Under conditions of up-to-date informational society, strengthening of the role of Internet and new computer technologies in our life a special role belongs to the analysis of the structure of modern media communication from the point of view of its field system, which allows to find out its principal and peripheral elements and to define the process of media communication. The article points to description of informational fields of different types from linguistic position. The author defined and examined informational fields of global network, mass media, informational and media personality and text. Media communication is presented as a continuously developing multilayer supercomlex structure of informational fields of different types, which forms hypertextual space. A special attention is paid to informational field of journalist’s language personality. In view of the information fields of the journalists’ language personality according to the types to their functions and communicative effect are detected: 1) mediator, moderator, amuser; 2) leading, driven. Detemines the connection of the information field of the language person with its idiostile.

This article shows that groups who profess an original model of resistance, consciously trying to adjust the setting on the primacy of the Modernist ideological constructions of culture and restore the status of culture in politics. The science and scientific knowledge focus on understanding, research, explanation and modification of outward things. The author analyzes the sociocultural factors, which determine the formation of scientific knowledge, such as values, traditions, rules and regulations established by society; considers the change of outlook with the change of historical periods; gives examples of some scientific activity modifications. In the last decades the science becomes more than only the scope. It is also the ideology, the way of knowledge systematization. This process increases the level of mutual influence of science and culture. Consequently the science is a unique social institution, which sets trends to develop the main component of culture.

The article is an attempt to contribute to the research of extremely important constituent of evacuation problem – transportation of population from frontline area to the West Siberian rear area. It performs the analysis of the railroad transport condition just before the war time, which can be characterized by the transport’s insufficient mobilization readiness, the lack of the common and consistent operational transportation plan for the cases of military actions what was the reason of additional difficulties in its work in the tragic conditions of the beginning of the Great Patriotic War. The article describes the actions taken for railroad transport reorganization which were connected with the beginning of the military operations on the Siberian main railway lines, the hardships of the work performed, the enemy’s forces striving to paralyze the evacuees transportations, mistakes, violation of the rules set for the reception and dispatch of trains with the evacuees, the cases of incoordinate actions of the railroad work services and evacuation points. The author considers the emergency actions which were taken by the State Defense Committee, The Central Committee of the All-Union Communist Party Bolsheviks, the The Council of People's Commissars of The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics, Evacuation Council and local authorities for the overcoming the disadvantages and errors, for the expediting advance of echelons with the evacuees and their results. The authors came to a conclusion that railway transport and its staff accepted the main burden of the evacuees transportation to the region. West Siberia received more than a million of the evacuees and saved them from the fascist enslavement and death.

Due to technological progress and information technology our quality of life is improving, but at the same time the energy of person is significantly reducing. As a result, the health of younger generation is under the threat. The university system of physical activity sets the goal to prepare specialists, who are able to develop independently, based on a continual education. Creating stable motives is a necessary part for any education. Motivation for sport participation is a motor, which influences the level of activity in this area of interest, its direction and regularity. The questionnaire was used to determine the students’ motives for sport participation in the Tomsk Polytechnic University (TPU). The analysis of motives for sport participation provided some results. This analysis provided that an unstable motive for sports participation is manifested in students’ priority to find fun during the lesson; underestimation of health; the large attention to the weight; small quantity of motors, unformed cognitive motives; the deficiency of an optimal level of knowledge. The study revealed that the favorable psychological atmosphere in the classroom; the understanding of the thirdyear respondents that they need to be enroll in physical activity; striving for improving life performance through physical activity and enjoyment by the classes are main advantages of the system of physical activity in TPU. This data collection indicates the need to rank among the top eight motives by underlying two main motives from each group to determine the motivational complex, which characterizes the efficiency of students’ physical education and its focus on the future.

Computer algebra systems are now ubiquitous in all areas of science and engineering. Mathcad is one of the most successeful and widely used mathematical package. The capabilities of the mathematical package Mathcad are used to compute approximate solutions of different kinds of equations from statistical physics and thermodynamics. Solved numerically the equations in which the unknown enters under the integral sign. The presented examples are of independent interest to the students and teachers that use numerical methods. The equation of heat balance is difficult to solve when the specific heat depends on temperature and this dependence is given in the form of a table. Spline interpolation is applied to solve the heat balance equation in such a case. Debay’s theory of heat capacity of crystals well describes the temperature dependence of specific heat capacities of some substances. The Debay’s theory is used to numerically solve the heat balance equation for aluminium and copper. Distribution Fermi–Dirac can be used for calculations if the chemical potential is known. The chemical potential implicitly depends on the concentration and temperature. It is shown how to numerically calculate the chemical potential. Shows how to solve numerically and graphically an equation arising in the derivation of the Wien’s shift law. With the help of Planck’s formula determines the temperature of the stars having a maximum proportion of radiation in the visible range. Provides the problems associated with the Maxwell distribution. Without the Boltzmann distribution the pressure of the isothermal atmosphere at a specified altitude is calculated.

