The method of neutron activation analysis found 14 elements content in the plants that are recommended for use in traditional medicine in pulmonary tuberculosis. It was proved that all of the proposed sites contain macro and micronutrients in comparable amounts. Especially rich in Ca is Medicago satнva L. Especially rich in potassium is Trifolium pratense L. and shoots of Rubus idaeus L. The results show the possibility of using all the proposed medicinal plants in the herbal medicine of pulmonary tuberculosis.

Shietova Natalia Ivanovna TOPONYMS AND TRADITIONAL NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF THE RUSSIANS AT GORNY ALTAI // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 34-40

The work traces the interrelation of the toponyms, which are mainly folks’ names of agricultural lands, with the specifics of agricultural exploitation of the Russian population of the territories of Gorny Altai. The author’s field materials, collected at Ust-Koksa, Shebalino, Ust-Kan Districts of the Altai Republic at different periods, as well as the archival data have comprised the basis for the research. The author’s particular attention is the specific features of land management in mountainous areas with such properties viewed as an angle of slopes, exposition of slopes and a degree of density of population. Particularly important in the farming activities are even territories with low angles of slopes, and even more they are meaningful in the valleys with higher elevations. It is stated that the natural conditions of this region influence frequent division of lands for serving various purposes. The author reveals this idea in the local names of places. The research shows how toponyms of small ravines, springs and mounts may explicit the role of the man, and even of his family in the natural resources management of the territory. Moreover, the names of natural pastures depend on the land’s properties, including such as the order of their location and size. The introduction of a new administrative order of the management of agricultural use of lands during the periods of the work of collective farms destroyed the system of the traditional natural resources management, which had became useful for the Russian peasantry as a result of their ethnic adaptation to the conditions of Gorny Altai. The characteristics of this system are the inclusion into the natural landscape, having a chief of the land and rationality of the natural resources management in accordance with their natural geographic properties, which is understood as a result of segmentation of farm lands that serve various purposes. The folk’s geographical names have become a concentrate of all these specific features of natural resources management. Therefore, a toponym is a so-called symbol-word that has a number of associations and notions about the particular properties of a definite place and about the way how people use their natural environmental space.

Kolpakova Lyudmila Viktorovna THE MANIFESTATION OF GENDER SPECIFICITY OF THE EMOTIONAL SPHERE IN THE LANGUAGE // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 6 (195). P. 62-67

The article considers gender peculiarity of emotion manifestations: the degree of expression, feelings intensity, emotional spectrum. Traces the reflection of the psychological characteristics identified in the speech of men and women as one of the levels of human emotion. It is proved that gender-specific features of speech behavior of native speakers of a particular language can be detected through the analysis of language structures at the morphemic, lexical and syntactic levels. Describes a group of emotionally loaded language elements, on the basis of the comparative analysis reveals gender differences in their use in the text. The quantitative and substantial difference in the use of linguistic means in male and female texts that confirm the gender peculiarities of the emotional sphere of the personality is consistently traced. The study confirmed that gender differences are reflected in communication, manifested in the language and can be studied using linguistic methods. Different for the two sexes experiences arising from gender roles, lead to the fact that the skills and perception in men and women is partly different, which is manifested on the verbal level. Language reveals the ways in which manifested a big emotional freedom of women, intensity of emotions, the difference of the spectrum: women’s positive evaluation, appropriate for men negative connotation. The results of the content analysis of language means are summarized and presented in the table.

The rapidly changing social reality which researchers characterize as a situation of social uncertainty, determines the challenges, problems and opportunities of the youth’s living space. The lack of clear guidelines for the future, the reassessment of the values of the older generation, serious functional changes in the family institution, the increasing influence of the mass information media and the Internet space, actualize the need for targeted educational interaction of social institutions with young people. In the work on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis, the concept of “modern youth” is specified, and a description of the content of this concept in changing social reality is proposed. The article describes the situation of uncertainty as an opportunity for the development and actualization of the social potential of young people, the manifestation of an active and responsible position of a young person in various interrelated living spatial circumstances. Three groups of problems that define the living space of younger generation and are formed in the situation of uncertainty are presented: the organization of the educational space of educational organizations that promotes the realization of the potential of the young man as a subject of his own life; use of the opportunities of society and its transformation into an educational space; effective interaction of social institutions in the education of youth. It is established that under pressureless filtering throughthe fiberous polypropilen the purification process is the more effective the less is the initial concentration of pollution this material is prevailing other materials in its mechenical, chemical resistance and sorbtional capasity. The maximal degree of purification is acheived 85.7% for Cu, 88.5% for Fe, 68% for suspension, 86.3% for oil products, 46.3% for Zn, 71.4% for phosphates.

In this article the duality of mentality of a man of traditional cultures of Siberia and the North is characterized by a combination of empirical and pre-ioglcal elements of mentality. Empirical element of mentality of a man of traditional culture embodies individual practical experience of formal-logical order. But being indifferent to the objective cause and effect relationships of the phenomena, he reveals particular attentiveness to manifested and hidden mystical links between phenomena, the basis of which is the law of mystical contiguity of cause and effect. As a result of domination of such law a man of traditional society makes his behavior in the culture. This explains the duality of mentality of a man of traditional culture of Siberia and the North, whose empirical intuition is subjected to the «supreme collective notions*.

The conclusion is drawn that the dung attracts Tachinus not only the topics properties, but also as a place of concentration of potential food. That allows to consider Tachinus as the important element coprobionts coleopterous complex.

The article attempts to identify some problems affecting the results of the state attestation. Central to them, by right, is the final composition, since it, on the one hand, is aimed at testing general speech competencies, on the other hand, on the specific knowledge and skills of the graduate. The theme of the task is considered to be the reason for additional emotional experiences of the students. For the first time, according to the personal approach, handwriting is regarded as one of the conditions for the successful graduation of the graduates. The paper discusses the difficulties of transition from one type of state attestation to another and formulates some methodological aspects that contribute to their resolution. Particular attention is paid to the general emotional background, constantly created around the complexity of the final structural part of the control and measuring materials. The conducted experiment allows us to analyze the causes of errors made by students in the assignment fulfillment, to highlight their psychological and pedagogical aspects. Not only negative results are considered, but positive dynamics in training are also traced. The influence of the period of preparation for the Unified State Exam on the progress and success of students is traced. In conclusion we are talking about the need for different approaches to prepare students for the state attestation.

The non-traditional forms of museum work with visitors are considered in the in the present paper, namely: interactive measures with elements of adaptation for the stage. These methods of work are of greater effect for visitors of pre-school and primary school age. Under the guidance of the Tomsk museum of regional studies there has been developed and used the cycle of measures of such a kind devoted to calendar ritual, e.g. «Cel-ebrations in old times», «Saint Russo, etc. Experience of the Tomsk museum of regional studies proves the efficiency of new non-traditional forms of work of a museum with its visitors.
