The author reveals its essence according to the requirements of Federal governmental educational standards of higher pedagogical education for training sector 050100 “Pedagogical education”. The author describes the model of step-by-step development of the professional position during the period of studying at higher educational establishment by defining the cognitive, creative, action and reflexive components of “professional position”. The author characterizes potential opportunities of student’s contest of pedagogical skills in future teacher’s professional position development. In the present article the author examines the process of student’s step-by-step preparation to participation in this contest, the content of contest’s nominations in accordance with structural components of future teacher’s professional position. The contest of pedagogical skills is one of the components of educational system of Blagoveshchensk State Pedagogical University. This contest has been held at university for 15 years. Its results appear in stable professional position of young teachers – former contestants. This article considers the criteria and indicators of the formation of moral culture of a student in the multicultural context and describes the model of the process of its formation. The data of the psychological and pedagogical experiment, the evaluation of the effectiveness of creating pedagogical conditions after the introduction of the developed model in the educational process of the university are given. The examples of the use of active methods, forms, techniques and tools aimed at developing the backbone elements of student’s culture and determining his proactive attitude in forming up constructive relations in a modern multi-ethnic society are presented. The author reveals the ways of organizing independent creative activity, reflexive experience as a mechanism for reinterpreting the content of consciousness, correlating one’s abilities, self-actuating and self-improvement. The purpose of the study was to identify and substantiate definite organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of moral culture of a future professional in a multicultural educational environment. The introduction of the model of formation of moral culture of a student in the multicultural educational environment made it possible to raise the level of knowledge system, motives, attitudes, values and moral orientations of students, the ability to interact with partners from other cultures. Positive dynamics in relation of student to the proposed study of the field of culture, its specific content, readiness for self-actuating and self-evolution was noted.

The article presents some results of the research of the problem of development of professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of their professional activity in the conditions of general education organization. The features of professional competence of teachers in the field of education are studied. The approaches to the identification of the components of the professional competence of teachers in the field of upbringing are indicated. The main characteristics of the developed model of the development of professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of pedagogical activity, its axiological, projective-empirical, technological, information-methodical, reflexive diagnostic modules, self-education and social partnership modules are presented. Presented are the forms of work that contribute to the development of professional competence of teachers in the course of their professional activities (pedagogical council, seminars and workshops, business games, discussions, generalization of educational experience, scientific and methodological support for the selfeducation of teachers, etc.). Approbation of forms and methods of increasing the professional competence of teachers in the field of education in the process of professional activity was carried out during the experimental work in the general education organizations of Novomoskovsk and Troitsky administrative districts of Moscow.

Based on archival materials the process of preparation and celebration in the Far East of the USSR in the 1930s of one of the main Soviet holidays - the Great October Socialist Revolution is considered. The Soviet authorities actively used the traditions of holidays and festive rites as one of the important aspects of political, ideological and psychological treatment of the population. In the 1930s. this holiday in its political and ideological aspect was aimed not so much to revive the events of the recent past, as to draw public attention to the pressing state tasks and to stimulate labor and patriotic impulses of the masses in both central regions of the country and in the provinces. The Far East did not stay away from the all-Union festive tradition. The local party and economic authorities through the creation of festive commissions conducted a broad political and ideological (talks, newspaper readings, meetings with participants in revolutionary events, the publications of the festive issues of newspapers, festive broadcasts on radio, etc.), mass organizational and preparatory (cleaning and decoration of streets, squares, buildings of settlements, decoration of columns of demonstrations, replenishment of stores with goods and products, timely payment of salaries, bonuses of the best workers) work on the eve of and during the holiday. Reporting documentation of the Soviet economic authorities clearly demonstrates the successes and omissions in the celebration of the Great October Revolution in the region in the 1930s.

