The paper presents experimental data on the methane emissions from West Siberian middle taiga oligotrophic hollows. Studied fluxes vary considerably from –0.08 to 58 mgС·m–2·h–1 (median is 2.76 mgС·m–2·h–1). Received data are consolidated in the scope of «standard model» Bc8 conception of methane emission. The model contains medians of CH4 flux distributions on seven different microlandscape types depending on their area and duration of methane emission in the respective zones. The total flux from the middle taiga oligotrophic hollows is 0.37 TgC or approximately 70 % of CH4 total flux from middle taiga mires. Version Bc8 of this model estimates the value of yearly CH4 emission from mires of whole Western Siberia as 2.93 TgC·yr–1 that accounts for around 2.4 % of the total mire methane emission.

In all areas, the study found two types of malarial mosquito Anopheles messeae and A. beklemishevi. Is dominant everywhere A. messeae. Scope of A. beklemishevi first documented in the basin. Angara, 500 km to the east than observed to date. By latitudinal trans-sect from west to east in the populations of A. messeae identified two alternative trends: the decline in the diversity of options on the sex chromosome and increase the frequency diversity on both shoulders third autosomes.

Introduction. The hagiographic tradition is explored in “The Life of the Great Sinner” and in the novel “The Brothers Karamazov” by F. M. Dostoevsky. Materials and research methods. The material of the study are the artistic, journalistic and documentary texts of F. M. Dostoevsky. The work uses the cultural-historical, comparative, structural, typological, biographical methods, as well as the method of conceptual analysis. Results and discussion. The focus of researchers is on the implementation of life traditions in the works under study at the level of the structure and ideological plans of the works, for example, the life orientation of the narrator, the system of characters. All available research trajectories are usually directed to work inside artistic texts and demonstrate a receptive literary review of the stated problems, or have an interpretation of Christian motifs and images. Conclusion. A holistic study of hagiographic tradition in the work of F. M. Dostoevsky on the material of the novel “The Brothers Karamazov” and “The Life of the Great Sinner” can be implemented by applying a set of approaches to the study: historical, cultural, biographical. It is also necessary to use the axiological approach in the analysis of the literary texts of the writer, in journalism, ego-documents of Dostoevsky himself, and his close circle. An appropriate structure of the materials under study should be built with the rationale for their involvement. In this direction, the study of the author’s ideology, understanding of the author’s worldview and features of his consciousness, as well as the study of the environment of historical reality and its influence on the writer, which will bring new insights into the problem of studying hagiographic tradition in literary analysis.

This article considers the problem of various conflicts, arising out of contradictions, having various psychological origins. The author distinguishes three main groups of such conflicts: the intrapersonal, interpersonal and intergroup ones. Two main strategies applied in the process of conflict solution are analyzed: «the evening-out strategy* and «the provocation strategy ». Both cannot be recognized as flexible enough and universal, since, as з rule, they are based on certain social and psychological prejudices and stereotypes. The experimental part of the research is aimed at discovering gender distinctions in the social and psychological preferences and stereotypes, concerning the notions of masculinity and femininity, characteristic of students of a pedagogical university. The obtained data show that in the examined sample group the ideology of masculinity is presented by more traditional, typical and rigid notions, while the characteristic of femininity differs much, being more polyhedral, differentiated and dynamic. Probably, changes in the feminine gender stereotype agree with the dynamics of the social and economic changes in Russia more than changes in the masculine one. This can be considered as one of the reasons for men to be characterized by a lower level of social adaptation.

In the article deals with the problem of development of the value orientations of primary school students. The article touches upon the problem of verbal representation of “civilization/barbarism” dichotomy in political discourse. The research aims at exploring conceptual metaphors and metonymies verbalizing the concepts which model the development of civilizations of Great Britain and the USA during the period of the First and the Second world wars. The research is based on P. Buchanan’s “Churchill, Hitler, and the Unnecessary War”. The methods employed include component, definition and conceptual types of analysis, metaphor modelling and critical discourse analysis. Complex analysis consisting of metaphor modelling, conceptual, definition and component types of analysis presents the following results: metaphor models (Civilization as Personality, Civilization as Expansivity, Civilization as Self-control, Barbarism as Degradation) verbalize the concepts of “civilization” and “barbarism” in a certain cultural-historic context. The identification of concomitant metaphors and metonymies (Great Britain as Cow, Great Britain as Great Lady, Great Britain as Debtor, Great Britain as Slattern the USA as Sheriff, Dresden etc.) verifies the data obtained. Moreover, the investigation explores the role of metonymy Great Britain is the USA as motivator for dynamic processes in discourse. The method of critical discourse analysis which considers discourse as a phenomenon constituting social practice establishes connections between discursive practice and historic events.

