The paper presents a comparative analysis of the components of adaptive pedagogy and inclusive education. The authors draw attention to the fact that the proven model of adaptive pedagogy in municipal education system as implementing the principle of accessibility for children with special educational needs is not universal. The implementation of the adaptive model of pedagogy in practice, as well as an analysis of its components shows that inclusive education is a broader concept and phenomenon. The tasks of building inclusive education activities coincide with the municipal educational system at present in terms of quality and accessibility of educational services.

It is considered the photon scattering by channeled positron. The process cross-section in reference frame moving with longitudinal positron velocity has been found. The angular distribution of scattered photon has been investigated. It is shown that there are three possible ways of photon scattering with positron transverse energy increasing, decreasing and without of changing positron transverse energy.

We consider massive and massless p-forms in arbitrary D-dimensional curved space-time. Quantization of these models and evaluation of effective actions have been performed. Results are presented in terms of d'Alembertians acting on p-forms. The massive theories of p-forms do not possess gauge invariance, in contrary of massless theories. The gauge invariance is restored with help of multi-step Stuckelberg procedure. Comparising effective actions of classically equivalent theories (massless quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (D-p-2)-forms, massive quantum theory of p-forms and theory of (Dp-1)-forms), we demonstrate a quantum equivalence of corresponding models. A zeta-function excluding zero modes has been used.

This article presents the methods of teaching technology of the development of translators from high-level programming languages. The proposed methods contributes to the development of algorithmic thinking skills. The peculiarity of the considered methods is a consistent study of the main stages of building a compiler such as lexical analysis, syntactic analysis, semantic analysis, reverse polish notation interpreter. The study is based on the example of a specialized educational programming language that contains the minimum set of basic algorithmic structures. The interpreter from this language with the use of algorithms based on finite state machine, recursive descent parser and reverse polish notation was developed.

The article is focused on the methods of compounds’ distinguishing in the English language. The notions of grammatical continuity and semantic integrity of a lexical combination are analysed. Various criteria of differentiating compounds from phrases are observed: phonetic, orthographic, morphologic, syntactic and semantic. Special emphasis in laid on the practical application of each criterion. It is shown that none of them can be used alone for making precise differentiation between compounds and phrases. Each of them should be supported by approximately two other criteria. Therefore, the author gives examples of the most effective ways of using the methods described in the article.

The article deals with some aspects of scientific research activity management. The author defines specific features of scientific research activity management in a higher education institution. The author describes a model of teachers’ scientific research activity management in the pedagogical university, which includes the substantive, managerialexecutive and resulting components. The given structural-functional model vividly demonstrates the studied phenomenon, its inner organization and gives a whole picture of the process of teachers’ scientific research activity management in a higher education institution. Methodological basis of teachers’ scientific research activity readiness is the subject and systemic pragmatist approach. The emphasis is placed on the substantive component of the model, which is represented by the unity of management functions determined by the tasks and objectives as well as the content of the scientific research activity at all stages. The author singles out information-analytical, motivational-target, planned-prognostic, organizational-performing, control-diagnostic, and regulatory-corrective management functions in a higher education institution. The article also describes the principles of teachers’ scientific research activity management in a higher education institution such as scientific rigour, continuity and consistency, cooperation, unity of management and self-management, unity of command and team-spirit. The problem of ethnopedagogization of the educational process is considered by the author in relation to preschool children attending classes in the institution of additional education for children. The author relies on the conceptual provisions of G.N. Volkov’s work on the ethnopedagogy of holistic teaching and educational process, the ethnopedagogical approach and the means of upbringing. The problem of interaction with the family in the system of additional education for children is being updated. Achievement of the stated goals of ensuring continuity in the education of preschool children in the family and the establishment of additional education for children is called upon to contribute to the ethno-pedagogical approach realized in the course of the study. Ethnopedagogy of the whole educational process is considered as strengthening of its ethno-pedagogical component. An ethnopedagogical model of the upbringing of children in the interaction of the institution of additional education for children with the family is developed, and some results of experimental work on its implementation are presented on the example of the Republic of Kalmykia. Approbation of the developed ethnopedagogical model of the upbringing of children in the interaction between the establishment of additional education for children and the family was carried out on the basis of the Elista Palace of Children’s Creativity of the Republic of Kalmykia. Shows the role of games and events in the system of ethnocultural education, the forms of involving parents in joint activities with teachers and children on preparing and holding a collective activity. The conducted surveys of parents of children attending the Early Development and Preschool Education Center of the Elista Palace of Children’s Creativity reveal the parents’ vision of the national identity of upbringing and the results of family interaction and the establishment of additional education in the implementation of the ethno-pedagogical model. The tested model ensures the realization of ethno-cultural values in the process of educating preschoolers.