The procedure is based on the construction of the Verma modules and nding auxiliary oscillator realizations for the orthosymplectic osp(kj2k) superalgebra which encodes the second-class operator constraints subsystem in the HS symmetry superalgebra. Applying of an universal BRST-BFV approach permit to reproduce gauge-invariant Lagrangians with reducible gauge symmetries describing the free dynamics of both massless and massive fermionic elds of any spin with appropriate number of gauge and Stukelberg elds. The general construction possesses by the obvious possibility to derive Lagrangians with only holonomic constraints.

Due to the fact that there is a decline in percentage of university students involved in physical activity and decrease in the physical education programmes’ guidelines, the role of students’ involvement in extra-school sport is highly significant. The study indicates the results of the survey conducted among the girls-students of Tomsk polytechnic university to assess levels of extra-school sport participation. The analysis of the survey data reveals that one of the factors affecting students’ participation in sport and physical activity is poor physical education competence and skills. The study highlights that the issue raised calls for a multi-level approach including developing and promoting encouraging projects that have significant benefit to health and increase physical activity, and it must be supported by a strong information and knowledge base.

Pragmatics of speech behavior of public language personality subject to its individual and personal peculiarities in conditions of media communication is not still examined enough. According to this fact in the aspect of influence on mass audience individual and typical linguistic and extra linguistic peculiarities of media discourses of public language personalities of an actress Tatyana Dogileva and film director Vladimir Khotinenko as the members of radio show “Dithyramb” on radio “Echo of Moscow” were considered in the article. Comparative and contrastive analysis allowed to determine some important in the aspect of influence on collective addressee typical and individual gender peculiarities, psychological (temperament, character), social (dependence on status), professional and some speech peculiarities (preference on the level of language means, which reflect specificity of human mentality). For researching of media discourse influence of individual and personal factors of language personalities on mass addressee contextdependent and semantic and stylistic analysis of questions and comments before broadcasting and comments after broadcasting, and analysis of regulative means and structures have been used. Connection of pragmatics of public language personalities’ media discourse with their informational field have been revealed. It was determined that first of all the content of language personality’s message is important, though form of expression also matters. The common factors, which are important for media discourse of creative public language personality’s influence according to the research, are the following: high level of media discourse emotionality as a reflection of not only gender peculiarities, but even cognitive style, that is connected with figurative and metaphoric reality perception used for creative persons. With such variety of regulative means used by language personalities, repetition in aggregate with other means and structures dominates (comparison, parcelling, rhetorical questions, etc). Some individual and personal peculiarities of media discourse may increase influence effect and at the same time reduce it. The results are of interest for theory of speech influence, media linguistics, communicative stylistics of the text.

This article is devoted to the peculiarities of gender categorization of objects and phenomena of reality expressed by the category of gender of pronouns. The problem of functioning of pronouns of the 3d person sing. is being solved on the basis of cognitive linguistics, from the point of which any linguistic research is impossible without taking into account a personal perception, empirical experience accumulated during all person’s life and social, physical and language environment. The results of the investigation of biological activity of eutrophic peat deposits Turochak bog are presented in the article. Microbial biomass and enzymes activity (catalase, invertase), which characterize the basic biochemical properties, are estimated. Concentration of microbial biomass was recorded to decrease as the degree of decomposition and reduce light-hydrolyzing substances. Peat deposit Turochak bog full-depth biological activity.

