federation State Archive contain statistical data on travel volumes and the number of tourists in the analyzed period. Experience in the tourism industry development in Siberian region would help to reveal the preconditions and to present the trend of mass tourism development in the country during this period. The change to a five-day working week with 2 days off prompted the demand for recreation, which was increasing among the soviet population. Along with the expansion of organized tourist trips, the mass initiative tourist movement was getting the increasing popularity. The different forms of initiative tourism worked: trips “Auto stop”, alpinist tours, walking local and regional tours, week-end trips, etc. By the end of the 1960s, tourism was converted into a single-union system demanding comprehensive centralized management with material and technical base, established only on the basis of a unified system approach. Central Tourism Department put the plans that have been successfully carried out by regional councils on tourism, implementing the decisions of the Central Committee of the Party and the decisions of the Soviet Government. The effective management of administrative practices on the one hand stimulated the mass tourism and excursion industry development, but on the other hand hindered its effective control in the regions. | 5467 | Introduction. The current paper is dedicated to studying one of the 4 discursive strategies of legitimation identified by discourse analyst T. van Leeuwen, mythopoesis. The aim of the study is to reveal specific features of realization of legitimation discursive strategies and to interpret the results in the context of nature of education policy in Japan. Material and methods. The focus of our study is Japanese modern educational system and textbooks of the Course of Moral Education for elementary and secondary schools provided by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology of Japan, MEXT. In order to uncover the legitimation strategies in the Course of Moral Education we used the method of discourse analysis and also the critical discourse analysis. Moreover, the method of content analysis and cultural linguistics method are also used. Results and discussion. All the sub-strategies of mythopoesis that was identified by T. van Leeuwen are found in textbooks. Moral tale demonstrates how protagonist achieves success relying on perseverance and diligence, which are in directly linked to the Japanese value gambari. Another story which refers to the inversion is also addresses to this value. Inversion is achieved by endowing the animals from the forest with the qualities of real social actors. The cautionary tale, in contrast, illustrates how the protagonist’s willfulness and unwillingness to obey social principles lead to his exclusion from the society. The symbolization story is an allusion of Japanese society itself with its laws and traditions. Conclusion. The analysis allows to identify the main areas of Japanese pedagogy, as well as to identify the values that are transmitted to the Japanese younger generation through pedagogical discourse. Although Japanese education is modelled after the Western countries’ system, it is still in close connection with moral standards which were the main construct of Japanese society from old centuries. | 5473 | Itroduction. The correct usage of grammatical government in Russian sometimes encounters difficulties, on the other hand, due to the structural differences in grammatical ways of expressing government in both Russian and Persian languages and moreover, the absence of a case category in Persian, the topic of the article acquires special relevance for teaching Russian and Persian languages. The topic of government in the Russian language has been researched a lot and many books and articles have been written on this topic, but in the Persian language. Linguists did not pay much attention to this topic, only at the level of dissertations and articles, not a large number of works have been written by linguists with knowledge of the Russian language. The aim of the study is to analyze the errors associated with the use of government in Russian and compare them with the Persian language. Material and methods. In this article, using the method of comparative linguistics, common mistakes are considered when using government in Russian language, after which the results are additionally analyzed and compared with the Persian language, and as a result, the similarities and differences in grammatical ways of expressing government between the Russian and Persian languages will be revealed. The material of this article is grammar guides in both languages and specialized books and articles on the topic of government, especially in Russian. The objectives of this study are to increase the understanding of government among students in two languages, familiarize themselves with the mistakes in connection with the use of government in Russian and their comparison with the Persian language. Results and discussion. The results of the article can be helpful for students of both named languages, who, firstly, due to the lack of research on this topic, especially on government in Persian, cannot compare the ways of expressing government in a foreign language with their native language and, as a result, suffer from an incomplete concept of this topic and secondly, due to the lack of familiarization with common mistakes when using government, they are often mistaken in their application. Conclusions are drawn about different theories on the definition of the term “government” as a grammatical term in the field of linguistics. Not all linguists in Russian accept all existing generally accepted definitions of government. Researchers of the Persian language also pay attention to government in the Persian language, although some, such as L. S. Peisikov, completely deny the existence of government, but this study confirms that the grammatical meaning of government cannot be abandoned. | 5474 | This paper focuses on describing the approaches of linguistic nationology and linguistic culturology in the study of geography. The purpose of this study is to reveal some characteristics of linguistic nationology and linguistic culturology in the study of geography. The language country approach allows for an understanding of the linguistic