The morphological structure of the above-ground part of the cane areas of the plant 24 local populations Hedysarum gmelinii Ledeb., grown in the Mountainous Altai and Khakassia, was studied. A complex adaptive morphological traits and the degree of influence of the factor of adaptation of plants to different heights above sea level (from 300 to 2200 m ) on their variability in plants of this species are revealed. According to variance and regression analyses, adjusting to the increasing height above sea level in H. gmelinii inhibition of the intercalary meristem growth is shown. When climbing structure shoots varies significantly, but the transformation in plants is minor. The changes in above-ground parts of shoots ensure the preservation of particular role in cenosis and reproductive capacity, together with other peculiarities of structure in plants H. gmelinii in mountain conditions.

Shkapenko Tatyana Mikhaylovna TO THE PROBLEM OF THE DESCRIPTION OF INTERJECTIONS IN THE LIGHT OF THE THEORY OF SPEECH ACTS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2017. Issue 3 (180). P. 42-46

The paper considers interjections in the framework of the theory of speech acts. Different approaches of foreign linguists to the description of the illoсutionary purpose in interjection’s utterances are analyzed. The ideas of Anna Wierzbicka about the absence of illocutionary purpose in this type of utterances as consequence of their spontaneity was criticized by D. Wilkins and T. Wharton. These researchers adduce arguments in favor of illocution’s presence in interjections and argue that the extent of illocution varies from interjection to interjection, depending on the degree of it’s linguistics or paralinguistics. On the basis of discursive analyses data I argue that above-mentioned regularity contradicts the obvious language facts. The first fact is that the same interjection can be used in various types of speech acts, and another one is that the subclass of volitive interjections has an evident illocutionary purpose in spite of its strong extent of paralinguistics. In this paper I propose new solution to the interpretation of interjections within the speech acts theory, which is based on the understanding that non-controversial description of interjections can be achieved on the base of recognition of their interactional character. An interactional character is understood in this case as subject-subject or object-subject forms of speech behavior which take place at the moment of interjections uttering. Such approach allows to overcome the restrictions of numeral interpretative theories which are relevant only for prototypical emotive interjections. The understanding of interactional nature of interjections speech acts allows us to elaborate the theory that can be used as theoretical basis for all subclasses of interjections. Under this approach all types of interjections could be qualified as behabitives that had been characterized by J. Searle as reactions to behavior of other people. Within the offered classification there is a need of a reinterpretation of the term “behabitives”. This category has to be expanded from traditional etiquette speech acts to all types of utterances containing emotive and volitive interjections.

The article is devoted to a current problem of formation of readiness of future teachers for professional activity. The definition of “professional readiness of future teachers” is given. The authors analytically compare the position with the opinions of other scientists. According to the analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the authors identify active, cognitive and motivational components of the future teacher’s readiness for professional work. The authors trace formation of pedagogical subjectivity of students. The characteristics of educational motivation of students of pedagogical higher education institution are compared. Students come to higher education institution with external motivation. The role of innovative teaching methods, stimulating the development of their internal motivation, is emph asized. Justification of the fact that classroom and out-of-class independent work helps to create professional readiness for pedagogical activity is provided. By the time of entering into active practice, students have a lot of methodical materials and ideas, skills of creating educational games, elements of a fund of evaluation tools, useful experience of communication with the audience and desire to test themselves as a teacher in a real educational process in one of the educational organizations. Authors trace formation of students – future professionals in the conditions of real educational process in one of the educational organizations. The research is not only of theoretical, but also of empirical character, a large selection of students demonstrates the reliability of the results.

