The process of education of professional legal consciousness of the cadets of universities of national guard troops of the Russian Federation as future advocates and enforcers, is considered in indissoluble communication with their legal education and legal culture. Examines pedagogical and educational conditions for the formation of a high level of professional legal consciousness of the cadets of universities of national guard troops of the Russian Federation in the personality-oriented education model and principles of competence approach in education.

The density of energy flux of electromagnetic field generated by precessing magnetic dipole at arbitrary distance from the dipole is analyzed. It is shown that in the far field approximation only radial component of the Poynting vector exists, and it represents the intensity of radiation. In the near zone the Poynting vector has not only radial but also sufficient azimuth component. The pattern of field energy flux distribution is constructed. The obtained results can be used at research of dynamics of atmosphere of magnetized celestial bodies.

Сareful study of the rich experience of the Russian and Soviet higher schools is required in modern conditions of reforming the Russian educational system. Such a study will allow to take into account the mistakes of the past and to find the roots of modern problems, and also to formulate the most optimal ways of the current modernization. The need to study the dynamics of the development of the Soviet higher school is due to the scientific and historical relevance of the topic. Analysis of statistical data, archival records management showed that the development of higher education in the USSR in the 1970s and 1980s was ambiguous and contradictory. On the one hand, during this period there is an increase in the quantitative indicators of the output of specialists, the number of higher education institutions is increasing and the number of specialties is expanding. On the other hand, the system of higher education was subordinated to the needs and opportunities of the state planned economy. The state purposefully expanded the training of personnel for the extensive development of production. The growth in the number of specialists with higher education was achieved due to an increase in admission to correspondence and evening departments. Decrease in the financing of education by the end of the 1980s. gradually led to the obsolescence of the material and technical base of universities, to a decrease in prestige, both university professors and graduates who did not find a decent job in their specialty. All this deformed the system of higher education and adversely affected the development of the Soviet state and society.

The article is focused on the separated syntactic constructions as a productive syntactic model which is used in the headlines of online quality press. The headlines from online archives of The Telegraph and The Independent dated back to 2015 and 2017 are used as the material for the study. The article is aimed at explaining the reasons for the use of the separated syntactic constructions in the headlines and singling out the main types of the separated syntactic constructions which are used in the headlines of online quality press. They are segmented constructions (binary separated constructions in which the segment (the first part) represents the main notion and the base (the second part) represents an utterance about the notion); joining constructions (syntactic complex containing two semantically connected utterances which are joining part and joined carrying some additional information); parcelled syntactic constructions (constructions containing the main part and parcelled part(s) which is (are) the rema of the headline separated by a punctuation mark); constructions with parenthesis (when structures of different syntactic levels (words, word combinations, predicate constructions or sentences) are included in the text of the headline to give a particular detail or to emphasize something); and separated syntactic constructions of mixed type (constructions of special type containing all above mentioned separated syntactic constructions as means of syntactic convergence). The article concludes that the separated syntactic constructions help to increase information content of the headline taking into consideration the peculiarities of online media and making the headline more expressive and attractive to the reader.

In the Randall-Sundrum scenario we consider exact 5-dimensional solutions with localized gravity which are associated with a well defined class of conformal bulk fields. We analyze tneir behaviour under radion field perturbations. We show that it the Randall-Sundrum exponential warp is the localizing metric function and the equation of state of the conformal fields is not changed by the radion perturbation then the 5-dimensional solutions are unstable. The results of airpollution monitoring in towns of Republik of Khakasia demonstrate that the average annual concentration of benzapilene increased by 14,6 % in Abakan, 51% in Sayanogorsk and 24 % in Chernogorsk in 2002. 47,7 % of emissions fall to mototransport’s lot. The analysis of snow and soil by the method of gas chromatography and chromatography – mass spectrometry in the zones of blowout dispersion by the heat and power plant of «Khakasenergo» proved that the content of benzapilene in the blanket of snow is 4·10-5 mg /dm3, in the soil is 0,0010 mg /kg. The usage of different methods of atmospheric emission purification and technology of complete combustion of fuel contribute to the solution of enviromental problems. Spec1fic methane fluxes of forest-steppe eutroph1c m1res are very close to the same fluxes 1n subta1ga. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux has following parameters: 1st quart1le/med1an/3rd quartile = 0.53/1.99/ 6.03 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Methane fluxes from bog lakes are close too, as in subta1ga they are estimated at tens and first hundreds of mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Probability d1stribution of specific methane flux in riam: 0.00 / 0.09 / 0.21 mgС GH4-m 2-h 1. Annual methane em1ss1on from Western S1ber1a forest-steppe (estimated on the model Bc5) 1s 0.36 MtСH4/year that form 5 % reg1onal em1ss1on.

Fateyev Aleksandr Vladimirovich, Poleshchuk Oleg Khemovich ANALYSIS OF THE CHEMICAL BOND IN THE METALLOCENES USING DENSITY FUNCTIONAL THEORY METHODS // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2013. Issue 8 (136). P. 154-160

The paper presents the optimization of the molecular geometry of metallocenes by two different density functionals. The resulting structural and spectral data are compared with the experimental values. The conclusion is based on the calculation method of the natural valence orbitals of the value of the magnitude of the donor-acceptor and dative interactions in the formation of metallocenes. Following the procedure of decomposion of the energy, the values of the ionic and covalent character of bonds between the metal and carbon atoms were calculated.

Russia has developed largely civilizationally, geographically, socio-culturally and politically as a separate territory, which formed a kind of content and composition of stable mechanisms for the reproduction of economic, cultural and political processes. Post-Reform Russia was a country that persistently rush into the future, but kept looking back in time, with fairly “easy” step over the present.

Study of oxidative modification of proteins (OMP) and the average mass molecules (MSM) as markers of the severity of endotoxemia, sensitive to changes in the degree of oxidative stress in the complex, one sample of the biological environment, methodologically justified, since it will increase the information content of each of these parameters and reduce the flow of material used, which is particularly important in clinical biochemistry. OMP evaluation method in combination with MSM implemented by us in accordance with the author’s method (patent for the invention of the Russian Federation no. 2012153044, priority of 12.07.2012, the decision to grant a patent on 14.04.2014, in collaboration) and tested on a model biological system conditions spontaneous and Fe2+-induced OMP.

The term “edutainment” is formed from two English words: “entertainment” and “education” and combines entertainment and learning. We understand edutainment as a special education technology, viewed as a complex of modern technical and didactic means of teaching, based on the concept of learning through entertainment. The main difference between edutainment and the modern paradigm of learning is that the subject is actively involved in the educational process. As a result of interaction between an informative and entertaining object and active in learning subject we obtain knowledge, abilities, skills, individual experience, subjective emotions. Edutainment technology tasks have to meet three pedagogical principles: the principle of theory with practice linking, the principle of consistency and the principle of accessibility. Edutainment technology has great potential in the organization of the learning process at the University. It is necessary to maintain a reasonable balance between education and entertainment. Tasks created to promote the interest, need to be balanced with activities to improve intelligence.

The effect of high pH values on the release of organic matter (OM) from mucks was investigated. This study was conducted on homoionic hydrogen forms of 7 mucks (Terric Histosols). Concentration of dissolved organic matter (DOM) released were determined colorimetrically at l=465 nm. Parameters Q2/6 and Q4/6 were calculated from spectra in visible region. The dissolution of soil OM was significantly affected by pH. The relationship could be satisfactorily described by the equation: DOM = 0.01Чexp(b1ЧpH). The b1 parameter quantified the DOM release process in relation to the changes in soil pH. The investigations proved correlations among W1, Q and b1 indexes.