features of a particular country or region, taking into account historical, sociocultural and political factors. The main tasks of national language research include studying the differences of language structure, vocabulary, grammar and pronunciation in different regions, studying dialects, national variants of languages and the characteristics of language workshops and exchanges. This approach contributes to a better understanding of the cultural identity, identity and habits of a people and their integration with the language. The linguistic and cultural approach in the study of language countries aims to study the relationship between language and culture and national mentality, which involves analyzing the expression forms of language and culture and the interaction between language and cultural values in language users’ speech and mentality. This approach allows for a better understanding of the lifestyles, values, world views, traditions and customs of different language communities. The combination of linguistic nationology and linguistic culturology enables people to have a comprehensive understanding of the language and culture of a certain region. This method is an important tool for scholars, teachers and all those interested in studying the languages and cultures of different peoples. It promotes better mutual understanding and the development of cross-cultural ability. This paper introduces the basic ways to study regional problems. This paper reviews the basic problems involved in the formation and development of linguistic regionalism as an interdisciplinary subject. It reveals the basic similarities and differences between the concepts of “linguistic geography” and “linguistic geography”. This paper expounds the significance of language nationology and language culturology to the study of regionalism. | 5478 | Introduction. There is an increase in scientific and practical interest in the use of case technology in the methodical teachers’ training, including teachers of foreign languages (FL). Despite the existence of separate scientific studies on the use of case technology in this training, it is not widely used. Separate methodological cases contained in scientific papers are not sufficiently expedient for implementation and insufficiently successful in terms of wording. The purpose is to clarify the specifics of case technology in pedagogical theory and educational practice, to summarize the main provisions for the development and application of cases in the methodical training of FL teachers and the problems that students face when solving them. Material and methods. The following methods were used: analysis of scientific and educational literature; observation; generalization; case solving. The material of the study was pedagogical cases and methodical cases. Results and discussion. The article characterizes case technology in teachers’ education and methodical training. The provisions on the development and application of cases in the methodical training of FL teachers are summarized; examples of less and more successful case formulations for methodological training of foreign language teachers, as well as author’s cases are given; the problems of the implementation of case technology in the methodical training of teachers of FL are indicated. Conclusion. Today, the study of design and development of collections of cases for the named training is relevant, taking into account the identified problems and scientifically based provisions for their development and application, the potential for developing the methodical competence of future FL teachers. Both colliding objects are treated dynamically and the branon excitation of the domain wall is taken into account. The energy balance in this process is non-trivial since the interaction force does not fall with distance and the particle and the domain wall are never free. We show that contribution of the gravitational stresses effectively localizes on the particle and the wall world-volumes and gives rise to the relativistic potential energies of each object in the gravitational field of the partner. The contribution of the branons to the energy of the domain wall in the lowest order in gravitational constant is shown to be zero. | 5489 | This article contains critical analysis of Alexander Bogdanov’s scientific theories’ and political positions’ interpretation formulated by I. M. Velm and V. V. Alekseev in historical monography called “Stalinism”. Methodological and source-studying aspects of Velm's and Alekseev's views are considered in a context of world and Russian political mind of XXth century. Yu.V.Kupert and A. V. Lutsenko made analysis of extremely versatile proofs’ base which offered by I. M. Velm and V. V. Alekseev for acknowledgement of their research basic hypothesis about genetic relations between “social-organized experience (SOE) concept” with Alexander Bogdanov’s scientific and political views, on the one hand, and social and political practice of Stalin’s Soviet Union, on the other hand. I. M. Velm and V. V. Alekseev are thinking that the “SOE concept” is concentrating Bogdanov’s political philosophy and practice. This concept is based on the idea of allocation the special figure of personal organizer from the society. Organizer concentrates in his hands the power over all parties and branches of social life, including ideology. Velm and Alekseev are writing that organizer’s role in Soviet history was taken by Stalin whose political practice is presented in critically-publicistic style. The given feature of the sights statement of I. M. Velm and V. V. Alekseev is estimated by Yu.V.Kupert and A. V. Lutsenko from the scientific research methodology point of view and also from the source study analysis quality point of view. For this reason the special attention in the article is directed at the specific “additional sence method” used by I. M. Velm and V. V. Alekseev for original interpretation of Bogdanov’s views. Russian Marxist scientist and revolutionary is shown by Velm and Alekseev as “dark hero” who made for Stalin the totalitarian ideology on “SOE concept” base and who worked very hard for introducing this ideology into Soviet society life. For acknowledgement of this thesis I. M. Velm and V. V. Alekseev are broadly interpreting the involved materials (Bogdanov's texts, their critical analysis in works of V. I.