The French medical discourse refers to institutional discourses and results from the interaction of a number of other discourses, such as advertising, medical academic discourse, legislative (legal) discourse in the field of medicine, scientific medical discourse and the actual medical discourse. It is characterized by polyphonic inclusions of social, historical, pharmaceutical, encyclopedic discourses. The article deals with the French scientific medical discourse and its genre palette. The concept of «genre» originates in antiquity being many centuries-old. The «Father» of the term «speech genre» is M.M. Bakhtin, who created the theory of speech genres, which under the influence of a new paradigm in linguistics has undergone same changes in its development, but still remains in demand. Modern linguistics does not have an exhaustive classification of speech genres. There are many definitions of the speech genre depending on the trend of the study. We consider that, the speech genre is a model, a canon, a relatively stable thematic, compositional and stylistic type of expression. Due to the heterogeneity of genre forms are different: macro-genre (hyper-genre), complex genre, nuclear genre, subgenre. The article deals with written speech genres of the French medical scientific discourse such as «the monograph» as a macro-genre and «the scientific article» as a nuclear genre.

The article contains the analysis of means used by American and Russian students to express pre-sequenced advice indirectly. The results of the research with the use of questionaries show that American students use indirect means of expressing pre-sequenced advice more often than Russian students. American students use assertives more often than commissives and expressives, especially at official and inofficial relationships between communicators. In contrast to that, Russian students tend to use expressives amd commisives along with assertives, especially at inofficial relationships.

The article presents the analysis of data of thunderstorms, heavy rains, hails for 12 weather stations in Eurasia during the summer period of 2000–2012. There were analyzed 4420 events of heavy rains, 1833 events of thunderstorms, 18 events of hail and 2 events of tornado. Investigates thermodynamic and kinematic parameters calculated from the radiosounding at 12:00 UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) at 12 stations during 2000–2012. Identifies the limits of variability and features of the thermodynamic and kinematic parameters of the atmosphere in Western Siberia during thunderstorms and heavy rains. Thermodynamic parameters of the atmosphere at the weather stations near the site, where two tornadoes were analyzed.

Modern society is focused on improving the performance of both technical and humanitarian areas. Modern humanitarian technologies are used in the training, education, allowing you to optimize these processes. Research activities of the teacher is a necessary factor in his professional competence. This determines the need to improve this activity. The most successful methodological approach to solving this problem, the author believes praxiological, and one of the most important mechanisms visualization. These reserves were used by the author to develop and test educational course for master’s programs “Design and assessment of educational systems”. Visualization, a relatively new pedagogy methodology used in teaching undergraduates, allowed to achieve high performance training and trainees’ satisfaction. This methodological approach and visualization techniques can be used for other training courses.

Research of the notion “alter-globalization” in various fields of its use shows that alter-globalization is a phenomenon of social reality. Alter-globalization is the result of interaction between individuals. This interaction is based on the generally accepted principles, laws, and social representations, that dominant in society at a particular stage. It is a topical subject of researches in social philosophy. One of the possible analysis methods in the philosophy of alter-globalization is investigation of “superorganism”, or social units consisting of a set of collectively manageable agents acting in concert to achieve its goals. The study of alter-globalization as social reality can determine the degree of its interaction with different philosophical currents and ideas.