The availability of historical sources is the basis that significantly increases the objectivity of the study. Such historical documents are significant when studying political parties within the framework of modern Russian history, in order to avoid excessive politicization of judgments. Studying of history of creation and functioning of «parties in power» is directly connected with involvement in scientific turnover of regulations, data of archival funds, periodicals, propaganda materials and others. It allows to expand the range of information on this problem, creates conditions for carrying out the system analysis of activities of data of the organizations in the specific region. Analyzing conditions of the source base of work, it is necessary to state that insufficient representation in archival funds of the documents which are handed over by political parties and the politized movements became the main problem of the use of sources. Nevertheless, it would be desirable to note that this lack was met by the complex use of other groups of sources, at the same time the basis of source base owing to specifics of an object and an object of research was constituted by periodicals materials. In general the provided source base is sufficient for the solution of effective objectives and tasks both in quantitative sense, and in high-quality representativeness of the provided materials.

In the context of the implementation of the Strategy for the Development of Education in the Russian Federation for the period up to 2025, attention is being paid to the Cadet system of education, which has a special potential in the development of patriotism among children, respect for the history and culture of the native country, spirituality and morality, honor and dignity, duty and readiness for service to the Fatherland. The article focuses on the development of social experience in students, which is regarded as one of the goals and results of the educational process. The specificity of the Cadet schools is conditioned by the fact that the rules of life and the daily routine of the pupils are based on the All- Military Charters, are strictly regulated and are constantly monitored by the teachers and the administration of the institution. At the same time, the need to create conditions for the development of pupils as free personalities capable of self-development, to make decisions, to realize their own abilities, plans and projects is emphasized. The developed model of the education of students in the cadet school is oriented towards the formation of such social experience among the cadets. The model will ensure the formation of cadets’ experience of self-determination in choice situations, development of leadership qualities, an active creative position, readiness for self-realization in social practice. Examples of the educational activities of the Cadet School, the structural subdivision of the State Security Service of the School No. 1770 («Moscow Cadet Music Corps (Girls)» and «Moscow Cadet Music Corps (boys)»), indicate ways for the Cadets to prepare for self-actualization in creative activity; components of the educational process in the cadet school, the traditions of the general educational institution with musical cadet classes, the important role of the family in the organization of the educational process in the cadet school.

An important instrument of the increase of bank activity efficiency is its logistization. In the article we suggest the logistic model, where a bank is considered as a micro-logistic system and bank activity is considered as a set of different flows of useful resources (a material flow (vec_M); a financial flow (vec_F); an informational flow (vec_I); an energetic flow (vec_E); a flow of transport vehicles (vec_T); a manpower flow (vec_W); a service flow (vec_U); a flow of innovations (vec_N)), which interact, influence each other, depend upon the present market conditions and evolve, corresponding to the changes of inner and outer conditions. In the article, we do the research of these flows’ structure, using the logistical approach. In the research we represent a flow as a certain function, having two components: the scalar one (P0 – a concrete kind of useful resources) and the vector one (vec_P0 (t, z) – the orientation of the flow in space and time). Thus, a flow is: vec_P = P0*vec_P0 (t, z) v r . A special attention is paid to the financial flow, its structure and process of forming. We represent, that the necessary condition of forming any kind of a flow is presence of other flows. Then, in order to provide a normal functioning of the cash flow in a bank we need the following vector components, which could assure its forming and circulation: financial, informational, energetic, manpower (personnel), innovational and service components. The mathematical expressions are worked out to describe this process and to give us the opportunity to define the source of costs and to optimize the cumulative expenses in order to minimize them.

The article deals with the creation of the image of the Russian epistolary on the material of the letters of linguistic personalities of elitist type of speech culture (M. V. Nesterov, F. I. Modeling of the genre image as part of the speech of native speakers of consciousness is carried out in the axialogical with the help of metagenre comments of the listed addressees  the best representatives of the Russian creative intelligentsia of the ХХХХ™ centuries. It is concluded that in the minds of the speech of this type epistolary occupies a definite place, has a high degree of significance, recognizability, differentiation with respect to other genres, is an active reflection carriers. Contribute to this genre such properties as poly-and full-featured, polidiskursivity, multy-code, reproducibility, Plate Making build, and syncretism of different kinds of characteristics: content-themed polyphony, a variety of illocutionary author’s installations, multiple categories of epistolary addressee in complex epistolary dialogism, diverse palette of language means representation of author’s intent, varies stylistic markedness texts. Axiological characteristic epistolary determined by its key function - communication, allowing classing epistolary texts to a special kind of speech products  “antropotekstov” (N. D. Golev).

The NSVZ scheme is constructed in all orders for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the renormalized coupling constant for Abelian N = 1 supersymmetric theories regularized by higher derivatives. For the other renormalization prescriptions the scheme-independent consequences of the NSVZ relation are investigated. It is explained, why for the renormalization group functions defined in terms of the bare coupling constant the NSVZ relation is valid for all renormalization prescriptions in the case of using the higher derivative regularization.

