Volkova T.F. TRAINING OF CHINESE STUDENTS IN PHYSICS AND TECHNICAL SPECIALTY TO PERCEPTION OF THE AUTHENTIC RUSSIAN LANGUAGE SPECIAL MATERIAL. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 4 (157). P. 66-69

The article describes the specifics of training of Chinese students of physical and technical profile to the perception of authentic material in the specialty using training innovative manuals. Tackling language material for the manual was due to educational and professional activities of students, peculiarities of the technical communication. The sequence of presentation from the word to the text reflects the understanding of authentic material from “recognition” of the words (phrases, cliches) to its context use and independent use in speech and in the production of secondary texts (written and oral). This logic of the material is motivated primarily by the features of teaching chinese-speaking students to a foreign language (Russian). As a result, the complex of tasks focused on the development and improvement of all types of speech activity in the field of professional communication is presented.

The modern stage of modernization of Russian education is characterized as socio-cultural and is understood as a correlate of two trends – globalization and regionalization. The author compares the evaluation the effectiveness of the past decade’s reforms, given by the rural teachers, and reveals that the modernization of education in rural areas has not met their expectations according to the basic parameters of reforming. It is concluded that a negative evaluation is caused, in particular, by the fact that rural pedagogical community does not take an active role in the reform.

Churkin M.K. Legal Ideas of the Native Residents and Settlers of Siberia and their Embodiment in Land-relation in the Period after the Reform (1861-1914). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 5 (37). P. 96-98

The issues of legal culture and legal ideas of the peasantry population of Russia in the process of agra¬rian colonization of the regions behind the Urals are analyzed in the article. M.K. Churkin, generally ac¬cepting the thesis of the predominant role of the re¬gular legal grounds in the mentality of peasants, still believes that the measures taken in the post-refor¬mation period couldn't help influencing legal mentali¬ty of the peasants of European Russia. New ideas of law predominance in the social and economical life (mainly in agriculture) were transferred by the Rus¬sian settlers in 70* - 90th of the 19th century and at the beginning of 20th century to the colonized regions of Siberia. At the same time the legal ideas of the peasants - settlers and native residents of Siberia (whose mentality was formed in the condition of state remoteness and land expanse) often differed greatly which caused the land conflicts.

Orlova O.V., Wang Y. Network diaspora discourse: definition of the concept. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 1 (231). P. 7-14

The article is of review-theoretical nature and contains an analysis of the works of linguists and representatives of other branches of humanitarian knowledge, who have contributed to the development of the problems of language and linguistic existence of personality, first – in the new digital space, and second – outside the metropolis in the field of strong influence of other linguocultures. The aim of this paper is to formulate a definition that most relevantly characterizes the current state of such an object of contemporary discursive research as network diaspora discourse. In the section «Network discourse: approaches to research» against the background of related terms and concepts the choice of the term network discourse is justified, its broad and narrow understanding is described. The narrow understanding of the term is characteristic of the discursive approach to the analysis of speech communication with the emphasis on the following characteristics: realization in social networks, informal communication of users united by a common interest, the possibility of free access to it. In the section “Network discourse of diaspora communities” the formation and maintenance of the network collective identity is outlined as one of the priority missions of any Internet community, such phenomenon of modern reality as digital diasporas is defined, and the modern Russian-speaking digital diaspora is presented as a network community united by the Russian language and the collective task of sociocultural adaptation in a new country. Network diaspora discourse is a special kind of texts of network communication of representatives of diaspora communities, immersed in the situation of reception and interpretation of various aspects of foreign reality. Diaspora network discourse always has a specific linguistic embodiment (Russian-speaking, French-speaking, etc.) and can be presented both as a universalia in the form of network speech interaction of the global community of speakers outside the metropolis, and as a set of local variants-uniques in the form of network s peech interaction of diaspora communities of specific countries and regions.