Currently, due to the serious socio-economic changes in society the number of orphans, children whose parents, for various reasons are deprived of parental rights is growing. For a more successful socialization of these children it is necessary to develop and use a variety of ways and means to create the appropriate conditions. . To achieve this goal we used: lectures, conversations, visual and practical methods. The children’s sports project “Island of the Brave” became training of the vital skills of 12–14-year-old children, promoted involvement of children into physical culture and sport, introduction to the bases of a healthy lifestyle.

In this article we are talking about linguodidactic and methodical potential of specialized lexicographical sources – dictionaries of slang units. It emphasizes the importance of data dictionaries for a foreign media – secondary language personality, mastering the Russian language as a foreign language. It is emphasized that the introduction of foreigners with dictionaries of jargon and their active use in educational activities, and everyday social and interpersonal communication contribute to effective adaptation of the alien within the Russian linguistic culture, effective development of lexical resources of the modern Russian language. These lexicographical publications are the basis of learning of the Russian youth slang by the foreigners who are actively using them as sources of material collection as the reference books contain extremely valuable information regarding the interpretation of the meaning of words and connotative components of these values. Fixing the unit in slang dictionary suggests mandatory setting of the correct accent, specification of the value, using the contextual features and connotative shades of meaning, which is also largely helps an alien as a secondary language person in his language practice to study Russian as a foreign language. In the course of questionning the informants in the audience of foreign undergraduates from China the author highlighted and justified a number of parameters which determine linguodidactic, didactic and methodological value of this type of dictionaries.

The content of the school curriculum of Computer Science and ICT is one of the most susceptible to change among all school subjects. Moreover, due to the spread of information technology of society as a whole, fundamental changes are taking place in the entire field of education. New information and communication technologies are being widely introduced into the learning process. This objectively increases the schooling requirements of the student in the field of Computer Science and ICT, and therefore to the substantive training of the future teacher. This article focuses on the substantive training of future teachers in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard. It is reasonable that quality substantive training is a necessary requirement for the teacher’s competence. An overview of the content of the most relevant subjects is provided. Particular attention is paid to the importance of shaping the algorithmic thinking of the future Computer Science teachers. The main tools to monitor learning outcomes are considered. In subject disciplines, it is useful to pay attention to how a student can better understand the subject, how one can motivate the student to learn a particular subject, and how the subject studying contributes to the creation of universal learning activities.

Memetova Ayshe Shamilyevna INTERJECTIONS AS A MEAN OF EXPRESSNG OF EMOTIONS IN THE CRIMEAN AND GERMAN LANGUAGES // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 4 (193). P. 102-105

The article deals with such linguistic units as interjections. The analysis of interjections affects the scope of their semantics, structure and functions. The research is conducted on the material of two unrelated languages – German and Crimean Tatar. The definition of the concept of “interjection” is given, different classifications of interjections are distinguished according to their structure, meaning and functions. The number of interjections in the Crimean Tatar and German languages is determined, and their quantitative analysis is carried out. Interjections form a natural and inalienable affiliation of emotional colloquial speech, give it expressiveness and contribute to a more accurate achievement of the goal of communication. In the system of parts of speech, interjections occupy a special position. They cannot be attributed either to independent parts of speech, or to official ones. Interjections are used to express feelings, emotions, moods, wills without naming them. Many interjections outside speech and intonation have no definite meaning and, depending on the speech situation, they can express the most diverse emotions. From a lexical point of view, interjections are characterized by their uniqueness – they do not call anything and like intonation are expressive, but not meaningful. In the syntactic sense, interjections are not members of a sentence, since they do not have control, adjacency, and coordination links.