Northern (Arctic) Federal University Named After M. Lomonosov, Arkhangelsk The article traces the limiting impact of zinc and copper in the soil-plant system, gives the scientific rationale and develops a regional system of environmental regulation of the content of heavy metals in soils of Arkhangelsk. Key points of comparison are concentrations of heavy metals in the soil, leading to a decrease in their accumulation (translocation) in plants, excess tissue in their maximum allowable concentrations and maximum allowable level, as well as the effect of the average soil phytotoxicity test applied to test-object (watercress). Critical level of these metals in the plant is achieved with a soil content of mobile forms of zinc at 5.0–13.0 mg / kg, copper – 2.0 mg / kg. This is below the maximum allowable concentration of mobile forms of heavy metals in soils of 1.5–1.8 times. Observes the decrease in the accumulation of zinc aerial parts of plants when the content in the soils of 45–50 mg / kg, copper – 4.2–5.2 mg / kg. There is a significant inverse relationship between phytotoxicity and content in the soils of zinc and copper. However, their concentration in the soil, leading to a moderate degree of phytotoxicity (30 %) accounted for zinc – 30 mg / kg for copper – 2.0 mg / kg, which is 1.3–1.5 times higher than the maximum allowable concentration mobile forms of heavy metals in soils. Based on regression analysis and comparison with regulatory measures adopted in Russia, has developed principles for the valuation of the regional conditions of the North. Set the concentration of total content and the content of mobile forms of zinc and copper, affecting the ecological status of grasses and soil phytotoxicity, picked averaged limiting concentration (total content and mobile forms) of these metals, which are soil polluters of Arkhangelsk.

The article examines the basic principles on which it is necessary to create the educational courses concerned to professional ICT competence development of pedagogical staff in the modern realities of post-industrial society. Gamova Svetlana Nikolaevna FEATURES OF EMOTIONAL STABILITY OF SENIOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2015. Issue 11 (164). P. 67-71

The article contains the results of the ascertaining experiment aimed at studying the level of emotional stability of the children of the senior preschool age. The main methods to assess the emotional state of the child and to identify the particular manifestation of emotional stability were: the observation of children’s behavior in interaction with the tutor and peers, interviews with children and teachers, educators and parents questionnaires, projective tests. Defines the criteria and indicators of emotional stability of the children: the adequacy of the emotional response of the child in the interaction with the surrounding reality; the intensity of expression of emotions experienced; the stability characteristics of the emotional response. Analysis of experimental data allowed to identify three levels of manifestation of emotional stability of senior preschoolers (high, medium and low). Suggests the author ‘s definition of “emotional stability” in relation to pre-school children.

This article refers to the analysis of precedence as a means of naming and characteristic of a special anthroponym group, the names of writers, in German newspaper and magazine texts. During the study there were found several models that include precedent names (both proper and generic names). These models are being described according to their structure and semantics. The phenomenon of precedence is being analyzed in relation to the newspaper functional style with its special aims and goals. Precedent names are being studied in connection to the source and level of precedence. Functions of using precedent names for naming famous writers are also being discussed in this article.

The article deals with the peculiarities of rhyming compounds which are usually used as a means of speech expressiveness, but don’t belong to the system of rhyming slang. Rhyming compounds represent the group of minor types of word-formation in Modern English. The members of the group are less important in comparison with the other ways of replenishing the English vocabulary, but they play an important role in the field of expressive means of language. The meaning of rhyming compounds is diverse and often unpredictable; they usually denote quantity or intensity. Rhyming compounds are formed by repetition of roots with some changes in the vowels or/and consonants. The system of the word-formation type in question is rather stable and tends to increase.

The article presents the overview of resources in practical phonetics published in Russia over the period of sixteen years. In this study far from the critical review we conclude the main problems typical for Russian pronunciation training. We found the traditional ways of teaching phonetics and defined their advantages and drawbacks. The article is an attempt at taking a comparative look at the treatment of English tones in a sample of ten teaching resources through the time of sixteen years. The selection of English tones for the analyses is for their notoriety in the context of learning by Russians. After analyzing the teaching resources we found the balanced treatment of segments and suprasegments which is definitely a great advantage of time. Also a positive moment is an equal treatment of pronunciation together with grammar and lexis. However till present days we can state the over-use of drill-like pronunciation activities, where the repetitive and mechanical practice is still the weakness of the analyzed pronunciation materials. Traditional drill-based activities are so far fruitful but the modern way of education demands inclusion of communicative pronunciation-oriented activities in the learning practice. The occasional use of consciousness-raising and self-monitoring activities is still a typical feature of phonetic classes all over Russian universities. It is a strong call for incorporation of confidence building and reflective activities in the pronunciation training.