Chizhov N.S. Dialogue in the book by Y. Vella “Talk to me...”: ethnocultural identity and value basis. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2024. Issue 3 (233). P. 131-140

The study was carried out on the material of the poetic and prose texts of Yu. Vella (1948–2013), included in his fourth book “Talk to me...”. The dialogical intention is indicated in the title of the book, addressed to the Nenets student and the one who “would like to listen to the Nenets soul.” The structural features of the dialogical situation in the book “Talk to me...” are determined by the traditionalist type of artistic consciousness of the Nenets master of words, for whom the values of significance are, firstly, rootedness in the national cultural tradition, secondly, involvement in the process of ethno-confessional continuity, thirdly, a mythopoetic picture of the world and awareness of the harmony of existence in unity with the spiritualized natural world. The dialogue in the book is modeled by the poet in three interrelated areas: intercultural interaction in Russian, Nenets and French; aesthetic communication between the author and the reader (Nenets student, young reindeer herder, etc.) and intra-textual events in the form of friendly communication between the owner and the guests at the chuval, or the reindeer herder guessing riddles (“My riddles (riddles from Tatva)”), or the lyrical hero’s instructions to someone who is ready to open up to world in order to experience spiritual transformation on Nenets land (“Swan Hunt (dialogues)”). Yu. Vella, as a social and cultural leader of the Nenets of Western Siberia, felt responsible not only for the fate of his small people, but also for the lives of people caught in the zone of interethnic conflicts. Yu. Vella, as a social and cultural leader of the Nenets of Western Siberia, felt responsible not only for the fate of his small people, but also for the lives of people caught in the zone of interethnic conflicts. The poem “Swan Hunt (dialogues)” and the poems “The Highest Value” and “The Golden Fleece” are dedicated to the latter. The architectonics of the experience “The Highest Form of Harmony” expresses the idea that dialogue between people of different nationalities and religions is possible if we return to the direct (“childish”) perception of the world, which allows us to restore the value connection of a person with the natural Cosmos surrounding him. In conclusion, the mechanisms of interaction of ethnocultural components in texts under the general title “Talk to me (the story of one translation)” are considered from the point of view of the poet’s bilingual representation of the same work, reflected by the author in the commentary to his translation.

Yurchenkova E.Y. ON THE ETHNOCULTURAL BACKGROUND OF THE PLANT NAMES MOTIVATED BY THEIR HABITAT (BASED ON RUSSIAN AND GERMAN DATA). Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2016. Issue 11 (176). P. 95-100

The article deals with the plant names motivated by their habitat. The study relies on regional and common names that belong to Russian and German traditional nomenclatures of plants and derive from animal names by a metonymic transfer. The author reveals common and particular bases of such transfer. First of all, the transfer may take place in both Russian and German if habitat of a plant concurs with habitat of an animal. Such correlation implies seven coincident habitats. Five of them are common in Russian and German. They are 1) woods, 2) fields and meadows, 3) waters, 4) marshes and 5) shadow places. The one habitat specific in Russian is steppe; the one specific in German is rocks and mountains. The other common bases of metonymic transfer are ‘habitat of a plant concurs with shelter of an animal, and concurs with a place animal usually prefers to stay or visit. To the specific German bases belong the following two: habitat of a plant concurs with pasture of an animal; and habitat of a plant concurs with a place for animal to breed. Another aim of the article is to show how important the ethnocultural background is for plants’ nomination. Common symbolism in Russian and German ethnocultures have such animals and birds like wolf, bear, deer, hare, snake, frog, toad, duck, swan and crane. That is the reason plants with similar habitat have similar names in both languages. Different ethnocultural meaning have elk, woodpecker, raven, crow and magpie (in Russian); as well as chamois, fox, cuckoo, stork, swine, cow, sheep and goat (in German).

Keywords: nomination, habitat, metonymic transfer, plant name, animal name, ethnoculture, the traditional nomenclature of plants

Timoshkin A.V. Dark energy with special form inhomogeneous equation of state. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2011. Issue 8 (110). P. 20-23

The four-dimensional flat Friedman universe filled with ideal fluid with a nonlinear inhomogeneous equation of state depending on time is considered. The equations of motion are solved. It is shown that in some cases there appears a quasi-periodical universe. On the other hand, such dark fluid models may also describe quintessence-like cosmic acceleration. The appearance of future singularities resulting from various choices for the input parameters is discussed.

Osetrin K.E., Makarenko A.N., Rybalov J.A. ACCELERATION AND DECELERATION IN COSMOLOGY WITH SPINOR AND SCALAR FIELDS NON-MINIMALLY COUPLED TO F(R) GRAVITY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2014. Issue 12 (153). P. 208-212

The solution to the current extending Universe problem, and the description of all stages of evolution compels scientists to consider various cosmological models. We combine two different approaches to the description of dark energy: modified gravity theory and introduction of the additional fields. We investigate the accelerating and decelerating cosmological models with non-linear spinor fields and non-minimal interaction of gravity with a scalar field. Scalar - tensor models are rather simple and also allow us to clearly define the separate stages of evolution. We explained the role of scalar and spinor potentials for emergence of accelerating or decelerating cosmology.

