Methods of oil-associated gas utilization important for oil producing companies in Russia are being examined in this article. Methods of application and product usage efficiency are analyzed. The performed analysis allowed to outline the main benefits and drawbacks of introduced methods and determine the most attractive way of utilization depending on various characteristics and certain conditions of oil fields (the size, the remoteness of the field, the depth of bedding, the level of infrustructure etc.). The usage of new methods of oil-associated gas utilization analysed in this article allows to increase oil production output much faster, solves the problem of effective CO2 usage at oil fields, which is highly important in modern conditions of oil and oil-associated gas production and usage.

The article examines the principles of construction of methodical system in geometry using problem solving approach, which acts simultaneously as a technology of solving geometric problems and as a way of design the system of challenging problems, focused on students mastering the mathematical activity. We consider and resolve two contradictions: between modern approaches to teaching mathematics as a process of learning mathematical activity and their lack of implementation of the methods of teaching geometry at profile level; between the objective necessity of designing educational process to teach geometry creatively and the lack of appropriate methodological training system. Children’s creative potential realized most fully if the educational process is carried beyond the scope of traditional training. Content and presentation of teaching material promotes the formation of students’ positive motivation forearning. Positive students’ motivation is created by the variety in the objective educational process through the use of different types of games from business role-plays to simulation. The article presents the results of introduction and adaptation of interactive associative board games into educational process when studying ecological disciplines on the example of the Federal State Educational Institutions of Higher Education “Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University”. With the help of associations it is possible not only to remember the information with the first attempt, but also to keep it in the long-term memory. The proposed variant of the game is built on the basis of the most successful ideas of the famous computer and board games with the addition of some new, original teaching materials. Application of this approach to training significantly stimulated assimilation of a training material, especially the glossary on the set subject. The proven effectiveness of the use of associateive games expressed in the increase of educational motivation of students and consequently in the quality of education. It is revealed through the diagnosis of learning motivation of 125 students of Krasnoyarsk State Agrarian University that the communicative motives took the first place 66.9%, the second place 62.7 % - educational and informative ones. Adaptation of the proposed method in the training contributed to the formation of such qualities in students as independence and communication in making and justifying the decisions. The method is suitable for studying all disciplines and ability levels of students.

The article presents the thesis of the relevance and necessity of studying the heritage of local lore historians of the Omsk region, publishing their works in the periodical press of the Omsk region. Systematization and generalization of local history works would fill the existing missing «event» as the facts of previous centuries, and historical transformations of 1945-1991-ies. The history of the Omsk Region (in districts and localities) only remains to be written by experts. The article has been prepared based on the collected primary materials and can be considered within the existing problem as material for discussion. The data on all 32 regional centers of the Omsk region is collected. Represents a number of selected works of more than 300 publications, with an average of 30 publications, telling about the history of each region. The article is devoted to the history of villages and human settlements, economic and social transformations that took place during the entire period of the existence of these places. It presents an overview of selective number works of the most active local historians working in regional centers and is marked by a single methodological approach. The conclusion is made about the need to continue the work on the accumulation, systematization and compilation of information on the history of the Omsk region, published in local printed issues of the Omsk region. The collected works will serve as a base for general historical work, including the preparation of the reference book «Local historians of the Omsk region».

The purpose of the article is to consider the effectiveness of the higher education system, which is one of the foundations for the formation of human capital in terms of professional and pedagogical education. The theory of human capital is not just a theory in the field of economics or sociology, it is an integrated approach to analyzing a wide range of human activities in the context of a certain belief. Higher education in this approach is at the center and is a source of economic and intellectual development not only of the region, but of the country as a whole. The relevance of the article is to consider the role of human capital not only in the economic, but also in the professional and pedagogical context. In the article, we conduct a professional-pedagogical relationship between higher education and human capital. It is suggested that higher education is one of the main components of the theory of human capital. As a result of the analysis, the authors show what are the main tasks in the system of higher education in the context of human capital. The problem and ways of solving the problem of the role of higher education in the formation of human capital, the basis of which is qualitative education, is also considered.

The tradition of the poetic translations of the rubai by O. Khayyam is developed enough both in the European and Russian literature. In 1950th years Henry Sapgir made the translations of the poems by O. Khayyam, and created the cycle of the quatrains «The Verses for a Ring» (1981), which similar by the composition and the subjects to the classical firm form of the east poetry – rubai. Continuing the traditions of the east literature, H. Sapgir modified the canon of the form and the poetic translation of the rubai, he changed its metric figure, the rhyme, the composite structure and the semantic filling, thereby contributing to the development and the actualization of this form.

The article deals with some peculiarities of translating satirical fantasy from English into Russian. We have analysed the characteristics of satirical texts, special transformations and stylistic devices. The results of the research show that a translator should have certain skills to translate satirical texts. He/she should have profound professional knowledge. He/she should be aware of the cultural differences between the two countries because satire is always aimed at native speakers and includes a lot of allusions and background information. The main task when translating satirical fantasy is to preserve all the humour using the means of the Russian language. A translator should also remember that Russian is more emotional than English so when translating satirical fantasy from English into Russian it is advisable that you should increase expressivity.

In the author’s poetry regulative possibilities of comparative constructions depend on explication of features of fiction realia assimilation in lexical microstructure, their quantity and meaning, predomination of type of notional relations within the frames of comparative construction (intensification, addition, contrast), trope conjugation with the other regulative means in lexical text structure. The category of deviation is expressed by some broad-meaning words with the root devia-, their meanings being divided into two groups. These concepts form the hierarchical structure of the category of deviation, hyper-hyponym relations underlying this structure.

Relationship between changes of biodiversity with oxygen content in atmosphere and mass of carbon-hydrogen stratum in the Phanerozoic is studied. Dynamics of biodiversity is represented by the cyclical changes of species diversity of sea animals in the Phanerozoic. Information about changes of sea animal biodiversity in the Phanerozoic was taken from Sepkosky database. The relationship between cyclical changes of oxygen content in atmosphere, mass of carbon-hydrogen stratum and changes of sea animal biodiversity in the Phanerozoic is revealed on base of temporal sets analysis of the above mentioned quantities. The revealed relationships were proved by correlation calculations.