The article deals with the concept of a text task and its role in the mathematics course of primary school. The peculiarities and objectives of the mathematics lesson in a correctional school of the VIII type are revealed. The main contradictions that confirm the formulation of the problem of forming skills to solve text tasks by younger students with disabilities (for example mental retardation) are identified. Difficulties of building a simple reasoning when performing mathematical tasks by younger pupils of the correctional school are analyzed. Allocated and justified psychological and pedagogical conditions that contribute to the optimal formation of skills in solving text tasks by pupils with developmental delays. It describes the steps of the joint work of a teacher and a child on solving text tasks as tools for the most effective assimilation of trainees and educational programs and inclusive spaces in the educational institution. Considers the features of modeling in the process of solving constituent problems and general methods of teaching primary school children with delays in development of the solution of text tasks. Modeling is presented as an open co-reflexive actions of all participants of educational space. In the review of literature on the research topic selected educational material for analysis. The article describes the experience of the informatization of foreign language education at the university. Five stages of this process resulted in the generated information and communication competence of teachers, development of e-learning courses based on different technologies and e-learning formats. The author shows that the computerization of education is a long-term, continuous and consistent process that requires systemic and stakeholder actions both on the part of the administration of the university and its faculty. In practice, it was verified that in a weak material and technical base the informatization of education can and should begin with professional development of teachers in ICT. In the course of this study it was also proved that hybrid or blended learning technology, combining traditional face-to-face classes with remote access to electronic educational resources, is preferable in teaching foreign languages.

The article deals with the basic motifs of Caucasus, the author reveals such valuable ideas of the Caucasus as space of freedom (A. S. Pushkin’s, M. Yu. Lermontov’s, L. N. Tolstoy’s “Prisoner of the Caucasus“), the place of ideal community Leo Tolstoy’s “The Cossacks”, containing utopian ideas about the social structure of the Cossacks, Lermontov's poem “The Novice” (“Mtsyri”) about the “ideal motherland”. In 1844–1853 уears in Tiflis was widely visited by Russian writers who sought to create a new branch of Russian literature – “Caucasian literature”. V. Sollogub and Ya. Polonsky actively tried to turn this utopia into reality. The Russian and Georgian Orthodox unity is the basis of the Russian writers love to the Caucasus. Idealization of the Caucasus peculiar to Russian literature of the XIX century was ended with this novel of Tolstoy. In the XX century the utopia inferior to a sober, although sometimes delighted look on Georgia and the Caucasus (B. Pasternak, B. Akhmadulina, A. Bitov).

The paper considers the retrospective features of filling the concept of “literacy” and their influence on the formation of the concept of “methodological literacy”. In the Soviet period centralized economy and the concentration in the hands of the state of the enormous resources allowed to realise expensive Tyumen oil and gas complex. An important element of the complex was the social policy of its enterprises and organizations, one of the areas which has been the development of health care. This article discusses the steps of the logistical establishment and financing of the health care system, developing a network of health care institutions in the Tyumen region under the conditions of the oil and gas industry. Based on the principles of historicism and objectivity the author applied historical and comparative chronological methods. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the dynamics of the material-technical base of health care system in the Tyumen region in connection with the implementation of social programs in the 1964–1991 years. The Government's policy on oil and gas development of the Tyumen region was conducted successfully, but significantly lagged behind the development of infrastructure. Financing of health and medical science did not provide their development at the present level. It does not exceed 3–4 % оf GDP and a residual principle.

It was studied the features of development of Amaranthus tricolor L. sorts of Valentin in the conditions of root hypoxia and possible ways of biochemical adaptation of assimilatory vehicle. As far as the increase of term of submergence there was braking of processes of height and development, maintenance of proteins diminished in leaves and, simultaneously, the amount of low-molecular antioxidants of amaranthin and ascorbic acid changed. Found out activating of enzymes of cycle of tricarboxylic acids (malate dehydrogenase), glycolysis and fermentation (alcohol dehydrogenase) and oxidizing pentose phosphate cycle (glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase) in leaves both after short-term and the protracted anaerobiosis. It was demonstrated, that adaptation to the root anaerobiosis connect with changes of activity of enzymes of different respiratory tracts and work of the antioxidant systems in photosynthetic leaves.