Pronina A.N., Emelyanova I.D. THE INTERRELATION OF FOSTER PARENTS’ COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE AND THE SOCIALIZATION OF PRESCHOOL AGED CHILDREN ENROLLED IN A FAMILY. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 12 (189). P. 162-168

There is a speculation on the relationship of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children in substitute (foster) families. Comparative analysis of indicators of communicative competence of foster parents and socialization of children of preschool age allowed to determine their direct relationship. Identified in foster family high level of communication in different spheres (life, cognition, social world, inner world of a child) corresponds to the high level of socialization of preschool children enrolled in a family. The results of diagnosis of foster parents, demonstrating the restriction of communication on the topics of social orientation or the lack of it on any of the scales correspond to the results of characterizing the low level of formation of the structural components of socialization of children. Foster parents who have restricted the content of communication on the topics of social orientation, will not be able to give children complete, specific knowledge and skills of social orientation. The conducted diagnostic study confirms the crucial importance for the socialization of children in foster family communicative competence of parents. It is also an important condition for the correction of existing shortcomings of the communicative activities of children in a foster family. The obtained results of the diagnostic study suggest the need for correction of the behaviour of many parents in relation to their foster children.

Gholi-zadeh R., Hosseini A. THE ROLE OF PSYCHOLINGUISTICS IN TEACHING RUSSIAN AT IRANIAN UNIVERSITIES. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 8 (197). P. 98-101

The current state of humanitarian science, on the one hand, and the objective conditions of the changed world, on the other hand, inevitably require a new comprehension of problems, both long-known and actual for the new era. And therefore, it is by no means a coincidence that there is a surge of interest in such young scientific fields as psycholinguistics and linguoculturology. The role of psycholinguistics in the study of RFL in the absence of a language environment is considered in the article. It emphasizes the importance of possession, along with the fundamental foundations of the Russian language and the science of it, psychological features and communicative culture of native speakers of the Russian language. Based on a comparative analysis of the facts of the Iranian and Russian linguocultures, examples are given of accounting for psycholinguistic factors in the teaching of the Russian language to Iranian students. Considering the fact that psycholinguistics is a relatively young science, however, it has firmly won the scientific space not only because of its interdisciplinarity, but also the novelty of approaches and, most importantly, the effectiveness of research. Psycholinguistics is the core of the anthropocentric trend in linguistics. While the object of research is a linguistic person – the general discipline of different disciplines that make up anthropological linguistics, each science has its own subject of study. The subject of psycholinguistics is linguistic personality, considered in the individual psychological aspect. Questions that are solved in psycholinguistics, are of pivotal importance for the methodology of teaching foreign languages. Successful mastery of a foreign language is its practical mastery.

The article deals with comparative ethnolinguistic analysis of the Russian and German berries names that derive from animal names. The study bases on more than 400 dialectal names of 25 botanic genuses. The study relies on exposure and comparison of phytonyms nominational features and motivations. The analysis revealed a number of universal nominational features that are common in Russian and German. These are such features as “plant injuriousness (toxicity)”, “plant’s locus”, “eating of berries by animals”, “berries inedibility for the human”, “plant “falsity” (within phytonymic oppositions), “plant habitus and characteristics” and “household use of plant”. There was also identified one unique nominational feature “smell (taste) of plant” in German. The most frequent of zoonyms, reflecting the listed nominational features, are волк ‘wolf’, медведь ‘bear’, собака ‘dog’, ворон (а) ‘raven (crow)’ and сорока ‘magpie’ in Russian as well as Wolf ‘wolf’, Hund ‘dog’, Sau ‘swine’, Geiß ‘goat’, Schlange ‘snake’, Kröte ‘toad’ and Vogel ‘bird’ in German. Cherkashina E.I. PROSPECTS OF TEACHING FRENCH IN THE INFORMATION TO CONCEPTUAL AGE TRANSITION PERIOD. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 10 (163). P. 109-113

As a result of the transition to a new social and economic model the modern society faces the necessity to reconsider the idea of the right hemisphere functions and change the approach to life. The skills that led the life in the information age remain necessary, but they alone are no longer sufficient for personal self-realization in the new conceptual age. The emphasis on the abilities of the right hemisphere can contribute to solving urgent problems in the system of higher education. For example, a complex linking of lingvo-didactic components makes the teachers of foreign language take into consideration the results of the research in the field of functional interhemispheric asymmetry of the brain. The knowledge of the dominant hemisphere cerebration peculiarities for the students of technical specializations (engineering physicists) let us model a lingvo-educational process in a non-linguistic university. We believe our aim is to draw attention of foreign language teachers to a specific approach to organizing a foreign language teaching process for this category of students.