Modern competence-based approach involves practical, professional orientation of mathematics education. In the acute shortage of teaching time it requires a special approach to the selection of the content of the discipline, methodology and technology of education. A methodical system of professionally-oriented tasks serves as a means of implementation of the relevant approach to teaching mathematics and the formation of readiness of future managers to professional activity. Discusses the purposes and principles of the system, the characteristics of the selected tasks. To illustrate the system was used a compliance matrix the elements of which are the task and the individual steps of their solution corresponding to the content of the sections of the discipline and form competencies. The article gives the examples of professionally-oriented tasks of the system, recommendations for their use in various forms of training. The introduction of methodical system of professionally-oriented tasks in the practice of teaching mathematics allows: to increase motivation of the discipline, and, consequently, to improve the quality of education; to implement general educational functions of education and development of students; to form a common cultural and professional competences of future specialists.

Peresada Oksana Valeryevna THE SPEECH VERBS SEMANTICS ORGANIZATION IN THE RUSSIAN DIALECTS OF BAIKAL REGION // Tomsk State Pedagogical University Bulletin. 2018. Issue 6 (195). P. 9-15

The article contains a fragment of the analysis of the semantics of the derivatives of dialect verbs of speech with the aim of studying the pragmatic aspects of linguistic meaning. Classification of dialectal verbs is carried out in accordance with the classification of lexico-semantic groups of commonly used Russian verbs. Cognitive models are defined in the formation of characterizing actions associated with speech activity. Examples of propositions of verbs are given. It is established that characterizing verbs of this group can have mono- and polypropositive structures. It turned out that for the nomination of situations related to the speech activity of people, the subject of the proposition is relevant. It was determined that one of the propositions of the verbs can reflect the objective properties of the named action, the other can be the result of evaluating these properties. It turned out that the evaluation is contained in the derived verbs formed from the estimated nouns or arises in the process of word formation on the basis of the metaphor. Actual for carriers of dialects are LSG verbs of verbal communication and LSG verbs of speech influence. Dialectal verbs usually reflect a conflict situation. To form these verbs, metaphorical models are used, complicated by the Fictitious modality and the emotional modality. Emotional assessment is able to influence the interlocutor. The presence of metaphorical names is explained by the anthropocentricity of the group and the special discourse. It turned out that for the speakers, the dialect is characterized by a negative attitude toward meaningless, unproductive, verbose arguments; to the moral discredit of the interlocutor (semes “scold”, “gossip”). Such qualities as intelligence, ability to convey information in a clear and accessible form are valued.

We study a one-dimensional large-N U(N) gauge theory on a circle as a toy model of higher dimensional Yang-Mills theories. We nd a new class of saddle point solutions in this theory. These solutions are characterized by the expectation values of the Polyakov loop operators, which wind the circle different times. We nd two evidences that these solutions appear as intermediate states in certain dynamical processes. One is from a numerical calculation and another is from the dual gravity. The similar solutions exist in a wide class of SU(N) and U(N) gauge theories on S1 including QCD and pure Yang-Mills theories in various dimensions if N >= 3.

The article is about the situation of Chinese migrants in Tomsk guberniya. It is also about some factors that made the situation of their arrival to that place, about their population there, about the attitude of local authorities to them and about their cross-cultural adaptation. Finally, some attempts are made to discover the history of Chinese diaspora group in the region, which is discussed in the context of Sino-Russian relations. The article discusses social entrepreneurship as a new phenomenon in the field of studies of educational activities. Theoretical appeal to the capabilities of the network approach to the development of socio-entrepreneurial competence as an educational outcome is urgent. The author proves the point of view that the forms of educational support of young people during the process of entering social and entrepreneurial activities become forms that accompany formation of the community in the social network. These forms provide both preparation of a person for this type of activity and formation of social entrepreneurship as a special value that unites and determines forms of the community members’ life. The article considers possibilities of the project approach and anthropological content of the network model of education for establishing subjects of social entrepreneurship, and youth communities as subjects of development of social and entrepreneurial activity of the region. The relevance of the article is determined by the need to develop environmental education and coordinate its various directions through creating the regional systems of continuous environmental education. Nowadays, despite a large number of works of such authors as A. N. Zakhlebny, E. N. Dzyatkovskaya, S. V. Alekseev, N. M. Mamedov and others devoted to the subject under study, an integral system of continuous environmental education has not yet been developed. The aim of our work is to specify this problem within the framework of environmental and chemical education and to single out its goals and objectives for various educational levels (school – institutions of additional education – technical college – advanced training courses). Certain elements of the continuous regional system of environmental and chemical education were first realized in the Republic of Bashkortostan. In particular, the ecological character of the school course of Chemistry within the regional component of education was obtained, the continuity of the Bachelor and Master degree programs in the technical university was achieved, the students’ project activities on various levels of environmental and chemical education were effectively integrated. It is shown that the interaction of higher educational institutions, schools and institutions of additional education for children, all in all make the objective results of schoolchildren better and contribute to their early professional orientation. The directions of the activities for school teachers’ refresher courses in the sphere of ecological and chemical education were determined; the functions of the scientific and educational ecological center that coordinates the environmental education in the Republic of Bashkortostan, were defined.