The article shows basic tendencies of development of comic issues in drama works in the Russian emigration literature of 1920th: small genres and the humour plays, which subjects are not related to emigration at first prevail, and then the main role is played by traditional forms of the comedy and the theme of exile, and synthetic forms. The article includes analysis of clothes change motive and its main functions in “Peter I” novel by A. N. Tolstoy. This article represents pun as a part of non-equivalent vocabulary and possible ways of its translation. Pun is a concept that cannot be translated directly between languages that is why it often becomes the reason why translators struggle so much while finding the right solution when dealing with puns. Puns represent British culture and British humour. Puns are the reason why British humour is often called dry and why other people like Russians often find it unfunny. Such assumptions can happen due to the poor Russian translation where the pun doesn’t obtain the original comicality it previously had. To avoid this a translator needs to transfer the English pun into the Russian language without losing its comicality. The main objective for a translator is to understand the pun and keep its comicality along with author’s intention. To achieve this he can use the right translation transformations. The right choice of the translation transformation is necessary for a good translation. Having met this condition the translation can be considered as equivalent to the original text. In the present article we compared the original English text containing puns and its 6 translations in order to find those translation transformations which are the most suitable and which keep the comicality of the original text.

The article considers changes in the methodology of teaching of bachelors of technological education in the XXI century which were caused by the development of educational robotics. The creation of an educational robotics was initiated by the introduction of robots in technological processes of production, by the emergence of robots in the service sector and by the use of robots in the army. The development of the robotics involves changing the methodology for preparing technology teachers. The teacher must possess the competencies, which will be sufficient for teaching pupils to the basics of robotics in schools at the lessons of “Technology” and in the classroom of technical creativity during the time free from the lessons. The article describes the training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University with the aim to exchange experiences. The educational robotics has changed the methodology of training of bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University. The bachelors of technological education in Herzen State Pedagogical University learn different cybernetic robotic platforms and programming of the robots in order not only to teach “Technology” in schools, but also to work in FabLabs. The algorithm of training of bachelors of technological education for the educational robotics is as follows: a) study of the physics of robots LEGO Mindstorms NXT (LEGO EV3); b) study of the language of RobotC programming; c) study of the ScratchDuino (robots and laboratory); d) use of Arduino boards for projects; g) study of the work environment TRIK Studio and of the robots TRIK.

Introduction. The problem of improving the quality of education actualizes the issues of assessment and development of the educational conditions in educational organizations in order to ensure the equal educational opportunities for all students. Material and methods. We used the SACERS international scales for studying the educational environment in Moscow schools. Located in eight areas of Moscow 58 structural units of educational complexes (sample) took part in the survey. Results and discussion. Such items as interaction between the parents, the teachers and the administration of the school, the variability of the education programs and extracurricular activities, good conditions for the professional teachers’ development showed the great result. At the same time, there are some confines in providing the necessary conditions for training and development for the students with special educational needs. It was established that schools differ in providing equal educational conditions. The greatest differences are in such components of the educational environment as the organization of extracurricular activities, additional education and the subject environment for various types of activities, the creation of conditions for training and development of the students with special educational needs. Schools with a higher quality index of the educational environment have homogeneous educational conditions that provide relatively equal access to the quality education in comparison with the group of schools with a lower quality index of the educational environment. Conclusion. The quality of the educational environment in Moscow schools achieved in the participants’ interaction in the educational process, the organization of the educational process and the creation of the conditions for the professional development for teachers.

Bykonya Valentina Viktorovna Fragments of the Mental Culture of the Selkup People through Nomination of Mythic Characters. // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2006. Issue 4 (55). P. 133-140

The paper suggests an etymological analysis of the proper names of heroes – characters of “heroes’ songs”, and mythological and folklore images. As it was found out the nominative units origin from stems meaning “magic, sorcery”, “witchcraft”, “fortunetelling”. The names, in their turn, form a semantic base for verbs meaning “beat”, “knock, whack”, “crush”, “twist, screw”, “roll”, i.e. – verbs denoting heavy physical impact onto the subject. The harder the applied effort is, the more malicious is the mythic character. The analysis of names of mythic ancestors, good and wicked spirits, sorcerers, magicians and wizards showed that they are widely represented in the system of nomination and in the system of word building of the Selkup language.