Aleksandrov E.L. MODEL OF THE DEVELOPING EDUCATIONAL ENVIRONMENT AS THE CONDITION OF PUPILS’ IDENTITY FORMATION: CONTRIBUTION OF KALUGA TEACHERS-INNOVATORS. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2019. Issue 8 (205). P. 48-54

Introduction. The relevance of the subject is proved by priorities of the development of modern education getting a special role in training and education of the studying youth. Introduction of the renewed educational standards in educational process promotes qualitative change of model of the educational environment, giving it a developing effect, first of all because under the conditions of comprehensive and natural influence of this environment, a productive solution to certain problems of the individual’s development is possible. The purpose of the study is to identify the essence and role of the model of a developing educational environment as an interactive space that contributes to the achievement of personal and social maturity of students. Material and methods. As theoretical justification of the studied problem served the approved pedagogical systems – prototype of modern models of the educational circle of the Kaluga teachers and scientists who stated the innovative ideas concerning the organization and didactic maintenance of educational process, integration of training and labor education, a game as an apprenticeship socialization factor. The main methods of a research were retrospective and the content analysis, modeling of innovative pedagogical systems. Results and discussion. Interpretations of concepts proposed by Kaluga innovators are given: “pedagogy of the environment”, “full-time school”, which represents the conceptual creation of an educational space based on the principles of an open school. It is noted that process of assimilation of knowledge, as well as ways of its achievement by students, entirely depends on professionalism of the teacher, ability to create the developing training environment with its components – active training, formation of the steady educational cognitive interest of the young personality motivating it to continuous self-development. Much attention is paid to the education of labor skills among students; labor becomes the most important factor in acquiring the valuable and active meaning of life. Conclusion. The conclusion concerning a wide range of possibilities of the developing educational environment optimizing teaching and educational process in educational institutions is drawn. It has been established that with all the variability of the models of the developing educational environment, the optimal one is where a high-quality educational process, a positive emotional climate, and, as a result, self-development and self-improvement of the student’s personality are provided.

Shulgina E.M., Savitskaya I.S., Zhitkova E.V. Conditions for building of language environment in higher educational institutions for nonlinguistic students’ intercultural and professional development. Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2023. Issue 2 (226). P. 70-76

The purpose of the paper is to consider the key trends of the society transformation into a digital environment and the current conditions that the contemporary reality dictates. The contemporary environment determines the organizational changes within a modern university by searching for new mechanisms and methods for educational process managing when teaching a foreign language to non-linguistic students with an enhanced professional component that can promote forming a new infrastructure and consequently a new language environment via professional interpersonal communication. The research ambition is to explore the conditions for the formation and development of a new infrastructure within a multicultural educational environment; how this educational environment responds to newly emerging challenges and what makes us rethink the paradigm of the existing educational language environment in the university. Therefore, it follows that the concept of creating a new favorable intercultural educational environment is important for modern universities, particularly in a multilingual and multicultural university environment. The main task for finding mechanisms to manage the process of teaching a foreign language in a modern university is their subsequent transformation and, as a result, the formation and development of a new special language environment, which can be formed under specially created conditions in order to increase the efficiency, reliability and quality of professional education. Moreover, the formation of a language environment within the university context in the process of teaching a professional foreign language to non-linguistic students on a new basis allows us to change the logic of learning processes. It makes us to move to new forms of learning, including online learning, based on the introduction of digital technologies, taking into account personal and professional development and interdisciplinary features. In the paper, the authors propose to consider the conditions for the development of a favorable educational environment within the concept of “Big University”, where the key element is the linguodidactic urban environment with active language practice. There is an assumption that the digital transformation, taking place in education as part of a change in the philosophy of foreign language teaching will somehow increase the professional component of students, including their skills and abilities, due to accessibility with the help of the use of professional interpersonal communication within a foreign language urban environment. The paper provides a number of examples of successful projects that encourage attracting both domestic experts, including the current faculty, and foreign professors as well as students of bachelor’s, master’s, and postgraduate degrees.