The article examines an experience of classical Russian literature interpretations in Italian cinema. The analysis is carried out in several directions. The chronological vector suggests an interest in Russian literature from a historical perspective, beginning with the 40s of the XX century. In these years, Italian cinema became a cultural phenomenon subject to censorship – using Russian literature in films was a way whereby productions could avoid censorship. We can assume that film adaptations of Russian literature had a significant impact upon Italian cinema of the time. Writers such as Dostoevsky, Pushkin, Tolstoy, Chekhov, Gogol, Bulgakov became very popular after WWII. The Paper aims at providing an overview of Italian cinema based on Russian literature, whereas the question of «success» or «failure» of film adaptations under consideration shall be left open.

In the conditions of dynamically developing modern society, the training of specialists who have a set of qualities facilitating their professional socialization is becoming increasingly important. The solution of this problem is promoted by the formation of the innovative educational space of the university with the wide application of active didactic methods. The purposeful using of active technologies in the course of training sessions changes the nature of «subject-subject» relations: the teacher’s authoritarianism is a thing of the past, the student is motivated to develop professional competencies. An analysis of the works of Western European and American academic pedagogues makes it possible to establish that the statement of the competence approach within the humanitarian paradigm of education means in practice the implementation of innovative models of training in higher education. The use of such models in an academic environment provides a transition from teaching in the form of ready-made answers to the teaching of problem-search character. Some interactive techniques for conducting lecture classes are interesting for consideration: classroom response system, «inverted training». The experience on strengthening of interaction of participants of educational process in seminars is instructive. It includes the method of «numbered heads working together» based on the principles of cooperative learning as well as the technology of case study and brainwriting. It was concluded that the introduction of interactive technologies contributes to the intensification of the educational process, the formation of professional skills and the abilities ensuring the success of self-realization of student youth.

The article deals with effectiveness of using non-traditional means within the third hour of physical education in schools, actualizes the need of searching and using new means previously not used, especially the means of parkour with the aim of correction of motivation of schoolchildren to physical education, especially in teenage period. In this period, there are significant changes in the emotional and volitional sphere of schoolchildren. Parkour allows them to be bold and at the same time to express themselves. A well-organized learning process allows to implement these internal requirements while minimizing possible risks. The authors described experimental method of application of means of parkour, and the results of its implementation in the educational process. Presented and described changes in motivation indices, indicators of physical fitness, as well as changes in the motivational structure of the schoolchildren who participated in the experiment. Based on the results of the study were made the conclusions about the advisability of continuing the use of means of parkour at the lessons of physical education. Since the theme of the use of parkour means during the lessons of physical training has not been studied yet in the Russian Federation, the findings are of theoretical and practical significance for its further development and use.

In the context of educational process organization on studying of Russian as a foreign language in the Chinese audience investigated linguistic potential of game technologies on the example of Russian phraseological units. Justified the inclusion of Chinese students to innovative technologies that extend traditional forms of learning, oriented primarily to the assignment of language samples, not to the formation of communicative competence. Describes the difficulty and identifies the barriers encountered by Chinese students when dealing with phraseological units of the Russian language, selectes the tasks that can be solved through the use of game technologies (highlighting the common and the different in the culture of native speakers in comparison with native culture, the development of interest and self-reliance, the use of visual aids, technical equipment and computer equipment, communicativeness and practicality). Describes the logic of the training sessions and the formation of innovative tasks, the system of the organizing the forms of educational play activities with the inclusion of Russian-speaking students in the Chinese audience.
