Skripko Zoya Alekseyevna Definition of Teaching Efficiency the integrated Course of Natural Sciences in 10 Classes // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2003. Issue 4 (36). P. 91-95

The article presents he results of definition of teaching efficiency the integrated course of natural sciences in 10 classes. This course combines theoretical knowledge with complex laboratory works. The testing was carried out on the questions that have word-outlook orientation, which were studied in the section of natural sciences course «The Structure of the Universe on large scale». In the process of testing results analysis the graphic methods of results representation, statistical processing of the received data by Pirson criterion (criterion of 6-square) were used. These results indicate the formation of theoretical generalizations, and the formation of initial scientific and world-outlook ideas among the pupils of experimental classes, while among the schoolchildren of control classes these ideas practically have not been changed. On the basis of the received data the conclusion is made that the subject of natural sciences in the 10 classes due to its integrative character, organic combination of the theory and laboratory works contributes to the effective formation of modern world outlook of the pupils.

The paper, based on data of three languages of the same language family, but with different sociolinguistic status, demonstrates that the development of the language is determined mainly by sociolinguistic factors. Most of these factors are unique for each of the Chukchi-Koryak languages (and that is why the results are different) and one important factor is similar: bilingualism of native speakers and the impact of the Russian language. In the fi eld of grammar the infl uence of the Russian language is hidden from direct observation, and is expressed in development of forms and constructions with corresponences in Russian, and in removal of non-congruent ones.

The article considers gender peculiarity of emotion manifestations: the degree of expression, feelings intensity, emotional spectrum. Traces the reflection of the psychological characteristics identified in the speech of men and women as one of the levels of human emotion. It is proved that gender-specific features of speech behavior of native speakers of a particular language can be detected through the analysis of language structures at the morphemic, lexical and syntactic levels. Describes a group of emotionally loaded language elements, on the basis of the comparative analysis reveals gender differences in their use in the text. The quantitative and substantial difference in the use of linguistic means in male and female texts that confirm the gender peculiarities of the emotional sphere of the personality is consistently traced. The study confirmed that gender differences are reflected in communication, manifested in the language and can be studied using linguistic methods. Different for the two sexes experiences arising from gender roles, lead to the fact that the skills and perception in men and women is partly different, which is manifested on the verbal level. Language reveals the ways in which manifested a big emotional freedom of women, intensity of emotions, the difference of the spectrum: women’s positive evaluation, appropriate for men negative connotation. The results of the content analysis of language means are summarized and presented in the table.

The rapidly changing social reality which researchers characterize as a situation of social uncertainty, determines the challenges, problems and opportunities of the youth’s living space. The lack of clear guidelines for the future, the reassessment of the values of the older generation, serious functional changes in the family institution, the increasing influence of the mass information media and the Internet space, actualize the need for targeted educational interaction of social institutions with young people. In the work on the basis of historical and pedagogical analysis, the concept of “modern youth” is specified, and a description of the content of this concept in changing social reality is proposed. The article describes the situation of uncertainty as an opportunity for the development and actualization of the social potential of young people, the manifestation of an active and responsible position of a young person in various interrelated living spatial circumstances. Three groups of problems that define the living space of younger generation and are formed in the situation of uncertainty are presented: the organization of the educational space of educational organizations that promotes the realization of the potential of the young man as a subject of his own life; use of the opportunities of society and its transformation into an educational space; effective interaction of social institutions in the education of youth. The research urgency is caused by the necessity of revealing the environmental factors that stimulate the formation of play competencies of children of preschool age. The purpose of the article is to identify meaningful saturation and potential of the home play environment and preschool education institution in terms of formation of senior preschoolers’ play skills. The methods of the problem research are participant observation and a survey, allowing a comprehensive analysis of the environmental factors of formation of play competence in preschool years. The authors present structural organization of play competence in senior preschool age, when the need for play is most significant. This need leads to the development of the ability to take on the role, to formulate a game goal, to put the game problem and a number of indicators of behavioral, cognitive and emotional-evaluative components. The article analyzes the specifics of the home play environment and the environment of the preschool educational organization and their role in the formation of play competencies in senior preschoolers. Shietova Natalia Ivanovna TOPONYMS AND TRADITIONAL NATURAL RESOURCES MANAGEMENT OF THE RUSSIANS AT GORNY ALTAI // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 2 (191). P. 34-40

The work traces the interrelation of the toponyms, which are mainly folks’ names of agricultural lands, with the specifics of agricultural exploitation of the Russian population of the territories of Gorny Altai. The author’s field materials, collected at Ust-Koksa, Shebalino, Ust-Kan Districts of the Altai Republic at different periods, as well as the archival data have comprised the basis for the research. The author’s particular attention is the specific features of land management in mountainous areas with such properties viewed as an angle of slopes, exposition of slopes and a degree of density of population. Particularly important in the farming activities are even territories with low angles of slopes, and even more they are meaningful in the valleys with higher elevations. It is stated that the natural conditions of this region influence frequent division of lands for serving various purposes. The author reveals this idea in the local names of places. The research shows how toponyms of small ravines, springs and mounts may explicit the role of the man, and even of his family in the natural resources management of the territory. Moreover, the names of natural pastures depend on the land’s properties, including such as the order of their location and size. The introduction of a new administrative order of the management of agricultural use of lands during the periods of the work of collective farms destroyed the system of the traditional natural resources management, which had became useful for the Russian peasantry as a result of their ethnic adaptation to the conditions of Gorny Altai. The characteristics of this system are the inclusion into the natural landscape, having a chief of the land and rationality of the natural resources management in accordance with their natural geographic properties, which is understood as a result of segmentation of farm lands that serve various purposes. The folk’s geographical names have become a concentrate of all these specific features of natural resources management. Therefore, a toponym is a so-called symbol-word that has a number of associations and notions about the particular properties of a definite place and about the way how people use their natural environmental space.

It is established that under pressureless filtering throughthe fiberous polypropilen the purification process is the more effective the less is the initial concentration of pollution this material is prevailing other materials in its mechenical, chemical resistance and sorbtional capasity. The maximal degree of purification is acheived 85.7% for Cu, 88.5% for Fe, 68% for suspension, 86.3% for oil products, 46.3% for Zn, 71.4% for phosphates.
